Bought a small lawn mower from here recently which is running great. Customer service is second to none. Mower came all ready to go, including oil and complimentary first maintenance service. Pass the big-chain hardware stores and go straight to Regent if you value great service at a great price ;)

Fantastic service. These guys helped me out finding a replacement crank arm for my mountain bike. Was getting quoted all sorts of money at other places, and got the part here at a quarter of the price. Knowledge and friendly, definitely my first stop from now on for all matters bike related. Don't bother going anywhere else in Whangarei for lawnmower service, purchase and parts. These guys are the best in town. Great service, friendly and helpful and their prices are good too. Highly recommend!

My order required a reconditioned chassis to replace the old, badly rusted one, giving me a few more years' use for about half the cost of a new mower. I was most impressed with the cheerful, helpful advice and suggestions to get the old mower back on the lawn. A very quick turnaround: either side of a weekend. Only criticism: the paint work on the reconditioned chassis is a bit shoddy.
