Perfect stop for an ice cream on your way to or from Cape Reinga. There is also a small food truck out the back which serves hot food as well.

Great little general store. Very friendly staff. Lots of ice cream choices. Reasonable prices. Nice space in front and back of the house to enjoy your icecream. Sparkling clean public toilets

Lovely lady running the store and one who i am sure tries to cater for the entire community, which it no doubt is the center of as well as the traveling public. Full marks for a country store with stocks of most things one could need. Loved it and the warm Maori welcome.

This is the last well stocked store heading north. Have a great variety of produce. Reasonably priced, very clean. Restrooms available. Just a word of warning. Their icecream are HUGE, very generous.love the staff here, friendly and smiling. Good selection of hot food.

Little fish and chips joint to a local store. Steak/fish/pork rolls, fish and chips, fried squids, chicken nuggets,etc. Was so hungry that i forgot to click pictures of the food. Food was yum and good value for money as well.. $6 for fish and egg roll!!

An exceptional store that sells just about everything. Including delicious ice creams! Warning the portions are huge haha we only had What They call a single which was massive...very refreshing Xx excellent service too...

We visited on the way to Cape Reinga. The ice cream was nothing special but was very cheap, considering the size of the scoops. I would recommend if you need to stop with kids to get snacks!
