n.It has got almost every u need. The warehouse, countdown, coffee shops, anything you might want to shop. Plenty of onsite parking available.
D.Good mix of retail, commercial and hospitality venues all with the convenience of easy parking. I highly rate the local real estate office Ray White as well as the CJ’s seafood. Blacksmiths is also a top notch spot for a drink and a pizza, while the coffee club serve up decent brews and ‘third place’ hospitality.
Q.Nice area, good shops, great food spots and of course.. The warehouse. Just wish the parking area was more spacious and better designed....
M.I like this new little shopping complex, only ever been there for The Warehouse but definitely has food shops worth checking out, with other little retail shops.

The Warehouse, Unichem, ASB Bank, The Coffee Club, Nandos, LJ's Seafood, Pita Put, Sushi & Don, Bin Inn, Dollar Outlet, Stone Jeweler, 2 Degrees, Spark, Bottle O, etc...
f.Very handy place to alot of shops you have Bunning's, Mitre10 , then you have Repco, Countdown, and restaurants pizza
T.Went to the Coffee Club for a lunch meeting.
Good ambience. Good food and service.
H.Just went to the Warehouse but nice mall to stroll around and few local businesses to support. Will come back again.
w.A variety of shops all in one place. Very convenient and plenty of parking

Nice little shopping centre within walking distance from Takanin Newly build suburbs
C.A nice little place to shop I mostly go here for The Warehouse but there are also some yum bites to grab such as Sushi & Don & LJs. Also having the Blacksmiths there to swing by and have a little midday drink is very handy!
The carpark can get a little hectic too from time to time so its good to think fast because some people are a bit inpatient.
S.Pleasant place to shop, eat and bank.
C.An expanding shopping hub in the growing Takanini area. There is a variety of shops and eateries in the Centre plus now our own little library! Absolutely love the expanding and diversifying of the area. While there are still some shops unoccupied at the moment, it is a great little spot with everything you could need.
M.Awesome experience, heaps of parking available, went to warehouse then to lunch all in one area the Takanini Village.

V.Due to cova couldn't really get the gist of the place but what I did see was ok

S.Nice little village if you prefer the quietness. Parking can get a bit crowded. Other than that, it's within walking distance of Bruce Pullman and the mains (Great South Road)
T.Warehouse is my favorite place at Takanini centre. Now, we need a KMart at Takanini town centre
S.Parking is always a challenge on weekends. Even if you look at the parking slots, it seems bit smaller. Though it has some good joints for food and shopping.
F.Very cool store, handy, heaps of parking, friendly staff. AAA+++
G.Cramped awkward parking, roads busy (Walter's Rd) remember to check at train track crossing that there is enough room to cross clearly as the streams of traffic, stop and start quickly with light changes and round abouts at Pochester Rd and Walter's Rd. 3 entrance ways and 2 single lanes exit. It's a be patient visit. Stationery Warehouse helpful, tidy helpful $2 shop, Sushi shop yummy selection and reasonably priced, Stonz Jewelers lovely.
A.Parking is a bit hard if it's not lockdown but a great place to eat and shop as it's close to where we live.
N.Love coming here a wide variety of stores lots of eating places very friendly people I always find a good bargain
k.Beautiful place to stay with as you have all the required things for a happy stay life..All the groceries - Countdown/ Paknsave/ warehouse/ Briscoes/ Bed bath/ Indian supermarkets are very close as well you have Bruce Pullman Park in this area , where you can relax around the pools with ducks n swans in them , as well go for a long walk around the park , weekends you can even watch the matches n sport activities happening here

Great assortment of shops for a small area. Only downer is the Coffee Club is well below average.

m.went to briscoes, won't let me choose the place. briscoes did not have what I wanted, however their comment to the buyer had them research their stock and tell me where I could go to get it. thanks for going the extra mile

N.The warehouse is there for dog biscuits and Binn Inn for bulk epsom salt and baking soda...handy.
C.Remains an upbeat, buzzing shopping mall with generally good foot traffic. Generally a clean and tidy precinct, though might be becoming a place to avoid as the silly season gets nearer!
A.I only visited a bank there but the whole area was just humming with plenty of parking. Also there are traffic lights to aid your exit safely.
N.Has some good shops with more to come. New feel, good atmosphere. Biggest letdown is the parking situation, which is why only 4 stars. Otherwise it's a good little shopping precinct.
L.Has medium range of store very clean and tidy, mobile needs covered warehouse and warehouse stationery, bin inn, liquor outlet and doctor. Good for a shopping outing without having to visit a mall.
J.Would love to get in contact with the complex owner in regard to my car getting hit in this car park & the person fleeing. The number provided by the warehouse staff and on here just leads me to Vodafone. I was told you have clear CCTV, not keen on parking here in the future if not 😬

M.Great place with a variety of stores..people overall seem to be friendly and helpful in the different stores. Good Customer service is very important and this is a major reason why I will continue to visit Takanini Village
S.There was not a lot of customer service there no CSR to been seen but I know the store inside out and knew what I wanted and we're to find it so it was a quick easy in and out no fuss no drama and the store was particularly clean and tidy 👍. The checkout girl was friendly and meet and greet was friendly.

a.Great place with a selection of shops. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Tidy and clean
S.Not a bad place to grab a bite to eat. Not many public toilets or anything or places to really sit outside but otherwise ok.
R.Place is good. Plan on Carpark is a disaster. Carpark are suited to small vehicles. So if you have large vehicles on both sides. Good luck
N.I love Takanini village, it pretty much has everything you need. I've never had an issue with parking. I doubt really want to highly recommend this place because then everyone wil shop here 😜😜😜
P.Its growing. At present it has main shop, Warehouse, couple good eateries, health centre, Optomitrist, ASB Bank, etc.. Can get crowded there, particularly parking. For me, too close to new residential area, busy, busy, busy .
T.Nice mall.... but theres NO PUBLIC TOILETS, or no clear signage pointing to the invisible toilets.
When the call of nature happens urgently, the local food shops wont let you use their toilets unless you buy something (fair enough), and the toilets at The Warehouse are also out of order (or filthy when they are in use)
Having to duck behind a tree or hide behind your car isnt ideal, but seems to be the only way you can take a pee as theres no public toilet or one easy identifiable.
Gosh knows what would happen if people needed to do number 2's urgently.
I dread the thought.
R.Nice village atmosphere but very busy which means parking is not always easy to find . there is a good variety of shops cafes and food outlets. Service in the shops is generally good and friendly . Worth a visit .
B.Awesome little place for small conveniences. The shop variety is great for day to day needs

b.Popped into The Wharehouse for a few things. Had to wait in line for level 2 restrictions but not for long. Everything well stocked and some good sales.

N.Reasonably easy to get in and out of, quite a few eateries but not much else. Warehouse, telecom shops and a jewellers. Bonus is the bin inn, open really late almost every day. Oh and the Vodafone has a free ms pacman video game lol

A.Traffic and parking needs patience here. Lots of people prefer to reverse into parks so takes a while to finally park a car and get into some shopping.
