Very hot. Not much ventilation when you need to wear masks and the heat, smoke from the cooking makes it difficult to breathe.

Nothing like the old Cook Street Market or Avondale and Otara Flea Markets mainly a Kai venue but if you venture to the far corners there's a stall where a Maori couple are selling taonga bone carvings some pounamu I bought a set of Poi excellent exercise for wrists that spend most of their days attached to a keyboard. I love them well made and traditional koru printed cloth in red black and white mutual colors they hang as a taonga in my waka and yes I do use them. 😃

Not a whole heap of variety of food stalls like it used to have. Was well laid out.

Came here last night n it was packed!! Not as much stalls as I thought there would be. The foods stalls took up the majority, which consisted of alot of Asian, Thai n Turkish cuisines, (No hangis or creamed Paua). I headed for the stall with the longest queue and the food was worth the wait. I ordered the marinated lamb on rice with pasta n coleslaw for $15. The marinade on the lamb was delicious.

Always some good regular stall holders, and while much of the world cuisine is covered, there are a lot of dumplings! Highlights include the crispy duck wrap or bao, the Hungarian Fry-bread, and Pa Tea! Not much to see in the non-food stands, some great and cheap fresh fruit though.

Nice place to hangout with friends and have some good food. There is a wide range of cuisines like Chinese, Middle eastern, Malaysian, Japanese, a lot of bubble tea and also few local veggies for cheap. I tried chicken karaage delux from samurai. It was good and the cost was reasonable. Very few tables to sit and enjoy the food sometimes. Usually not so busy after 9.

Many kind of food such as Thai, Chinese, Korean, Western, burger, pizza, and etc. For can, 2 cans are cheaper than one. Nice owners serve a service. Self-service and keep clean after finish. Very nice and cheap food. Lots of $3-5 meals and snacks. Mainly Asian street foods in various styles with decent variety. Sweet savory spicy vegetarian etc. Most vendors have eftpos but not all do, so bring some cash in case.

Not the best of the night markets, but still pretty good. Lots of good cheap eats. This is the first time I've gone quite late(10pm) and it was much quieter with many of the stalls closing up. The one benefit was vendors offering small discounts or 3 for the price of 2 to get rid of the remaining food. Had a nice big feed with left overs for 2 people for 20 bucks.

Im a classic and always get 15 dumplings for $5 and a milk tea and theyre never bad. Often parking is a mess and theres tons of people,big crowds and someone causing trouble but good for little dinner pick up

A fantastic night market with excellent (well priced) food. We especially loved the waffle ice cream stand. Note that a bus ticket from Auckland CBD was around $9 round trip- so, we didn’t exactly save any money. Still a fun night out!

Cheap eats. Good for those who like Chinese food. Lots of baby octopus kebabs. Ice cream, donuts, even a cheesecake stand puts the cheesecake factory to shame, in my opinion. Plus niknak stalls and a couple of kiddie rides. Also, tables and chairs available for eating on.

A wide range of food items available including Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Turkish, Chinese, Pacific, etc. There's some othet stuff available too, like clothing, phone cases, and electronics, but the food is the real highlight here. This evening, we had sisig, kare-kare, fried chicken, fish cakes, kimchi fried rice, veggie noodles, lemon chicken, pork barbecue, and Turkish pizza. Place is always packed so come early to have parking space. Bring your whole family. After eating, you can walk it off at Kmart 😁

If I was rating the peanut butter cake I got it would be 5/5! So moist and delicious-From Doppio Zero I think it's called. Night market overall is okay. The carpark roof leaks a bit so if it's raining watch your head. When it's busy there's not enough seats. We get in, get what we want and get out lol

Thursday night and a popular place busy with families im here buying the dumplings or german sausages.. spoiled with choice inexpensive dinner i usally leave with a bowl of fresh fruit salad . Parking is best out on the street if it is available it is easier to get as parking underneath and up top gets busy. go early and also bring cash as some vendors don't haven't eftpos.
