L.I ordered some B12 liquid online. The order was delivered promptly but I received lozenges instead of liquid. Meril was able to send me the correct product after speaking with her on the phone and I received the right product a few days later. One of the ladies that works at the Art Gallery was quite impatient on the phone and she made me feel patronised and unimportant with the way she spoke to me. I would probably order something again despite the negative experience as delivery was fast and there was a willingness to correct the mistake made.
