Beautiful, quality product. And amazing service. I received one of these blankets as a gift a few months back and am in love. Have now in turn, purchased one as a gift for a friend, and made a special request for quick delivery, to get it in time for the big day.. Steven personally delivered it to the depot that afternoon and it was on my doorstep in AKld the following day - well in time! I’m sure next day delivery is not possible always, but really appreciate them going over and above to get it in transit asap. Thanks team.

Lovely product but also fantastic communications with the team! I sent this as a wedding gift to London on short timeframe. The online order process was great, but Steven went the extra mile and jumped on the phone to check details to ensure smooth sailing and followed up to make sure everything went as planned, which it did. Super all around, am buying another this week - within NZ this time and no pressure on timeline ;)

Outstanding service, I purchased one of their lovely mohair rugs for my Mum for her birthday. The team went above and beyond and got it on the courier that day and it even arrived on time for her birthday the next working day. Mum loves her mohair throw and the service was fantastic.
