EB's is a regular destination for our Family. Gaming and anything related is our Passion and our Business! We can't just walk past, we must enter! We've had some of the best purchases ever from this Awesome Establishment. Also, the Staff are absolutely fantastic 👏

Awesome experience a couple of weeks ago. where by I came in with good condition but old in lief span broken Nintenda Switch controllers. the age meant they could not be warranty returned. even though I contact EB Games HQ about it and they never did anything. but this stored sorted me out with a great deal on some new XBox kit. Be gone switch! be gone! Nintendo is terrible quality. Anyway, they hooked me up and they refunded the recalled batteries. very easy to deal with.

Great place to get all the stuff I needed for my nerd friends for Christmas. Might want to remind the staff though that just because I'm a woman dosent mean I don't speak nerd and staff shouldn't be so ready and forceful to jump at the opportunity to explain the difference between Marvel and DC to me. I'm a long time nerd with a deep history, jumping at a chance to "educate" or "correct" me just makes me feel unwelcome and ill just start buying stuff online if that keeps happening.

They have great deals with games. I've found though that the male staff are a lot more friendlier; the last time I went in there the 2 female staff didn't acknowledge me at all. I needed help but they were more interested in talking amongst themselves. I'll only shop there when the male staff are on now.

Great service, very helpful and patient as I was shopping for someone else they were able to make the experience easier for me thank you. Only thing is that the stock on the website needs to be updated as I went to buy something that was in stock at the store online but they didn't have it.

I have visited quite a few EB Games stores in my time, in NZ and Australia, and I have to say the guy that served me at this store should be running courses for all the others. Sure, the store wasn't busy, but it wasn't even open. He saw me peering at the opening hours sign, let me in, and was nothing short of superb. This sort of customer service creates loyalty that lasts.

The staff at this EB Games store are downright awesome. Each time I take the kids in they offer sound advice and make suggestions such as "I can offer you a used copy of that game it would be cheaper", which means a lot to them. Their knowledge is encyclopaedic. They are always our first stop before looking elsewhere.

EB Games is a all round games shop for the young and old. They have a big variety of games and goodies for everyone who has a passion for it. They have a big stock of new and used Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo games. The staff members are friendly and professional with their own expertise of this market. I really recommend this place.

Nice size store lots of games and especially toys and statuettes or figurines of the games tv and movie characters. Friendly and helpful staff. My son thought the games were expensive compared to Auckland prices but they had a good range of preloved games
