S.After doing some research for where to get large titles for photography, I decided to come here. The staff were so helpful in helping find the right title for the job, I would say they went above and beyond. They were super friendly. The selection out there is huge, we spent at least an hour just trying to pick the right shade of grey, if it wasn't for the staff's helpful approach we would just walk out. Will be back again.
V.I had a large pallet of tiles delivered from the Auckland warehouse. The couriers had broken on two full boxes and enough tiles to need 4 replacement boxes. Which where replaced in full by the warehouse in with out question it was a great service. Many thanks

I popped in on an off chance a couple of years ago with an idea to make a Pizza oven with Pië, my daughter. We’d just had a surf and the dude in the shop loved that, a sale was in and we scored more than a bargain for a few large tiles and it worked a Treat!
Smashed one of the tiles while moving the modular beast, for the second time. Bad timing with lockdown but fully sorted today thanks to the lovely girls working the floor in their new Petone location.
So thanks guys, that’s the second time you have fully delivered with no gain for you. What comes around goes around.... I know where to go to get my future tiles now - you got this!

R.I went here to get a small tile to fit under my sink which I needed custom cut, the guy at reception was so awesome he helped me pick the tile and cut it to the exact size I needed and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. He talked me through the process of laying it and I had my tile in within minutes of getting home. Best service ever!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, the staff really helped us work out what we needed and loaned us tiles to take home and match up with home decor etc. Really practical tips and great help with our planning, we will definitely be using them with further renovations and would totally recommend them.
