Kim made my stunning wedding dress for my recent wedding and I cannot speak highly enough of her talents. From designing my dress from my ideas to the skillful and beautiful sewing, she was amazing. Kim was also professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We received lots of comments from guests about how stunning the dress was. It was perfect for our special day. I would absolutely recommend Kim if you want a personalised, no-stress process and a beautiful wedding gown.

Kim is a wonderful and talented dressmaker! She went above and beyond helping me design the perfect wedding dress for me. She helped me turn my jumbled up ideas into one amazing and unique design. Kim Day is a fabulous designer. I had never had anything designed for me and the whole time was such a lovely experience. I would certainly go to Kim the next time I needed clothing designed. Kim designed and made my wedding dress. I only took a few photos to the first consultation because I was quite sure on the style I liked but had no idea about fabrics or what would suit my body shape. Kim recommended a number of different fabric combinations for me to choose from and provided fantastic advice about fabric, styles that suit my body shape and how to draw inspiration from the photos I took with me to get the look that I wanted. Kim designed a stunning dress that was absolutely perfect and was exactly what I wanted. My dress couldn’t fit any better, it was perfect. I was getting married in the middle of winter so Kim also designed and made a faux fur wrap to go with my dress which was so beautiful and cosy I want to wear it all the time.

Kimberley is awesome! The dress Kimberley made for me was simply superb! It was nice to be involved in the process every step of the way, from going from some simple ideas I had, then to Kimberley's design, then all the fittings along the way allowed a chance for us to tweak things here and there depending on how it was turning out. I had lots of comments on the night about the dress - people said they'd never seen anything like it before, it was very unique 😊 Pricewise, I thought it was comparable to other NZ designers, but as it was made to measure, I didn't have to pay extra to get it fitted 😊 Overall an excellent experience, and I'd definitely recommend Kimberley to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress!
