P. C.Wot they advised (by phone) had to be done at NZ Post branch level to get first day covers was useful but staff in several local branches were completely UNWILLING to comply, resulting in a trip to wanganui. Helpful Wanganui staff by phone and in person, same can no longer be said of NZ Post staff in general, . Plenty of parking.
S.I have to give it a high rating as my wife works there.
