The food itself is good. Solid at least a 7/10. The service is bad, they are trying but they need better training and more staff. The wait time was almost an hr although we were booked and on time. The menus are nasty, torn and dirty. The mood lighting is nice but too dark at each table. Individual table lighting is needed. My dad who is in his 60s and wears glasses really struggled to read the menu and even see his food. The seats are also quite hard and uncomfortable. The main problem is really the wait time.

Just a good place to go if you want food or nice things for your home. Everything from Cafes, a bar and home stores. Ideal if you need to grab a last minute gift. Often come here for brunch and then have a look around. Parking can be challenging in the weekend, but if your patient something always pop up.

Nice chilled out locale, although having a brown face I got a lot of 2nd takes and longer than usual stares from the locals. Put a slight dampener on the otherwise tranquil surroundings. Visited the Silky Otter - extremely friendly staff there who couldn't do enough for us and can be credited for the 4 star rating not being a 2 or 3 due to the resident shoppers or staff who couldn't be bothered even replying to our smiles and greetings.

Enjoyed vive. Love their coffee and other stuff. The nail shop inside was quiet and cosy-not much friendly though just because I'was not their regular regualr customer?!

Visited OBV over the summer period when a lot of shops were closed but looking forward to coming back when they are open. Good mix of food, beauty and retail options

Farros is amazing. Great produce bespoke novelty lines, take home meals housemade and artisan surprises. Friendly staff and here's a photo of two of my fav things amongst many.

There are quite a few food outlets here including Ampersand, Brothers Beer and Saku Saku. There are a few spots in the front area but it is usually full.
We stopped by for lunch at Ampersand and took a look around since we were here. There are a few shops around as well as a Farro supermarket. It's not very big but does have quite a few options for either eating or shopping.

Stylish grocery store and some retail store.
There are daily necessities to grocery, you can find shopping in a relax atmosphere.
