Great specials and wonderful staff. An excellent experience. We were looking for a turquoise rug and velvet fabric to make curtains to match the rug. Wow we found both. 50% off the rug and 40% off the fabric. A fantastic result

Bit hit and miss with the staff, one was unfriendly and blunt when asked about a particular product on the floor and one was super friendly at the checkout. Always a good selection of products though. Would probably order online next time instead of traveling from Kerikeri to be there in person.

If you have time then spotlight is a store to explore, I was after toast bags, you make your sandwich and put the sandwich inside the bag and put in your toaster, nice toasted sandwich and no mess to clean up, the bags can be used over and over, they are from UK in a pack of 2 for about $ 10, you can always go online to check out,

Generally fine. Fabric selection is average, can be really hit and miss for quality, and is often cut wonky. I'd go elsewhere if there were more options in Whangarei, but it's better than nothing. They might be better for other products.

So many wonderful bargains today got massive savings on queen sheet sets, $180 down to $49! Also great to see consistent brands, got patio curtains a number of years ago and found same brands for extra accessories today.

I unfortunately bought ten chair covers online, but they didn't have stock so I had to wait for three to turn up before they could complete the credit. I'll never buy from them online again, but I returned the three covers and the staff completed the credit. The lady I dealt with in person was very happy to help. I only can recommend buying in-store, and in person. Phew, long drawn out drama.

Yes, please. To good variety, though (sometimes a little) reluctant service. Sometimes deeds and patience mean more than words. Since placing this review, I have emailed the owner about the service. I was promised that this would be addressed and have since found the service to be much better than before. There is still, a little confusion about who is next in line as several markings on the floor do not form a good system when only one or two assistants are at the tills.

Excellent service. Eggs Benedict with generous portions of salmon blocks (covered in pepper chunks not thin sliced clean salmon). The toasted muffin/bread underneath was light & crispy, not heavy. Good compliment to the sweetcorn & avocado mix on top with salmon and eggs on that. Tables inside had plenty of light and didn't feel squeezed up to the other tables. Once the chills off the air there's some outdoor tables as well.

Easy level parking close to wheelchair-friendly shop entrance. Enough staff on duty to ask for help. We didn't find 'light-boxes'. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team members. Sufficient cashier places open that no checkout waiting needed.

I LOVE this store! It has EVERYTHING! Great prices! and great service! The associates are always so willing to help, and they know so much!. Rarely do they have to confer with others to confirm their price quotes, product availability or whatever. They offer advice on color and fabric types, according to my description of how I am using the fabrics, and even give opinions, when asked, as to what they recommend. They make suggestions regarding which type of fabric might be best for my purpose and even supply small samples for me to take home and think about. This also applies to any product I am considering from crafts, to blinds, buttons, sewing accessories, pillows or anything available, and believe me, there are many useful and fun things to chose from. It is such a pleasure to just walk in to a smiling crew willing and eager to be helpful. What would we all do with out SPOTLIGHT!!! You guys just keep on keeping on!!! See You soon! Selection is good. Full on branch. Unfortunately checkout is always taking so long. I had a feeling the "long chat" is the part of the service that staff are really proud about. 5 stars Spotlight staff for much improved customer service. For good quality products for the home I always find what I'm looking for. Spotlight sales always present the best opportunity to purchase a wide variety of good quality products. Worth a look at any time if ypu delight in browsing. Crafts, knitting/crochet/sewing/bedding/homeware, but take a look they have a diverse stock.

Great Shop for everything to do with sewing stuff and etc crafting knitting material just fantastic knic knacks YES everything a wonderful woman needs. My friend and I were making a quick visit to gey a few thing's. Great place for people to peruse around and have a look. Even MEN !!!! 😍 .

I had to order a house lot of curtains. The process was very simple as I left them the window plans and they worked it all out and ordered them in. When I collected them, they applied the sale discount at the time of the order even though the sale had finished. The staff were very friendly and made it all enjoyable 😁
