Got very good service from Briscoes Lyall Bay. I ordered a bunch of things with Click & Collect, and also got an item transferred from another store. It was on sale when I got the Auckland store to send it to this store. Went to collect it today and the half price sale on candles had finished, but they still gave it to me for half price. Really appreciate the good service, thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There are always a lot of good sales at Briscoes. There is a lot of car parking so you can get in and out really fast.

Reasonable prices and they got SALEs quite often. Check Thursdays for one off sales and weekend sales usually starts on Fridays. Another great way to trace good bargains is to find what you want in the online shop and save the link. Check it every now and then for sale and either go to the shop or buy it online. Delivery is $5 only and relatively quick. Good luck!

Plenty of bargains of great home products there if you like shopping. I needed assistance and there were no staff to be found to assist on the floor. The only staff visible were busy at the checkouts. So I walked out empty handed.

I shopped here on a Sunday where the sale was on and items are labelled correctly (unlike Wellington City - Taranaki St.) the items were displayed correctly and above all the staff were very helpful. The store is very big and had most household items so it's a one stop shop for big shopping trip. Excellent place, would recommend it for SALE shopping!

Your usual Briscoes experience when everything is on special. Stock all over the plus not lining up with price tags. Carpark was full but there is plenty further down as well as parking on the road. Staff were manning the tills so very short wait, good planning there.

Large selection of dinner ware from Chef's (eg The Naked Chef, etc). Close to other shops and plenty of parking. One star deducted as the two awesome mobility parks have no direct ramp access from the mobility parks

Love this Bricoes, more often than not has a sale and best discounts when compared with other big box retailers. Staff friendly and helpful easy to return items if necessary. Plenty of parking.

Check your quality before you leave. I bought a large enameled pan and discovered it had a chip on the underside of the handle when I went to use it for the first time. No replacement - not even with my docket the next day
