South African family run business who happen to be the friendliest most helpful people you could hope to meet. Small dog gets groomed a few times a year by Cheryl who does an amazing job. You get the impression these guys love your pets as much as you do.

These guys are great, can highly recommend. We were really struggling with new tank syndrome and our axolotls were not looking good. After lots of googling, Youtube and phoning a specialist fish shop elsewhere, we were no further a head. We got the best advice from here. Very practical and didn't try and sell us things we didn't need. Thanks to you guys our problem is solved. We are so grateful and will definitely be back!

One of the best pet shops in Whangarei, especially if you are after fish knowledge. The staff are so friendly and I kept going back for advice when I started up my tank. Living south of Whangarei doesn't stop me either as I will make a special 20+ min trip to get my things from them, rather than another store.

Beautiful shop, The lady was very friendly and helpful I purchased my first turtle along with a very nice new home & I am absolutely in loved with my new pet. I also got my 3 dogs groomed fabulous job best in town 😍😍

Even though this pet shop is definitely more of a trip for us than others in Whangarei we will always make the effort. Never ever had a problem with anything I've purchased and the staff are very helpful and caring.

I went into Kamo Pet & Aquatic Centre this afternoon to look for some goldfish for the pond. After consulting with the owner, I ended up getting 4 Comets and 2 Shubunkins goldfish. I can't wait for them to grow and see them swimming serenely in the pond.

Has a great range of pet treats. We've bought quails and chickens here too. Pop in often for worming treatments and flea treatments for the dog. When the kids were small the loved the ride on horse outside
