What can I say? No place can be so kid friendly in our community. We go to there more than 3 times a week. The only thing I think our mall can be improved is -- kmart join. Hah, hope someday we will have Kmart in our mall!

It's a good mall. Decent variety of stores, food venues and services. A lot of people roaming around without masks though so I try to limit my visits

Lots of good shops here on multiple levels, tons of parking and a food court, which I didn't visit as I was making a quick stop into a clothing store cotton on in fact 😅 yea Nah pretty good and decent, though 😀

Nice food, good ambiance. Love the beef noodle soup, price is slightly higher than other Vietnamese restarant but the portion is heap. Would love to come back again.

There's a couple of new outlets, made the mall look alive. Sad to see Stevens close down for good though. One of my favorites.

Everything you need is right here. There is heaps of parking, there is a variety of shops for everyone. Food court option is good.

Love this place, iv been in greendale spur for 26 years now, so I have enjoyed the mall being so close and inviting, great selection of shops and awesome food, it's our own little gem in glenfield, thank you to the team, this includes all the staff there as well Cheers brendan Mobile rust surgeon ltd

Always like this place their chicken menu... absolutely delicious love to dine in with the family. However, at the moment only have takeaway's?

Extremely encouraging.. EVERYONE wore a mask and social distancing observed spontaneously with no enforcing. Was reassuring to see shoppers using the COVID tracing app before entering stores....

My fave Mall out of the 2 in the closest vicinity. It has everything. Easy access in and out. We can ALWAYS find parking. There's also all types of parking available, Disabled, over 65, mothers etc. Entrances all seem to have disabled access. Big maps everywhere so no matter how lost you feel it's easy to find and go straight to the store you want. Really big Wharehouse and Farmers. No Kmart. Countdown is good. Nice layout so doesn't feel you're walking forever and you can park close to all shops just by parking on the right level to it. Nice Food Court with same vendors you'd expect, Shamiana, KFC, Long John's, Sushi w Teppanyaki grills for meals (Expensive and not sure what you get IS worth $20 I.E. for Teppanyaki Chicken Thigh cut over just rice - no salad or miso etc). Great mall, my fave by far. Probably rate it only 2nd to Albany Mall which is HUGE!!

This is a good well layed out mall on multiple levels they have a selection of stores to choose from it is very clean and bright will return again

Nice shopping location with many varieties

The Glenfield Mall was usually Westfield Shopping Mall. The management has changed but hasn't affected the customer. Two and a half levels of shops with heaps of parking. Its one of my favourite mall in NZ.

Best mall in NZ in my opinion,Good shops and banks that interest me.like The warehouse.ASB bank.Countdown.Foot Locker.Pascoes.boot leg china shops and the best KFC in the universe,my regular mall..can go there in PJs,a onesie,bare feet and still feel fine,unlike Albany mall where you've always gotta dress to impress..

Countdown at glenfield mall never excepts my bank card very frustrated as have to transfer to another account

Always good, as is so close without the crowds of Albany. Really good parents room. The food court has loads of variety.

Good mall with a good selection of shops including, The Warehouse, Games shop, briscose, Farmers, countdown, Jewelery to mention just a few. Glenfield Mall has a nice little food court with plenty of seating to enjoy a bit of lunch or just a coffee. The mall has plenty of parking for all, disabled parks and push chair parking is also readily available.

Been visiting mall since the old mall was built.. Always enjoyed shopping there.. The Asian shops great for me , as they have small fittings. Also the clothes are very pretty.. They also have Millers there only one left on the shore .... Food court good variety.

Great mall, has all necessity shops, a few boutique shops, and always has entertainment for the kids on the weekends...

It was the best mall ever, so good that I started to lick their balls.

Great mall with pretty much everything but a bit small

Decent mall nothing too special but does have good community stuff like blow up castles for kids on occasionals and has night market when not locked down

Nice place a bit lacking in customers or foot traffic but lockdown eould have effeced this compared to 2019 I'd assume.

Get your food here but not much else. Night markets are pretty good, attracting lots of food stalls. Three ATM machines to choose from.

Very good selection of stores for the whole family on any budget

One of my favorite malls. Been going since I was a kid.

Love the mall. Always busy. Ample parking, although finding covered parking may be a bit of a task. Good shops. Pleasant feeling most of the time. They closed the MacDonald branch there.

Good access and parking and variety of retail and lead brands. (The Warehouse, Farmers, Stevens, Briscoes, Countdown, Whitcoulls, Chemist Warehouse, Hellensteins, Spec Savers, ASB, ANZ, Kiwibank, Cotton On Kids, Hannah's, Strandbags, Bin Inn etc). A number of cafes and food bars plus foodhall.

Easy parking and alot of shops to cater for everything.

Just got back here after 5yrs and it still feels like home when your inside. Just had a few changes, some shops before have been replaced.

It's a smallish multi level mall. The usual shops same as all the other malls

Nice selection of stores, and its not too crowded like other malls. There's a few vacant stores give a bit of a sad vibe though. I tend to come here compared to other malls like Albany where you're suffocated by the amount of people.

Clean tidy easy to park love The Chemist Warehouse and The Warehouse.

Average mall to be honest but if you are available on any Sunday, Glenfield mall has a night Market which hosts tons of different kiosks that sell multitudes of different Asian & European cuisines and other goods . Here you can experience how much of a melting pot of cultures new Zealand has become. Great food, some live performances and occasionally some carnival games. If you are interested in seeing NZ culture consider going here for the night market.

Great place, lots of yummy food and we'll spread out so it wasn't packed like other malls are in the silly season. The Mexican place on the top floor has amazing burritos and very friendly and helpful staff working there. Highly recommended.

Could do with better signage for what is where. Walked around in circles

Everything you need apart from kmart lol. Lots of good parking on lots of different levels so you never have to walk far

I really like this place, it has a nice atmosphere and a good selection of stores. I recommend The Shingle Inn for coffee and Dunkin Donuts for a sweet treat, my favorite the maple frosted is always there waiting for me. A great place to bring the kids or meet up with friends. This is the mall that has it all.

I mean it's pretty mediocre but better than Milford shopping centre, Shore City etc. Has an ok food court and the basics like a Warehouse etc. Plenty of parking.

The largest mall in North Shore I think, covered parking is what I like, parking can be difficult in the holidays as it is close to the leisure centre, a nice place to visit overall.

The Covid 19 precautions at Glenfield Mall are good. I felt safe entering the Mall

This is a fairly small mall with shops that offer necessities. Handy for locals but I wouldn't go out of my way to shop there. Good for people on a budget I guess. Used to the better when it was a Westfield. Gone downhill with less variety and quality of stores.

In lockdown, very quiet. Click and collect available from The Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse open.

Drive through staffs are very friendly. Food is as you expected from KFC.

Great community mall with fun free activities for kids. My toddler and I walk there a few times a week and it’s so much more enjoyable than other malls that have free activities with a gimmick survey or having to purchase something before getting a cup of water for your kid. This mall has free activities full stop. This mall gives water to kids full stop. A couple weeks ago they had people in Paw Patrol costumes roaming around giving balloons, high-fives and lollies to kids. My daughter loved seeing the puppies and has asked every day since to go to the mall and high five puppies. In the midst of masks and lots of other abnormal, this brought such happy normality.

I enjoy going to the Glenfield Mall for the variety of shops from which at one time or another i have made purchase for myself or gifts for friends and family. The School Holiday activities are awesome and you can hear the children laughing and noisy. They even have a Briscoes store and Chemist Warehouse. Try the foodcort. Avariety of yummy food to eat in or take away.

Haven't been to this mall in years, maybe even a decade! But it was familiar, yet also improved. The parking is still the same, it's best to just go with it, still jot sure why all the reserved parking is at top carpark 🙃 but atleast there were lots of parking space when we went in. The food choices are really diverse and fantastic, there's decadent looking cafes which had plenty of seating, a trendy looking Vietnamese restaurant on the top floor, mexican food, indian, kebabs, katsubi, Chinese, fish and chips and even a cupcake shop. We got the katsubi which was life changing! I also like that there are food places on different levels of the mall. We went into footlocker and the staff there on Sunday were really helpful and friendly. The whole culture , in fact, of Glenfield mall was really friendly and I found myself wanting to stay there for longer and just peruse! Many retail shops were new and improved except some of the good oldies were still floating around too. The shops weren't shops i have seen before, many were nom franchised and unique. There were a lot of popular franchises too. The layout of the mall was easy and flowing and although it was busy , it didnt seem over crowded. For children, they had little bursts of entertainment on the middle floor with characters from "Frozen" offering laughs and a cute photo moment. The whole ambience was really nice. The toilets were easy to find and were clean. I think a revisit maybe in order.

It's a great mall, clean and full of shops of consumer interest. Naturally, I didn't actually do any shopping - just a meeting place to pick up a Trade Me purchase.

Absolutely fabulous. SHAMIANA has the most DELICIOUS and best butter chicken.... In all of the North Shore.... Wonderful Friendly people.... Love eating out at this place........

This place has really improved in the last few years! The new shops and cafes and well as decor and colour scheme really adds to its wonderful atmosphere. It has really useful shops and even a $2 everything (which is my favourite store for teaching resources). Would definitely recommend for Christmas shopping or a fun weekend outing.

A suburban mall. Nothing particularly fantastic about it. Handy for groceries. Several standard eating places and a fair foodcourt. Budget clothing and shoe shops. Briscoes and Chemist Warehouse are handy. All up, it's OK but not impressive

definitely one of the best places i can go for one and one with a friend.

Its been my local since 1978. Covid has changed how I shop but I love its familiarity; our "park" is always available, I can catch up with other locals there, the Whitcoulls ladies are delightful, Cafe Etage continually provides great coffees and friendly service, the Countdown team greet us as regulars, the mall is clean and well laid out. Importantly (for me) we know when to avoid our Mall.

Went for lunch at the mall with my brother. He took me to his favourite sushi bar,where you choose what you want in single pieces. Fresh and very tasty.

Great atmosphere! A variety of shops with all your favorites. Has The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery. Countdown, banks everything really. All in one place and plenty of parking

Really friendly shopping mall!

Still had xmas gifts to buy,knowing The Black Friday sales were still on, headed back to Glenfield mall. Thanks to the retail store, they still had the $10 sale on all clothing and accessories. I was looking for Big size clothes for adult men.Now my list is complete. My Favorite Place to be.

Good enough but honestly getting from one parking level to another is a trial. I am not a mall rat and don't specialize in mazes. Most people aren't, I would like to think. Lol

Great mall, easy access. Disability parking needs enforcement though. Security needs to police this more often.

Layout of the mall is confusing to most first time visitors. Has a decent variety of shops and the obligatory oversized food court. Parking is great with many various car parks and entrances off different roads. Parking time is generous as well.

Decent size mall. Has everything you need. The parking not bad. But it's the same as every other Westfield mall. Can't say there anything special there

It's a nice mall and has most things that normal retail malls have including supermarkets and Warehouse. The carpark needs cleaning though they do have a market night there once a week. Plenty of parking.

My local mall, good range of shops but some have forgotten that customer is king and only those that give service with a smile will survive.

Great atmosphere and lots of shops to check out. ATMS were a bit hard to find and would be good if there were some kind of map to locate certain areas. Had some entertainment for children the day I was there which was brilliant.

Great parking. Love the new warehouse chemist. Good selection of stores. Good eateries. All stores I have attended the staff have been super helpful and friendly.

Small mall but good enough. You have the essential stores like the warehouse, farmers and briscoes. It has a countdown. Plenty of parking space. Shops can keep changing. Food court is okay.

Not the greatest mall in Auckland or even the North Shore, but still pretty good for this country's standards (might be because I've been coming here for years and I'm used to it). Parking capacity has always been a problem but struggle to see how it would be improved in the near future. Overall a decent place to shop, especially with the public transit links nearby.

This mall has the Warehouse, Countdown, Just Jeans, Bed Bath and Beyond, Farmers, Westpac and soon a Chemist Warehouse but it's not got quite all the popular shops that other malls do. Plus foodcourt is rather small.

My favourite shopping mall. Never to busy and can always get a park. Eb games farmers the warehouse countdown so all the essentials. Always find a bargain in here some where. Virtually always trouble free safe place to go with kids an all. Always clean which is a big must have for most people I know. Cheak it out

It's a mall, not the biggest or flashy but certainly servicing it's local neighborhood, as very busy. As a first time visitor, I found it's parking maze like, found car on different level eventually. Good range of stores but certainly not a destination of choice.

The VTNZ employees I dealt with were very pleasant even though they couldn't help me on two occasions. For anyone who wants to convert their overseas licence and if your name is not identical on your passport and original driving licence - contact NZTA first and get their approval via a reference number which you can then provide that to VTNZ and give your tests.

It's a nice mall plenty of parking space and night markets every Sunday night. They have a massive range of stores to choose to shop at with everything else you need located across the road in all directions of the mall. All banks located on ground floor with the warehouse tucked away in a awkward corner you never notice its there.

Staff here are active and polite. Security and safety officers are actually looking out for mall-goers and cleaning staff are quick to clear out spaces in the food court. They mall also actively hosts lots of fun and/or useful events

The mall has almost something for everyone. The carpark is typically a Westfield nightmare though. Illogical traffic flows and awkward entrance and exits.

I love shopping here! They have such a great variety of stores, tons of undercover parking and escalators that you can take your trolley on. Not to mention the best parents feeding and care facilities around. 100% child friendly shopping centre.

It's the best shopping center in Auckland

Great variety, family friendly, never have issues with parking. For foodies, in addition to the food court, you'll find some excellent eats surrounding the mall. Marlborough park, just a stones throw away is a great way to regroup and re-ground yourself after a day of retail therapy

A mall is a mall, but I can't fully say that this one is nice to visit bc some aspects are feeling kind of old and it's a very confusing layout to me, at least in terms of knowing if you're parking anywhere near the desired stores given its multiple levels and entrances.

Pretty good place for all kind of shopping, with enough of parking space. Beware: in the evening (6pm) it becomes impassable maze once some areas got closed. Could be very frustrating to find your way out / to bus stop / to carpark (which are many) with bags full of purchases. Night market is usual on the lower level parking each Sunday starting at 5pm

Liked that there was EB Games, Postie Plus, Yoyoso and food court had a good selection of dishes. KFC, Sushi, and Fish &Chips.

Good old Glenfield mall. It still has what you need. The Warehouse, Farmers, and Countdown supermarket are it's anchor stores. The night market still brings the people in. The Glenfield indoor pools and gym are a great reason to spend time there. Always plenty of parking. A very stress free and relaxing place to shop.

Lovely mall, everything you need and not too packed. Hollywood cafe has the cheapest breakfasts I've ever seen and they're awesome too.

Easy to get too, good level and number of car parks. Would like to see better external signage for businesses - and more general external cleanliness would be good! Definitely time to update the gardens on Glenfield Rd looking a little old and flat.

Great visit to pick up my vitamins at Chemist Warehouse.

Tidy well maintained mall. Lots of parking space, rooftop parking. Many shops, food court and a small play area for kids. Clean toilets. Love the Christmas decorations. There's night markets on Sunday night's with wide variety of different cuisines.

Good place for a quick shop and meal, it's a nice small mall, for all your shopping needs, recommended for buying gifts as that's where it excels. Parking is always available which is a good thing, only down side is its overall being relatively small after a while, there's no more shops left to visit

A pleasant little mall. Went there today for the first time in many years. Attractive and bright. With most of the major retailers. Keen ro visit again.

Great place to go. Banks open on weekends, loads of free parking spaces, varieties of stores, close to library and pool. The best part is the Sunday Night Market, if you are a foodie, you will love it! Oh, and it also has two full size Countdown supermarkets on the same floor, how awesome...right?

There is a coffee shop that offers coffees with affordable costs. Taste also good.

It's just another mall, with all the things you expect a mall to have. Been through some major changes over the years, but it's still much of a muchness. If you head there on Sunday afternoon the night markets kick off at 5pm in the bottom carpark for a cheap dinner.

Convenient local store with varieties shops. You can find almost everything you need here. The night market every Sunday is a great bonus. Also it close to gym, pool and library. Really multi functional

Love this place its cute and has a lot of shops

Always a great place to hang out and mainly shop around for cloths, good selection on food and clothing stores. This place is not as nice say albany mall when it comes to hanging out with friends as there is no cinema but still this is more of a shopping mall than a everyone's cup of tea kind of mall. However this is my go to for haircuts so I can't complain that much.

Love it! They host a lot of free events for kids..must follow the Facebook page to get leads.

I call northshore the floating island ,the shopping centers mostly have a good view towards the sea and their's always a variety within its shopping malls customers as well as entertainment to our tourism as well as just being a kiwi

Pretty nice mall even though it's not very big. Shops are usually good and they're nice to the customers but not all of them. One of them that really got me was a shop called Jebs. They had quite nice things but the staff could not communicate well in English which made them sound very rude and left me very frustrated and I got to the point that I was very close to just dropping everything that I wanted to buy and leave the shop. There are probably some shops like that around the mall which leaves the customers frustrated but overall it's a good mall.

The daughter got some nice food here. It's a nice enough mall.

Not as bad as it used to be but still lacking most exciting stores. Good place for a walk in massage but not as good as the bhudist man in Highbury or as cheap as Takapuna mall. A little small but good enough. Loads of coin operated car/plane/truck type toys which I have to drag my two year old away from every 25 metres although not a bad time waster.

Good local Mall. Food court has great choices and playground is big enough to keep the kids occupied while the parents have a break. Stylists at Rodney Wayne are top notch. Staff at EB Games are knowledgeable without coming across as pushy or arrogant.

Very easy, clean & friendly

The New Management have breathed life back into the mall its no longer a mass produced dull robot. There are new shops popping up all the time as well as new furnishings and a new vibrant colour scheme! Awesome customer service and local community vibe!

I think it's the second best mall in North shore. They have farmers, wearhouse, countdown, briscoes and other usual stores. They also have almost all bank branches and the post shop. The food court is decent. Good amount of covered and open parking in 3 levels. They run kids activity during vacation, which are highly sort after. They also host the Sunday night market in their ground parking with multi cuisine shops. It does offer wheelchair access.

Clean mall with tasteful Xmas decorations for the season. Good range of shops and goods. Easy to navigate and under cover unlike the old days when it was tired looking and not fully enclosed.

There is a great little cafe up the top on the side of the entrance by Pizza Hut that's definitely worth the visit. It has friendly staff, good coffee and is away from the hussle and bussle of the main mall. The coffee prices are close to half of what is normally charged in the larger chain cafes.

Great shopping centre. Everything you need under one roof. Not too small but compact. Not too much walking. Good for kids and older people. New and modern.

Our favourite mall

A good selection of outlets here and a nice food hall, albeit with limited options. The Asian smorgasbord is fantastic, by far my favourite out of all the food outlets here. I wish they had options for parking high-roof vehicles (over 2.2m tall) as there's virtual nothing available around Glenfield.

There is so many places to look forward to everyone is friendly and the services are fast.

Good place where to go shopping with plenty of parking. No EV charging stations as far as I am aware of. Nowadays these are a must - like ATMs

Fine small neighborhood mall, good if they have what you need, but often you would need to go to one of the larger malls around.

Got almost all the usual shops you will be looking for in a shopping mall, they also have the night market every Sunday evening. Tones of car parks so that is not an issue at all. However in the recent months lot of people mentioned their cars got broken into on the community page, just one thing we don't want if we are out doing our shopping.

This is a great Mall. It has Warehouse, Countdown, Farmers and a great food court area with a small playground. It isnt as big as Albany but has everything you need a lot of clothes stores that you can choose from.

It's okay. Small. It has what you need but don't expect anything spectacular. The four stars is due to the night markets that happen here every Sunday evening or it would've been a 3 star review.

Nice mall for everyone

Well...this might not be the best mall in Auckland but there are few shops in there I like, that are not in anywhere else nearby (Jeb's for example)..atleast according to my knowledge. Plus it's good to grab a quick bite of donuts as Krispy Kreme is too dang far away! #WeWantKrispyKremeAlbany You can find the usual suspects like The warehouse, Farmers, Stevens, Countdown, 2 dollar shops, apparel, shoe and jewelry shops, banks, EB games, Specsavers, Cotton on, Postie, Bed Bath & Beyond, pharmacy, postshop, Labtests,...etc here. Used to have 2 Countdown supermarkets hilariously face to face in the basement floor but now Briscoes has replaced one. Food court is quite lackluster with the offered choices but not as bad as some other malls. Regardless, there are few other eateries in the mall grounds so don't worry, you won't go hungry if you decide to visit and spend some time shopping, idling around and do some more shopping and did I mention shopping? Washrooms are clean and tidy which is always so important in my opinion. There are not a LOT of parking spaces, but since the mall is not very crowded at any given time (like how Sylvia park always is), you can certainly find parking here. Sunday night market is always something to look forward to, though I am severely dissapointed that my favourite crepe shop is not there anymore. #BringBackTheCrepeShop

It's a mall. So you'll find (mainly) women's clothes, phone stores, a Farmers, a Warehouse, one Countdown supermarket and a Briscoes (replaced the second Countdown supermarket that used to be there). Some $2 shops. Some cafés. This mall is smaller and deemed to be in a lower socio-economic area, so some of the chain stores either aren't here at all or the branches here have a reduced range. Parking is usually easy unless it's the week prior to Xmas. The location is convenient. The atmosphere is pleasant. The food court has a good range and the food is as good as in any food court. During the day, the mall tends to be quiet. I've been here hundreds of times. It has its limitations, but I keep coming back because it meets many of my needs.

Typical mall. It's nice it's not too big, we know where everything is & can go straight to it. Plenty of parking with multiple & well laid out entries & exits.

It's a very clean mall with many shops recently having a makeover . Briscoes have just opened a lovely new shop. I have noticed since going to Briscoes that the staff are very kind and efficient and made me feel very welcome. I go there because I work in countdown there is a few empty shops as people are finding the rents are to high it is the only place I can park if ipark anywhere else at the mall thrywill clamp the wheels of my car

Tidy, clean, easy to find stores. Several great internal lifts from all levels of the carpark for wheelchair & pushchair access. All internal escalators are ramps not stairs.

Had not been here for 20 years. Was a surprise to see a new large mall there. Was hard to find your way around. I'm normally good with directions but couldn't get my bearings very well here.

This mall is really good, has great shops and a great variety my kids love coming here as well, beats the boring mall that is 2 minutes from my home, I'd rather spend 15 minutes and drive to Glenfield.

Plenty of parking on weekday that I came in. Got everything i needed shoes wise. Seems like a lot of shops there compared to lynn mall. There is a Swedish furniture store like ikea that I was happy to find.

I like going here.. Plenty stores to find clothes cheaply and plenty parking and. On Sundays they have market in the parking area its great for good or looking around for interesting items to buy.

Nice multi storey mall, with multi storey parking. Remember where you parked, or you'll be hunting high and low. Has public pool and gym next door. Could do with some more exit signs to escape from maze ramps.

Mall is ok, but a bit tired. Food court options are underwhelming, so many entry/exit points a bit confusing too.

Good parking with ample parking time. Accesibilty is best to Level 4 so park at Level 4 or below. Multitude of the usual mall type outlets, with some non branded stores. Check out the vintage apparel stores.

This use to be a wonderful mall with lots to see and do but since changing from a westfield branded mall to just a mall it has since lost it's little charm. The stores are odd and feel out of place being inside a mall and then you have the standard/regular stores like the warehouse and the $2 variety stores. Apart from that, the mall is still worth a visit and I often make the 30 min trip there just to visit some of the shops which cannot be found anywhere else

It's a great place to shop at since changing from a Westfield I find that the shops are a little bit different and obviously there are still the same ones that you would expect. It has a different vibe to it now so I find it very pleasing to go there well done 👍

The food court is average as there is not much variance outside of the massive chain fast food stalls, limited clothing retailers and the classic farmers-Kmart-Briscoes-Countdown combo, though the mall is slowly being upgraded so promising future.

Glenfield Mall has basically been the same for the past decade as far as layout. A good mix of various clothing stores with the usual Westfield retailers and banks within walking distance. It has 3 storeys with ample free car parking. There is an Asian food Market every Sunday evening from 6pm to 9.30pm in the under Mall carpark.

Very well maintained mall. I go here very often. It has almost everything you need. One stop for shopping, banking, post office, forex, grocery, beauty salons, etc. Nice food court too!

Good shopping centre, multi level, large and plenty of different shops, there's all you need except a cinema, but a lot of big chains and brands are present there like "The Warehouse", "Countdowns", "Farmers" and" Briscoe" even an "Ikea" importer. A food court and banks are on site and during the Sunday evening the night market plenty of Asian Street food is setted into the lower car park!

Not the greatest mall in Auckland, has all the basic stores needed and usually fairly clean. Small food court which is about the right size for the mall. Parking is a bit bumpy most of the time. Night markets are decent value on a Sunday night.

It's got all the basics like a warehouse, food court, supermarket, clothes shops and $2 ones. But it's really expensive to buy at most of the shops especially clothing unless there's a sale on and a lot of the shops are private clothing botiques with out of date fashion. Needs more variety and popular shops.

EB games was good, quick helpful service, always try to "up-sell" but that's their job. traffic was fine for a weekend, can get a little busy but there are always parks available and regular entrances dotted around meaning you never have to walk far

As a local I've seen this mall take shape over the years and it's only got better. We now have two supermarkets, three major bank branches (also open on the weekend), The Warehouse, Farmer's, a food-court, two pubs and a heap of specialty retail shops. Also, all major North Shore bus routes cross Glenfield Mall.

Much better since Westfield sold new owners have given it a clean up. I have a problem with the bulk of mobility spaces on level 2 are outside an empty shop and there is only 3 where the only supermarket is. Perhaps mall management could look into this

We lived 10mins down the road, it has everything that I need from here. They have cool activities for the kids during the school holidays. Good food places and heaps of parking here

Yeah, and don't forget to spend even more of your hard earned, over taxed, meager pay packet at Christmas Time... & That TV you bought last year , was over six months out of date when you got it ... & now If you want to enjoy all the new fangled features available on today's Televisions you'll need to upgrade to the latest Ultra Ultra Extremely Massively Higher than Highest High, High Definition Technology... or UUEMHTHHHDT.... Great picture but it does cause some human tissue degeneration if you watch for too long... Some viewers may experience a mild shortening of their life span, the occasional itchy rash, and sudden sporadic random organ failure... But dude.. That picture is realer than real man..... Located near a local swimming pool, Glenfield Mall has most of everything that you will possibly need. Parking is a bit narrow though, rooftop parking is a bit more spacious. The ASB Branch here opens even on weekends.

I rreally. Wnjiy coming to this mall.as it's got everything you need, including a great countdown. It is a lot smaller then Albany but it has Briscoe, The warehouse, Farmers and a good choice of food. It's easy to navigate. Good parking and we don't leave stressed.

Glenfield Mall is an easy to access shopping location, however the current stores are bleak and the mall needs revamping. There is currently no stores that appeal for females in their teens and 20's, but they're bringing back Cotton On with a huge new store. Other than that, it has good food options and the staple stores that everyone needs; there's a Countdown, Warehouse, Briscoes, hair salons etc. Shopping aside, they have a JP service desk that operates between 4pm-8pm on Friday nights which is great and they have night markets every Sunday evening. Glenfield Mall is practical and functional, however I wouldn't go here for shopping.

Parking is much better than Albany and takapuna. A great variety of shops these days, considering Glenfield is really just suburbia with a couple restaurants. It's a mall. What else is there to say?

This is a nice mall, with a Countdown, some shops, post office and food court. The great fun happens at Sunday, since the place receives the Night Market with hips of food and nice live music.

Three stars because it just meets my expectations for a mall. It's clean & well maintained. The shops are good, but I would review them individually. The helpdesk was indeed helpful - once I found it hidden away on the top floor. (Why isn't it in the middle of the ground floor?) The building structure on the side of a hill means lots of compromises. The escalators are set awkwardly backwards so they don't meet up with the basement escalators - result: extra walking, and a tangle of pedestrians crossing at the bottom. After hours access to the supermarket is far from obvious if you've never been there before, and there's no obvious signage to help. Tip: to get to the supermarket from the Bentley Rd (north-eastern) carpark, you go in the pedestrian entrance, up the escalator, turn sharp LEFT and GO OUT to the carpark on that level, follow along the building wall back towards Bentley Rd, then left into the next entrance. Signage at the top of the escalator would have made all the difference.

Love this mall. It's near to hone and convenient. Has everything I need. Just lacks a new world. Countdown needs competition.

Nice shopping mall with a great variety of shops and services

Had a faulty torch I brought from Kmart. Went in at around 942pm for a refund and in a matter of minutes got my money back. Service is good think the manager that gave my refund is Heath? Well anyway top bloke cheers for the customer service peace

Its got all the shops , you need, plenty of parking, less crowded than the bigger malls, like Sylvia park, or botany downs, toilets very conveniently located as well!

No real complaint, however due to the Albany mall being so close, the mall itself somewhat pales in comparison and does not have as much variety of shops.

Great parking, very centralised. I do wish there were more major retailers (JB hi-fi or something) but very nearby in Wairau park there are a bunch of them, so it's understandable they're not in the mall, especially with its limited spaces.

Glenfield is a great mall! Its best features are; * its compact design, built on the side of a hill it has 5 levels as opposed to the spread out style of newer malls like Sylvia and Albany, and, * the wrap around car parking, this gives direct and easy access from your vehicle to the shops that you want to frequent. It's changed dramatically from when it opened in the '70s. I have great memories from those years including the opening, Christmas carols on the bank, shopping trips with the family, late night Fridays with friends, the birdcage(?) between the 1st and second floors, working at the Pick 'n mix of the old Farmers, playing the original Space Invaders machine at the bottom of the escalator, hanging out under the car park with mates. Glenfield Mall, an oldie, but a goodie 😊

Excellent atmosphere and good service. Wish there were more shops. Haberdashery and specialty gift stores. Maybe a chemist on top floor . Other than that I go there at least twice weekly.

I go there all the time. It's a great place to just have a look around but also a really good place to actually get items . And you never get bored.

People would go to Albany mall now, this mall seems quieter and with less brands. However, it is still a very conveniently located mall. Farmers there is nice.

Had very good experience. The mall has everything you want including JP services on Friday. Very helpful helpdesk staff. Overall it's one of the best mall in northshore area.

A great Mall. There is a JP service and even a Sunday market and a car key cutter. Everyone who drives a car would have used a keyless or some other transponder key. If you lose your only key, it would cost $500 to $1000 to have a key made. This man does it for $250 if you bring a transponder key from a demolition yard, it would be $100. Nowadays, the imported pre loved car sellers provide just a single key.

Excellent place where you can spend good quality time by just doing window shopping or visiting NZ leading brand outlets and grocery stores. Food court is awesome.

I've always loved Glenfield Mall, I grew up in Glenfield so that mall holds a lot of memories for me. I always choose to go there everytime I'm around that area, the range of shops are great and I love the food court.

Glenfield Mall is my local mall. Got all the basics and is good for getting your banking and postage done on a weekend. Doesn't have a huge amount of specialty stores that interest me but I'm probably just the wrong demographic.

GLENFIELD Mall is amazing especially the warehouse, the warehouse has everything you need. Clothes, home ware, toys, school things, like school shoes and uniform! I would recommend Warehouse for shopping

For a while I thought this mall was going to shut down but now it's buzzing with people again after change of management (not Westfield any more). Night market in the car park near the leisure centre end on Sunday nights is great too.

Long John Silver food stall. Excellent fish and chips. Reasonable price. Quick service. Eat in or Takeaway. Use it every week.

Glenfield mall stands to be one of the crowded malls in North Shore. Although it is a relatively old, it is still enjoying a modern style with lots of well-known brands such as Farmers, Countdown and the wear house. Really old is gold.

Good local shopping mall with good location and both covered and open air carparking. All the usual Kiwi shops with wide selection of Asian fashion stores with reasonable prices.

Glenfield Mall is my local & has been for the past 30 odd years! It's changed a bit over that time & as Glenfield, like everywhere else in Auckland has grown, 'the Mall' has got busier! Recently Briscoes has moved in & Bed Bath & Beyond have expanded There's Farmers & The Warehouse & Countdown plus the Food court & many specialty stores No issues with parking as there's heaps of spaces & you even get a nice view of Rangitoto ☺️ Plenty of parking

It's a funny mall. Has a good variety of shops but the layout is super confusing. Park on the wrong leval and you could be setting yourself up for a long complex walk

The stores change rapidly. I went in today to buy a piece of furniture from a store upstairs and they were gone, and a new toy store is opening there soon.

It has almost, everything you might be looking for, and opens on sundays. You can find banks, post office, Countdown, Coffee shops, IKEA, Warehouse, Michael Hill (jewerly), Farmers, Subway, video games, food court, souvenirs and The Night Market on sundays from 5pm to 10pm.

Basic mall with most of the trimmings. Food court is ok and has most of the shops and banks that you would expect. Great for quick runs and for a shopping spree. Lots of parking.

One of the veteran mall in Auckland, with night market happening every sunday nights. Since November 2015, no longer part of Westfield mall chain, and now independently managed. The layout is quite flat. Part of the mall have lower ground, which is dominated by supermarkets. Finding parking can be challenging, especially on weekends.

Good mall, it's been changing lately and hopefully it will keep improving with a variety of shops. Nice that there's a Briscoes in there now. Should come in handy

Ok, I went to the ASB, it's really my local Mall, it was the one where my daughters bank was located.

Great selection of food, clothes, housewares and other services. Specially like the regular night market on Sundays. It is surely a go to for many people in the North Shore

I remember when there was a petrol station on the corner where the main side entrance is to the car park. An OK mall but it's never really excited me.

Wow is the word for Glenfield Mall. It has the two major chains Warehouse and Briscose under same roof on level 4. Great stuff on this Easter. Folks you must check out the special days to come here and shop. Apart from the usuall shopping you have food courts, pizza hut, indian cuisine , toy stores and much more to explore. Easy connectivity from link drive, the bus stand is right outside the Mall. Must viait. 😁😁😁

Monday at 9am. De Luxe Nail gave me prompt and professional attention. The pedicure and manicure were well worth the $50 cost.

Glenfiled mall doesn't have a cinema or a good kids zone, apart from these, this is a modern and small comprehensive shopping mall can meet most of your needs.

I like Glenfield mall. Parking is the best out of all the malls which helps remove the stress and time pressures associated with shopping. I can akways find parkibg within minutes ... I cannot say the same for Albany mall. My fave stores are Professional Nail, Jeans West, Makeup Direct and its great to see a KFC for my indulgent days instead of boring burgers overpriced tacos in the foodhall though a salad bar would be a great healthy addition.

It's not huge or great, but it's not bad. It has what you need, but what gets this place points is the Sunday Night Market. Food there is awesome!!

I had a bad fall in Glenfiel mall. People dropped their lettuce and pickles on the ground. Not a care in the world about the next person. So I fell in it and the customers came to help because not one of the staff at any muffin break nor ASB bank would help. Another custom alert the security who arrived 20 minutes later and wheeled me over to the White cross hospital. Watch out guys it was embarrassing.

Good mall, bit run down and, unfortunately, surrounded by idiots/druggys, but plenty of important shops, parking spaces, places to eat. Interesting little mall.

Love The Warehouse, the $2.00 shop, staff are incredible

Great variety of shopping here: including Countdown, Farmers, The Warehouse, Bin Inn, Briscoes, Bed Bath and Beyond, plus many lovely clothing stores.

Love it.🌻 we don't live very far away so the Glenfield mall is well spend a lot our pay. And enjoy our lunch and coffee.😆

They have everything I need - grocery (countdown), banks and post shop that open over the weekend, book shop (Whitcoulls), clothing and toys shopping (Farmers etc). Nothing fancy (no Zara, H&M).

Good mix of shops. Useful to have supermarkets & banks, etc. on one level, and more clothing and TWL & Farmers on another level...

Food court is nice and has different things to eat and there are a good variety of shops and different places to go to

Great parking not as busy as other malls. Less shops but still some good ones

Today Thursday there was plenty of parking for the 2 places we needed to visit.

Great shopping . Good selection of food

Twas OK, a bit tired, but the food court was OK. Parking 60min was free.

It's a reasonable sized mall with the stores you would expect.

Like Pakuranga Plaza which improved after Westfield sold it so too has Glenfield Mall, enough for me to make the trip from Mission Heights at least once a fortnight. I would give it 5 stars if Glassons was still there, and if there was a Dotti or Peter Alexander. Still one of my favorite places to shop (after Botany Town Center and Dressmart).

Good layout and feeling but places can be very hard to find as there are some outlets that are kind of hidden ( flight centre travel for e.g.).

Not very busy. Clean even though there were some new shops having refits done it was a great visit overall.

Amazing .. has everything you need and more .. kids play area could be a little more exciting though as it just looks bland and boring ..

A place I know very well... I was rise in Glenfield north shore.... I can tell you now. It brings back good memories... & they do the best night market there... ever Sunday nights.

Little bit outdated, but easy to find a carpark

handy, but if you want a bigger variety and choice, go to Albany! Lots more bigger shops like k mart.

A bit quiet. Dangerous drivers in the parking lot and no enforcement of the 5km speed limit no matter how many times you ask the mall management.

Under new ownership for the last year the mall is improving. Good if you dont want to go all the way to Albany.

Convient with a wide variety of shops for all your needs, kid friendly with ample parking.

Hate the car park and the shops are something to be desired. The only good point is the night market and all the banks are next to one another.

Was great when a 70s icon now grown to a great shopping centre...but wait!...there's more coming too.

Parking was limited but the facility was good. Clean environment with a welcoming feel.

Actually quite a nice mall. Spacious, food on multiple levels...and a helpful concierge.

Great range of shops. Only thing that I don't like is it closes at 6pm. Some shops earlier than that.

Coming up from Christchurch there was nothing in the Glenfield that is not already in the Northlands mall back home.

Has the normal array of shopping mall businesses. ANZ & AND are the major banks with a Post shop & Post bank sharing the lower floor. There's a warehouse & countdown also available.
