Reviews of Paper Plus Waiuku
E. G.I visited twice - first time to grab some packaging and a post quote and second time to post the items. Both staff were friendly and helpful, but when I returned the second time, I was quoted $20 more to post the same stuff. Luckily I knew this is an issue with this branch and I had obtained a printed quote on my first visit, so it was resolved without drama. However, there have been three previous occasions for us where the same thing has happened (hence the quote request), and other anecdotal reports of the same. I'm not sure is maybe sizing/weight/volumetric is very subjective or if it's experience vs inexperience, but it can be a bit frustrating to be asked to pay quite a vastly different amount from a previous indication (with parcel viewed and weighed both times).
I also had great service a couple of weeks earlier from the same shop, where they hunted down a particular book and then had it ready for me to collect during a light lockdown. So a mixed bag sometimes, as with anywhere 🙂
M. D.I had to send packages to India and the Ukraine (there is a post office inside of the paper plus). It required me to fill out about 85 pieces of paperwork. Unfortunately they were sent back because the packages had not been put together properly. Jennifer took the time to walk me through the process and even refilled the paperwork for me so that I didn't have to repeat the process myself. She went above and beyond and I really appreciate this level of service. Big shout-out to Jennifer and the entire team of Paper Plus Waiuku.
