What an absolute gem of a shop! For any sewer, it is worth a road trip to visit this shop which, I admit, due to time constraints I couldn't explore the whole of, but what I did find was very exciting! The owners had just come back from the Alexander Henry factory in the USA and brought back loads of bolts of designs I'd never seen before! As a big fan of these fabrics, and knowing how hard they are to come by, this was a gold mine. I was also rather taken by a vintage green silk which would have made a fabulous cocktail dress. I spoke mainly to one of the owners who was very helpful and friendly. The shop is packed full of wonderful dress making fabric, and I also saw a huge display of sequinned motifs and some trims to die for! I believe they also stock curtain, upholstery and patchwork fabrics but since I didn't see all of the shop, I didn't see these. When I win the lottery, this is where I will be heading!

Absolutely everything you need for sewing. The material is unique and there are loads and loads of trim, lace and accessories. The gentleman owner is awesome and so very helpful.
