S.Good rating for selection, though struggle to get more plain flavours in lower nicotine content. Staff is less pretentious than most vape shops.. I don't know why that's so ubiquitous at these places!
S.Popped in today with a tricky request and the awesome pink-haired assistant was incredibly helpful, patient and kind! She went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and offered alternatives which were better. Best vape shop in NZ!
M.Nothing but great things to say about Liam and the team at VapeLab. Had a mistaken package mixed up by courier and the response and outcome was top of the line in handling, communication and willingness to resolve. First purchase from these people but assuredly won't be the last.

H.Went in as a novice re vaping. Both guys were extremely helpful and not a full on sales pitch. Sam asked about needs habits etc and finds exactly what you need. Having a promo on pods etc helped too. Top shop and top advice. Highly recommended
J.I don't care anything about prices. These people have the juice! Pun intended! I've been going through them for a couple years now. They have the BEST eliquids.

V.I enjoy going into this shop. The staff are friendly and have a great selection of eliquid flavours. Cannot thank them enough for the time they've spent helping me work out my flavour preferences and one of the few places I can get The Milkman range of Max VG products.
P.Had previously purchased Eliquid from them when I lived in Wellington. Won a competition they had for Podstick so was keen to check it out... Excellent product and really high quality. Must point out staff member Toni is lovely to deal with. Genuine and went out of her way for me. Having dealt with a number of Vape shops due to me liking to vary Eliquids I must say The Vape Shop are the most professional.. N.From the moment I first walked in a few weeks ago (being the annoying customer who probably chats too much) the staff have treated me with excellent customer service every time and are clearly very passionate. Had a malfunction with my caliburn while away and as soon as I got back they sorted me out with a replacement. Cracking stuff! They now have a very loyal customer in me.
j.Love them!!! Maybe little more expensive then looking for the best deal online, butt they are really helpful and always a smile they have a good range of products. When I come in they always listen to what I'm looking for and come with solution I need. Would highly recommend giving them a try! And buy there melony flavor from steam factory best vape flavor ever :)

J.Great store. Just need to stock their products properly as they are frequently sold out of items and this can get tiresome. I love this store but I haven't ever been in and they have had all the items I wanted in stock, despite advertising them. I still recommend them as the best store in town but call ahead to make sure what you want is in store before potentially wasting your time visiting.

N.Good shop for vape juice and devices, unfortunately I can't say the same for your other branches. I reguarly have to come here over the Petone store as they are always out of stock of everything remotely popular.
D.These guys are bloody tops, sell premium juice with a massive range they have the mad selection, rocked in store today to be greeted by two primo gentlemen that took care of the mrs cotton sorted me out some batteries so i could drip some testers came away chuffed az. This has to be my favourite vape shop yet after scaling half the freakin island looking for decent juice to find this awesome gem in wellington cbd big fat thumbs up from me and the mrs cheers the bros 😉

b.I was in a bind the other week when my nitecore charger crapped out on a Sunday.Went to the 33 Ghuznee street store and brought 2 efests (a2bay and a 4bay).The guys were so nice and professional.As for the Shosha plug on this page ,it's BS.Read my other contributions about Shosha-rip offs -notice my review isn't written on the same day like the Shosha Troll is trying .Because it's true.And thanks Elliot for your specials and help on the Vape NZ page
