Went with sis and housemates to watch wonder women 1984. It was an amazing experience. Loved the movie and also loved the theatre. The sound and picture quality was good. Good place to enjoy, have some good food, plays games in game on, bowling and more. Thank you.

Great food court and movies. Many seats. But the wifi doesn’t work. It’ll be much better when your wifi is functional.

I had need of a tricky out-of-stock emergency replacement. The staff found a solution that worked to tide me over for the weekend. Thumbs up - flow of hot water restored! Happy Life.

The toilets are locked and we had to find someone to show our receipt in order to use them as customers. The food court is half closed because of the covid and the place isn't what it used to be like. 😔

Nothing much for shopping here. Seemed like for movies, bowling and food. There's a foodcourt at the basement with varieties of food from asian. The Coffee Club, Papparich, and the Viva Italian restaurants are also in it.

We can find all here in one place. Event cinemas, Multi cuisine food court, and gaming zone. If you feel bore inside and like to feel relax one step outside to aotea square.

Wonderful Shopping place for most people injoy your life wonderful time in here

It's a cool fun place to go especially if you want to get lost with the 20 thousand escalators. I think the architect whilst having quite an imagination might have been to his best friend's wedding the night before.

Always something to do at the square or inside the complex. Nice place to shill out with all the birds, cafe-terrasses, restaurants, media activities (large outdoor screen), music bands. For example we followed parts of the last America cup live from the Aotea square.

One of the fun places of auckland. You will get games, restaurant and movie theatre here. It is situated at heart of the Auckland.

It's a nice mall with a range of things to do here. There's lots of places you can eat although we only tried two of them. There is a game zone for kids which seemed interesting although looked like it could get boring quite fast. A lot of the floors higher up were just different levels for the cinema though Overall nice place with ok toilets

Have dined here a few times. They have a variety stores to eat from which is good. We mainly come here because of the entertainment areas around this place. Which is a bonus for us because of the kids. They have the cinemas up stairs and a gaming area on the sky world entertainment and below is a mini golf and sensory maze which i highly recommend you try. All in the one center , it does get fairly busy. Parking is a hassle but we are members of skycity and park there as its free parking for us .Yes would highly recommend , great for kids. We spend about $40-$100 here including entertainment & food . 2 kids & 2 adults

A one-stop for food and entertainment. There is a good selection of restaurants and options in the food court. The game arcade, mini-golf and I think a sensory maze in the building makes it a great place to go with kids. There is also an Event Cinema and a Daiso. I feel that you can easily spend a couple of hours here.

A decent place packed with a good range of entertainment and variety of eating options however could do with a serious ramp up with upkeep and maintenance. First of all the architect who designed this building should have his brain examined. One of the worst layout of a building I have ever seen. Its quite a big building but its very cramped and congested and not intuitive to navigate. This is quite a popular place with the IMAX theater being there. A lot of people come through this building. Food court is quite messy and at peak times hard to find a clean table. The toilets are never clean and the graffiti doesn't help. The cinemas are quite filthy too, next time have a look at the seats with a flashlight. So all in all, fun place to hang out but really needs a good clean followed by more regular cleaning.

It is a place where you can have fun and delicious food.

To be honest, the eateries in here are mostly average. Especially the food hall downstairs. Very few healthy options and alot of average fast food. Entertainment areas are o.k., include some games rooms with dinosaur mini golf. The theature is good but their food menu is insanely overpriced and rubbish. Only place I really love in here is papa rich.

Pros: they have free wifi on the gf and 1st floors, many selections of food, heaps of entertainment (game on, cinemas, bowling) Cons: dirty toilets, hard to navigate for the first timers. The rear side of the building ( behind the cinemas) is so dusty and dirty.

A great Entertainment Centre that has many different features in it from the Cinema's, Huge food court and Games Arcade - all under one roof. Allows you to make a whole day of Entertainment and not leave the building. The car park area is within a short walking distance and has huge parking space. On the outer rim of the complex there are numerous restaurants if you want to eat something different. Great place and lots of Entertainment

I haven't been here since a few years back the entertainment area at that time needed a makeover it had a lot of wear and tear. Now visited recently and to my surprise upgraded renovated with more games than before and also for the younger children to participate in. Colouful and innovating games. Purchase a card with credit loaded to it and go swipe and have fun while collecting tickets in return for playing.

Loved Game On, although the pricing for some of the games is a bit strange. Didn't use the food court but there was a good selection. I dropped one star as some of the escalators were not working despite going on 2 desperate occassions on different days.

Movies, gaming zone, restaurant, boutique ice cream parlour and food court all under same roof. I was impressed by the introduction of staff constantly cleaning up the used table. Food court has variety types of food representing Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Japan, China and traditional healthy takeaways. Nice family atmosphere.

Best place to hop in Auckland, so far. IMax cinema is the best...

Has to be one of my favourite buildings in Auckland. It's been the most futuristic interiors ever since it was built some 20 years ago. Highly rated, check it out.

The cinema halls are ok, but a bit dated now. They are clean and comfortable but the toilets need some desperate attention. There is plenty of entertainment with Metrolanes for tenpin bowling and an arcade level below the ticket counter floor. The food court is the on the ground floor, or if you go up there are more plenty of restaurants opened up including dessert places. You can walk in from the Aotea Square entrance with ease.

A nice gathering of food and entertainment on Queen Street. There's bowling, mini golf, a cinema, and an expansive food court. The food court can be a little dirty at times and the layout may be confusing to the inexperienced, but this is a good hub for a bit of everything.

This place needs a serious renovation. It looks the same as 10 years ago. Given the number of people who visit here, I don't know why the landlord doesn't give it a revamp. If you go past the appearances, it has a good selection entertainment, restaurants and fast food options.

Event Cinema is great. Excellent sound and picture quality. Lots of places to eat and drink in Sky World. There is a Ten Pin Bowling with a bar. A Games Arcade with some great games.

The complex features 12 cinemas, an IMAX, a gold class lounge, bowling lanes, minigolf, arcade game machines and a big food court. The cinema is quite modern although it lacks a vmax room. Food at the food court is reasonably priced and tasty with a lot of different options. Cinema prices are way above the average of other cinemas of the same chain.

Cool arcade & activities on the lower floor (down the rocket lift!). Went to Lost in Time Minigolf ⛳️ and had heaps of fun. Not too much atmosphere, but with a friend it can be a great time!! 😀

All escalators were off. Areas blocked with signs. You would think everything is closed. Great places for family day.

A perfect destination for family or group time. They have event cinema to enjoy the movie, few restaurants, shopping centre and bowling alley. The place is bit old though and needs renovation.

This is beyond the best entertainment building in New Zealand ! An my favourite place to meet people an catch up with family an friends. Do recommend visiting !

Had my son's 8th Birthday at the new and improved GameOn arcade it was just fantastic plus the staff are awesome thank Aaron and the whole staff you were so welcoming and friendly plus a great party room for family and friends.

Lots of different places to eat, from foodcourt on the ground level to fancier restaurants on the floors above. There's an arcade upstairs, mini golf downstairs, metro lanes- bowling and pool which are a biy pricey but it's the city! And movies- which is why most people are here. The only imax in NZ. So lots to do here!

Located in the heart of Auckland CBD Civic, Sky World offers many food and entertainment options such as movies and arcade gaming. There is also some retail stores here and there but mainly people come here for the cinemas. Embark on a rocket ship! (the elevator!)

We enjoyed the ramen and nice service. lots of people for Tuesday. It would be nice if we could come outside at the top of the building.

It's getting quite sad now. So many empty businesses. Confusing to get around. The whole place needs an overhaul.

Amazing time with the family and prices are good not overly pricey

Bowling is pretty fun, but most places in the food court are pretty average - thankfully Uncle Mann's Express has just arrived to save the day. Mini golf is average, no need to go more than once.

I pop up the occasionally with friends to watch movies ten pin bowling good area to have something to eat. And catch up with friends and have a few cold ones.

Starting to feel a bit dated and run down these days... But it does have an IMAX and one of the bigger Arcades in Auckland, so its not all bad. There is also a Bowling Alley (MetroLanes), various food outlets, Mini Golf and a Sensory Maze.

A good place to meet up with people but I wouldn't stay there the whole time. There's a food court, arcade, restaurants and cinema. Food court isn't very good. Go eat somewhere nicer

Another one of the best places to go in Auckland. So many different things to do from movies,maizes and bowling to food from all over the world!

This place hasn't recovered from the departure of Starbucks in 2016, and now Burger King has also departed. It needs a gateway store at street level on the Queen Street side. Come back Starbucks!

Great place for entertaining the whole family

Nice atmosphere, very many different food Restaurants to try, IMAX and normal cinemas in it.

Very good venue, close to the Civic, Town Hall and The Edge. Lots of dining options, cant wait to spend a day exploring ehat else lies within.

Feels a little dated in the lower food hall and some empty shops yet to be filled. There is slowly an effort been made to update.
