D.This restaurant very well run.Excellent service,lovely food,great coffee.what more do you want.Lovely setting,eat outside if you prefer.Not over priced either.Very nice
L.Met friends for lunch at "Mill House" and we're not impressed with menu option!?! When hubby and friends ordered their Hamburger from menu it said "Brioche Bun" if available!?! Apparently it wasn't as when arrived at table the chef had put Gluten free buns in place which they found dry and hard to eat!! In hindsight they should have sent back! Meals were not finished! Also waitress spilt a smoothie which ran down glass and all over floor! She returned to counter wiped with cloth bought back to table and then turned and used foot to rub mess into carpet!! Sorry not impressed!!
J.Ashford Village is a beautiful small village with charming specialty shops. There is plenty of off-street parking for the larger vehicles and several gardens through the small village. It's well worth stopping if you have time and there is a cafe if you need a cuppa.
