Great shopping mall with a lot of shops to buy clothes and shoes but not much parking spaces

This is a great shopping mall of mostly outlet shops with a great range of label stores of all the major brands, especially the sports brands. Generally always plenty of parking spaces and easy to get too and in and out of. There are many food and drinks cafes and shops so great choices for eating and drinking. Prices are generally all somewhat lower than the brand stores in the big shopping malls and centers, might be a bit limited in supply as the products are mostly end of line and previous seasons leftovers, but still ample products. The Dress Smart center is centrally located in Auckland and easy to find.

Fabulous as always. We went to the Nike outlet which was very well patronised. Between us we bought 4 pair of shoes. My kind of prices. It means I can afford a good quality shoe to fit my budget. Something for everyone. I highly recommend them. Thank you Nike Dress Smart.

Love this place. Best option to shop at retail stores with outlet prices with more than 50% off and up to 70% most times. So many clothing and shoe shops yo choose from with great staff. Parking is easy and free. Before you pay retail expensive prices again check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Some good stores. Parking is good on some days, depends though. It can be a nightmare. Nice mall but it feels too claustrophobic. There are long queues at some stores especially Nike and Tommy Hilfiger. Mostly when there are sales. So be quick!

Great place for discounts, sales etc. The shops are in the process of being updated and the arrival of more brands such as Calvin Klein or Coach. Bear in mind that there will be plenty of customers on the popular brand stores so I suggest arriving in the mornings. During boxing days the line for the Nike store reached outside the mall.

Great place to bargain hunt as long as you aren't too picky on colours. I shop for comfort over style and therefore am usually able to find something but occasionally there's no bargain in my size. That's bargain hunting!

Best part of Dress Mart is the great deals you can find on a daily basis! That is if you can find the size for you.. Downside is the lack of available parking when you get to the weekends but there is not space in Onehunga for this.

Good place to get clothes, shoes and other gadgets with discount. Also have some stones to get a meal, a drink or even desert. It's packed with lots of stores and renown brands

Some stores have really great deals! I don't particularly like how busy it gets though. I avoid huge sale weekend e.g. Waitangi weekend because it can get super busy which I find overwhelming. However if that doesn't bother you then you can score some sweet deals. We always park along Arthur Street and walk because the parking can get super full. They have cafeteria type restaurants with not a lot of seating and a coffee club.

Best place in Auckland to get stuff on bargains. A lot of variety with different brands. Always happy to go there

This shopping outlet has seen so many changes. I was sad to see McDonalds had left as they seemed to have a good presence. Seeing that there are more and more higher end brands starting to make their way into the outlet, Im not so sure of the direction of a "Factory Outlet" with which it started. Great service across the board and I have yet to come and have any bad experience since 1996 when I personally started to come looking for sales and cheaper prices.

Largest place for outlet stores here in Auckland I suppose. You can spend the day shopping around and killing time. Beware as the parking space gets full easily especially during the weekends, so come early around opening hours or do shopping on a weekday! It gets really busy and crowded during weekends, so brace yourselves! Pricewise, there are always random sale going on, some just the same around everywhere else, well atleast we've got a place with tons of great stores in here. 😊

This place use to be the place to get a bargain - outlet mall - unfortunately some brands just don’t get the memo. You can still find some steals but some stores are just like you find in any other mall. Bring back the traditional outlet mall. It doesn’t need to be fancy.

Good place for shoping on reasonable price, goods deals going on mostly. If you are brand conscious then it's perfect place to shop around in good price.

Pleasant, variety of really cool stores, happy people, somes shopkeepers are really overprotective and assuming of customers, generally though most shopkeepers are col and pleasant.

Always a good time, even better now they made weekends open till 6pm. If all you wanna do is clothes shop and eat, leave all other malls alone.

The Seed outlet on the mall is fantastic. Then dressmart onehunga is good with retail and eating. Bigger shops and garden style eating places would complement the experience.

Impressed with this shop. Amazing deals guarennted. So many varieties of stores. I don't want to shop anywhere else after visiting here.

Massive hit or miss. Either you walk out with RM williams for $20 or you waste your time trying to find a park/navigate your way through slooow shopers potting along and you find nothing!

This is a great little mall. They have really re done the place well and added more brands. Wish they could have even more brands. Just that a few stores have very poor lighting and can improve that. But good for some nice bargains.

A great discount warehouse shopping mall with all the best clothing outlets. Coffee/foodstalls for all tastes. A particularly pleasant shopping experience in covid times. Normally very busy.

Always lots of great sales, good selection of shops! At the moment with covid it is making it a bit hit or miss on if all the shops are open but apart from that great experience!

Very busy in the weekends. Mostly clothing, and sportswear brands. Pics are taken during a week day and near closing time. Just one of the many shopping wings.

Great selection of brands for casual wear and sports wear. This is my go-to place. I recommend Tommy Hilfiger, Puma and Calvin Klein.

Great place to shop outlet & discounted stores. Only finding a parking is hectic, best to get there early.

As many of my friends described and with my own experience this is one of the best and cheapest place to buy everything you need. Right from cloths, to shoe, to jewelry and sport wears. Watch out for sale and promotions. They are really good.

You can find all the brands factory outlet here under one roof. The prices are very low as compare to other outlets of the same brands but they don’t have easy payment options like afterpay, zip or any other finance option.

Great range of retail stores, can get busy at times though.

Construction or it feels like construction is going on. It is a bit of a maze. Needs more companion seats outside shops to rest while waiting for others.

Shop all you want at a very affordable price range

Quite a large outlet store with lots of different brand in the mall. It does get really busy most of the time so finding parking is quite a task. The mall also has a few food places so you can have a feed or snack before, during or after shopping. Most places have sale prices so it can be cheaper than other places. It isn't super big but can be a way to spend an afternoon.

Nice brand outlets with weekends being very busy. Getting a parking is bit of a challenge. Not a whole lot of eating options here. Outlets are really cool offers almost all around the years.

Really great place for shopping since Nz most of stores are expensive. 30-50% off normally, specially sports wear brandS. Free shuttle bus 4 times as well. They are kind, willing to visit again:)

One of those places to go occasionally. Range of shops is awesome although some are really crammed full of stock so it's hard to look through properly - that's you Just Jeans! You will always find a great price just not always in the shops you planned to visit. Best to go when it opens, it does get really busy especially in the sports brand shops

Best outlet mall in Auckland. Best time to visit, during early mornings. it gets busier and parking would be real deal to find.

Good bargains, smaller than I remember and some shops closed. During covid maybe this should be expected?

A bargain hunters dream. Around 100 outlet shops including heaps of well known international brands. Mostly clothing shops, but you’ll find other items such as shoes, make up, stationary, home wares, jewellery etc its all there. Great pricing and in store specials. Toilets are a bit grubby. Not many food options inside. Wheelchair and stroller friendly. No stairs. Parking in the weekend is virtually non existent as it gets ridiculously busy.

Quite crowded, all sizes over women's 10 not on the racks, Nike queues long, staff overwhelmed.

As an outlet shopping mall you get decent varieties of the shops but main issues are parking in weekends and holidays...

Not sure why your not allowed to wander around prior to doors opening at 10am. Had to wait outside for 15, 20 minutes. Seen tank was in there and we could of waited at tank and had a juice. Coming from the airport we wanted to make a quick stop but turned into a long wait for the mall to actually open... at 10am on the dot outside in the Cold. Malls in the south island allow you to window shop while the mall is open and the individual shops open at a later time. Hoping the wait is worth it...

Went there for the 50-70% off special and loved it. Got almost everything I needed.

Good discounts from good brands. Parking in the carpark and surrounding streets is a nightmare if you arrive later in the day (during peak time), expect carpark-rage from aggressive people who will fight for parking space at all cost. Some stores offer up to 50% store-wide discount which means you don't need to wait till Boxing Day, unless you like the rush and squash holiday season crowd. Having said that, from time to time, you do get similar level of discounts but better values at Rebel Sports (as they carry more up-to-date stocks as opposed to outlets). Regardless, when a good discount is on, you can also expect a very long long queue at the respective checkouts. Be mindful that being "Outlet" stores, some do not accept any refund or returns. All in all, it is all worth it.

Very busy brand outlet shopping centre in Auckland. When Nike does special sale, get ready to be queued for 30min. Very hard to find parkings around the shopping centre. But when you get the shopping done at super bargain it's all worth it!

A good place to shop for a good selection of clothing stores, shoes, sport clothing and accessories also has money machines inside and a very good food court. Plenty of parking outside as well as undercover. Two main entrances, with lifts and stairs to enter the complex.

You cannot beat dressmart for price on shoes from spirt shoes to casual and dress shoes, this mall has it all About 10 or more shoe shops. Other type of clothing can be found here Levi's, polo tops, timberland shop and a host dress shirts etc. Top mall Great prices. Only one thing is parking can be a bit tight.

I don't know much about the shops, I was just the chauffeur. but my wife came back super happy, so it must be all good inside

I love this place ❤️ Regularly visit Dress Smart to catch up on the amazing sales / deals available here, in particular for shoes. Outlet store sales are added on top of the deals available in the brands' retail stores which make for a super grab! A number of food options available too. The only downsides would be how busy it can get on weekends and public holidays, as well as popular shoe sizes often running out of stock.

Normally always quite busy and full of lots of slow and arrogant shoppers that get in the way. Good selection of good brands here though, and they always have big sales on so snagging a bargain is almost a guarantee. Great underground/undercover free parking too!

Overall there a some good deals but I was expecting more. In many stores the stuff could be friendlier when getting asked questions. But shout out to calvin klein! Lovely Ladies very helpful I was so glad to get a great Leggins Deal! In Converse the stuff was lovely too. Coffee club offers some good food for vegans clearly labelled and love their hot choc with coconut milk ✌🏼

I only buy clothes here. I could never shop at a mall, or even online after getting such good deals here. Go 2 to 3 times a year and you will get at least 1 visit we're you find exactly what you want for much cheaper than rrp.

Alot of the shops here are outlet stores, so if you want to go on a shopping spree but don't want to break the bank i recommend coming here. The only downside to this place is that its quite small but also kind of busy. So finding a place to sit or eat can be difficult. Parking here is ok. they have a decently sized parking garage with a few levels. Iy does get pretty busy so i tend to park elsewhere and just walk to the mall. Also if you park on a level that isnt ground level, the elevator takes a long time. There is a variety of food options at this mall. You have cute little cafe's, takeaway food, salad bars, and sushi. There is also a little convenience store if you're hungry but don't feel like a full meal. I dont think dressmart is the type of mall that you would go to to hangout with friends. Its not a particularly pretty and vibrant place. Its the type of mall where you go to get shopping done.

Always a great place to visit. Sometimes you can be a little disappointed with the sale items available, but this time there was a great selection and we ended up spending a lot more than we had intended. But we are now well stocked with warm clothes for winter.

This place is excellent for bargain hunters! If you don't mind the messier presentation and having to dig for that one item that is an amazing deal, it is a great shopping thrill. Some of the stores were well kept, others were messy even on the front of store displays. Food vendors are scattered throughout the mall instead of being all together in one place. So you won't have to walk too far for food, but you won't have lots of options in one place either. This place is large with a lot of stores, so plan to devote several hours from your day. 😀

I thought it will be bigger and more stores and brands available but still ok. Not many stores with ""big discounts"" but as usual good brands, good quality equal to high prices. If you are looking for good quality stuff, I think you will find what are you looking for.

Great shopping, what a pity they don't have a one big area for eating like other malls/plaza. We found ourselves going around in circles. To be fair they do have signs showing where you need to go. Otherwise It's like a maze. Still was a fun day out.

Dress Smart is great if you want everything in one place. I do find on weekends parking is a major issue and the place gets packed to the brim, which is not my cup of tea. Great on a week day though and the retail folks there a super helpful with closing the outfits that suit you best.

Shopping here is a staple when looking at last seasons fashion. But cheap prices and friendly staff mostly throughout.

Great selection of outlet shops. The key is to get there for opening!! Otherwise finding a park is a lil tricky. There are some well known brands/stores that have true outlet pricing. Others offer a standard price with discount. Be prepared for crowds and racks of clothing! If your wanting to spend the day they also have a good selection of food options to refuel 🍔🌯🍣

Love this place. Really great shopping centre. Lots of parking, and the shops are out of season so some great bargains to be had. Lots of choice of food and lots of directions and maps. Love it here. Would and have gone back.

Always so busy it's OK but the lines are killers

Great outlet mall so many stores although it's easy to get lost in here if you're not a local. Not too busy during the week compared to the weekend. A lot of parking available just need to remember which exit you came from

Visited YD Store Onehunga for my son's ball outfit....the guys there were able to get what we needed. However they were not like the last 2 staff we had in Feb who offered good suggestions on what to buy offering good suggestions which led to our purchases that day.....we had to do the asking and have our own ideas this time...we did manage but the team were not as helpful with ideas as the last...we manages to spend up to 700 in the store and after asking were given some socks for free....don't get me wrong the staff were lovely but not forthcoming with ideas...I believe we had the last 2 shop assistants from our last visit we would have got things done quicker with and spent more..

Has many stores for all the clothing you need to buy except one shoe shop; Hannahs. Although there are very few bathrooms possibly to save space and earn more money? This makes customers including me sometimes have to walk basically around 1/3 - 1/4 of the whole mall (means going around the mall not through it as the mall is a whole line structure) just to get through the bathroom. Food and drink places are not always in the best and most convenient places. Due to the limit amount of public walking space in between the lines of stores on both sides of you, waking spaces naturally get very crowded from the people around you making you walk slower than your preferred pace.

One of the best place for shopping in all over New Zealand. You get best deals on good brands. This place has outlet showrooms of mostly all good brands and the price here you will find is the cheapest as compare to any other place in whole of New Zealand.

Tons of retail therapy under one roof. Easy to get lost. Place was clean and looked inviting to a prospective shopper. Enjoyable morning!

It's ok, not huge discounts and sometimes more expensive than the high Street stores. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but just be patient. Went looking for shorts but didn't have my size. Went online and found them $10.00 cheaper in a local store near me, same retailer so it's best to shop around. Not as good as it used to be price wise.

Usually the range of clothing is pretty subpar. However, occasionally you can find yourself some pretty sick deals.

Great range of shops, great place to find a bargain. Not all items are discounted but did get a pleasant surprise at checkout with additional discounts off marked prices at Adidas & Underarmour.

The place to get a good deal on quality clothing. However, prices are not always as good as you'd expect from an outlet mall. There's also a decent selection of places to grab a bite. Favourite stores: Barkers and Rodd and Gunn.

Best prices for clothing & shoes

Just feels a bit too dreary. Can never seem to smile when I visit this place. And it is an incredibly disorientating layout. But the deals in SOME of the stores are right on the money. Finally, (not the mall's fault) the people who shop here wander around sooooo slowly. It's absolutely maddening. The just waddle along like penguins. Walking slowly. Talking slowly. I find clicking my fingers at their ears just makes them leap out of the way. Give it a try.

I like it here in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day. The foot traffic isnt so hectic as it is in the weekend. Good selection of shops, with alot of top brands with good discounts. Parking is good, though wouldnt like to try parking when it is busy.

Has something for the whole family, great value for money. My kids go their way and I go my way. Meeting place in half an hour, subways. Then we are out. They are out of my hair and I am out of theirs. Retail therapy bliss.

It's a good Outlet shopping centre to find several big brands of clothing in a single place. Some food shops as well, in case you fancy something and don't want to leave the shopping. The prices are reasonable.

It's ok not much variety for women fashion as we went there for my wife. Mens fashion was decent. Food could do with a few more options and more display or maps before you walk in to see where stores are instead of walking around looking for them.

Busy during school holidays, lots of good deals going on. Bathrooms needs some sort of ventilation system to rid of foul smells. Parking was a little bit of an issue, had to drive around a few times. Would be nice to know on a electrical board where free carparks were. Not many sightings of hand sanitizers

Always a little busy but that is to be expected! Variety offered is in the stores is good and we always seem to score with a good deal. Would recommend if you’re looking for some good deals on nice brands.

You need to really dig through the deals. Sometimes you find real gold ( denim Levis jacket for 40$), but you have to be in a mood to really dig through tons of clothes that aren't really organised. Great shops if you are looking for sport stuff.

Ate kebabs at pita pit there today and the flavour was awesome and packed with meat and vegetables, could be a little bigger in portions though. also I try buy my sports clothes here because their affordable.

If you are looking for branded clothing for less than the price, this is the right place to be. It has a wide range of branded clothing such as Nike, Kathmandu, Puma, Adidas, etc. Most people, this is their go to shop especially when there are holidays such as Boxing Day, Queen’s Birthday. However, whenever there is a sale brace yourselves for the long queue. Bring a lot of patience with you. In my last visit, it took us 2hrs to queue in one of the shop

Haven't been here for a number of years. There is a tiredness about the overall mall. My preferred outlet shop has lost the 'outlets spirit for pricing to shift the romantic stock.

Great place to shop, can depend on time of year and how early you get there as to how much you find. There's a great selection of shops and is definitely worth a visit! Would recommend to get there early.

heaps of specials @ reebok got 6 pair of shoes for $180,paid full price for the 1st pair & everything after that was half price,the lady @ reebok told us after we went to pay so she held it to the side & let us do more shopping,awesome lady

Great place to shop at, it has got everything you need, cloths, shoes, pants, dresses and a tone of food there to choose from. Great prices and sales. The only down side is sometimes it is too crowded and hard to find a parking spot.

Cheaper than normal but alot of customer service people need to relax and be abit more helpful we were in a couple of shops and no asistance so ended up leaving

I scored some awesome deals here. Deal of the day was $56 Nikes!! It's really busy in the weekend and the carpark is a bit chocka, so if you go I suggest you avoid weekends at peak time.

Sometimes good quality discounted stuff can be found here but you have to have lots of time to search around and on weekends the carpark gets ridiculously busy... I used to go there all the time for my shoppings in the past but not as much anymore..

Very popular especially in the weekends, so finding parking can be difficult. Its a outlet mall, so not flash. however has a large number of outlets stores from big brands at dicounted prices. Food outlets scattered through out, often just to busy to imagine eating here, especially when Onehunga has so many great cafes. Need to check it out if your looking for a bargin.

Great bargains for sure. Difficult to find parking and lots of people vying to park causes unnecessary stress to shoppers. Trying to leave the car park took forever. If you come shopping here turn up well ahead of time. So you can shop at your leisure instead of hunting for a parking spot. 😉

I love Southern Maid as they make the best glazed and cinnon glazed donuts. You always have to get in quick before the evening hits cos those goodies go fast.

Dress Smart shopping mall, Onehunga. If you like branded goods, this is the place. Many shops under one roof. I think there are free shuttle bus between Auckland city and the mall. A few eateries inside the mall too. Lots of parking spaces.

The best outlet shopping centre I've been too. Popular stores with discounted clothing, every time I'm in Auckland this is my go to place to shop.

Good bargains but Beware check prices in some shops because they advertise big discounts like 70% off store wide but when you get to the checkout they say the items are full price. It was a bit of a shock when we went to pay for 1 shirt and 1 pair pants and it was $250.

Best place to go too if your hungry or you wanna go shopping for clothes your clothes, kids clothes or shoes. They really have good option for you to pick out from. Your size, your kids size or if you wanted to get a quick bite. It's really good to go here because they have a lot of different shops like clothing shops, make-up or accessories for your phone or even a belt. It's a good option to go here.

You can save a ton on RRP here, flash sales happen on the day with no advertising but in store which adds more savings on the already reduced prices. It is a case of right place right time, parking can be challenging best time is in the morning not long after they open to avoid this or else you run the risk of shopping for a space rather than clothing.

Shop with care and preferably during the week as there's far more time to look around without being swamped by crowds of people making it a hassle I found that there are some real bargains to be had but a large amount of the goods on sale is much the same as you can buy it locally also if you want something a little out of the ordinary well you a bear pop over to the main street and have a quick look at the army surplus store some very strange things in there and some real nice surplus biker leathers

Interesting place if you don't mind going round in circles. Food choices are minimal and McDonalds are no longer there. Suggest layout plans be available at the entrance so you can see where shops are and save your footwear and energy.

Outlet Store! Enough said. Cheap promotions are held weekly, and there are many famous brands such as Nike and Adidas here sold at a discount. Parking is spacious, and there is a good range of stores. Would recommend.

Some good stores with great staff (asics and timberland in particular, they know their stuff and will go the extra mile for you). Best to check the website to see what sales are going on as sometimes things arent super cheap. There are some store i avoid if i can help it (sketchers, adidas and nike) as the store is usually crowded to a ridiculous level and the patrons act like animals.

Decent variety. Round the year sale, and has got almost all brands. You can’t just come here and not shop anything.

Parking is noy so good but otherwise a great place to shop. I purchased a number of items of clothing which were all 60% more expensive elsewhere.

A really great place to get value. The exact stock does vary so you have to be prepared to go back. I would go every 6 weeks as that's how often the stock is renewed. The best thing to do is go there about quarter to 10 in the morning before it gets busy, and get a park

Not as good as it used to be. It was famous for its great prices in brands. Its getting expansive day by day and hard to find those deals anymore. You can still find a few stores with great rates like Hallenstein etc.

Happy with my trips here. Mix of clothing stores and cafe/takeout foods. Pros: Cheap clothes. I'm not sure, but I think the clothes are normal quality for each brand but discounted (unlike what I've heard of outlet stores in the US). Mall is a figure 8, so easy to get everywhere without being too far from anywhere. Cons: Difficult to find your size if you are the average. Phone internet is slow. Hard to find a park in peak times.
