Visited during Covid level 3 lockdown - easy quick service. Arrived hoping to purchase a life jacket (with nominal prior knowledge). I was pleased, and impressed with friendly team member's listening skills and ability to bring two samples of suggested solution.

The array of colours for warm H & F apparel for all the family to wear. The choice of colors used to be green. Also the quality of sleeping bags are amazing.
