I showed up 30 mins before closing time Friday afternoon needing carpet to take home with me. I hadn't considered the logistics of getting the carpet/underlay cut to size, rolled and covered which all takes time. Dean went out of his way to stay late on a Friday when everyone would be having 'beer-o-clock' and supply me carpet and underlay to take home with me. I'm sure everyone can appreciate that it is hard to find that kind of service anymore. Cheers Dean, I appreciate it! John

We actually shopped around at about 5-6 places and found Deans Flooring to be very competitively priced. You would be amazed at the price discrepancy for some places offering the same service with the exact same carpet but a very different customer service experience. Keren was very helpful and not pushy at all - I didn't have any prior experience buying carpet and she was patient and explained the different processes and also gave us a range of options to look at according to our price budget. She was also able to squeeze us in a month earlier than we expected and we so appreciated that! We love our new carpet and Kyle the installer was excellent, very thorough and professional. We would absolutely recommend Deans Flooring as a one stop shop for carpet needs and more!

I cannot fault any part of the process we just went through buying both carpet and vinyl from Dean and Keren, Dean goes the extra mile to get the job done without being pushy and his knowledge was excellent in helping us choose the right materials for the job. Both prior to and during lockdown re Covid 19, he kept us completely in the loop as to installation dates etc. and I am super impressed with the end result of both carpet and vinyl on the floor. A business owner who cares about his clients!!! I could not have asked for better service and would totally recommend Deans Flooring for anyone looking for a great selection and quality of products and service. Big thanks from us Dean :)

I have recently had carpet installed into two bedrooms of my renovated house. Dealing with Dean ,Keren and Grant has been amazing from the getgo., from helping me choose the carpet and correct underlay to coming out and measuring the rooms and then installation by Grant. Top notch communication and customer service and Grant the installer was very polite and definitely new his stuff, the carpet looks and feels amazing. I Highly recommend anyone who is building a new house or renovating an old one to buy their carpet and have it installed by Dean's Flooring, very affordable prices, they no their stuff and are definitely customer focused!
