Some good long-term businesses here, but a lot of turn over for others and the area always feels a bit dirty. BUT, a good variety of options for takeaway and eat-in venues, and a butcher, green-grocers and laundromat.

Only been to Nandos here so dont know much but the car park is tight and awkward and its busy junction so getting in and out can be troublesome.

At Valentines for lunch,it has improved quite remarkably, since I was last there !rearranged interior, individual dishes with lids on ,rather than left on.

Butcher Jacks has a great full selection of meats, family owners are very kind and always provide a great service, average vege shop next door, great sushi, gym, kebabs, indian curry, valentines buffet, coffee shop, sports bar, pokies, liquor store across the road with more shops/resturants etc... i highly recommend the awesome vietnamese (Pho Vina) ran by korean cooks, so good.

It is not bad slowly improving it has a good butcher shop and the people in the fruit shop are very nice plus there's a Pizza hut where they have $5 pizzas and for free garlic and oregano sprinkles on it yum
