Reviews of NorthWest Shopping Centre
A.
This mall is tidy and fairly new but only has the essential NZ cliches - Farmers, Countdown, professionail, Life Pharmacy, banks etc. No Zara, Forever New, H&M and KMART. You have to drive the opposite way for the Warehouse too. For the basics this will do but for proper shopping day out you'll need Westfield New Market or Albany. I've heard there is more construction coming for more retail though.
A.
I would say this is one of the cleanest shopping malls in Auckland. It got plenty of parking and it never runs out. They got great, clean toilets and children nappy changing areas. I haven’t seen any other mall in NZ with such well throughout happy changing areas. Mall does not have many shops but got all the essentials. Some of the shops such as Kathmandu are located in Westgate shopping center which is across the road. Overall this mall is clean , new and vibrant
N.
A great collection of different shops with a lot go offer, we always find what we are looking for visiting this shopping centre. Plenty of parking around the mall, and the layout makes it feel much less crowded than other malls when there are large numbers of people shopping. Great water feature and public toilets, easily accessible supermarkets and always new shops opening up as well as eateries.
D.
Fabulously cool, comfortable and clean mall. Totally strange to see snow covered christmas decorations everywhere though rather then our usual summer N.Z. decorations for the Christmas season. They just look silly and don't suite, take them down and use more relevant temperature decorations.... Confuses the children.
F.
This is a lovely mall. It's still new enough that it feels bright, light and clean. It has a great range of shops and a good amount of parking. It's well worth a trip to have a look around.
s.
Awesome Building. Good stores but need to expand and bring some more fashion brands. Great place to hang out with friends and family. The new extension is very nice. There are a lot of cosy restaurants. They also do a lot of activities. Easy parking available as well.
J.
Big spacious area in this mall. The usual shops you get in any mall. With a few individual stores. Great seating areas dotted around. Yeah I liked it here.
D.
I know it's still in development wise in terms of buildings but the bare concrete and waste is a bit of a eyesore when you enter into the complex. The small outside shops are nice, but maybe have a bank as well next to them or a atm. The inside of the mall is beautiful especially the foodcourt/look out when dining. Very handy service hubs throughout the complex and overall pretty.
q.
Nice place lots of free parking. Clean and updates area. Nice people's working there.
A.
There is a huge selection of shops but I found it frustrating to have to figure out the maze of circular roads and to exit the place was really difficult as you had to go about 800 meters away from the motorway onramp to find the road that actually takes you to the onramp. I suppose the second or 3rd trips will be easier but for me that is highly unlikely
C.
Friendly staff, clean, easy parking, enjoyable place to shop
Close to a great public library Te Manawa, eating areas inside mall are well organized and very hygienic
Cafes and eateries are very good, this mall has a bright, lively, busy but casual vibe
M.
Predictably good. It’s amazing how one can be anywhere in the world and the mall has the same look and mostly the same shops. Is there just one creator?
M.
It's a mall, possibly a bit better than most, but malls a not really my thing
D.
Nice an newly shopping mall, limited in shops and food outlets inside as it’s always the same food chains in any mall, outside has a few extra restaurants but nothing fancy, farmers is good here and lots to buy. It’s never busy beside Vodafone and Spark. At least the coffee is not bad.
W.
This Mall has the biggest, nicest Mothers Room and facilities that I have ever seen in a Mall - what a wonderful surprise our first trip to a mall with our newborn 10/10
紐.
One of newest mall. It’s so big. Overall place is very good
R.
Went to Jeanswest as that is the nearest store to my location. Lovely experience and I got what exactly I wanted. Compared to other malls, this Shopping Centre is quite small but they do carry most of the brands I like to buy..
Was quiet today.
Sadly the pandemic.
L.
Easy to shop in. But totally appreciated the fact that parking wasn't too bad.
A.
I don't come here often just because I live a bit far away, but when I do I am always amazed at how clean and stunning this place is! Staff are super nice and amazing too! What makes it even more perfect is that it's never crowded here?? The busiest it gets and it still seems so quiet and chill? Love it! Highly recommend 😊👍
D.
Great place as not that busy. Easy to get to and parking excellent. Recommend
S.
All shops and Shopping mall itself are great great.
The surroundings are beautifully decorated and there are plenty of places to sit and relax. There are many places for children to run around.
All the shops are spacious inside, and the shopping mall buildings are beautiful.
But a serious problem is the transportation system here.
Basically, if you don't have a car, the place to come here is torture.
Look at the size of Northwest and Westgate. Only a few buses take you here at very long intervals.
A bus stop should be provided between the two shopping malls.
Are you deliberately excluding customers without a car?
Ok. Do something.
A.
Interesting tiny mall, not too many people around
J.
Variety of shops, amazing food court and abundant parking.
S.
It’s most happening place during Christmas time and has some good restaurants for food and drinks. Although, there is not much options for shopping compared to Sylvia park. This place has quite a few options for kids activities and heaps of parking.
A.
Had a lovely lunch at Hansan (my sons' favorite place ...... They even provided water for our dog ...... Most impressed
f.
Shopping centre with variety of food at food court, also countdown, farmers and bank like ASB, ANZ and Westpac enrichen the place.
p.
Nice and quiet first thing in the morning, all shops happy to see customers
R.
Not a lot of foot traffic at the moment so great for Xmas shopping. Quality shops inside mall and don't forget shops outside mall, they have some awesome brands.
P.
Great open-air shopping complex comprising elite factory outlets that of clothing, shoes and accessories
P.
Nice mall out west with the usual shops and great eateries
T.
If you like to go to a mall but hate crowded places, then Northwest might be just what you need. Relatively new compared to the other options and built in an area where not many people live (yet) it is by far the best, cleanest and crowd-free place to go. With more shops being built and houses showing up slowly, make the most of it.
The foodcourt is pretty good with different options, and the outside eateries are a huge treat for the ones who can't be bothered driving to the CBD.
This is a place to cherish while you can, because once people move in, it'll be hard to find another cool place to go without taking ages to park.
C.
Great!!!
Excellent!
The volunteer made a good job for me.
Thanks.
Adri. Car.
A.
A good place to go to. A wee bit narrow in the range of goods being sold. Lots of food and drink outlets but you do need to go to the open shopping group for a wider range of merchandise. This means, park your car, go into the mall and make purchases from those retailers. Go back to your car and move it to the second shopping area, park and make your purchases. Back to your car and go home.
W.
I was just passing time and thought a visit to a mall is good for the soul.
G.
Nice new place, needs more sign boards along the way inside.
#.
Really big and spacious mall! Still new-ish so never busy or packed but has a bright future for shoppers!
K.
A bit more reasonable and friendly than west gate.... nice place
J.
Such an awesome shopping centre with great shops and the best baby changing room ever!
c.
Wasn't quite impressed, with the lay out of the place. I suppose given time things may change.
R.
This mall is so CLEAN!! I really love this mall best I've been in in NZ. The toilets are spotless! Please keep it up its just fantastic!
K.
Very nice mall, wasn't as crowded day we went but yep clean, tidy great shops, the foodcourts excellent clean spacious around tables superb layout. 1 critique would be confusing when coming off motorway and trying to find the actual road to main carpark and mall entrance but we got there eventually.
F.
Nice place to shop. Good parking.
J.
Nice and modern, handy for easy shopping experience
C.
Its a good mall to go to if you are in a hurry to shop. Essential and well known shops for clothes/fashion, jewelry shops, school supplies, games, crafts, grocery, banks, restaurants and a good selection in the food court. I am a local so this is my go to mall. It is a bit on the small side but has everything I need.
J.
Like going later in the day, a lot of shoppers have gone and its easy to get around. Very impressed with the size of the retail stores and that everythings here.
R.
With the amount of space that this mall sits in, I'm actually surprised that there are not a lot of shops to choose from. Shops are spread over one level.
I don't know if there will be anymore shops coming in.
A great mall should be at least two levels (Farmers being two levels doesn't count). There should be a plethora of shops to choose from.
It shouldn't take me 5 minutes to see all of the shops in the building in one walkthrough and I shouldn't be able to see 90% of the mall while standing on one end of it.
I had huge expectations for this place when it was first announced. I'm a little disappointed, but that doesn't mean I hate the place. I frequent the mall. I'm just saying that it could be better.
S.
Went in on a quiet day. Visited the BNZ and ASB excellent customer service by both as I have account's with both banks.
For a relatively new Mall its architecture is stunning. My husband told me he tried to sit down in one place in the Mall for coffee a few days before he took me there.and was told he needed to be dressed in order to be served there. Would anyone know which Coffee lounge that could be I didn't think there was a dress code to sit and have coffee or is it a culture code?
I.
Air conditioning needs ramping up. Staff helpful otherwise.
J.
Lots of parking and good variety of shops. If not into food court restaurants across the road
M.
This is a pretty standard shopping centre. You won’t find much here that isn’t in every other shopping centre in Auckland. There is always plenty of parking. However, it is a pain to get in and out of.
J.
Great place to shop and second only to Sylvia in terms of choice and comfort. While no JB’s, H&M, Zara or Kmart, has outlet Puma, New Balance etc at the nearby Westgate and Rebel, Harvey Normans etc close by as well. With Costco coming soon, this place will be hard to beat.
Y.
A nice mall... Well organized and spacious..many shops of a variety of items displayed and available in many shops... But not all... Don't be disappointed like us🙃
L.
Visit to 2 shops in this complex. 1st was Pack and Pedal, high end quality bikes and accessories. With equally high end, staff customer service. This is a return visit to this shop for helmets. My son bought bikes for his son and daughter for Xmas. He was impressed then, hence the return visit 😄
The 2nd was T n T Clothing, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
L.
Northwest, please scour the neighborhood streets. Many of your trolleys are being left. Some have been lying about for wks and wks. Very expensive for Countdown etc to keep replacing!
J.
This shopping center is great because there coffee shop and countdown is just around the corner of the coffee shop and great food.
And also ANZ bank straight across. Everything is very close and not much walking..
M.
Haircut time just cuts do an amazing job
D.
Ita mall, it's got mall things. The people on the samsung stand were very help.
W.
The place is large and spacious, parking at top of building as well as shared drive areas for pedestrian and cars to get to parking around the lower street shopping.
M.
Over the past twelve months, my family and I tried shopping here - when I say tried I mean to say that we just didn't know how to reach there post the highway exit as we kept taking the left turn at the exit. However, this time we called before leaving home and got an angel named GAIL from the Customer Services Team who truly proved that COMPASSION towards one and all was the only ingredient required for an awesome experience on Mother Earth. Gail's directions given to us to reach there starting from our home in Blockhouse Bay and above all the warmth with which she spoke to me, speaks volumes of the superb upbringing this girl has received from her parents. The shopping experience too was superb and we will be visiting the shopping centre often now thanks to Gail.
GAIL simply means JOY - probably her parents knew her traits.
p.
We love this mall, its a one stop shop. From baby needs to groceries. Has a variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. Very clean and tidy, and the parents room, whoa!! The best one ever! Huge, clean and big space for the parents and the pram. 👍👍👍👍 also they offer good activities for kids on school holidays. These are the reasons why we keep on coming back. 🤗
W.
The very best family bathrooms experience ever! I would go to this mall just to go to the bathroom. With 3 kids it makes it sooo much easier to keep them all safe and serviced in a clean and kid friendly space. Oh and the shops are great too.
A.
Was my local once opened up and visited many times a week during maternity leave with my bubz.
Great for parents with bubz parks upstairs near entrance or near countdown end. Nice baby rooms.
Always clean and spacious.
Not ideal for big shoppers but for me was perfect as it had just the right amount of shops and variety. 5 stars because i do not enjoy overcrowding and a tonne of glamourous clothe stores.
Just the essentials, work wear, sports wear casual clothes, shoes and a few shops to add bling. Haircut, some gifts, nails and finally a nice kai.
M.
Nice atmosphere, not overcrowded and a great place to shop. Staff in stores are friendly and helpful. Tables and floors in Foodcourt are kept clean which is so nice compared to some malls and Jamie's make brilliant coffees, always consistent.
Y.
Nice and quiet little mall; not too busy and caters the needs of the community in which it sits in. I love the fact that there is plenty if parking; great places to eat and shopping is convenient for clothes and groceries. The most cleanest mall I have been in yet to date.
S.
Great mall. Range of shops is middle road, definitely a mall that caters for everything. The food court is good with the usual fare available, McDonald's, Japanese, Indian, roast carvery, Mediterranean. There are two small play areas located in the mall and the parents bathrooms are amazing! There is a countdown supermarket there and the library is a short walk away. They have great activities for the kids during the holidays.
B.
very straightforward mall, some of the shops are outside the mall
D.
An incredible range of shops to visit. Best restaurants are outside of the main mall itself but still close enough to just dash across.
S.
Very spacious shopping centre and clean floors. Went to whitcoulls here and was impressed by range of board games and toys they have.
T.
Easy to find parking. Okay shops. Sadly it doesn't seem as pumping as it should be. It is a sad sylvia Park wannabe. But I'll still come here as its quiet and easy, don't have to deal with random dumb people etc
N.
Great shopping mall here with so many food outlets with outdoor seating to chose from.
A.
Excellent and classy new mall and close to home. Went in to the bank only need a petrol station on that side and lovely development might be nice to grow trees that grow fruit as a point of difference to out stage other malls love the set up but the streets through the mall are uniquely designed for slow traffic and not for westies in my opinion. But still love it and will be back.
P.
Mall is slowly getting better, feel sorry for some of the shop owners as the general foot traffic through this place was quite slow to start with when it opened. Keeps getting better though, and I suspect by 2019 it will be jamming. I would love if they had a kids play area like they do at Sylvia Park. Perhaps that on the cards when they do the next phase of expansion.
2021 and it's still not massively busy. Ironically however that's also why I like it. It's a very nice peaceful place to shop and take the kids to buy all things necessary.
T.
As you might expect fir a new(ish) shopping centre. Not withstanding my remark about Auckland parking earlier, its pretty generously provided here.
A.
This is probably the only good mall out west. Lots of different stores, shops, cafes, restaurants etc under "one roof". I happily travel the distance when I need something all the way to this mall as at least I know I have greater chances of finding the item here then in other malls out west. One star less for managment. They are not as organized as they should be when it comes to give away time to their loyal customers and are extremely stingy with the amount of stock they supply for the give away gift with purchase through selected times in a year. To run out of give away items in day two and advertise for a period of 10 days doesn't make sense. Not worth sending us loyal customers email endorsing something you are not prepared to deliver.
n.
Just another shopping mall! Smaller in size even for NZ.
A.
Great place to shop, albeit the size. It has most of what you need.
J.
Well organised mall, spaced out. Great food court but also has a lovely garden restaurant area at the back (outside)
J.
Great location. Love the layout. The shopping centre has a lovely atmosphere especially with the indoor/outdoor flow. Love to support the local businesses.
L.
Good shopping place.Food area need some restaurant not just food court, fast food
A.
Not as big as other shopping centres in Auckland. However it's got enough good shops and lots of places to eat at inside and outside.
A.
Nice new shopping mall with potential.
L.
New modern facilities the public toilets in the mall are good has a food court with McDonald's
J.
Always enjoy this mall, a newer one in Auckland. Not overly crowded and a larger area to walk. Connected to a Farmers one end and Countdown the other, with a food court in between.
Two floors of parking, one end connected to Maki Street, so you can walk through to the restaurants and library.
L.
Incredible service and the friendly staff are always cheerful and welcoming, there are excellent deals available all the time, and I am happy when I have had a chat with them and leave with my bargains. Merry Xmas and Cheers🍻 to everyone and a Shout out 🍾for Mel 🥂
i.
Great layout of shops. Food court has a great variety of foods you can sit down with the family to eat. I would recommend them to have a little kids play area in a corner or the middle of the food court. That way parents aren't having to go to a parent room just to let their kids have a little run about in the little play area inside of there.
B.
Best mall in Auckland as it is really quiet
B.
Very Very Good Shopping Mall, wish there were better stores there though.
S.
Bright and airy feeling to this mall. Very pleasant to be in. A large food court. Not a big mall, and a limited range of shops inside, but near many other shops in the same new development. There is a lot of parking, including two dedicated electric car charging parks about 50m north of the main pedestrian entrance on the east side.
M.
One of my favorite malls. Totally recommend both sides of Westgate, they have all your favorite shops and more some.
L.
Nice and clean , plenty of parking but limited clothing stores. Bonus is Citta design freedom and Wallace cotton not at many malls have these stores. Limited food outlets but all in all nice and reasonable new.
S.
Your usual selection of mall shops, great farmers. Nice and open, easy parking.
S.
This is one of the newest shopping centre in the West Auckland and they are growing day by day. They are trying hard to strive and attract more people from city. The food court is always clean. The helpdesk and friendly staff help people inside the mall. I promise you will have a great time here. Kids love the service here. There's always something for the kids here. Heaps of parking and close to motorway.
S.
Very new, parking is a real pain and very small. it took me about 30min to go through the mall.
The Countdown there is very small so if you want to go to Countdown use the one across the road, they have more choices
A.
Beautiful shopping center with great restaurants outside a good food court and a nice array of shops. The kids playground is lacking in any actual playground activities but it does boast a giant iPad for the kids to play games on. The parents room is large and beautiful with several private breastfeeding rooms and 2 TVS playing Disney junior or similar channels
H.
Lots of dining, clothing, and general shopping options! A lovely place for a morning coffee, a lunch time shopping spre or a late night dinner!
Y.
Beautifully lit at night and loving the casual indoor outdoor flow. Good range of boutique + standard shops and the food court is expansive & remarkably clean. Excellent free parking.
J.
Everything is there at this large complex split by a major intersection. Access to the shops is clean and well paved. A great sushi train restaurant too!
A.
A good shopping mall. Not too busy, and the food court has lots of seats to sit and eat without walking around to find a good seats. Good, clean and tidy toilets/bathrooms. Always stop and do our shopping at the shopping centre. Lots of carpark, good variety of shops.
P.
Love the SMEG kettles and toasters in Farmers
S.
As far as shopping malls go, NorthWest would be one of my (only) favourites. I feel like you can actually breathe up there! It's spread out, so it doesn't have a hectic and claustrophobic feel about it. There is usually plenty of parking. It's still just a mall, and the layout of some of the roads is a bit odd ( / frustrating) but the range of shops and eateries are good. If I HAVE to go to a mall, I always hope that what I need, I can get from NorthWest.
G.
Love it for a reasonable new centre.all we need
E.
A neat mall just across the road from the Westgate cinemas. Featuring Countdown and Farmers along with a host of small boutique shops and also a food mall for the hungry shoppers.
A.
Really cool mall, bright and friendly design. I'm giving it 4 stars because at this stage there are a lot of clothing stores and not much else. The food hall is good with lots of variety, some are a bit over priced such as the sushi and it was not tasting fresh that day.
D.
Very American style mall with larger shops and much less cramped. Reminds me of LA especially the new farmers department store it's so much brighter and less cluttered. Feels like shopping in Sears. Food court has some variety. Came before new heads so really not busy at all. If this is the future of malls in Auckland I'm quite impressed. Or I would be if I liked malls. I usually avoid them but if you have to go to one this is one of the better ones.
K.
One storey shopping mall in nice style, clean.
Toilets are tidy and lightening was brightness ☀️
M.
Wonderful shopping centre! Used to live in the area but still pass through from time to time. Great layout, a lot nicer than St Lukes or Sylvia Park as not as busy, parking great. The best parent rooms too! Only took off a star as could use a few more shops (ie fashion, Kmart?).
A.
This newly built mall is quiet with a selection of shops for all your needs. There are plenty of carpark spaces that are easy to navigate, however, the range of shops are limited, which is why I only gave it 3 stars. There is no "stand out" feature for this mall.
B.
We enjoy NorWest shopping....clean....vibrant....lovely people.....shops well stocked and Majestic Tea Bar makes the BEST Iced Coffee anywhere.
J.
nice modern mall never too busy all you need under one roof
J.
Carpark could be a constraint during peak.
V.
It was my first time there and I got a wee bit lost
B.
It's getting there. Still very quiet and not a massive selection of stores, but it has most things. If you want less stress and easier parking than the giant Westfield malls, then NorthWest is a good place to go. It'll keep getting better as they complete the extensions too.
W.
What a shopping centre everything thing under one roof
C.
Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.
C.
Nice new shopping mall with ......well, same old stores everywhere. Unfortunately....
D.
Its a mall with pretty good retail options. Pretty same as the rest but ok
N.
This centre gets better the more retail and food shops open. It’s a shame Mirrou disappeared though! I love the ride on furry animals in the mall. My kids had great fun on them while I enjoyed a cuppa at The Majestic Tea Bar.
T.
Best place that you can buy and good and safety parking for all cars. Very good space in the area. Fantastic
K.
Love this mall! We live out in Papakura but we come here to shop because its spacious. You can push a pram easily between the isles of clothes. Not to mention the majestic tea lounge that I absolutely love and the awesome array of entertainment for young children. My daughter was busy with the activities here for hours!!! And the parents room is really amazing too, spacious and private and entertainment for the older kids even in here. Love this place!!! I'm raving about it to everyone!
P.
It feels like something from a Tim Burton movie. Parts of the mall are so far apart that people don't walk between them. Even if the car park is full, the mall feels empty - I took photos during the a busy holiday weekend and it was easy to get them without people.
As far as I am concerned, it is worth a visit just to wonder...
L.
Awesome mall. Great shopping options
A.
Went here for a birthday celebration. Wasn't sure what to expect as some of the reviews gave them a "thumbs down" for service and quality of the food. I am happy to report that even though they were busy, it was a Thursday evening about 6.30 pm, our party of ten had the drinks orders taken five minutes after we had sat down. We were eating mains 35 minutes later. That is good service for a large party. I had the grilled chicken salad which included poached rhubarb, a new pleasant experience and peas avocado and rocket salad as well as a generous portion of chicken. Sometimes chicken can be dry and tasteless, but mine was very enjoyable on a hot summer's evening. Temp. outside was 24 C. The cost of the meal was 26.90. All in all, a lovely night out. The restaurant was called Goode Brothers North West Shopping Centre. Auckland.
H.
One of the newest additions to the Auckland shopping scene. Plenty of parking and easy to get too. Shops are very similar to any other mall. Since the restaurants opened outside it's brought a bit more atmosphere to the place.
A.
Northwest is nice and new. Everything is clean. I feel like there isnt a great variety of different shops. Not many clothes shops and they seem to be the same shops you see everywhere!! I have to say as a parent their parents room is awesome!! Always clean they have private little rooms to feed and change baby. They also have a play area with t.vs playing kids programmes. They do have alot of parking although unfortunate there is no undercover parking for when it rains.
D.
The Platter Station. This is a little gem of find amongst the usual mall fare. The menu isn’t big just a few choices of seafood, veggie option, taco or roast option, each served uniquely on a wooden platter. Side options of raw fish (delicious) and, unexpectedly, oysters in the half shell(they were fresh and very large). My wife and I shared some oysters and raw fish then I had the taco plate, 2 soft shell corn tortilla with a small amount of shredded meat and fresh salsa with some corn chips sour cream and a bean slaw - a very tasty and satisfying meal. Wife had the seafood platter, fish, calamari chips and home made tartare sauce which she said was excellent. Uncommonly good food from a mall, with friendly cheerful staff
M.
The food court offers different food to other malls so more variety to choose from. Lots of parking although for the first time we went there it was a bit confusing as to which turn off you needed to take to get to the parking area. And the way out to the motorway back North was not by going through the carpark and heading towards the motorway.
P.
Still the place to go where you can easily find a Carpark, far less people and still shop at all the usual outlets. Quite a unique pleasure these days around Auckland.
C.
Nice looking mall, plenty of parking, plenty of shops
P.
Easy parking, but not a great selection of shops. Restaurants outside are good, foodcourt is not so good. Will be interesting to see how it develops when the rest of Westgate is finished.
A.
Nice and tidy. Not too big, not too small with a good variety of shops. Great for a quick browse and to catch up with friends. ou like other shopping centre's it's not so noisy. Finally someof the restaurants out of the mall are great!
X.
Newly opened place with good design.
Parents rooms are large and clean that could make young couple together their children feel relax in shopping.
Food court is clean and could satisfy most of tast.
However, brand and shops are less of variety. Personally, I will say silver park shopping center is better onthis point.
I.
Addition of eat street with plenty of choices on offer. Still relative new, all set up are very clean and quiet shoppers. Apparently more extension project to be expected. Close to westgate shopping area, all car spaces are outdoor though.

Good parking good range of fruit and vegetables watch out for use by date on packet goods also keep an eye on receipts
M.
The formal address for the Centre is misleading - resulting in disorientation and mall access problems. The substantial carpark has two access driveways - neither from Fred Taylor Drive. One from the East, Gunton Drive, and the other from the North, Tawhia Drive. Pedestrians can also access the Centre from the West Maki Street.
Excellent security team in place. Clean, modern toilet facilities are appreciated. Great multitude of shopping opportunities within a very hectic and rather full complex today. Free Christmas wrapping stations pretty busy (much appreciated service). The cleanliness and presentation of the facility was outstanding.
The absence of live green zones was a little disappointing. The range of eateries within the complex, within the dining hall and beyond, is greatly appreciated.
B.
Newish mall west Akld. Popular. Mix of retail, food and business and professional offices. Access is a little puzzling. Be prepared to drive around to figure what is where. Big Pak'nSav adjoins Mall.
N.
This place has good vibes. It’s often quieter than other malls and has lots of parking available.
E.
It's really nice place to do food shopping or catching up with friends
N.
Parking a bit hard to find but good shops. Need a bit more variety in food hall
C.
It's small, mind you. Small-ish. Nothing too fancy but for just walking around window shopping, it'll do. The outdoor stores are quite a handfull. Some nice restaurants around, again nothing too fancy but enough to tickle my fancy once in a while.
C.
Love the girls ar life pharmacy friendly and knowledgeable. Food in the food court fresh and tasty.was disappointed in the noodle salad bar really 1 piece pickeled stuff dessert spoon of cabbage 4 small sticks carrot 2 jalapenos teaspoon if that of the sauces .I dont have rice so paid extra $4for noodle always been a great bar but yesterdays impressions it must been the boss or owner and to top it of he was bit rude and unfriendly .so it will be the kakarb place from now on .boss there is generous and friendly and always smiling
j.
Beautiful mall. Never thought there was so much to see and do inside the mall part. Then there are the wonderful selection of restaurants and eateries on the outside and surrounding shops. Great place to be
V.
Its massive and plenty of options with shopping and customer service was extremely delightful and helpful I will definitely be going back.
B.
Great shopping precinct. New'ish Mall. Entry and exit for newbies may prove challenging first time.
S.
Great open space with a variety of shops. Dosen't get very busy
J.
Very attractive covered mall, airy and light. Great cafes and one of the best Farmers stores in Auckland. Many top clothing chains to choose from and some specialty stores too. Heaps of parking.
l.
Nice place everything good near my home good enough do not have to travel far other shopping mall 😃
E.
You love to stoll in out of outlets and surrounded by shoppers great. Outlets here is expensive.
E.
Friendly helpful staff. Nice bright well laid out store. Reasonable range of PlayStation, X box and pc games...the usual fare for electronic gaming shops.
However they have a rather special niche collection of game and movie memorabilia as well as Sci-Fi and fantasy board games and collectables. It's also the first retailer I've come across that has a selection of Graphic novels (marvel, DC and some others)... hard to find outside of USA.
Definitely worth a look.
G.
The expected retail therapy. For consistent breakfasts with friendly service try Breakfast Club. Range is limited though. I personally do not like the concept of open air shopping (meaning you have to walk to another location for another set of stores and run the risk of getting wet if rained on for example)
P.
Very clean and nice place to be at
J.
I love the new mall. Its roomy and light. Nice to have some new shops out west. Nice food hall. I always get easy parking whether it be weekend or weekday.
M.
Great variety of shops
J.
One Mall is just the same as the next, but this one is my Local so it gets 5/5.
Food court (inside) and restaurants (outside) are ok. Has been a few that have started and failed but I’m sure as the place grows things will become more established
A.
Love this place, every time I have been its not been to busy and everyone is relaxed meaning we can just chill and enjoy our shopping experience and not have to fight our way around other stressful people. It’s pretty clean and has a great range of shops so if your in the area I recommend stopping in for a quick shop
L.
Has the stores I need & far more convenient to access than West City Henderson or any other mall. Parking is never a stress.
M.
I have purchased beds from waitemata north west, I found them to be very
helpful, i recommend them to my friends.
Absolutely Excellent service, and the staff are Brilliant.
E.
For me nice Japanese cafe unfortunately I don't remember name.
L.
Great shopping mall. Has most shops that you would need all in once place. I go here regularly and always find it easy to find parking. Cinemas are great for the kids as well.
L.
I love going shopping at this mall its not massive but it has lots of great shops
M.
Very relaxing the children rides in the mall are a win and love the browsing .The banks and food courts are all in convenient places and also shops outside. Cant wait for the new library to open ..and lots more stores outside of the mall..
S.
Parking and roads are pretty terrible, and the food court is generally $2-3 more expensive than other shopping centers. The location is convenient if you're out that way, and the place is very modern.
M.
Potential to be a good mall and is definitely improving as it grows. Some great stores and the most friendliest staff I've met across a mall. Excited to see what it's like when it's complete
H.
spacious, clean, not usually too busy, has some gaps in store range, but if you know what you want and you know that the store is there. Some great eateries
T.
Standard mall. Good parking. Clean.
A.
It's good but not fantastic. They need to finish the rest of the shopping complex because currently its quite small and there isn't much of a selection. Overall a good place to go for any local shopper.
B.
Calm knowledgeable and kind assistance from Diwakar, a nice young man at the Omni kiosk.
D.
First time at this mall and I really like it . It is a bit different to other malls . Doesn’t seem as cramped and it is open and inviting . Nice food court too . Has a good selection of shops and I like how the farmers store has stevens attached to it .
S.
Nice and clean with a very good parents room. Family friendly!
A.
Love it but could do with more variety stores and food options
Y.
Doesn’t have huge selection of shops but I like the fact it’s always pretty quiet so don’t need to fight for parking - especially when using rooftop parking
T.
Great place to shop. A variety of different shops from the norm plus some regulars. One or two interesting cafe's also
L.
Newer mall but needs another level of shops. Otherwise clean and nice.
R.
It's okay ever since it opened I never really liked the shops they have. Its like 2 minutes to get to for me, but I'd rather go to other malls.
A.
Old part still good although ripped up with road works, new mall waist of space, should have been a 2 or 3 story high mega mall but the council make more money out of rates by spreading it out.
I.
Really nice. Good development of the Mall. Restrooms are in good locations. Could use a Nandos. That would be sick.
A.
Mall is small but design perfectly
It have its own parking at 3 floors.
Perfect place for small firms to open new branches.
K.
Clean and tidy. The food court area is quite pleasant, but the shop count is perhaps on the low side. The salesclerk guy at Strandbags was also especially helpful, highly recommended!
C.
There's no starbucks
N.
Modern shopping center with plenty of parking, Great food choices at a very accessible location
B.
The food in the Japanese cafe is really nice. In my opinion, the Hungry Wok food is not that nice. Even though its chinese, the food is gross. They dont cook it properly. The mc donalds takes forever to give you your order. They even forgot that I ordered a frozen coke! It wasn't even that nice as the burger king one. Anyways, there are a lot of shops you can visit in northwest mall.
C.
It's bright and clean. The food court is cleared continuously. It is just another mall though so don't go in there expecting mall heaven.
N.
A great place to shop if you dont enjoy the hustle bustle of the more well established malls. Cute lil animal mobiles for the kids to ride which is fun. Shops look prestine but dont appear to have any higher end fashion stores. However if its homewares youre after this is the place. Great brands like Citta and Wallace Cotton. Jewellery is another winner..all the usual suspects with gorgeous spaces (walker & hall, pandora, john franich, michael hill).
J.
Choice mall good food there & a variety of shops.chur
C.
Not a bad place. Quite but all shops good clean
R.
Large outer-suburb shopping centre with lots of big stores to choose from including Farmers and Countdown. Parking is so much easier than in town that it's worth the drive from Ponsonby to Westgate.
C.
New mall in the city which is small and nicely designed. There's a lot more expansion happening by the end on 2016 so will need to check that out. Great location right off the motorway, so very easy to get to.
T.
Big spacious building with not much in it? Seems a huge distance to get to the next block of shops, not many stores to browse. Food at the food court is good.
Y.
Surprised to see how busy it is when we went yesterday! Clearly a very popular place.
E.
Not the best range of shops but it has a decent Farmers there which is the draw card for me.
D.
The mall is probably the more interesting side of the Westgate area, just waiting on a new fancy cinema to go with all these other upgrades. Great outdoor eateries too.
A.
Nice mall to go for a quiet day of shopping. It is not as big or as crowded as Albany mall, but that is what it makes it great. The food court area is great too.
M.
A bit quiet, hope the mall would attract more people when ikea opened in near future
R.
I enjoy going there for meals and to relax and catch up with friends
M.
Good clean and modern mall but could do with a bit more variety of stores. If you want clothes great place, anything else you need to go elsewhere.
L.
My favorite mall. Lots of treats with a lovely food court. Get your hair, nails or a treat for yourself. Shops for everyone inside or on the outside
B.
Good Skid meet spot
D.
Great place, finushed just 6 months ago. Good range of shops, cafes and small food court. Parking is around the back, you have to driver down the street. Past it andaround the back to park. Andcome out that way.
A.
Excellent customer service, nice variety of food, Casablanca and Goode Bros my fav! Food crew and Orra cafe make delish coffee's! Nice clean atmosphere, my go to shopping centre!
S.
A nice relatively new shopping mall out west worth a visit.
B.
Nice and easy hassle free shopping. No large crowds.
K.
Was really impressed with the shopping centre very well laid out, went to the baby factory for things for a baby shower the young shop assistance that helped me was really great in fact the Best I have delt with for a very long time, went to the florist that is outside Countdown to have baby shower gifts ( a lot) that I had put inside a baby bath clear wrapped & ribbons tied the lady was very good made it look beautiful, went & done a bit of shopping then brought a coffee right outside Countdown best Latte.
L.
Its a good place to go but could use some more shops as there aren't that man compared to other malls.
K.
Good range of shops, food, clothing ....I just went to bunnings tho🥲
C.
Nice and new but it conflicts with the old mall, Westgate across the road.
B.
Nice flow and not too busy. Farmers is great then Countdown at the other end. Outside open space and restaurants just what West Auckland needs.
R.
Modern clean lot's of free parking and good range of shops. The complex is still in the early days of construction and is shaping up to be one of the best shopping complex in auckland
H.
The good thing about this place is there is always parking. It is one level, could have more shops available/ tenants as it seems half the shops judging by other visits are always dead.
A.
Had a phone repaired from Omnitech last week got a a great service from Himanshu, he helped me so much with my phone, went to Vodafone even they couldn’t solve my problems. Thank you Omnitech. Will definitely recommend
R.
Convenient, generally happy shop staff throughout , food hall OK, parking easy, get most of what you'd expect in a new good mall.
A.
Easy parking. Not too busy which makes it pleasant to shop. Would like to see some different shops as there is many shops that are the same as other malls. It does get boring same As same situation.
N.
Generic shops in a fresh spacious mall. Plenty of parking and nice enough but somewhat sterile and uninspiring.
E.
NorthWest Shopping Centre is a shopping mall located in Westgate, a suburb in the northwest of Auckland, New Zealand. It is situated on the other side of Fred Taylor Drive from the pre-existing Westgate Shopping Centre.
M.
Very well maintained. Ample parking. Cost of various items are on the higher side.
S.
It's not the easiest place to get out of and if you're not careful you end up back in the center just to avoid getting on the road to Hobsonville
C.
My most awesome amazing place that I never fail to go ,I went here daily for my shopping, meeting up with friends in those friendly cafes in the mall or outside ,loved this place is the parking for disabled is easy like myself ,and all.the staff's over there is friendly, kind compassionate, most of all.is their concern and understanding with respect and courtesy.it is really fabulous place to be .loved it.
K.
This place has a clean and bright vibe to it. Still alot to explore
I.
Very clean and modern. Heaps of great stores with new ones being added all the time. Parking is great always able to find a spot with in 5 minutes.
R.
Nice shopping area. Once completely built it will one of the largest in Auckland. Almost every shop under one roof. Large parking space as well.
K.
Great mall if u don't want the busy bustle of Sylvia Park. Classier than St Lukes. Lots of sit down restaurants and a good food court.
M.
went to Omnitech in northwest Himanshu recommended me zagg screenguard for my s10 and i am loving it. Awesome service and product. Had screen guard from Vodafone and jb all came of in a weeks time. Thank you Omni tech
L.
Plenty of good shops & cafe's. Sales on in many shops. The ride in scooters for children are a bit of a hazard for shoppers walking. I almost got hit by one.
J.
Nothing different as compare to other malls
G.
No covered parking or childrens play area, foodcourt offerings are very average. Very clean inside, and the independent cafes are worth a look.
A.
If your living on North shore of Auckland this is newly open beautiful place. Wonderful for shopping and they also have great place for children to have fun and eat enjoy different open games
F.
Nice and cool for a hot day. Good range of shops. Not much covered parking though.
W.
Its pretty awesome if a little quieter than main city malls, but I like it like that.
K.
Great selection of food and shopping. Clean and easy to get to everything.
S.
They lose a star for getting rid of the Wendy's Ice-Cream place! I loved that...other than that a nice feeling place, seems clean and nice staff in most stores.
M.
Brand new shopping mall. Love the parent room and food court is spacious and modern. Not much to do for children, lacks some shops for kids clothes .
H.
Needs a few more shops but other than that very clean and tidy and easy to find the shops.
S.
Its a nice modern mall but not enough stores that are affordable or popular
d.
A lot of the more common stores are missing from NorthWest which isn't necessarily a bad thing but I do think there could be some more clothing storea (particularly Autograph or City Chic) and maybe a Kmart
E.
Fancy restaurants and nice atmosphere. :-).
R.
Great place good food Nice people good Staff Lots of Parking good Shopping
G.
Decent range of shops and ample parking. Just wish the food court had a bit more variety
S.
Clean and spacious good selection of shops
A.
Enjoyed walk through the Mall, although a bit crowded.. clean, tidy space
S.
Not a great selection of stores... yet. There's more to come and once finished will be a great place to shop. Not too busy compared to other malls (like Albany).
C.
Clean, lovely. Car parking fantastic. Lovely wherever you go, but be careful, quite expensive in the cafes etc. Still live it though.
L.
Nice big carpark
F.
Nice place for lunch, bathroom break and quick shop
G.
Good shopping center which is still growing. Only complaint I have is the stocking profiles are different from the same stores in other malls.
J.
Not the best mall in Auckland but has basic needs coverd. Plenty of choice when it comes to dinning. Up side it's not to busy.
D.
Spacious and tidy. Better than most of the shopping in Waitakere. Its a shame the Trusts still have their claws in the bars there.... they really stifle any creativity for hospo there
L.
There is never any ques in the shops and staff is always frendly where ever you go
A.
I am not really a mall person! Don't like the general environment and too many people. But I like all the shops that u enter from straight from outside and the other blocks with Warehouse Stationary etc
S.
Not much stock in the shops.
I.
BIG Variety of stores , Huge parking area, cleanest restrooms I have ever visited in New Zealnd Nice place to shop, Very wide aisles.
V.
Really nice centre. Passing through, but use to live in area. Gosh!! this use to be farm land. Very clean. If i lived nearby there"d be no reason for me to venture elsewhere because everything there.
C.
Good place to shop or even for a visit. My wife commented that the people there are nice and friendly. A very relaxing atmosphere.
J.
I love this mall. Great range of herbal teas at the cafe in the middle of mall. Always nice and tidy. Lovely helpful staff.
A.
It's a mini version of a large format shopping mall, fair amount of Label brands in residence, a small food hall, a major supermarket and huge car parking area surrounds the whole complex.
C.
Classy centre with a beautiful food court, always clean and pleasant to visit. Love this centre.
D.
Spacious mall with all the usual stores. Ample parking. Very clean facilities. There are several fantastic cafes in the area.
N.
Pandora Shop - Privacy Act gone MAD - My family & I have purchased Pandora product from the time it arrived in New Zealand therefore over the years have spent a few thousand dollars. On Monday 25/02/19 I purchased a new charm & asked to credit it against my daughters account, which I have done since the start of our Pandora journey. The sales assistant obliged & was more than happy to put this through, on Wednesday 27/02/2019 I returned to the store to purchase another charm for my granddaughter & asked to have this also credited to my daughter's account. This time within two days I am told I am no longer allowed to do this due to privacy. I have to ask what other information does Pandora hold when I gave my daughter's DOB her phone number & her address? ? ? I must say I am now reluctant to give them any more custom & would prefer to give it to the jewelers John Franich a few doors along who has known my family & I for many years & has always credited purchases to my daughter's account & certainly gives what I know to be family customer service which I can not say for Pandora :(
Irony: on reading the Pandora NZ Privacy Collection Statement Pandora will collect your personal information & may disclose your personal information to among others contractors, agents, government bodies & regularity authorities & to there service providers including outside NZ in accordance with privacy policy. !!! I have to ask where is my daughter's right to her privacy from Pandora???
F.
Not your average foodcourt. Gone are the days of only being able to get fast food in a shopping centre. The foodcourt here has amazing food!
L.
Same old shops as per every mall. Nice decor. Clean. Good restaurant area. Movie nights are a great idea too.
J.
The best shopping centre in the West. Good selection of stores to suit everybody, room to move around and plenty of parking.
E.
Shopping malls are not my favorite...but got what I went for so can't complain.
B.
My favorite place to stroll
G.
I have been travelling round this area for over a year & this was the 1st time I had ever been to.this Mall. A spotless inviting shopping area which I would highly recommend to any avid purchaser to visit 😎😉
A.
Clean with tons of parking, it is however lacking in some shops but thats the price you pay for the quietness
L.
Great for shopping if you don't like crowds. Food is average, needs a better range of places to eat.
V.
This place is still growing, shopping is ok but the best thing is the dining precinct. Kids are included in the lay out
M.
Good variety of shops and cafes and on main street has some nice restaurants
S.
Starting to love this place. A few more shops needed but overall a great place to shop and eat.
S.
Was good lots to see
K.
This place ia slowly dying.
O.
Westfield Mall
Load of stores such as FARMERS/ COUNTDOWN/ VODAFONE /FOOD COURT JEWELERS/ HAIRDRESSERS And outside surrounding bars/csfes/restaurants
Check it out. Hobsonville road turn off exit 18 after Royal road. Close to Wedtgste
A.
Wish there were more shops hence the 4 star. Facilities are great. Parent rooms are wonderful.
C.
Great mall. Plenty of space and not o overcrowded. Good parking and pleasant to walk around in. Good choices for food.
W.
Always enjoy Northwest - wide variety of stores; food options galore; ample parking; no stress to shop, walk or eat there.
Z.
This mall is really nice. Super new and quite quiet, so you don't get that crowded mall feeling.
M.
Crossing. The busy road is a problem for me Old Westgate far better when you travel on the bus with all your shopping I
rather go to West Gate.
C.
Super opportunity to buy whatever you are looking for! So many shops and breadth of varieties!
D.
North West is a great place to shop and now Westgate Optometrists are located there it’s even better.
K.
Great place for shopping and toilets for toddlers!! AAA+++
D.
Love the new mall ,nice and new fresh and clean .Plus more shop opening all telecom just outside the front door .I was a Little disappointed with the Food place out side called goode brothers on the 16th October it was my birthday that day and my family said we would meet there at 10.30 am I was very disappointed with the time to wait for the coffee and when it did come it was warm .For breakfast I was having a Big breakfast at had no bacon because they had run out and substitute it with processed ham and still charge the same price for it so not happy with this one So maybe we will not go back .So come on goode brothers I know that it's a new RESAURANT but you should have been a bit more organised.
P.
Not as many stores as other malls. Alot are outside and require a walk or drive. Don't mind walking but when you have shopping bags it can be a bit annoying
D.
It's a small sized mall compared to the westfield shopping centers..If you count the surrounding stores on the outside then it's a large shopping complex plenty of parking mothers with baby parking near front entrance.
c.
All good.
A.
The mall is not large and lacks some types of goods expected in such a shopping centre
R.
Beautiful, clean, pristine with so many different variety of shops.
C.
Very clean and tidy grate food court it's a new mall but I give it a 4 star as a mall
N.
Absolutely HUGE shopping center. Lots of parks, close to the motorway. Quite different shops than you find at your 'typical' mall. Fantastic experience.
A.
Big, clean and you’ll find pretty much every retail stores. Even the food court has many options.
J.
Great mall with clean and tidy facilities and family friendly
D.
Love the easy shopping and parking here. Clean and tidy as well.
B.
The road around this place is very hard to navigate, the mall is boring and doesn't seems to have anything interesting, but it is nice and big and it's also clean, hope it will get better as it develops.
G.
Great place to shop. Many stores that you do not find elsewhere in west. Very good cafes. Lots of choice.
K.
Standard mall with the usual shops. Not good if you're hunting for new clothes and want to check out shops that aren't Farmers or Max. This being a relatively new mall the mall owners have missed the opportunity to create a shopping experience that differentiates this mall from any other in Auckland.
T.
Needs more variety amongst the shops..but understand whilst we are all trying to avoid covid
H.
Great shops and nice cafés.
D.
It might be 1 level but it has a large verity of shops and cafe's heaps of car parks and location is very good
j.
just as good as any other mall, nothing too special, its terrible to try to get out of there though which almost makes you just want to drive to the old westgate
A.
Good mall. Lots of cafes. Plenty of variety.
D.
One of the nicest shopping mall out west... new and quality shops.. sufficient parking... good outdoor selection of restaurants too.
s.
Too small for a shopping center but has everything in the building. Very clean place.
J.
Really nice place, also clean toilets, and good selection of food outlets.
J.
Awesome experience, modern, bright & great variety of choices in food court.
Farmers is amazing, great layout, awesome customer service.
V.
Glassons is my go to place. Staff very friendly. A very nice mall
M.
Build a super mall, great idea. Would have been an even better idea to finish the roadworks and parking facilities at the same time 😩 I'd rather go to Sylvia park....
B.
I loved this place, less crowd here in compare to other malls and have everything u need .... best for people to shop in peace :)
R.
Easy parking , no crowds, a good range of outlets.
D.
Smaller easy to get round mall.
Nice food hall choices.
Plenty of parking.
Easy access
P.
Great up and coming shopping centre. Not as big as Sylvia park or anything but great place with enough family day options.
L.
Good mall and shops. Easy to navigate. Good little sections for kids. Just surprised it is not busier.
A.
A good mall, pretty much the only mall I shop at just wish the still had an ice cream shop and not as many jewelry stores.
C.
very modern up market feel to this shops. Fantastic variety of shops in inside. Plenty of free parking and not to far from the bus stop
S.
Unique experience with great architecture both internally and externally. I felt comfortable navigating myself through the mall
S.
Nice big open mall, heaps of good shops 👍👍👍
F.
I have seen a therapist called Preet twice for waxing and eye / eyebrow tinting. She does an amazing job 😀 very professional as well as giving me helpful advice on exfoliating my legs every second day which has made a hugh difference, thanks Preet, I will only ask for you in the future as my other experience wasn't as good with someone else there 🌻🌱 should just stick with the person that was great. I'll be back see you then. 🤓
H.
Nice. Needs more selection of shops. Quite a small mall. Good food options, however.
Y.
New shopping center for west Auckland. Unfortunately the place is not big, not many shops, and the road layout is not user friendly, one ways, and car share with pedistrain is very inconvenient.
J.
Difficult to get around the streets which are narrow, parking a nightmare. Mall itself is spacious with reasonable variety
C.
Very spacious clean great variety of businesses
G.
Nice shopping experience, but the mall is a bit on the small side. Some excellent food at the food court.
M.
No enough parking. Media made it sound a lot bigger than what it really is. But its nice to have a new shopping complex near kumeu.
K.
The area is still in development, so the area can be difficult to navigate for drivers trying to get to this location, or getting out. But it is a shopping centre that has all your essentials. No cinema, closest will be located at Westgate Shopping Centre.
D.
New, very nice, small shopping. Has everything you need other then a movie theater, witch is just across the road in the old Westgate.
D.
Love that the space between shops is sooo wide, it gives you room to walk around large slow groups of people, without feeling like you have to squeeze past.
J.
Decent shopping mall, lots of choice. Nice and clean, plenty of parking as well.
S.
I enjoy how it is different to other malls. It isn't too car friendly. Great for a quick shop.
P.
It literally has every you need. Furniture, got it. Gifts, got it. Clothes, got it. It's amazing
P.
Good parking. Much quieter than other Westfields. Good selection of shops and modern utilities for new parents.
M.
Nice places , apart from security stereotype people and tend to follow you around for no reason
s.
Nice and peaceful Mall loving it...
S.
Excellent shopping mall with fun activities for kids in the holidays. Clean spacious toilets for disabled and changing facilities for babies.
E.
Quiet at time of visit, people masked and keeping distance. All shops open.
T.
Dun and vibrant. Clean with great stores and the food court is well situated. Staff are friendly 😊
D.
A nice smaller mall with some good stores. We go mostly for Jamaica Blue Cafe & Whitcoulls.
G.
Directly over the road from Westgate this area is still under construction with only some businesses currently open. It looks like it will be a great new shopping centre for West Auckland.
P.
Accessible and not so far away from the motorway off ramps like other malls. Plenty of parking for lowered cars.
A.
A lot of shops but so spread out, parked 3 times, old mall, new mall, new area further west.
A.
Great shopping, plenty of choice. Lots of eateries and restaurants and plenty of parking, what more could you want in a mall
S.
Really great atmosphere and mall layout... some cool shops, and the glassons there has the best layout
E.
Like a little city. Bit like Botany. The newest part of the Westgate shopping area. Will come into its own when more people live nearby. Good environment.
V.
Shopping mall is awesome. The best fish and chips with salad on side I have eaten at Casablanca Northwest.
D.
No service parking whatsoever for the premises I was delivering to
a.
Great new Mall, location is perfect and all around is just getting better
N.
Lovely location, well set up - good shops and parking a plenty - with very few people compared to Albany etc.!
L.
Great place for shopping and have loads of parking. Love this place
R.
Experience for the first time nice clean mall and great food
A.
Always a good place to go, if needing accessible parking, park on top level as plea fly of good sized parks.
A.
Great local mall
l.
So many different places to go and everyone is really friendly with plenty of parking
M.
Nice new looking mall and has some great shops.

I personally do not like the concept of open air shopping (meaning you have to walk to another location for another set of stores and run the risk of getting wet if rained on for example)

Clean and tidy. The food court area is quite pleasant, but the shop count is perhaps on the low side. The salesclerk guy at Strandbags was also especially helpful, highly recommended!

Same as all the other large malls in Auckland. Good place to charge up your electric car (free), while doing some shopping at Countdown
D.
Has everything anyone would need and is still growing. The family rooms are amazing if you have small children.
A.
Nice mall, not many shops but well laid out.
G.
It has a great selection of modern shops and eateries with ample parking
A.
Quiet mall. A bit small but if it has the shop you're after it's really convenient to park and never crowded
J.
Big, a little bit tricky in the sense of driving and parking etc but once your there its all the retail stores you could hope for.
