Our old washing machine died last night with a pile of laundry waiting to be done. To make things worse we are in the middle of a covid lockdown so couldn't get into a store. I did a bit if research and ended up buying a bosch washing machine at 1am. By 9am that same morning I had a call from them saying they got my order and by 11am a delivery truck dropped it off. Absolutely amazed by the level of service and timely response. Very happy customer.

I got great service today when dealing with two sales people. Firstly, I was served by Darren in small goods whereby I walked out with a new vacuum cleaner. Afterward I visited the furniture department where I walked away with two bar stools. Mari was fantastic, she also cut her break short to serve me. A clean, well laid out store with an easy flow to view product range. Lots of staff on hand to give advice and recommendations. The staff were helpful, positive and in the younger age range 20s- late 30s. They use apps and pc to find answers to your questions and other information you may need. Awesome range, great team. Another very happy customer. The extensive range of brown ware, whiteware, electronic goods within this store is fantastic. Large parking lot with decent-sized parking spaces enable easy access to this shopping oasis. Our focus was "what's the best tablet, at best price?". After a little 'see, read, consider, wonder' we were ready to accept advice and guidance. Harvey Norman has an onsite computer/IT team, and a very personable guru. He helped us understand the merits, benefits and potential detrimental of the various digital devices (tablets, laptop, desk top) in combination with appropriate accessories. We arrived at an educated/informed combination that we could be happy with (with primo price for 'the bundle'). Spent more than we'd planned, but excited with our take-out bundle.

Extremely convenient location just off of SH1, friendly staff and pick ups for oversized items are within the same building but around the back, unlike other Harvey Norman stores. I visited this store on boxing day and it was a much more present experience than visiting their Wairau branch at the same time the previous boxing day. The only draw back was i was forced to a different counter despite being there for an online purchase pick up. Said counter I was forced to go to was the electrical counter but in the end, an attendant directed me back to my original counter as the electrical counter was busy so it didn't matter what counter I was at as they could all process online purchases but wanted to force me to wait as if I was pushing infront of other, which I had waited in the que to be told to move

I ordered my Note 8 online just as they ran out of stock. I was informed immediately via email. I replied requesting for a pickup option at my local branch which was promptly replied to as a yes. They even released it a day early for me. 10/10 service. Went the extra mile.

Always a good experience shopping here. For starters the range is huge, and if they don't have it they are happy to order it for you. i have always found they can do the best prices too - one of the staff even got on pricespy.co.nz to check for me!!! Finally, and most importantly they really go the extra mile for you when something goes wrong. I bought a chest freezer as a gift, when we opened the box for the first time A MONTH LATER the lid was damaged inside - just an email back to Regina and she came back offering a replacement lid or refund - Fantastic!!
