C.I have received excellent service on all my visits to Tile depot Whangarei. I have purchased various materials for diy jobs and the staff are always willing to help me with advice and support and offer excellent recommendations. They go the extra mile which is a rare find these days. They also stock everything you need to get the job done. One stop shop for all your tiling needs.
E.So nice to see the bath and shower that we want in the shop unlike other places. Chris was very helpful and we appreciated his advice, got the quote in record time

J.I visited this store last week.I was doing a small tile job myself and had already bought the tiles.I needed 1 tile cut and some grout.I was served by a lady called Vicky and found her so helpful and friendly.Darryl came along and gave me advise.I might as well been there to spend thousands!!! Thank you for amazing customer service that appears to be rather hard to get these days.

L.Very professional, friendly and courteous staff, that have the knowledge you need to redo, or build your dream bathroom or kitchen. Nicely decorated store with an amazing array of...Tiles! They also carry all manner of bathroom necessities. From sinks to bathtubs, toilets and showers. They also carry faucets. Basically anything you'd need to build a new bathroom, or redo your old, tired bathroom. They carry tiles that work well in a bathroom or a kitchen. They stock the latest styles as well as old standbys like subway tiles.
We ended up purchasing the largest white subway tiles for the backsplash in our new kitchen. We also bought the blackest grout they make to finish the subway tiles. It looks amazing (see pic)! The dimension of the tiles made the whole kitchen come together. Giving it a fresh and modern feel.
I would definitely recommend the Tile Depot to anyone looking to do a project that requires tiles. You won't be disappointed!
