Fantastic pet shop. James has been awesome in helping me set up my tank and first lot of fish. Staff are always very friendly and clearly care a lot about animals.

Not a huge selection of products, and the staff are somewhat disinterested. Prices of accessories are comparable to other pet supply places [overpriced]. Tidy, spacious and organised though.

I have to disagree with the review before mine. In my experience I have The Pet Centre to be in it for the animals, and that’s fish included who some people take for granted. They would much rather find a safe and appropriate home for the fish, what’s the point in sending them home to die like Animates do! If you want to point it into a reasonable perspective, I would rather have to wait a few weeks to make sure the tank is safe, instead of taking them home to die from toxic water. Pet Centre for the win. Don’t trust the opinion of someone who was to impatient to do the right thing for the animal.

Massive kudos to you guys, placed an order for delivery yesterday as my quails were desperate for hay to make their nests and you were sold out before lockdown and it arrived this morning! Whoever you collaborated with for deliveries was a great choice. Always enjoyed coming in before but wanted to give extra props to you for the adaptation to the lockdown. Cheers

Always has goldfish, usually has kittens and Guinea pigs. Some sort of budgies are usually in store. Great range of fish tanks, bird cages, tank furniture, cat towers also. Has a dog wash facility with self service. It's next door to the kids playground, so it may be handy for parents to take a look at when the kids are worn out.

We always go here to wash our dogs. $10 for 10 minutes DIY dog wash. Staff are always very friendly and talk to us when we bring our dogs here.
