S.Everytime I go it's always the one lady who asks if I need any help. She is the reason I go back as I get very little acknowledgment from the other staff. I think she works in the clothing department and she has an unusual accent. Great service from her, I wish the other staff were as attentive. She could teach them a thing or two about customer service.
T.It was OK. I received help, but after coming put of the changing room the shop assistant had gone away. So I hung all the clothes and left

A.Staff very helpful. Beautiful store to shop in. Bra fitters are an essential welcome service. Usually a good selection of clothing to choose from. A bit concerned about the quality of some lines of clothes of late, especially as the prices are still up there.
C.Staff I dealt with (Childrens and Perfumerie) were really helpful and gave their time willingly. A happy experience.
T.Great quality items, definitely a good idea to follow the sales. Managed to grab a great bargain today with my second daughters car seat, so very pleased ATM. Very friendly and helpful staff, they even brought it out to the car for me 🙂

Clean, well set out facility with a good range of clothing, appliances, electronics and so on. Well staffed - given the busyness of the store.
Staff mostly cheerfully going about their day. Helpful, friendly.
S.I'm not impressed, some things I buy here such as my make up bits, but I have stopped buying clothing as I feel since the building had an upgrade the clothing got more expensive to compensate this and the clothing options are limited, and not my trend, more upper class like a boutique... Much preferred the old farmers store and clothing options.

S.Think it's very wrong better if you buy something and want to take it back and get a refund you don't get your money refunded you get a gift card not right

L.Farmers is a large Department Store with a huge range of stock. From Baby Wear to Hardware and Appliances.
The Staff are always helpful and trained for the area in which they work.
I find the prices are on the high side, but items are of good quality. The best time to shop at Farmers is when they have Red Dot Discount Prices.
You can also get finance and a Farmers a/c card.

J.Lovely store to shop at, large range of goods open space with white walls and two shopping levels makes the place feel spacious too browse around for what you are after. I also found the stuff to be quite helpful and very friendly to approach 😄
