Quite a nice new shopping mall. There is plenty of restaurants and shops inside and outside the mall. Most of the restuarants are close to the foodcourt on the cinema side of the mall. The parking near the cinema is quite small though so does get full quite fast.

Service was great. The place is so beautiful . We enjoyed our time there.. The owner went around the tables asking everyone how the service was.. the personal touch was very nice. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

Light and bright, worth a visit! Good selection of bakeries. Good coffee and tea shops, for the discerning customer. Enjoyed Coffee Club. Patisserie restaurant will be my next port of call. Friends went there for a ladies only do, they were raving about the quality and good service! Very good parking garage. Spaces are large and access is 👏 brilliant

Came from North Shore to pick up hard to find Christmas gift. What a lovely Mall. Went to Warehouse which was best ever seen. Wide Isles, nicely set out and surprise, surprise lovely friendly staff. It was a great experience. Hadn't time to investigate other shops but will go the distance again to do so. Locals hope you have visited this lovely Mall.

I love this mall for its lanterns. Makes Chinese people warmed on Spring festival. Thank you for this lovely decoration!

It's always quiet whenever we come here. I feel it doesn't have the same amount of energy and liveliness compared with other malls. Pros: less people, so you get through whatever you need faster. Also nice variety of eateries.

Love this place! It's never busy which is great for my crazy kids haha. The food court always has tables available and is very tidy. Nice selection of places to eat too. They usually have a kids room to with colouring activities.

Modern, stylish, small yet packed place where you can everything you needed! Dining space is soooo nice, still needed to try them all though! Close to everything and very well thought of interior designs. Car park is spacious too. Will definitely be back!

Found some awesome food choices here, as well as some free charging stations to charge at while you have lunch. Quite a few places to choose from for lunch, as well as a favourite pastry shop with savoury and sweet options. Would be great to see some other electric car charming options, maybe a faster changer that you can pay for.

Love this mall. The restaurants make a difference. As one can get sick of the usual KFC, McDs circuit. Handicap parking could be better. More priority is given to charging electric cars.

Beautiful shopping centre. The foodcourt is classier than any other on this side of Auckland. They have a Warehouse, New world, Noel Leeming and other stores in between. A few restaurants as well. There's a Hoyts upstairs and very large, well equipped City Fitness on the top level. Outside is 'The Market'. Plenty parking in the 3 level carpark with a handy Espresso carwash on level 2.

Its one of the loveliest town center. Its has all the shops inside including warehouse, new world, just cuts and banks too. There's is ample car park available.

The mall is not big but the food court is not bad. There are still some unopened shops. Haven’t seen a single clothing store yet. The inside parking is a disaster during the busy time.

It is a good place and it even has a food court but it isn't that big and there isn't much to do inside of it but if they expand the mall and add more stuff I can definitely see this mall being a 5 star. Which is why I might change this comment in the future.

Relatively new town centre so everything looks and feels fresh. Nice selection of food outlets, as well.

Ok, so the facilities are great. Really cool atmosphere. Will definitely be back. However, we went to the movies tonight, it finished late. We went to every door that exited onto the car park we parked in trying to get out with no luck. The door release buttons aren’t working! We stood back, we waved, we pressed the button. No staff present ANYWHERE! We finally found a door open that we had to SQUEEZE through. What if I was in a wheelchair? Our only option is to walk around the long way in the pitch dark!? Not safe. Not ok.

Beautiful newly built with lot of parking space .Few shops are open yet some of them still empty.Nice & clean beautiful decor seating areas every where .

This is not your typical shopping center, most of the shops are food and dining, with the two supermarkets Pak n Save and New World. There is a huge Warehouse Stationary/The Warehouse shop which is great. Platypus, Skechers, Postie Plus are some of the shops. The dining options are amazing, great place for a foodie. There is a Hoyts cinema for entertainment. Some shops still to open, so wait and see. Love the design of the building but the parking lot on the upper level is tricky, please take extra care and slow down. The EV charging station is a bonus, available on the covered and outdoor parking. Will definitely visit again to try out the restaurants and check out what other shops will open. This place has a cool vibe and more of the relaxing shopping, not the usual chaotic Westfield or Sylvia Park.

I go to the nail shop, lovely ladies especially Lan, she is the best technician ever, and such a lovely person 💕

Ormiston mall is nice and the Five star nail Aesthetic inside the mall that's great. I had a great experience there the first day. Their service and staff are very good along with modern equipment giving me a great experience together with luxurious interior. ❤️❤️

Clean, tidy because it's so new. Nice change from other malls & some nice stores in and outside as well.

It was so lovely and clean and and the way the seats are is awesome too. We watched a movie in The xtreme cinema and though the screen is abit bigger the sound was Crappie. I think it needs improving. The sound was abit worse then in a standard seated cinema. So that was a little bit disappointing. The pop corn was tasty, the slushy machine wasn't ready, and it would be nice to have some original ice cream choices like the choc tops or nut tops. They also had no combo choices as what you usually would have with the drink, pop corn and ice cream. It's what you expect as apart of the movie experience. There isn't much to choose from, from there confectionery either. I will come back and try again but I don't know if it would be my first choice every time.

Nice mall, very modern. I enjoy the design inside. Heaps of parking - covered and open. The food court is great too, so many good options there. Plenty of cool looking shops to explore and the bigger stores are great.

You must visit the Divine Patisserie at the Mall. Beautiful little place, very eye appealing! Gorgeous !

It's ok quite small and not a big range of shops. It's an ok place with a small food court that has a range of different styles of food. Quite a good place to visit if you want some where different

Holts Movies area was clean and tidy. Seating awesome with adjustable foot rest, but the food too expensive just the basics was $90 and stale. The Wharehouse was also great I won a $100 gift card and grateful because I got my money back for the awful food. I will definitely go back but please get rid of your stale food. Trumpets and popcorn already made tasted like it's been sitting there for too long.

A really great find in Auckland. With a unique range of restaurants. The wife and I are looking forward to our next date night here.

Class clean and Organized Store. Well connected with Public and Pvt transport. Aristocracy feelings surrounds u as you enter town centre.

Waited 20 minutes for service at novo today before walking out. Two girls talked behind the curtain presumably sorting customers payment (as I asked customer standing at the counter), oblivious to customers waiting. Noel leemings awesome service.

Went to Melt. First visit but won't be the last. Best milk shake in YEARS. Great food you have to try it.

Surprisingly nice interior settings of a new shopping complex in South Auckland suburb

Clean and sleek. I am keen to see more stores that I'd actually shop in like H&M, too may hair salons and repeating stores.

I'm pretty excited to have a look around here, had the dog in the car last time. I5 looks smart and new, still growing. A Farmer market in December, I'm not really a shopper but fancy an hour looking around.

Nice shopping mall. Spacious, decent size with pak n save, new world, hoyts, warehouse, and a couple of shops and restaurant. Pretty good selection of restaurants here.

It's a great little mall, my only concern is there's no mobile service or wifi in the north-eastern part of the building. So if you want to google a price while at Noel Leeming or check notifications while on the toilet 😅🤣 you're out of luck.

This was the best mall I have ever been to. The warehouse and new world had everything like food

One of the busiest place in our hood, recently opened few months back and still growing. The place is more of a food hub and grocery place - we have both NW and pak&save and the warehouse here and variety of nice restos to choose and dine in. Quite a few of recent additions, some new shoe shops, jewelry shop, bakeries and cafés. Postie's here now as well...the pace still growing!

Nothing flash to be honest unless you wanna go Dine in, get beauty done,groceried and go cinema... no clothing stores which sucks except Warehouse

Super sleek design everything is so modern and they have the cutest most unusual little shops.

The interior design is contemporary, and the mall is a bit more up-market compare to Botany Town Centre. However, the mall is quite small, about a quarter of the size of Botany and the selection of stores are a bit likited

Good place to chill out in Flatbush with a friendly food court. This is a very brand new Ormiston Town Centre. It still needs more stores to open up and occupies the Mall. Not bad for a brand new Town Centre for the store openings that have committed to open, yeah, braving the responses to make it a favorite place for family visit will take a little more time to set in, in saying that it is a tightly built Mall offering almost anything in a smaller scale and version compared to Sylvia Park Mall in Panmure. Recommended place to be visited again and again there's always something new in every visit to this Mall. Recently few more new stores and cafes have opened, it's a more dynamic town centre now where all the FlatBush, Mission Heights, surrounding areas even Manurewa peoples comes to congregate to this town centre

It’s new and has a modern industrial design to it. Plenty of parking. However, it has the same old boring shops you find in other malls. Decent sized food court though with about 8 options. No more then 30 shops all up. Not worth a special trip if you live far. Just something that services the locals I suppose. Not sure how long before we see the next stage of the development to extend the mall. Clean tidy toilets with a fabulous kids/babies room.

Good place for the locals

Fully open new vast shopping and recreation area with plenty of attractions. Designed for locals with bags of money, and doesn't have any free water fountains or drinking taps. But thanks for great nice bathroom for families and individuals. There is no any kind of kids activities room in bathroom like in Sylvia Park, but still useful. Not yet very popular amoung all the Flat Bush families due to various reasons. This is the only one big mall with cinema in Flat Bush

Beautiful shopping center. Good food court...nice

The mall itself is great, very busy the first weekend open as expected. But unless you’re walking, don’t bother. The car park is a nightmare, it was not well thought out and we spent almost half an hour in line trying to get to the ramp from level 1. We moved 3 car spaces in 20 minutes.

Fantastic store, they try hard to carry stock relevant to the customers needs.

I love Ormiston Town Centre. It is small though has all the essentials without going to the bigger Malls.

At long last the mythical mall has appeared - only 15 years later than originally promised. A simple design that lacks the bling of other malls. THEATRE entrance has a dramatic lit entrance. It's early days maybe they'll turn all the lights on in the food hall soon. Great parking building over 3 levels with plenty of car parking space and 6 electric charging stations.

Under rated, beautiful brand new shopping centre. Small and intimate. A lovely shopping experience. Please visit - lots of new shops

I love this place! Maru sushi n don have the best tasty sushi ever! Also I bought $1 liners and pads in the Warehouse. Classic Bakery chocolate buns are so yummy.😊 The pop up Orchard have the best drinks ever and according to my sister and friend the food is great too.

The mall has a nice design, modern, yet with flaws. There's not enough stores. Lack of fashion departments, entertainment, a store saying they don't have the stuff yet oddly. As for the parking, it's horrible. It's too close to the road, needs easy signs for the parking, Even for the night, the roads are pretty narrow and dangerous, people not using the crossing, easy accidents, people parking at pak n save instead of the mall's carpark. There is enough parking places, but you need better access to it. In my opinion the mall is not finished, it was opened too soon. It's not too late to fix it though.

I know as of the time of this review, the place is still relatively new, so this may not be the most reliable review. Cool things about it, lots of parking. Reasonable food choices and cool vibe overall. Will be updating this review maybe a year from more when things have been built a bit more.

Average mall. Not horrible (which it was upon opening), but not amazing. It is in desperate need of additional stores for it to become 'the mall of citizens from Ormiston'. Right now, it's just a nice food court. Still going to Botany, that mall is really great.

It may be the excitement of something new, but the new center is amazing. From a design perspective - beautiful, from a variety perspective - good, plenty cafes and a pretty darn good food court with awesome choices.

I love our new local mall, only upsetting thing so far is they don't have a playground for kids. There is a parents room, more of breastfeeding/changing space, but no play space for kids in the mall. We still go to Botany mall because of that, they have a tiny but nice and fenced playground. I was holding my fingers crossed for all the families with small kids, but alas ... There is an activities room (seed planting) but it's aimed at older kids, and you can't stay there for a long time, kids get bored. It's a walk in-walk out situation. Ormiston Town Centre managers, please consider adding some play space for young kids! Surely it still can be incorporated :)

Shaping up to be a lovely place to go. Probably halfway there and look forward to when all shops open. With the unopened shops it's still feels closed in so once everything open it will light up the place considerably. I'm sure there is alot more to enjoy in the next few months

It's a mall. Surprisingly large, and as of March 2021, shops are still moving in. But that said, it's got all the things young expect for a local mall, the food court reflects the diverse ethnic community. You just KNOW that this Hoyts is going to be the best and biggest Bollywood cinema in NZ.

It’s nice. Hoyts Xtreme Screen is great. Not sure about the drive up to Level 1 parking. Vary narrow coming back down especially for larger sedans.

Wow, couldn't believe there was a mall in here. Things developed fast. Clean & tidy. Went to the warehouse - was as any other store. Bathroom facilities were nice.

A nice and clean mall, wished that there were more shops though. A change of music would be good too, everytime I go there, there seems to be the same three songs playing on the radio.

Very nice mall with good range of shops, some still to come. A food court, New World, warehouse and stationery, hairdressers, sushi and good free parking. Been twice now.

Lots of EV chargers, new exciting looking shops.

It will be fantastic when there are a few more retail shops, at the moment it feels like it’s just warehouse, Noel leeming, Hoyts, new world and all the eateries! Would love to see a Stage 2 added in future and can’t wait for the aquatic centre nearby to get underway too. There is a JP service (Justice of the Peace) available on Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6pm-7:30pm, located just along from House of Plants, behind Smart Services.

This mall is really nice and cute but the parking is taking up more than half of the space they made it to big they should of added more shops and less parking they need to rethink their engineering.

Really nice design and a great place to go even. Not a lot of shops yet but beautiful food from The Orchard and The Warehouse is fabulous.

I poped into this town center yesterday to check it out. Wow... I love this place! All the fine shops. The toilet area is amazing. Alot of carpark areas. The underground carpark to the new world shopping center is super convenient. This is the place to be👍😁

Conveniently close to home, my only wish is for some high end clothing stores to attract people. Cannot fault all the dining options tho. Great BBQ place, great hotdog place great dessert places and a great bar and restaurant

It will improve when a few more shops open. I went to Noel Leeming to get the help that Vodafone man was unwilling to supply. Chelsea helped me & I was extremely grateful.
