C.Visited to buy a Diffuser. Totally loved the fragrance of the tester but on asking for a new boxed one, was told they'd run out, that it was there only to let customers smell the fragrance - still had candles. Went back to the shelf to look for s.thing else but meanwhile the lovely staff member had been chasing one up from their warehouse and was having it sent; to my local store (Whanganui) and at discounted price too. Now there's nice service 😊

A customer whom was in the store told me that she has a "Bed Bath and Beyond" at her home. I found the products reasonably priced and of high quality. The sales make everything affordable.
The staff are willing and eager to help. 🤩😍
W.My only wish would be that the store was bigger to accommodate the lush furniture they have. Like Palmerston North displays, we can only get small snippets.

I.Staff took a while to recognize I needed help, although they were very helpful when they eventually did come over. Towels I bought looked grey under their lights - drove home way further up north to find they are brown - a colour I acutely dislike. On checking my receipt, they had them recorded as 'coal' which is the grey shade I wanted!
