I phoned from Auckland asking about a comforter I am dying to buy but only Whakatane branch have this on stock. I was assisted by 2 ladies who were simply awesome, their customer service is excellent, the transaction went smoothly despite the fact that this was done on the phone, I received my item in just 2 days. The comforter is beautiful, very satisfied customer here. I must also credit BB&B Westgate for assiting me locate the whereabouts of this only stock left. Brilliant coordination. Thank you BB&B Whakatane for the great shopping experience- highly recommended!

Couldn't find a particular item I wanted, staff member did not know when likely to be in stock again, which wasn't very helpful. Also several piles of flattened cardboard packaging left lying on the floor which I had to walk over to get to what I wanted.
