A. a. M. N.Always pop in to take alook in here. Staff always ask if they can help but are not put out if i am only window shopping. Lovely things to look at.
N. A.Always found good quality products to purchase for the home, laundry, kitchen and bathroom. Sales are worth keeping an eye on as I have always purchased good quality gear. But poor customer interaction and service spoil an enjoyable retail experience for the 3rd time.
V. L. C.A nice store, but you get that crammed in feeling. The lady at the counter was lovely, but I was over charged only by $1.00 but I did not realise until I got home. But I will back as the service was good.
D. P.I thought, being a "Specialist Store", their prices would be expensive. I was wrong. I needed Towels. Their prices were competitive with "The Big Chain Stores" and in my case , had a better range of towels to choose from. All I was after was quality beige coloured towels, which I could not find elsewhere.

J.Wonderful service at whangarei BBB shop. Friendly service from manager who refunded write off umbrella no probs even though I bought it on line through the on line store. The led light sun umbrella was cheap rubbish but your service was second to none. Thank you whangarei BBB for such wonderful service.

I had bought some pkts of 🐔 nibbles so tasty yummy 😋. Didn't stay for long as my grandson was in a hurry to get home and play on his game program.
