Today I popped in to see the Optimum Trim team with an urgent last minute job. I knew it was going to be a big ask as it was not only a Friday but also the week before Christmas. However the team were really friendly & accommodating .... they sorted out my problem on the day. They did an excellent job and I am beyond happy with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Optimum Trim to anyone in the future!!! Much appreciated!

I highly recommend Optimum Trim. I got James to repair 6 paragliding harness. The work he did on them was fabulous and of the highest sanded. I highly recommend this company. If you want the best then look no further. You will not be disappointed.

My other half and I were travelling around NZ in a campervan we bought. We decided we needed some extra storage space so dropped into Optimum Trim. They had a look at the van and came up with good solutions to add storage above head and to the side. Turned the work around in an hour at a great price. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Optimum Trim. James offers a great and very friendly service - a pleasure to do business with. He offered different options to repair my VW car seat and was also very reasonably priced. The seat looks like new.

Im based in Queenstown but was recommended by some friends to use Optimum Trim in Wanaka when i needed some repairs to my paragliding harness. The small drive over the hill turned out to be well worthwhile when i was greeted at their workshop, his polite and friendly manner, excellent and affordable workmanship was very pleasing. I will be using Optimum Trim for all my future upholtery needs

Couldn't have been a smoother process - Optimum Trim went above and beyond to recover my consultation room chair so there was no disruption to business - it was a great finish and I couldn't recommend Optimum Trim highly enough

I have a pair of Laziboy chairs that are malfunctioning. Jims assistance in accessing the repairs, offering a solution (that didn't involve repairs, hence nothing in it for him - this time) was above and beyond what I expected let alone what I'm used to. Although no work will be carried out on this occassion I intend using his services in the near future and have absolutely no doubt in recommending Jim as a man of integrity and an excellent craftsman.

Finally a decent covermaker in Wanaka! Great, friendly service. Gave me exactly what I wanted without stupid pricing. Really good job and very professional. Highly recommended :-)
