I took my watch in to get the battery replaced. While there they pointed out there was some fog in the crystal and cleaned that out and checked the seals. The fog had crept in so slowly I had not realized how bad it was until I got the watch back (in 20 minutes and with the new battery) and it looked brand new. Fantastic customer service and a great price.

Wonderful service by the young girl in the shop and friendly banter with her and her Dad, with my children, bought a great Nixon watch and just love it. Patient staff and genuine friendly. Chatted about what I wanted and I even brought my old watch in and got some crystals fixed so now I have two wonderful watches. Would totally recommend this great Wanganui store.

One of the best businesses in Wanganui. The service is outstanding and equalled only by the expertise and friendliness of the staff. I'm always welcomed there, whether buying or simply browsing. I notice that in addition to watches they are now selling truly tempting jewellery . . . definitely a place to visit…often.
