Such an awesome shop! I came in looking for a fish and got incredible assistance. Not sure of the girls name but she was so friendly and informative. Highly recommend. Additionally, the atmosphere was so great and open. When I got stuck setting the tank up I just called and they were so helpful! Will totally come again :) Who ever organizes this should feel like a proud boss

Wonderful place to go to get a new pet. Walked out a proud owner of two new kittens when my family & I searched the whole of Whangarei for one. Adoption was easily sorted with the wonderful staff & I headed home with plenty of supplies. Kittens very happy & bright eyed 😆🤗

There is a lady called Julie, she is the most friendly and knowledgeable person about fish, or cats, and anything. Always loves to see her working there and she is such a helpful person! And you can totally trust her advice, she has an excellent customer service skills and she get to know you very well!
