Excellent service! Always shipped within an acceptable time frame. My only disappointment is when they sell out of items too fast! Be in quick for the bargains and good quality items that Crazy Deals have listed. I have also found that their support team always send emails, prompts and reminders for every step along the way. Bought off this website for the very first time after carefully reading reviews from other users. Have to admit I am impressed by how quick the turn around time was. Bought my item on 17th Dec, delivered and with me on the 19th. Maybe one point to work on would be communication, chat functions on the website are often offline so no quick way to get a hold of anyone if you need updates etc. Other than that, 5 stars and will definitely be back for more.

This review has been readressed so please read to the end and you will understand better. First viewing of the website shows good prices, but unless you sign up and provide all your details you can't find out delivery cost. Abandoned the purchase, but then got an email saying I had still got a product in my basket. Decided to communicate and got an explanation of sorts. Very good response time. Made the purchase (no issues with product quality). Got the two emails saying I has purchase and that delivery was underway, with a tracking link. The tracking link generated an error message. We then waited in day after day so we could sign for the parcel. After a few days and no delivery, still tracking error, so I emailed CrazyDeals. Automated response saying response will occur 24 to 48 hours (still waiting). Parcel finally arrived not 1 to 2 days as projected, but more than a week. Despite us stating that we are not Rural, the courier company or CrazyDeals wrongly had the parcel delivered by a Rural contractor. We are NOT Rural. I have emailed CrazyDeals about the obvious issue, no response (just trying to help). Got an email this morning asking for a rating. I gave a positive rating about the product and an explanation of the issue, only to press send and get a response saying that the email address was incorrect. Returned to the form only to find that all details were lost. Some real work needed by CrazyDeals to clean up some of these issues. If it goes right, it is great, but when it goes wrong it is very poor. I have lost confidence. We waited a week or so and my wife made another purchase. This time no issues, SUPERFAST delivery without it being classed as Rural Delivery. So this time we are again impressed by the price and quality of the products, but also the delivery time. Things can go right. I just felt I should add to my review in fairness, because it looks like the courier service are the prime cause of the delay. Rating increased.

Absolutely over the moon with crazydeal service! Ordered a ring light in September for my daughter's birthday which was last month, she opened it to find a piece missing. I emailed them to see if anything could be done about it (was expecting to not get anything as the time it was brought). Wow what amazing service. We purchased a wrought iron table and 2 chairs set. However on delivery (within 2 days to Hawkes Bay ) we notice some damage on the one chair. They finally solve my problems, but it just took quite a long time. Not sure it's because they were shifting their warehouse or other reasons. No doubt about the quality of ikea products. Just customer service a bit slow.
