Reviews of Sylvia Park
h.
It was not as busy as before yesterday obviously due to Omicron outbreak. But could see new shops popping out every time. Parking available on every side, I couldn’t charge my EV unfortunately as it was only type one charger available. It would be good to add a few type two chargers as well.
n.
A shopping complex. Has got Pak n Save, banks, coffee shops, pharmacies etc. Have plenty of parking.
S.
One of the biggest malls in Auckland. Pretty much covers all the popular brands under one roof. This also has a 24/7 kmart I think. The mall gets really crowded and busy over the weekends. The timings could be broader as in the mall could remain open for longer hours over the weekends at least. This place is well maintained and presented. Toilets are clean and well maintained as well. Cleaning and maintenance staff do an amazing job with a smile. Staff members at the service/information desk could be more efficient in terms of handling queries faster. There's lots a car park which is free and flexible. Connecting to the wifi could be better. You even tend to lose your phone network inside some stores. There could be more dustbins and drinking water dispensers around. But overall a good and decent family mall.
S.
Wow the top level is all new to me but refreshing to see! Clean, spacious and modern. Would be nice to see some small cheap department stores and more seating. There are some labels on the ground where things are but I was looking for signposts that are easy to spot above people's heads as I got a bit lost where I'm going lol
T.
Plenty of room in this mall now it has extra level. Could do with slightly more room around parking options. Traffic is worst part of this mall. Once you’re in you have all the shops you’d want plus some. Easy and pleasant surroundings.
L.
Post-movie meal at 'Better Burger', 8.30pm. Friendly, accommodating staff. Loved the fresh, crisp salad, in the tasty mushroom burger. And the fries, with skin on. Combo meal (burger, fries, soda) good value. Bigger appetites may need 2 burgers 😉
M.
Everything you need is here, including indoor/outdoor traverse so you get a welcome breath of fresh air between blocks. Love Casablanca of course, there's an eatery to suit every set of taste buds - picky or piggie - enjoy the experience. Clean, well serviced, bright and lively.
A.
Overall it's good, 1 of our top priority of malls. However WiFi connection is pretty poor. Also the toilet facilities in the ground floor i is pretty hopeless
Hand dryers n soap dispensers don't sense.
F.
The biggest shopping destination in Auckland. Having all stores under one roof makes it really convenient. Has lot of parking space available as well. I would say restaurant facilities can be improved.
S.
Such a cute little juicer machine, gives you a healthy orang juice for just $5 . Not happy with the straw , I’ve ended up take 3 straws cause they were too fragile….
E.
It is very nice place to shop. A lot of shops and parking space. Very cosy and good atmosphere.
G.
Trained in from out West, love this shopping centre and I love to Window Shop. Never had a bad experience ever and the food is diverse and yummy. Opening after Level 3 meant not so many seats but people waited patiently for the scramble to claim a seat and the food was worth the wait. Exceptional experience Everytime !!!
O.
Great shopping mall with a lot of stores and many car parks
G.
I'm rating it high as I discovered a lot more shops in a section I never knew existed with entertainment and restaurants to boot
It's my go to shopping centre
R.
Really love this mall, very large and consists of all the best stores!
Go here very often because of how great of a mall it is!
Highly recommended
P.
Good mall, not to busy when we got there, super busy by the time we left. Parents room we went to was a bit lacking compared to some other malls. But maybe this wasn’t a main one.
P.
5 Star Mall. Yes, though I do prefer air conditioning. Rather than an open plan.
Good selection. Having Hoyts there makes it a day worth looking forward to.
F.
Don't normally shop here. Made a visit there today. It was very pleasant, pretty quiet. I just went to a couple of stores. Feeling like I will be back again soon.
D.
Huge modern mall with wide selection of shops. Great location with easy access from SH1 & Silvia park railway station onsite. Addition of Farmers & Kmart & the newly opened second level offers shoppers greater shopping experience.
A.
The biggest and best mall in the country.
Central location which is just off the southern motorway and also accessible via train.
Plenty of parking around the mall. All the parking areas lead you into different parts of the mall. So you don’t have to walk far from where you park to enter.
The mall itself straight and long. Good walking shoes are recommended.
The mall has all the brands and shops you could ask for. It’s a one stop shop for everything you need.
There is a 24 hour Kmart inside.
Constant security walking around keeping the place in order.
Toilets are always clean and tidy.
Decent food court on two separate levels. Enough choices to feed picky eaters.
Open till 7 every day of the week except Thursday/Friday where its open till 9pm.
Only issue: it gets unbelievably busy on weekends and public holidays.
B.
Would be five stars if they had a st pierres. Seriously there's like 3 take-away sushi places and none of them are even that great.
And no, Daruma sushi doesn't count, I'm not paying $20+ for to go sushi.
M.
One of the best shopping center in NZ. It competes with shopping center from other countries. If you are tired from hopping or driving from one store on another, this is the best for you. You have all your needs in one place from store outlets, dining, entertainment and more. You don’I have to go far just to look for the something on your list.
A.
Always a great mall with a good selection of the standard brands you expect in a mall and a few unique retailers too. Lots of eating places and movies onsite, so you have options if you need to do shopping but are also looking for some entertainment and are hungry.
J.
Sylvia Park is great to go to especially now that you have so many parking areas to go into. You can park where you most want to go to minimise the walking. They have everything there.
B.
Nice place for shopping. Good food court. We tried a bubble waffle cone, which is amazing and so appetized.
V.
Lots of parking, but of course, if you go during peak times, it would be crowded. And it's sure to be crowded because Sylvia Park is a great place to shop at. Huge variety of shops, food and pleasant environment.
S.
Lot's of parking great variety of shops food places are great lot to choose from it's just a nice place good family outing time
S.
Sylvia Park mall is all set and open for Christmas and New year. Great place for fun and shopping.
C.
Met a friend at Mexico, we like the margaritas. A Thursday nite so restaurant was busy, good to see that! They had a light installation in centrecourt, I'm guessing as part of school holidays
C.
It's a mall and has most shops you need there- I religiously go and knock out the whole Christmas shop in one visit there every year! Only downside is the layout it's basically one long mall so you can find yourself walking from end to end if you don't plan out where you need to go
S.
Busy place with some great stores. Went to see the new culture kings. Wait to get in was half and hour so went and brought stuff from Footlocker.
A.
Love Sylvia Park - it has everything and always good parking. Make sure to check out the Farmers store there and Casablanca for a delicious meal.
B.
One of the larger shopping malls in Auckland. It's quite large and mostly single levelled. Plenty of things to do apart from shop with a lot of cafes and restaurants scattered around as well as a movie theatre. Parking can be problematic at times especially during the day in the weekends.
They have recently opened up a new level in their main area with a lot more new shops and food court. It looks a lot nicer compared to the construction.
R.
**tip**wear comfortable clothes if your are planning to walk from one end to the other. Otherwise can drive. An excellent shipping Centre with new stores and whole new level being open. Only chemists, doctors and paknsave currently open. The entrance from carbine cuts through traffic
J.
It's a choice shopping centre it was so hot outside parking the car but when we got inside it was cool nice and shady
S.
Ohh Yeah...a proper quality shopping centre with plenty quality known shops brands...air con, free WiFi, good food courts. Worth a visit.
T.
Parking g is limited to a certain time but it's free.
M.
One of most busiest pak n save in Auckland. Although very busy store still customer service is exceptional
M.
Different selection of shops. I'd really like to see a photo booth there. Or a take on a photo booth where you can stand in front of different sceneries that look realistic. And if you wanted to, an option to use a similar feature like that of Snapchat.
M.
All in one place. Very good experience..
A.
Not a Westfield shopping mall, so the stores are different and offers more variety.
Recent extensions has significantly increased the floor space.
P.
This place is brilliant.Has almost everything.Heaps of different foods to try at fair prices. My type of mall.
S.
Big but feels not enough. I personally prefer st lukes better. Parking can be quite problematic and not enough spot for ev or type 2 ev.
R.
Is this NZ's best designed mall? It's certainly the largest in New Zealand and probably the most visited. Very well laid out and lots of open public spaces. Recommended.
I visited by train which meant I had no parking stress.
M.
Yes it is a great mall for everyone has Farmers Warehouse Noel Leeing K Mart JB Hifi ....... all the shoes stores footlocker JD CultureKings ...Rockshop and so much else
s.
Best mall in Auckland !!! Have most of the brands. Most of the stores are really good. Only trouble is the parking here. Also it can get really busy on weekends. It’s close to motorway and public transport makes this mall even more popular. Also on weekdays it’s open till 7 and late night (till 9 ) on Thursday and Friday make this my favourite mall in Auckland.
A.
Changing original review. Went back today and the place was alive and buzzing. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Special mention must go to the Tradeaid shop. Amazing place. Totally global products. Well done for promoting poor countries. It's like Alladins cave. Do not miss if you visit this mall. Well done Sylvia park shopping center for the experience.
E.
The best shopping mall in Auckland with a huge range of shops selling top brands. Family friendly place with loads of activities packed for kids too. The decorations up during Christmas time is also great so do visit if you want to be amazed :)
T.
My god this place has gone back to being really busy hasn't it. Good selection of stores. Easy location, tonnes of parking.
J.
I would go early if shopping, only because I'm a early bird. It's very busy over holidays and weekends. The driver had to have a Starbucks.😉coffee, have your vacation passport ready.
B.
Very clean tidy centre loads of great shops.plus was in and out
No problem with my new after shave.got to back when get more time
V.
#EGGloo yass heaven when needing a sweet fast fix on the go in such a busy mall all you need is waffles n ice-cream 😋
S.
A nice place to hang out & kickback.
D.
Still same old amazing place to shop and have fun! A lot new features, expansion and new stores set up since my last visited four years ago. Now I learn that I can go there via the electric train from Kelston (of course, using my Xiomi eScooter for the last Mike’s solution).
I am not sure if this is the largest mall in Auckland, New Zealand or not!
@davidlim, #davudlim
Highly recommended to all to shop, eat and relax here! Definitely the place to be for some relaxation!
@iphonereoair
S.
Best place to shop...Good brands and food, cloths, shoes, bags, make up, tech...everything under one roof.
R.
Great place for catching the train, but will only go to the shopping areas when requiring something specific, the place is way too noisy, which I have heard from many other older people. Great place it would seem for the younger generation, especially those below 20,but they don't hear the noise levels until it's to late. It is an exceptionally well varied centre with so many shops, stores etc. with a great food court area and a huge variety of other cafes, restaurants etc. I can appreciate the attraction to the young so a great asset to Auckland.
J.
We really enjoyed this spacious Mall. So much on offer to enjoy
J.
Really nice shopping mall, very easy to find your way around, huge selection of shops and eating places.
N.
Sylvia Park is my go to mall if I need anything my old faithful I definitely go there when I need anything
J.
Nice and chill place to go shopping in (especially in summer). Always got free parking lots.
R.
Too crowded to shop, had to wait for hours before you can get on the motorway. The car park was jam pack and motorists were all jumping queue to get out!
G.
Good variety of stores, the place is quite big!! I think it’s one of the best shopping centres in NZ and the good thing is there’s lots of parking!!
D.
Sylvia Park is still evolving and its becoming one of Aucklands Supermall. Love the new food court upstairs, great lounging area👍
D.
Wasn't overly crowded like normal so was easier and faster to get around
c.
Grabbed a coffee from Little District and waitress kindly brought it to us as we sat outside on the ""grass"
d.
Ok mall paknsave a bonus also H&M and Kmart and other big names under one roof
V.
I think this is the best shopping mall in Auckland. Love it here. There's everything u need here. There's for the kids too. More food choices and cinemas.
A.
I come here literally 3-5 times a week. Because it’s only a 15mij drivr from my house. I buy toys games and gear here while my kids eat icecream. They also have mcdonalds here and sell frozen cokes for $1!!!
n.
Nice place to walk around eat and do window shopping
T.
I love the new shops. All customers were wearing masks. Shops were checking vax passports
B.
One of the better and bigger malls in Auckland. Decent looking and has pretty much all the brands you'd expect in New Zealand.
J.
A great range of goods to choose from. Always friendly service.
s.
Shopped til we dropped, found some great bargains, well spaced out with plenty of parking. Lots of food outlets to have lunch.
D.
It is really good and has changed since I last visited there. Lots of shops and shoppers
A.
I love ramen, and they give you a choice of soft/medium/hard noodles when ordering tour ramen - a first for me. It was all very tasty
H.
Great venue, good variety of shops from branded to stand alone. Recommended highly
S.
Had a great mediterain meal at the Casablanca cafe at Sylvia Park. The meal was supurb and the serving was big. I enjoyed it so much that we intend to go back there again. The customer service was top class.
J.
Insanely gigantic shopping mall, personally too much for me but it might be for you if you love screaming kids and bright lights.
L.
Always go there to watch a movie nice place love it
M.
Perhaps, biggest shopping center of New Zealand. Always loved my visits to this place. Have a play area for kids as well
B.
Everything you'd ever need is here, great range of stores, great customer service throughout.
E.
Great parking although feels like it’s a bit out of the way unless you’re local. Has a decent range of stores for a mall and I love the art installations. Saw some pretty cool Simon Lewis Wards things - some giant knuckle bones chairs and jet planes. Bathrooms are tidy but needed some maintenance when we went today.
B.
Newly renovated building with modern feel is a great place to visit. You have to save your walking energy because you need more of it.. With more new shops available you cant afford to get tired easily. I love the new food area in level 2
s.
normal shopping center
need more spot to seat!
lady love shopping, man need some more place to rest
D.
Plenty of parking and lots of new shops. Nice and clean.
N.
Huge range of brands.
Sometimes very crowded due to sales and discounts.
You can find anything from a car to a handkerchief.
Nice place to hangout with friends and family.
Getting a car parking space is not easy every time.
A.
Nice mall… and had good massages chair experience from Irelax.
R.
Sooo missed shopping after the lonnnng lonngg lockdown. This pandemic has shattered everyone to bits. It was great seeing people starting to enjoy life as it is.
K.
DISCRIMINATION INCIDENT:
My sister has Stage 4 Metastatic Gastric Cancer, her mobility and energy levels have decreased significantly since being diagnosed two months ago. We arrived at Sylvia Park Info Desk to hire a mobility scooter, as we had done in August, and was confronted by a rude and dismissive Customer Service Representative (CSR). This was one of her first non-doctor related excursions since August.
Long story short, the Sylvia Park CSR greeted us with "read the signs, we're not hiring them today" and turned away from us. She then picked up her phone and continued to ignore us while we stood awkwardly in front of her.
My sister has a full brace from her neck to below her chest (visible to others) and we had medical papers encase they were required to hire the scooter.
Rather than explain that they were unable to help, we were ignored and dismissed without any assistance. Note: There were no signs about scooters not being hired while in Alert Level 2.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSE:
Fabulous!!! After being dismissed by the CSR, my sister decided she still wanted to have lunch as it was less than a 2min walk from the Info Desk. I decided to call and make an official complaint with the Sylvia Park Management team and their response was above and beyond. Tyla (sp?) took my number and details of what happened. She called me back 15mins later and asked if she could join us to discuss in person. Moments later, Tyla had joined us and explained the situation with the mobility scooters. She then assured us that they would investigate what happened, gave us a couple of coffee vouchers and completely turned the situation around for us.
If it wasn't for Tyla's response and empathy, this experience would've completely changed the way we viewed Sylvia Park Shopping Centre.
L.
Sylvia Park is a great mall to visit with the diversity of people who come here for shopping. Love the atmosphere here
G.
Tons of shops to visit...and spend far to money in...lol.
Great to see ppl all doing as they are asked to do with this covid regulations.
E.
Stores, stores, AND MORE STORES!! There were so many different stores to see, restaurants to choose from, and I gotta say! The decoration, atmosphere, and layout of the mall was ON POINT, I loved it! One point that I would probably recommend is actually for one of the restaurants, Dakruma Sushi Go - Round, when I ordered a salmon sashimi the salmon pieces were the smallest I've ever seen, with the same price and same amount of pieces, that was the only down side, otherwise it's good.
M.
Great shopping mall with lots of shops varieties and activities. A great day out for the family 👪
G.
Love shopping here.. one stop for every thing whether it's shopping or eating
J.
Good shopping mall not crowded and plenty of parking. Good shopping
M.
Yes busy and not over rushed.
Staff welcoming
E.
Good shopping complex. You get a countdown, warehouse, k-mart a great cinema (HOYTS) and a good selection of shops for all your shopping needs. Prices are decent. Clean location. Easy to park your vehicle. Recommend!
S.
What an awesome place
You can let the kids run around
You can get a decent amount of exercise by wandering around half lost and procrastinating on what to treat yourself with
Easy enough to get to from the motorway and then there’s plenty of parking
Along with a good selection of shops its not to bad for a shopping mall
C.
Very good to shop and not many people there too 😃
S.
It’s huge with lots of shopping options ,food and entertainment
S.
Nice vibe...
Loved the upstairs food court...
R.
The new spaces within the mall is really awesome.
C.
Touch less tap, handwash and hand dryer in toilet.Well done impressive
A.
Great mall has everything one needs for the shopping experience.
K.
This my favourite place for shopping in Auckland. I like shopping from here and another things that I like to watch movies. Here I get everything together. big screen in Auckland. Lots of space for parking cars. There is a Malaysian restaurant I like there food very much.
S.
A bit too crowded on public holidays but great place to be. Has a range of shops along with some good food chains and some food trucks. Overall a good mix of everything.
L.
Nice outdoor feel and wide selection of stores and food.
B.
Has all your general stores that are in many New Zealand malls. Electric charging stations available if you have a electric charging capable car which gets you prime parking. Car wash service available too. Lots of new places to eat at reasonable prices!
D.
Lots of good quality sales on in the week before Christmas. Also lots of parking available.
L.
The only reason I travel to the Park is Zara. It's my favourite shop. That's it.
L.
Great for mini golf, shopping, cinemas, and eating at the food mall part.
T.
A very successful Kiwi Properties Supermall in the heart of Auckland, very chic and upper class feel. Even now it's growing in many facets, it's a very large attractive and fascinating place to be in and enjoy. The economy barometer can be seen from this mall and how it react to economy direction and guidance.
J.
Is all good, parking is crazy in a weekend though, definitely go on a weekday. Thanks
S.
Huge mall have everything under one roof !
C.
Awesome place to visit but if you have a Mobility Card like I do, it's very difficult to park as non mobility cardholders park in there. When complaining to management they said they would get onto it immediately, but they NEVER do.
H.
this is one of my local malls. there is always parking and so many shops! I enjoy this place a little too much
I.
Good selection of shops, hard to find parking on weekends
R.
Got everything you want and need close to train station awesome place
A.
Being the biggest mall, it's hella impressive.
Overwhelming number of stores; insane variety! Absolutely awesome food options with actual restaurants and also a food court. Pak N Save, too. A lot of parking, but can be painful to find spots in the main area and also... the entrances to this place are a struggle for drivers!
All in all, mostly amazing!
Also, 2 levels now? Even bigger :D
N.
Plenty of spaces to park, and it has a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. Definitely a go-to if you wanna go shopping.
On the top floor, there is also a nice glass ceiling that allows you to view flying birds and the sky, which were quite beautiful. Some tables in the foodcourt had charging ports.
R.
Overall great shopping center but I found Roof was leaking in rain, even though staff responded fast and isolated the area and cleaned the area. I would request the authorities to take action to renovate the shopping mall. Sylvia Park has lot of shopping options for all age group and great cinema experience.
R.
Great no busy. Changing rooms in kmart are closed.
R.
My goodness I have finally found heaps of great clothing shops.
v.
Should get better instructions for parking lots.
H.
Most of the shops needed are within walking distance and the service is great!
C.
Love the new shops and assortment of products on offer
S.
Great place to visit for shopping, eating and movies! Its like a one stop shop for everything! Love coming to the mall specially because of the parking. Free parking and plenty of parking spaces available. There are always great deals for shopping. There is also a little play area for the kids if they are getting bored of shopping. Good eating places as well. Really big mall and handy for everything no need to go from one shop to the next new shops are going up as well you can eat anything there is a lot of food to chose from I like this mall so much even though I stay far I travel on weekends..
A.
Always a good experience. Don't like the over crowded but that's to be expected😊
m.
I really like the Sylvia park so huge 😍
E.
Wow loafs of shops not bad at all, the Kai wow keep u on
T.
One stop destination for everything you want. It’s the best mall in Auckland ❤️❤️
M.
You can find everything you need here. Somewhat crowded and buzzing. All the top chain stores and more. Plenty free parking.
S.
Always busy, hard to find a carpark or to keep distance from other shoppers
M.
5mins drive from my home...this mall has dramatically changed from when I started working there years ago, when it just opened.
Love the mall now 😍...new stores next level also another food court area 👌
D.
Average, plenty of shops to choose from but nothing special about the place really.
C.
The center of the mall always has a great display. As expected a busy pumping mall. Lots of natural light and masses of people flock here daily.
L.
One of the largest retail in Auckland and NZ. I love it. Almost go there every weekend...before the pandemic.
M.
Great place to shop
P.
More variety in shops and foods than other shopping malls.
D.
Who needs to go to the CBD to shop when there's Sylvia Park
NZ's premier one stop shopping experience IMO
Centrally located for the greater Auckland region
New & or refurbished stores that compete & sometimes even surpass their High St or Ponsonby etc equivalents
Hoyts Cinemas, Live Wire Family Entertainment Center, Multiple Food Areas, Restaurants/Bars & more.
Ample free parking, that alone makes it better than shopping in the CBD where parking is sparse & never free during trading hours
I highly recommend Sylvia Park
M.
Best place to shop. Has the biggest carpark and great variety.
D.
Been for a stroll around this time and it was great seeing everyone happy and see how they were doing today despite being in challenging times.
J.
A great place to go prezzie shopping, if you have a birthday, wedding, graduation, or other special ocassion to attend and need to buy a gift. There's so much variety it's mind boggling. It's spacious, clean and bright too. My only gripe, is that there was no seating anymore along those very long hallways for older folk to take a breather. I know this is due to Covid-19
M.
I literally love this place. This is the most prettiest mall in Auckland, I must say. Best for Shopping ♥️👗👚
E.
Love this mall, shame about covid making seating a issue.
N.
Nice place!!
أ.
It is a very good place where you can find all the family necessities
O.
I dislike the point of money. I wish everything was free. good stuff though
J.
One of the best malls I have ever been to 👌🏽👌🏽
G.
Now includes a second floor! Has pretty much everything you will need plus convenient, easy to find parking! Although the food court is pretty crowded so I prefer to eat at one of the food stalls within other areas of the shopping mall.
V.
Biggest mall in New Zealand and keeps expanding. A lot of the brand outlets can be found here and a good collection. Priced at usual rates but sales are pretty often.
N.
I love it that they are using the open area where the sun shines through to create a wonderful relaxing space for customers. Where customers can sit enjoy a coffee and watch there kids play chess or relax on the bean bags. And not to mention the second level with a second food court and 20+ new stores, just takes you to a new level and feels like you are out of the country. 😍❤💯
M.
Great staff who were welcoming and made me feel safe and special
D.
I can never give this place 5 stars because its always packed. However an amazing array of shops so usual always find something that sparks your interest. Recommend using the carparks at the rear entrance off carbine road as you are more likely to get a park when its busy.
P.
Wicked shopping center, lucky they had a food court we were in there for hours. Every thing you need is here. Great place to shop
A.
Good shopping mall, luv the layout.
J.
The most comfortable double layer
M.
Sylvia Park is great. Loads of shops, easy parking, but for us was better to go in the morning, around 10am as it gets insanely busy after that.
A.
Sooo many stores ! So little time and parking .
T.
Wonderful place to shop. The new level 1 shops are awesome. The Poke Bowl is the must try! Great food, shopping and you can even get a haircut whilst waiting for the Mrs...
J.
Another great place to shop fun for all ages
A.
When I visited this mall, few years ago. It's size was A-OK. But now, it's been expanding and their shops numbers and food cuisine varieties are keep increasing as well. I am Impressed with the quality of the products and shops they have so far. I'm looking forward to visit this on Boxing day.
I.
Really popular mall for shopping but sometimes to crowded.
M.
My little one loves an afternoon walk through Sylvia Park.
S.
Way, way too much traffic congestion within Sylvia Park (roads). Also, there were minimal parking spaces available & it took 5 minutes today to drive 100m. But then, this is the norm on a weekend rainy day like today.
k.
Lots of work going on here will be better when it's finished
E.
Few people to contend with, wonderful time to shop
F.
There are so many stores to shop at and so many food places to buy from. although its really hard to find a parking space but you could always use the train to arrive at the sylvia park train station which is right outside sylvia park. there is also a movie theatre which is great if you want to take your kids to watch a movie and go on a shopping spree after. in my opinion this is one of the best places to shop in Auckland, highly recommend to shop.
B.
Massive mall with pretty much everything you need!
J.
Omg I loooove this place ive been here more than a hundred times
a.
Good to go with. There’s ice skating for kids and lovely food.
A.
Upgrades & level ups
Overwhelming & pricey on 2nd level
Great window shopping thou
K.
Average experience today, the shopping centre is huge, with a wide range of stuff. Parking was good. Lot's of shops and cafes.
L.
Excellent shopping mall. I love going there .. only thing missing is Countdown inside . All other shops are there.. love this place
M.
Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
d.
Wide range of tiles good staff that will look after you.
ғ.
So many options for shopping and it's quite busy.
R.
Best barbers in town!!! Amazing for kids too!!! They were so great with my son he was in stitches laughing the whole time!!!! Very professional.. very knowledgeable and an all round awesome experience !! And to add .. the best haircut he has ever had!!! Thanks guys
A.
The mall managers are very friendly and helpful people. They genuinly care about the people visiting the mall and they will do their best to solve problems between shoppers and shops. I had a positive experience dealing with Kiwi property managers and they make me happy at the end. From my experience I would easily say that Kiwi property puts Shopper's satisfaction first.
N.
Be aware of the new parking lot has parking cameras on monitoring your parking time!
I spent more than 3hrs for shopping and got a ticket! Doesn't make any sense, because I was DOING SHOPPING! So disappointed.
UPDATE: They finally waived the fine after I made a dispute.
d.
Ocean of parking space
Lot of shops
You can find everything we get in nz shops
A.
Great mall in the country, parking slots are with sensors, can't exceed time limits, one stop shop for all needs, but doesn't have a Indian customs store. Toilet facility is less and not easily accessible. Especially for elders its hard time.
E.
Clean, safe, and well maintained. Huge selection of well kept stores. Open air courtyards between the enclosed mall throughways adds a refreshing burst of life as you are walking through.
T.
love the place generally. Never really crowded in my experience. Great selection of retail therapy.
O.
Sylvia park is one of the largest shopping malls I’ve seen in New Zealand, it’s got a great variety in stores it’s food options aren’t the best but there’s still something for everyone. One of the only downsides is it’s size, since it’s so large it takes a long time to try and traverse the park on foot.
F.
Good and the most complete shopping mall in Auckland
M.
Plenty of parking, awesome variety of shops, great for shopping or catching up with friends. Has everything you need in a shopping mall. Always clean and tidy.
A.
Really love it, so much to see, the beautiful designs all around the mall that's so cool! Really impressed with the cleanness especially in the food court and toilets, I'm from Hamilton and it makes our toilets at our malls look like public ones you'd find at a park 😐 can't wait to come back!
R.
Sylvia park is a great place to go. Friendly environment, everything you need from the food court to clothing, kmart, gaming, lush.
E.
Loved the new group of shops up top very nice and pleasing to the eye.
My one disappointment was the very unfriendly assistant in the changing room at H & M. She didn't acknowledge us when we went in and was busy talking to another shop assistant. And seemed to resent it when I asked a question. No smiles and no eye contact.
Z.
This place has one of the worst food courts for a mall
C.
Only go here if I really need something because it can get so busy and cramped walking through the mall. Hate that its a long mall especially if you need to get to The Warehouse from the Paknsave End or to get to the food court. Favorite store would be Creative and Brave or The Movies. Carparking here can get ultra busy and hard to get out so its a good idea to plan ahead if wanting to go during peak hours.
A.
Love this mall! Has everything a girl needs!
L.
Love this sushi train, so fresh and great options available. Good pricing too
X.
Always great shopping range of shopping opportunities even though you have to deal with the Crowds
A.
Plenty of shops to choose from. Plenty of free parking. Good shopping mall
M.
Lovely mall.
Nice addition upstairs with new stores and good places to eat It's a good experience. Lots of parking available
H.
Its okay I guess, I just go there to hang out with my friends and family 🤠
H.
I was at the Samsung counter asking for help with my Samsung s3 galaxy frontier watch ⌚as we were up in Auckland for my granddaughters 1st birthday and had forgotten my base charging station back at home in wellington.
Well I had exceptional service from 2 wonderful men, SAAGER AND JAMIE.
THANKS SO MUCH, YOU BOTH MADE MY DAY SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL
GREAT 👍👌
j.
Was difficult to follow at times. Felt bit messy. Not always logical.
F.
Great shopping and wide choice options .
R.
Nice medium sized shopping mall with good connectivity
C.
Love it!! It has everything you need.
N.
Cool selection of shops but holy hecker does this place get busy. I recommend staying away during the weekend unless you can handle the mission that is finding a car park and/or navigating the crowds of shoppers.
f.
The way the building is designed maximizes the use of space by stores and such but it means there's a lot of people traffic so you're bound to brush up against strangers. It's like a smaller version of the city
-.
Very good mall has a little of everything and I always end up running out of time when I visit here because there is just so many shops.
W.
Good shopping experience with a lot of shopping center!
ん.
Wonderful shopping environment, information staff is helpful
Y.
A great place to shop, to eat, to drink, to walk. Can spend the whole day exploring Sylvia Park in all its entirety. Many stores , a one stop shopping experience.
Z.
Great Experince with all staff members!!..Stlying and Clouring💯..I have so far been there 2!!..and am so happy to have had the colours and cut that I have asked for..comparing with VIVO Ooo what can I say💩services-wrong colour-layed cut was💩no balanced girl styled cut the middle of my head short and was told I can't get the hair colour I have requested!..and as for Kenzo Ooo talk about expensive cost me $565 to have it coloured(asked for streaks and a layered cut)came out👿and that's was the first and last that I'll be going there, cut nothing looked as it was layered colour🤔🤭🥴..than came to Kess👏👏reasonal price,✔️✔️all the boxes that I wanted from colouring to hairstyling👏😱😂😂..Thank You JUN,very Proffesional and listens to what I wanted the colouring to the styling haircut👌👌
C.
Sylvia Park, nope no complaints about this place. Has everything here. Would be cool if they had a stage where local talent could perform in that hexagonal kind of area by Paknsave
S.
great choice of stores... highly recommend
p.
In one place were we can find everything... love to do shopping in sylvia park...
S.
This place is HUGE , need a good pair of shoes for all the walking in this mall. Great layout with all the stores you need. Great variety of eateries also.
R.
Most awesome mall well laid out
Interesting collection of shops
Something for everyone
S.
Has most of the things you need here. It's a pretty big place getting from one end to the other could take between 10-45 minutes depending on browsing speed. Food court is a little lack luster, not a wide range of variety food wise.
A.
Busy & popular place to meet & shop. Check out the new extension of the mall. And there are plenty of car parks if you drive there. Or you can use the train which travels along the Eastern line from Britomart to Manukau with stops along the way.
S.
So many great clothing and food stores here, its got all the shops you need, plus they even expanded and added more stores which makes this place even better to shop at
Z.
It is a very big mall. You can find so many brand and store there. Plenty car park but you still have to spent time to find the car park on specail days such as black friday, etc.
T.
I love this place. Its no frills, but you never know what bargains your going to find. Mostly frozen or packaged food, but theres some other interesting products. Just need to have a good look. Its always busy when I go there.
E.
Awesome place must visit more often
C.
A very big mall with plenty of shopping options.
i.
Ah this is one Great place to shop in Auckland or if not the best you have just about everything you need at hand seems to be a very friendly place to shop but I have just one minor issue I just wish there were more parking spaces
N.
A large selection of various shops that's only getting larger. The new dining precinct has a diverse range of interesting restaurants or they have a food court for a quick and familiar bite. Clothes shopping here is great with lower end retailers mixed with higher end. I've never found parking to be a problem, though others have complained that it can be tough on the weekends. For a shopping experience that has it all, you can't go wrong with Sylvia Park.
s.
Beautiful mall well set with a huge variety of shops to cater your needs.
Excellent customer service through out
D.
All good coping with red level on traffic light system
A.
Big, modern mall, lots of choice, reasonable food court and some cool restaurants.
R.
Good place, also has different shops to do your shopping
w.
Still an extensive range of parts at great prices
A.
From JB Hi-fi to the Sony Store.
From the Popstop Store to Anime2You.
If your a fellow Geek or Weeb like myself then this mall is perfect for you.
Plenty of Cafe's to socialise in and an abundance of places to purchase coffee to fulfil even the darkest of Goth Souls.
They tend to have those really cool in mall Bungie Jumping Trampoline things for the kids quite often.
You can also always stop in at Whitcoulls to purchase that last minute gift you forgot to buy. Heck get the family some really neat interactive games as a Shared gift. At least you know they'll be having some fun, healthy family bonding time together rather than being on their devices the whole time.
And with a Whitcoulls Rewards card, you might as well buy a new book for yourself. Now you can finally have some of that quality wind down quiet time you keep promising yourself you'll have.
E.
Very large mall. Many shops you find in most malls, however they do have a great dining precinct which is genuinely quite pleasant. Good selection of Dining options, we visited early evening and whole place was busy with shopper# and Diners
S.
Nice and clean and also great location that is very easy to locate and stop in for a quick stop for food and public toilets. Has a lot of shops that can cater to all your needs.
S.
Love this mall and cannot fault anything at the moment. Best place to shop with all retail shops you need.
X.
It is the largest shopping mall here, you can find basic commodities, as well as international cuisine.
S.
Just needs as few more stores
S.
A mall is a mall in this case, purely functional space as a collection of shops for convenience however the shops are low to mid tier and a long avenue to traipse up and down becomes a tedious effort with barely a thing to hold interest.
It is dated and though there are renovations going on I do not feel too hopeful, that is mere opinion and speculation though.
Nespresso and it’s staff a highlight, very friendly and helpful.
No one needs a Kmart to open 24 hours - bizarre and sad.
L.
Great experience overall. Easy to find parking! Got a couple of gifts for family members. Good variety of shops to choose from! Spacious walking areas. Fun Entertainment Area for the kids to enjoy themselves.
L.
Big mall with a HUGE range of stores and places to eat. Always clean and parking is fairly easy to find... mind you maybe not so much at the weekend. Unfortunately when I went I couldn’t find a layout map of the stores, so I spent ages hunting for the 1 shop I needed.. maybe there is a layout map, if so I couldn’t find it.
D.
Not just a mall, an entire experience! Really recommend this place for all age groups. Something for everyone and a lovely atmosphere 😁
I.
Getting in and out is a hassle. Parking can be a pain, so I limit the frequency of visits here, prefer my favorite St Lukes
N.
Probably the best shopping mall in Auckland, it has a Cinema, a food court and tones of shops and things to do. During summer they often have little amusement things set up for kids like giant hamster balls on water.
J.
Went to warehouse to pick up stuff for my daughters, same thing everything you need, from Easter eggs to you name it, they ve got it, barbecue, toys, kitchen ware, from as cheep as 5.00 dollars or less to up to????, you ve got the cash, they ve got it, friendly service and staff, but yeah, Sylvia shopping mall has everything for babies, newborn, sporties, adults, elderlies, hungry people, they got it, Chinese, Mexican Italian, Japanese, just amazing, second time there and always wondering why isn't itclose to Mt Albert where I live, I ll be there every day and night😅😂🤣
C.
A bit of everything but mainly women's clothing stores.
L.
Love this place. Its my go to place when I'm bored at home. You can never be disappointed when you go window shopping. It's my favourite thing to do. And also to see there discounts be displayed outside there window as well. Would also be my happy place as well.
M.
It has everything you need pretty much. The k mart is open late
T.
The only mall at the moment, where you can find a Zara in all of Auckland/NZ. Parking and access has improved a bit but during the weekend/peak shopping seasons, it gets congested.
The layout of the mall is pretty much one straight long strip so getting from one end to another takes quite some time which I feel is the only downside.
J.
Enjoyed shopping there.... So many shops now which is a bonus. Good parking.. Farmers so big.. We hail from the Waikato and our children live up there so we can go up stay the night and shop shop shop 👍😃
M.
I enjoy this complex, gets very busy and you need to go early when shops open at 9am or later in the day. Car parking can be a nightmare in the weekends, but has everything there. It's a shame that they took away the Post Office site from the Mall.
r.
One of my favorite shopping center . Heaps shops and brands. Highly recommend.
M.
Lots of shops! Good variety of shops too. Perhaps more maps dotted around to show you where you are, and store directory to see where to go next. More seating needed at the food courts. Parking was quite a mission too.
Overall - good place to go as a family, with lots to interest each member of the family.
y.
My go to place shopping. Pretty much find everything you need
m.
Plenty of shops, a very large mall. Space for kids to play, there is also a golf course, restaurants. Can make a day out of it. Be ready to use money.
W.
Like all shopping malls, good for almost everything you need
A.
Always nice to spend some hours. Great range of shops, nice atmosphere, plenty of parking and the best artisan chocolaterie in town. Free choc with your order.
K.
Very busy mall, lots of shops. The only short fall is the mall way too too long.
SUGGESTION: none busy time (early in the morning) Drive your car or bike to one side of the mall finish one side shopping first then Drive to another side to shop the rest of the other shops. suggestion exclude the walk lover.
J.
Well done shops are all in one line easy to do shopping especially top floor amazing set up been a while I been here
F.
Newly opened Farmers at Sylvia park mall happened to be the freshest breeze in retail especially coming after traumatic covid hit depression year for the shoppers and businesses alike. A welcome change, beautiful layout, huge product range, clean design and amazing lovely customer service made us enjoy our last trip to the store when we visited for the first time. Along came the holiday season and the downward trend started along way in just a few weeks time. Rude staff with zero help for the customers, shelves almost ripped apart as if a tornado just hit and mismanaged product information - may be it was a saturday? So disappointed to see our favourite store alteady in a mess, please make it better soon, the location is perfect and shopping should be enjoyable! Oh and yes, they dont stock MAC products, go to Botany store for better range. Plus is the rooftop parking, convenient for strollers and kids alike.
C.
Great mall so many shops to explore, great food court too. Friendly staff, helpful when needed
K.
Lots of shop and no worries about parking
李.
Huge shopping mall, variety of shops, price from lower to high. Need 3 hours at least to be spent there.
Cafe and food court are available, don't worry you will get hungry.
Car parks are loads, if you would like to drive there. Train is another easy way.
L.
One of my favourite shopping malls to go too Sylvia Park, and one of the biggest malls ever I went there today and I enjoyed it I always enjoy going there.
f.
Lots of choices from shopping to food and entertainment
D.
I am not a big fan of this shopping centre unless you go early its always hard to get parking and I have to walk a long way to the shops. The shops are really good but too busy for me. But worth a visit if you havent been.
C.
Massive mall. Can be busy at times. Food court at ground level is average. Try out the one upstairs for more interesting food choices.
C.
Good place to spend time with friends and family. Is greatly suited to groups of people wanting to hang out and there is always plenty of parking to be found. Loads of retailers and you also have an awesome cinema to go to if ever you feel the sudden urge to watch the latest and greatest in the world of movies
J.
Layout is good being streamlined start at one end on oneside then do the other side on the way back so you don't miss anything which is handy for a first timer until you learn where the stores are. Gets pretty packed at times where parking has been a challenge but good thing they making more.
J.
Good mall, we can find everything in just one mall
I.
Excellent shopping centre built on two levels with a clean, light and airy atmosphere and a well laid out food court area at one end. Usually lots of parking space. Across the road from the mall there is The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and a pharmacy warehouse, plus lots of other shops, also with good parking.
R.
A nice clean mall with good brands for a rounded shopping experience. There is Hoyt's cinema as well for a nice family movie time. Although there are some nice restaurants there isn't a big food court so the food choices can be slightly limiting. However, its connectivity with Train, Bus and Motorway is excellent.
j.
There's a Mi store here now!? Only one in Auckland, I think! Cool.
M.
It is easy to shop and there are many places to drink coffee and rest, so I go there often.
Y.
Has all most everything. Great place for coffee etc.plenty of parking and it's free.
B.
Best shopping mecca in Auckland with something for everyone.
M.
Love this place. Modern, pleasant to walk for a browse. Upper new area makes a great difference. Well done Sylvia Park!
B.
This is a great mall, but they really need to sort out the parking especially at the south end which has the Warehouse at it.
The long layout of the mall means that sometimes you can end up walking a long way between two specific shops.
The do gave some great new restaurants we are looking to try out soon.
S.
Massive mall. Quite easy to get lost in and has everything you need
N.
It's a great shopping center with A LOT of stores. So you will definitely find what you need. They also have a big food court with very nice food and a big Hoyts cinema in the middle. It's right next to the train station so it's easy to reach from basically anywhere in Auckland. The only downside is that it can get very crowded especially at Christmas time.
H.
Make sure you head there early as it’s always busy
K.
Dropped off a top that I had rendered unwearable with my handiwork... asked if they could try to make it wearable again... they did a fantastic job, my top literally looks perfect now! Thank you so much... K :)
D.
The new expanded Sylvia Park is a lovely place to shop, eat - and exercise if it's raining! We had a tasty lunch at Vietnamese Street Food. The new toilets are clean. Please continue with that!
C.
Very nice shopping mall, got lots of parking and everything you needed.
M.
Love this mall everything you need in one stop. Kid friendly lots of small little play areas for little ones always nice and clean.
T.
Great variety of shops which with the expansion they're currently undergoing will only improve the variety with the likes of a Farmers store being added (among many others).
I find getting in early when the shopping centre opens it's not crazy busy so would recommend getting in early.
C.
Love this place. More than 200 shops. All in on place for shopping
C.
Very tidy mall with so many shops that you’re sure to find everything you need and a lot of things you probably don’t! Definitely worth popping in when you have an hour or two to spare!
R.
Good place for shopping. But we have drive for while to find a parking space
T.
All your favourite stores and an excellent food court. There isn’t enough parking so it gets pretty heated to find a space, even off peak. Best to take the train as there is a station in the mall.
K.
Very nice, great parking options
R.
Live in the area.. Has everything you need and is currently getting renovated so is going to get bigger, Parking can be a pain on weekends and holiday periods.
s.
Nice place to do shopping, a lot of parking, also a lot of shops, and parking can be extend if you want to do more shopping no worry about parking time expire, just drop in to information desk to do extend your parking. Times.
M.
Great shopping place but terrible traffic area and parking area is an headache
A.
Good parking, easy access to the mall, heaps of products and shops over 2 levels, Also entertainment great food court and much more.
D.
Plenty of carparks and a great selection of shops. More shops added recently on the second floor. Gets very busy on weekends and holiday period.
N.
Amazing place for shopping.
R.
Getting more impressive and newer shops each visit. Good overall prices cover majority of shoppers. Great cafes and restaurants throughout.
P.
Great shopping experience and a huge shopping centre. Wide range of brands to choose from and the warehouse at this mall is huge compared to other warehouse stores.Large space for parking as well although seems difficult sometimes during sundays. Easy access to public transport.
K.
Great place for shopping and coffee break. There is a post office/box here for you to send your cards/ letters back to your country.
R.
The best mall the place all of your things all at one time
E.
Its nice, its not as artsy as new market but all the big retailers are there.
P.
recently upgraded mall is bigger and offer more shops. easy to find parking spot.
B.
A pleasure to do shopping at this shopping centre as it caters extensively for such a diverse clientele, a great diversity of foods and eateries in the complex, great Movie House and places of interest in the complex. The extensive car parks are well used and the alterations being done is so going to improve your shopping centre experience there....watch this space.
M.
Good eplace to spend time with friends and family. Is greatly suited to groups of people wanting to hang out and there is always plenty of parking to be found. Loads of retailers and you also have an awesome cinema to go to if ever you feel the sudden urge to watch the latest and greatest in the world of movies
J.
Awesome shops; wide variety
T.
Love that the carbine rd entrance is now open and car parks are plenty
Sylvia park has everything you would need
Even at 3am - kmart ☺
A.
Love the variety of shops. Good atmosphere, catering to all sizes and shapes and tastes. Food court is nice, clean and spacious. Washrooms are maintained well and clean.
And the best part, parking! One of the most generous and nicely managed. They recently installed these digital counters outside all parking places showing available spots. Plus in the covered parking spots, they have lights too above every spot, green for available, red for taken. Makes it so convenient to find a spot to park.
We visit here often for various shopping needs.
J.
Everything one could want under one roof
If you are definitely shopping to buy suggest you look out for car park near appropriate shop. I.e. KMart and park in that facinity. A nuisance to walk long way back to put shopping in car before indulging in other shopping eating or at movies every variety of shop great that various selling similar products I.e. kids ware in same wing. Excellent parents room for feeding nappy change and emergencies. Lots of seating for oldies to people watch nice restaurants for parents to relax while kids at movies. Very clean feels secure many exits high quality products plus the ever popular The Warehouse and KMart
Except to spend a few hours there.
J.
New shops opening up. Clean busy but big enough for everyone. Lots of places to eat and parking has improved since I was last there.
S.
We found it easy to park as my mum has a disability permit. It didn’t seem quite so easy for other shoppers on a Sunday morning. However once in the mall it’s lovely and spacious and for a mall quite pleasurable to walk around.
J.
Even better now that renovations and extensions have been completed. Ample easy access parking.
R.
Worst mall in Auckland. All the shops are there but you need an electric scooter to go from one end to the other.
W.
This place is NZ biggest shopping center, it has over 50 big large shops. Now it is constructing a brand new second floor. There are too many car parks, which is a good thing, there is even a machine that tell you which row of car parks are fill and how many spaces are left. It has furniture at one end and other everyday uses at the other. Many people has been to this shopping mall. It has pack'in'save too which is a good thing too. Every person, every person must go to this famous shopping mall!
V.
Very clean, nice. Visited all the shops on ground level, nice customer service, friendly too. Train station is very close, there's even a screen that tells you the time of the next train is due. Theres also a lift too. Wheelchair friendly, my clients like shopping there. Plenty of parking by the train station, across the road.
L.
Its a really busy place during weekend hard to find parking sometimes but good place to go in leisure time
R.
I've been here a couple of times. It's a good place to visit if you want to go shopping and has a good spread of stores. It also has a good food court and other restaurants. It's got a Event Cinema movie theater as well. I did however get confused a bit because there's no map of the place.
A.
Sylvia Park is a great shopping centre, staff in the shops are all nice and friendly.
The overall centre itself is nice and clean.
There's a good variety of places to eat.
Having the train station right by the shopping centre is also a big plus.
S.
Great parking and great range of shops to choose from. One large food court with other options along the way. For after dark there are restauraunts and bars available. There is also a supermarket and fun activities such as mini golf and a cinema. Worth spending a whole day to get through the whole mall.
R.
Excellent selection of stores and hours of operation is pretty great as it does not close too early. Lots of parking spaces available.
Y.
Love the new touch ups and the new level It has really been upgraded quite well to the modern standard we live in today and the whole place is quite nice it gives off a sense of luxury when u step in everything up to date and very nice.
O.
Suburb sized mall with almost any shop you could think of. Great deals, not crammed into a small area but widespread over a great area. Amazing food places and always great deals in the stores. Almost always have cool kids entertainment like a huge merry go round or harnessed trampolines
N.
It has changed dramatically since the new stores have opened and is much better but can be annoying when stores have moved from one place to another. It has been sometime since I visited and was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade.
R.
Good mall, excellent stores
J.
Lovely shopping complex, everything you need + recently improved dining precinct is worth a visit. Would like to see some higher end retail stores in the future
J.
Very busy with School holidays. Crowded in walk ways. Car parking was easier around the back. Went to Just Cuts and Gongli massage, both were great.
Tidy mall, lots of variations of shops.
M.
Amazing shopping center. Very few people scanning QR codes. Hundreds of people.
L.
Can be really crowdesd at times and parking can be impossible to find but it is a very nice mall with lots of great stores.
L.
Sylvia park is great, it's a more high end shopping centre, and the biggest mall in NZ. it's got that oversized aussie mall type of vibe going on ☺️
R.
Expansive shopping mall with a wide range of retailers, a food court, restaurants, a supermarket and cinema complex. Easy access to buses and trains.
At the time of writing, there is some construction work taking place as part of an expansion, but this generally had little effect on overall shopper experience.
K.
Wonderful birthday lunch with friends. Food and service great. Love this place, my all time favourite choice.
G.
Good shopping. Be nice to see more menswear though ... Clean and nice surroundings
R.
Huge amount of stores.... food court was awesome... everything there to suit your palette....😁
R.
It's bit out of way for me to go for a shopping. However if I want to buy Zara clothing well that's the only place. If you are for some good variety of food this is one of the places to check. I liked the birdie food, the Mediterranean, Malaysia n and last but not the least quick grab smoothies, chocolates.... Can spend few hours.
N.
Took the train over, has nice shops, yum restaurant food or fast food.
Japan mart and Tokyo liquor.
A.
Well.... What to say.
(1) It's BIG.
(2) All label shops here.
(3) Huge parking areas.
(4)Food Hall downstairs.
(5) Finer dining upstairs.
(6)Hotel std Restrooms.
(7)New labels coming.
(8) Spotlessly maintnd.
(9)Multi level shopping.
(10) Escalators bth ends.
(11)Worth a day there.
J.
Great place to shop just make sure you can stand the walk it's a huge mall
S.
I don't often shop here so was very excited by the variety of stores and eateries. I was there for a good couple of hours and still felt like I didn't see everything. They only lose a star because parking was hideous and confusing due to lots of construction going on.
N.
Great shopping mall, central/south location and very handy/easy to get to from the motorway. Parking can always be tough to find, even more so now that there is construction happening nearby - but we found parking without an issue Fri evening, and shops whilst busy were not crazily unbearable. Great shops that you just don't have elsewhere in Auckland or NZ so well worth the visit.
D.
Great place to visit and shop. They have items for just about everyone. Plan spending, quite literally the entire day perusing the shops...then have a bit to eat in one of the many food vendor's. At the end of the enjoy a viewing at the theater...great way to end the day!!
C.
Some not many people at the mall
I like that too
G.
Very pretty after renovation, way more shops
D.
Great if it's your local shopping mall but as a visitor to a speciality shop not so much as it was not easy to find the shop I wanted - Google couldn't find it!
S.
Really love the variety of the shops here. It's a large mall with pretty much everything you could ask for.
L.
Love sylvia park hate the walking. It's a fair distance from one end to the other bit of a problem if you have a walking disability.
J.
It's a big mall with lots of different shops to cater to most or all ppl. I like this mall. Eating areas etc.
M.
It's a popular mall. It's spacious and can boost your daily step rate if you choose to park at one end and walk to the other and back. On Saturday shops close at 7pm. There were still plenty of people around though.

A lot of good quality clothing shops to choose from. Half the shops still having last day sales 50%-70% off, on a sunday. Lots of parking before 10am close to k-mart (k-mart24hrs btw) a lot of disabled parking

Everything u need under one roof.
S.
Really good mall, will always find what you need here. Food hall is always too crowded and narrow though

My favourite shopping centre in Auckland since it opened. Still remember when there was car parks available all day round :). Love the new renovations made to keep the experience fresh. Still has the best range of retail stores for a shopping mall. Will be perfect once the new parking lots are opened.

Amazing choice of shops and food
P.
The best thing about it is the accessibility, it's near the motorway and has a railway station.
Apart from that it's a giant mall, with lots of shops. I'm not a fan of malls, they are like airports without the excitement of travel.
The parking is terrible, the signs that are meant to say how many spaces are available seem to have random numbers instead. The shops aren't cheap, the foodhall is disappointing and when it's busy it's a madhouse.

Went to buy my new phone from the Mi shop. Am loving it and it was on special too.
K.
Good variety of shops. Lots of parking. Big mall. Comfy shoes a must. 😝
C.
Great place to shop. Food court has plenty choice. Lots of parking.
I.
A large and spacious mall with a wide range of stores and food options with some of them even being halal.
A.
Depending on what you want to do or get will form your experience here.
2 playgrounds for children (1 outside by Columbus coffee and Baby Factory, 1 inside in the far end of the food court- behind Pita Pit).
Good range of shops and services. Looking forward to the new shops and extension opening.
D.
Very pleasant place to shop. Easy access with lots of parking.
Disabled access to all stores
J.
Great selection of shops, especially with most being open till 7pm during the week and 9pm on Thursday and Friday. Having Hoyts and assorted restaurants is great.
The only thing is because of all this, it can be hard getting a car park during the weekend. So when you can, getting a bus in or taking the train is a good option, as there are frequent runs of both to the complex.
R.
Plenty of shops under one roof but expensive in some places. Food wasn't that great but ok for a rainy day out.
J.
This would have to be the best shopping centre South Auckland has to offer, still a work in progress though.
D.
I like Sylvia Park but parking is a nightmare. Out of the last 3 times I visited, I have had to leave twice without shopping because I haven't been able to find a park after driving round and round for ages.
I love to shop but don't like wasting petrol.

Huge Mall with lots of stores...and parking
B.
Great place to go for clothes shopping, an awesome variety of shops, spent quite a few hours there! Places for every occasion or wear, all in one mall. Also a food court to have snacks or lunch, which is great. And there's also other types of shops of course, supermarkets and also a warehouse.
R.
No one should miss this mall if you are in Auckland. The best part I like is the entry directly from the car parking to 1st level. Ample of shops and you never know the time spent there. It's quite interesting shops and entertainment around.
L.
Food outlets are noise of good conversations and laughter. Food selection is fantastic from vegan foods to full cooked meal selections. Good atmosphere. Seating availability can be avoidable if you don't mind seating next to someone on their own
J.
Excellent selection of all shopping needs. Has Zara and H&M too. Only mall in NZ where you get both.
R.
Nice, modern mall. This place is sadly a victim of its own success with parking and access often terrible unfortunately. A visit at peak times is not for the faint hearted. Good range of stores but layout can mean you need to plan your visit. The long, linear design of the mall itself coupled with the trading stands down the length of the middle mean that they both fetter foot traffic and result in passing victims being harrangued by traders at times.

Beautiful mall along of improvements have been done. Keep it up

Place to go on a rainy day make sure you have a babysitter so you can gap it with the missus, great for appliances tech clothes (all shopping really)but parking fills up quick "EVEN" on normal weekdays and weekends which makes it a nightmare on public holidays and long weekends,if you're not there at these times first thing in the morning good luck🍀 just catch the bus.
S.
Good place, hard to find parking though
n.
Elongated layout makes it hard to get to the store you need to go. Decent selection of shops. The parking situation had definitely improved as of late 2019.
F.
Great shopping center but parking is a utter nightmare during the day. Either go really early or really late
N.
Nice shopping centre. Plenty of options for everything you may need to buy. Outdoor Dine-in is amazing with great food. I love going there for my shopping. 👍🏻
G.
A great place to shop and a great place to eat. Get on a train at Sylvia park and travel to Auckland. Get off right at Queen's St. I should have traveled by train from South Auckland before. Why did anybody tell me, how easy it is to travel by train to Central Auckland. No traffic dramas at all. Saw more of Auckland than I have done driving. Once I was finished in Central Auckland I got back on the train and travel back to Sylvia park, to my car, that was safe and sound in the car park there. And it didn't cost anything to park. A great day out!
A.
Great place to hang out with friends and to buy stuff you like, variety choices of shops and restaurants!
J.
Great mall all round with a lot to offer, however the layout isn't ideal being all in one straight line instead of a circuit layout, so a lot of walking! The range of stores is fantastic though and this is a good central shopping outlet.
J.
Great shopping centre for all the fashion savvy with loads of space so everyone's not crowded in one area. Coffee from Mickey's is good, but you'll also get a better than average caffeine high from Casablancas or Columbus coffee. The new food court makes choosing food for the whanau even harder- expect to pay around $80 for a family of four hungry gremlins dining in the foodcourt area. Through a sickey on Friday and get to Sylvia Park, unless you want to fight the crowds on the weekends
