A huge thank you to Lance, Brenda Lynn, Jacques and the layers. Great staff so friendly, Funny and helpful. My family and I were rather stressed with the whole insurance process and were waiting to get back into our house. These guys were so caring even after all my annoying calls they worked hard to get us back in as soon as possible. We are so grateful and could not recommend them enough. We had a fantastic experience with Whangarei Carpet Court. It started with Damien showing us around the store and patiently helping us with all our questions ( and there were plenty) He then introduced us to Lynn who was invaluable in helping us select the correct color( who knew there were so many shades of grey!!!)and gave us lots of suggestions for tiles also. We have moved into a big house and it needed recarpeting. Phil and Juan turned up on time every day and were very quick to get started, they are exceptional tradesmen and worked so hard and did a fantastic job for us. Not only were they very professional and hard working, they were a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing was too much trouble and they left our floor Spotless and looking fantastic. We really appreciate all they did for us, turning our house into a showhome😊 So many people have passed comment on what a lovely job they did on the carpet. We can’t recommend the team at whangarei Carpet Court enough. Rhonda and Darren.
