Hannah, at the Thorndon store in Wellington was amazing. She was so patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. She made our shopping experience very easy. Highly recommend people be served by her. As I took my time, she never rushed me. She gave honest opinions and she is a great example of someone delivering outstanding service.

Greta was AMAZING today with last minute uniform sorting out. I'd been in yesterday and managed to buy nearly everything in the wrong size. Greta helped choose everything and gave us a lot of patience, time, and insider info. (She used to attend the same school so knows all about it!)

Greta made what was a daunting task for us so easy and fun. Her warm personality and knowledge in the uniform had us relaxed and confident that we got everything we need in all the right sizes by double checking everything in a two way conversation. She is a real credit to your team.

This was our first time buying a uniform and I was expecting to have to rummage through lots of clothes and sizes to find the right kit. What a pleasant surprise to get one-on-one help right through the process - from being presented with a printed list on a clipboard, to being given all the right sizes to try on, right down to name labelling while-you-wait instore. Pat was friendly, helpful and patient. And what I loved most was that the staff all seemed happy to be there, happy to help and had some good friendly banter going on between themselves. I only wish we needed to buy uniforms more often!!

Went to buy uniform for my daughter for St Marys at the Thorndon Branch. Dealt with a lad called Pat. He was super patient (despite my child being a drama queen about how much she hated the uniform etc) was really kind and understanding with her and was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

A super-quick and easy experience thanks to Jess who assisted us today. We found the shop very organised - they have checklists for each of the schools and all sizes are available for trying on. An assistant will stick with you for the whole process and make sure you haven’t forgotten anything. For those that need it (like us) there is also a larger changing room so that a parent can be inside to assist with changing. Thanks for all your help today :)

There's something about clothing stores that their customer service just isn't that good. However, I just spent 30 minutes on the chat service talking to Bridget, who was able to confirm with the warehouse that they have a product in my size, confirmed the sizing for me, advised that a courier was possible, and gave me a discount on my first order. I went from having nothing, to maybe having something by tomorrow. She was informative, transparent in the fact that I may have missed, the courier option, and was willing to call through to the warehouse suppliers to make sure my order was ready. Her customer service is 10/10, and I'll be going back here for everything I need uniform-wise.

Friendly helpful and patient staff, everything layed out by school so easy to find Disappointing though that after spending near $900 on clothing that they asked if we wanted a bag for 50 cents on top of the credit card surcharges at 1.95 to 3%.

Eve and Corinne at NZ Uniforms in Wellington have been amazing. Their customer service is second to none and they helped me to organise an urgent order of embroidered polo tops for our company Accuro Health Insurance for an event. I really enjoyed it a lovely girl named Charlotte who worked in NZ uniforms Thorndon quay Wellington was super kind, helpful and more. She dedicatedly helped us and it was a very pleasent experience. Wowever when they cheacked us out they missed two very important items, the hoodie and the blazer and there might be more but thats what the current idea is and otherwise it was great.

I'd just like to provide some positive feedback for the excellent service I received from Eve at the NZU store in Thorndon, Wellington. I was very impressed with Eve, her professionalism and exceptional customer service. Right from the very beginning Eve didn't have much time to get the job done. However, she instantly understood what we were after, sorted out a collection of suitable samples and communicated at every step of the way to ensure our conference shirts would be done on time. Even though Eve had to work in supersonic mode, she still maintained the care and attention to detail. And, on the morning of our conference at Westpac stadium, the wonderful team at NZU went out of their way to personally deliver the shirts to me. Wow - that's service! I have the upmost confidence, trust and respect for this awesome team. In a very short notice on a day this uniform shop was closed (on a Sunday afternoon) David and Melanie went out of their way to help us to organise my son's uniforms. We contacted them on email around 10.00 in the morning as we found out that we have not bought my son's shirts for the very next day for his first day in school. They made sure my son had the shirts to go to school next day. This was an awesome experience anyone could have. Thank you once again!

Very pricey, and sometimes does not have the full uniforms. You will need to get in early as they dont stock uniforms for enrollment numbers for the school, sadly there is no other options unless its second hand.
