Love going to their Cafe in food court area. Such a small quite mall that takes me back to my childhood. 1 of the places around that hasnt changed since i was a child and i like it that way

Heaps of parking and for handicap right next to entrance. Wide variety of items. If butcher is present then can have meat/fish done your way. Quite a dated mall but it does have quite a few shop in it. It is fairly small but it does have above ground and underground parking. There are also quite a few shops accesible from outside the mall.

A small yet pleasant mall with most of the essentials, including Whitcoulls, chemist, cafés, food hall, some clothing stores. It's a nice quiet mall situated next to Pak n Save and a host of franchise fast food outlets (McDonalds, Wendy's, Hell Pizza, Subway).

I have just finished my second visit to Oak Eatery over six months later. I tried their cheese scone and coffee. The scone was nice but typically made using a sweet(to be fair) not to sweet scone mix. That's a no-no, for a good baker. Having said that their other goods all look nice. The coffee, however, is a bit bitter. It is child-friendly, that's good. Overall with an adjustment to there coffee, I like this place. They gave me another coffee, that is very nice. And they tell me they don't put sweetener in the cheese scone mix. This young man enjoys his craft and roasts his own coffee bean. Nice.

Nice mall, although smaller than most still a fairly good choice of shops. Parking is good never over crowded and decent foodcourt plus other eateries within and outside of mall. Having Pak n Save is a bonus friendly service too go visit.

I used to live a five minute driving distance from this mall, and get the shopping done there. The Pak n Sav supermarket long opening hours is very convenient for shoppers. Their fresh produces are reasonably priced, and their promotion prices for poultry meat are competitive.

My grandsons had a ball counting Easter eggs for a mall competition as we did our jobs there.Haircut,lotto bakers delight sushi made to order for a fussy eater. Whitcoulls, staff went out of the way to find a book out the back to complete a series without me asking, big ups to her .Everyone was really helpful..

Not many shops left in the mall to shop. Some shops are empty and for sale.

If it wasn't for Countdown and the banks, I'm sure this mall would have closed years ago, despite the number of shops in it. There is nothing wrong with the shops here, but they focus on "getting stuff done ", not "recreational shopping ", and so the mall hasn't had the same level of investment as others and it reflects in it's tired demeanor. The multi level design means that shops upstairs miss most of the food traffic, and so seem to suffer a lingering decline. The blessing of the mall isn't that it isn't just another clone, full of the big name fast fashion clothing stores.

This mall has most shops that you need. Black Pepper is a favorite of mine for good trousers and Unichem Pharmacy is a treasure trove of gifts as well as a great assortment of cosmetic products and brands to choose from. I like the Cafe almost opposite Whitcoulls. Friendly staff and nice food to choose from and well priced.

We are grateful for our local shopping area. The mall revolves around a very good Pak n Save supermarket . It's good a good selection of shops and fast-food outlets but it's not a large mall such as St Luke's. It's handy and serves most of our needs. Plenty of parking too.

This is a smaller mall which is a bit behind the times and lacks a decent range of larger retailers. But it has a Pak n Save and a Wendy's, giving it an extra star.

This is one of the best stores I have ever been to. Royal oak mall has a lot of good places to buy stuff from. My favourite place is probably the electronics corner by the cafe. It's where I got my first phone case from. Definetely 5 out of 5

Although a small shopping centre, has most of The shops you need. Could do with some more womens shoe and clothing stores. The food hall has a good variety of choice. The cafe by the main door needs some improvement with the food choices.

It's slowly dying and has been for a decade. Many vacant shops. The PaknSave does okay but most of the others struggle to survive. There is a few good shops and eateries that are worth visiting. Hope more people shop there and save it from closing entirely.

One of the older traditional shopping malls built before the Mega-malls. It has a good selection of shops that can provide one stop shopping for most day to day needs. Pak N Save is the cornerstone supermarket and fast food is well catered for with McDonald's, Hell pizza,Subway and Wendy's. Plenty of parking off Mt Albert and Manukau roads plus a underground covered parking area.

A small mall in Royal Oak, this mall has more private stores than the well known chains but it has cafes, bookstores, children's clothing store, a small food court and Pak n Save. Hidden on the top level is a great cafe called The Oak, fab sweets and a children's play area. The toilets have been recently upgraded - thankfully as they were awful. There is a Parents Room on the top floor too.

We quite like our local Royal Oak mall. Sure, it doesn’t have a the glitz and glamour of the big malls but it means it’s not overly crowded. It’s a ‘functional’ kind if mall with more services than lingering kinda ships. The food court is actually pretty good and very reasonably priced. Just beware of Umiya Sushi charging fir soya sauce... strange.

It's not really run down but it's not a destination. Really major anchor would be pak n save. Plenty of parking but car's exiting south into Manakau Road are a major Hazzard.

I really in joy shopping at the Royal Oak Mall. Their is a lot of different store to wonder around and it is mostly on ground level. Most of the shop assistants are very welcoming and helpful. Their is quite a few eateries n and out side the mall. Very good shopping

This place never really fired as a shopping mall. There is a bit of a churn of low rent tennants and cannot be relied on to have what you are looking for. The anchor packnsave is ok with usual pricing and product range. Keep your wits about you as you negotiate the roual oak roundabout. There is a tow truck stationed there at peak time for good reason!

I love Royal Oak Mall mostly because it hasn't changed much in the last 30 years. It's got most things you need in it from its boutique shops but it's no Sylvia Park. On the plus side, you can always get a carpark and the retailers are lovely.

good. not require you register your plate number before you go into any store. Who requires the plate number registration? SEARS parking lot in Nose Hill center does. If you fail doing that, you will get a $60 fine.

A few stores here i drive 20 min to a special retail store as it has affordable photography frames made to order . It is time for a possible upgrade it has a macdonalds . cafe ..hair dresser dollar store and a few other stores.

Royal Oak is your friendly neighbourhood shopping mall packed with everything you could hope for - even a well stocked comic book store that I couldn't get a photo of today. Even has a Pak 'n' Save attached so you can get your groceries in as well.

I just fancied a fillet of fish, had a walk around the mall, I was amazed at the. number of "wet floor" signs and buckets around the place. It was quite sad, it seemed that no one cared about the place.
