J.Lovely store and lovely, genuine service, highly recommend. I was very relieved and grateful when I was treated well regardless of my mask exemption provided by the DPA. Although we are not enforced to show our exemptions to anyone, I display mine due to harassment in public. This was one of the few stores I have been to in recent months where I have not been judged due to fear and misinformation. Thank you so much for conducting viable research and for holding valuable morals which I presume may have led to your compassion towards everyone in this time. I will be back soon.
T.Cranfields is one of my favourite shops, selling beautiful quality products with very friendly and helpful staff. And a bonus that they do not discriminate in these stressful times. Taking kindness to another level.

S.When my family asks what I would like for my birthday I always request a gift voucher from Cranfields. Their selection is a bit different from everywhere else - all items are high quality, design tends to be classic (will last!) and I like the mix of NZ and imported items. Scarves, photo frames and jewellery are my favourites.
S.Cranfields is one of my favorite spots to purchase special gifts or beautiful homewares for myself. I love to visit the store because the shopping experience is amazing, the customer service is attentive but not pushy and the stock is beautiful, but I've found shopping online very easy to navigate and almost as nice - and the convenience is hard to beat if I don't have time to get into the physical store or I need the item sent to a different address. I highly recommend Cranfields.
M.Cranfields! The name says it all the only store in Wellington that has fabulously exquisite products. Gifts - choice never a problem, I have solved many wedding gifts and engagement and 21 birthday gifts condundrums at this store. I have sent gifts internationally and known that the person receiving the gift purchased would have something ' different' and maybe unique. I have also bought gifts for retiring Board members who have been delighted. So, for me Cranfields is THE store in Wellington with style and class.

I knew this would be a perfect gift for her, as Cranfields is her favourite Wellington store and something wonderful for her to enjoy and spend when Cranfields re-opens to the public. She has been working from home, with two young children, and a treat like your voucher is her idea of a perfect gift. Thank you Cranfields for your great communication and super-quick delivery.
C.I’ve bought several gifts from here before, all have been great quality. Dad loves the woollen scarf from here, for example. The staff are always really lovely and try to help with ideas too.

J.I have chosen to buy from Cranfields all the way from Melbourne, and though we have lots of choices here, I have to say that Cranfields beautifully curated selection is worth waiting for the voyage across the sea. I love that they feature local artists and I bought a beautifully crafted and unique silver brooch, which I adore.

b.What a gorgeous shop! I popped in when doing some stressy Christmas shopping (uugggg) and found an urban oasis. Exquisite treasures. The person who served me was very friendly and incredibly helpful without being intrusive. Warning though -I walked out with a major wish list! I will be back soon!
