Great range of shops including some one off kind of stores that aren't at other Westfield's. Has all the main shops you'd expect too. Very good food court with a lot of options for lunch. There is a countdown in there as well which is great for a one stop shop. The parking is awesome as some parts are 4 hours. Movies on site as well.

Westfield Manukau is my main Mall. Handy to work and home. I can get everything I need from there as they have all the shops I use. Farmers Manukau is the best Farmers store around and I love going to Event Cinemas in the Mall.

Cinemas are big and chairs are comfy but it was absolutely disgusting. The floor tiles were so sticky my shoe came off, there was popcorn and all sorts scattered around the cinema. The customer service of the guy on the counter was awesome though

I'm from Albany we came to this mall unexpectedly due to having to go to grab my wife and kid some shoes was a great experience people in Manukau are super friendly and kind meet some really nice people along the way brought some shoes there's everything you could possibly need in this mall .

I went had a movie date with my 15yr old daughter today, and enjoyed it very much. Afterwards, we just spent time window shopping and buying gifts for her little cousins. Had a really good day.

It's a busy mall. Lunch time on a Wednesday and it's already quite busy. Pretty sure it must get packed on the weekend. Everything you might want is here. From a cinema to shops and eateries of all kinds. Wear your mask. People will call you out if you forget.

Great place for shopping. Very nice and clean property. Shamiyana needs to introduce more vegetarian dishes and needs more liquid curry in small bowl ....lots of peas and paneer how can we eat naan and rice... Throw most of food .

Good size mall for the area. Food court could do with a few more tables & chairs as lunch hours are really busy.

Busy spot this one, so ensure you can easily remember where you're parked. Lots of wonderful variety, with everything from clothes to Anime, to a supermarket, then Cinemas. There's a good foodcourt with some healthy options besides McD's & Burger King. There's a multi-cultural melting pot of nations within this space, with people from all over the world now calling Manukau home.

I usually think of this place when I want to buy gifts for birthdays and special occasions. I mostly browse places like EB Games, JB Hi-Fi and AnimeHouse. For snacks I stop by at Japanese Mart and Goncha for my all-time favorite bubble tea, aside from the variety of food at the food court.

This mall was the first point of interest when I first landed in Auckland for my work trip. The Countdown supermarket is open until later, but most of the mall souls be closed by 6pm. One end of the mall has all the eateries, quite a lot of food options available. Personal favorite is the Char Bar, a barbecue eatery. Quite a lot of shops to hop around, good to hang around if you have half a day to spare.

Really enjoyed the variety here. Am not a local. Parking was easy. Toilet facilities available and clean.

Loving it and it was so nice and refreshing for me to see The city of Manakau again having luch with my eldest daughter Go there if is your first time👌👌

Mannix is a good mall. We mainly go here for the Cinema. The shopping is good and so is the food court.

Shoppers will love this place. A mall with multi brand stores as well as exclusive stores as well. Event cinemas make this mall even better. Coffee club, Georgia coffee outlets with a nice decent food court. Ample parking area. Good to spend time shopping, eating and movies.

I bought perfume for my partner yesterday and the lady at counter was amazing helped me choose something nice and wrapped it nice really appreciated her help especially as it was so busy thank you 😊

Manukau west field city center is one of Aucklands best city center! Do you know who goes to shopping malls? Everyone. A mall is golden people-watching territory. Observe what drives people into certain stores, what fills their shopping bags, and how people interact with each other. Simply manukau city center is magnificent!

Plenty of options and shops even through the covid period. No dining in or sitting down, older people are the only exception but not a problem during these times.

I go and look around.I rest and park up.it's so good to see lots of other people going about there day.you see all kinds of different races going bye you.you think to yourself ( we are all the same at the end of the day ) it's a good old world we live in.you give thanks to one another ?

It's the first shopping mall I've known since the Early 1980s and by far the closest to where I live right in the Epicenter of South Auckland, Manukau City and its always been the mall I usually go to and I have known my way around very well for the past 30 od years and the Manukau Mall I know was first established a bit before my time and I seriously know that place very well since I was just a wee toddler and I've seen how much the retail stores have changed over the years and also how the back of Manukau Mall has changed.

You can find almost everything in this mall expect the warehouse and warehouse station. The food court have good variety food. Good place to visit. VH

Nice shopping mall. You will find the necessities, things are reasonably priced, enjoy shipping here.

I mostly come there for a walk at the mall followed by a few drinks and dinner at Republic Bar. You guys have really improved Republic Bar from what it was before.

The mall is huge! Love how there is things for kids to play on and run around, poor parents. Unless you have well behaved children. I absolutely love the parents room, there's a play pen with a gate. There's heaps of food stores and theyre amazing lol The cleaning service there is awesome with very nice manners so I gave it a 5 star because of the cleaning lady❤️

I live nearby and enjoy going to this mall with family and friends at least once a month. Recently, I had a minor issue at one of the parking lots but the personnel working with Scentre Group were quite friendly and very efficient helping me to solve my problem. Thank you very much in particular to Venifer that made my shopping experience a memorable one.

Manukau City it's just fine ill well say just the toilet gets contaminated I think they should be locked up for ah time limit of 6 months at least after cleaning over and over again

Wonderful range of services. My most favourite of divine customer service was at Strands Bags. Thank you to the gorgeous ladies who looked after me immensely! I absolutely loved my bag! It complimented my attire to Lion King perfectly 😊

Access to wheelchairs for free with I'd for the elderly shoppers. Easy to access shops great variety. I book over the phone to get eyelashes turn up get them done great quality and the look around and enjoy a meal and bubble tea.

Nice little indoor playground for kids to play at during a shopping session. Great variety in brands for clothes and decent food selection too. Recommend going early on the weekends before the car parks get too full.

Most of the mall is closed under level 3 lockdown. Be nice if I could shop like that all the time.lol

A one level shopping Mall which is pretty nice and spacious. But for foreign Travelers, please do note the closing time as normally at weekday, they close at 6pm.

Salah from Samsung, was awesome, showed me the features and what you could do on the latest Samsung Note. He went out of his way, so obliging, helpful, and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate giving him my business. Top salesman.

Countdown shopping area is huge but during lockdown they need to sort out the queue outside as people were lining up on the pedestrian crossing rather than on the side lol

I rarely come out here because of how busy/noisy it can get. Though if I have to be honest, all the stores I do come here for always have the stock I'm after. Manukau mall for sure has everything you need here. Cleaning staff do an amazing job especially in the food court with how busy it gets. The mall tends to be spotless when I go despite the busy crowd! I'd recommend trying to time getting here when it's not busy, because honestly sometimes it feels like I'm doing Christmas shopping with the whole crowd!

This place is the norms for everyday meals. No real Wow factor. And has a Star bucks, that is expensive and just a cup full of sweet,and just a hint of flavor. One new food store Thai I think?opened but there food is pretty bland and expensive for the quality. 3-5 Nothing great about it

It's got yummy fast food options, I love texas chicken in particular. It's got all the amenities you need, like countdown, banks etc. It's a 5min walk from the train station to get there. You'll find an entrance next to the library. Only 4 stars because there's nothing that really stands out about it....also, there are BARELY ANY HEALTHY FOOD OPTIONS in this whole mall...Sushi isn't always the healthiest. They legit need a place where you can buy salads. It's like they've stocked it out this way to appeal to certain demographics or types of people and that's not okay lel....fat people need healthy options too 🤣🤣🤣.

Shopping malls are great, wish they had a Bunnings in there too.

Good place to do shopping, with the library quite close. Not a super big mall, but with many shops in it. Try to avoid fridays, weekends and public holidays if you don't enjoy crowded places. The best timing use to be the weekdays in the mornings or early afternoons

Malls have 4 main points of interest for reviewing. Parking, store verity, atmosphere, and food court. Parking in and around manukau mall is a solid 3.5. It is usually hard to knock any mall when it comes to parking, however due to the malls old design and minimal multistory, so little to no shelter from weather, or short travel time from mall to car. No parking spot indicators etc. Store verity and selection is a 4. It is a standard list of the usual suspects you would find in any other mall. However due to its size and age you will not find many unique stores here. But if you like big name stores then you will have no issues there. As for the atmosphere of manukau mall, like any mall, many people, lots of action and excitement. However i have found every mall has its own bit of personality. Manukau malls atmosphere has changed over the last 5 or so years into a much more busy retail charge. Many visitors arrive for the handful of big brand stores, then hit the food court and leave. It does not have many ( one) somewhat classy or fancy restaurants or cafés. Nor any unique indoor or outdoor designs and entertainment. It is one of simplicity. And finally the food court. The reason manukau mall does not get a 4 star rating. All other aspects of the mall are pretty standard and would otherwise leave the mall at a good standing for me. However sadly, the food court is one of an early 2000s dream and not something to be proud of. It has somewhat decent collection of food chains but the seating, spacing, and overall situation in the food hall is what i would describe as a christmas rush. No matter the time or day, the food court is humming. All tables and seats taken. Clean tables are even more rare. The share noise level is enough to put any sane person on their fastest pace to the other side of the building. If there is any peice of advice i would have to choose frkm for any readers to follow would be to simply avoid the food court and your time and enjoyment here will be doubled. Overall 3/5 or a 7/10.

If you are in Manuka, the Westfield Shopping center is the place to visit. It has all the usual shops, banks, food court, and some specialty stores (Rivendell Spiritual store.) Great day out for the whole family.

Hot spot for good and everything else

For the size it's okay. Although don't expect to find every single type of store you need. E.g. sports stores there is only really Stirling Sports and they stock more fashion based items so don't expect to find a mouth guard there. There is a large range of fashion stores including Cotton On and Dotti. Although multiple fast food and cafe options including Coffee Club and McDonald's.

Good mall, easy to get in and out of quickly with reasonable stores

A good shopping mall with event cinema in South Auckland

Yes, it’s not as new as Newmarket but this place is always vibing and always clean. Cleaners are quick to clean tables in the food court and toilets are cleaned regularly. Top shelf WMC.

Excellent place to take family and friends who are out of Towner's. Great for shopping and eating

My favorite Mall if compared with Dress Smart, St Luke's, Sylvia Park, Hunters Plaza and New Market. Because it's the most family friendly. Parents rooms have plenty space and good play area for kids. Also several pay rides throughout the mall for kids and push cars for hire so you dont need to take a stroller if you have a toddler (they have single and double cars). Mall layout and size is good too (you can walk around whole mall and not far to get to the other end) and covered parking for some areas is a bonus.

Decent amount of parking, food options pretty standard for a Westfield food court. Restaurants available near the event cinemas open later than mall as they as located outside. Recent makeover for mall facility and shop facades.

I have been going in this shopping center for many years. They have maintained their shopping grounds clean and tidy. And I forgot to mention, their helpful customer service representatives. Keep up the good work.

I've been here a couple of times awhile back and it's a good mall just not much parking for big vehicles but that's not really a problem for most people.

Incredibly spacious and beautiful, this is one of my fave malls in Auckland. The food hall is clean, fresh, and sunny with a top selection of the standard mall options. There's a lovely community vibe here that's unusual and enjoyable. Staff in all stores that I went into are super friendly and helpful. 5+ stars imo!

There are a plethora of stores in Westfield Manukau including Events cinema toward the North West entrance. Part of the mall has a second storey allowing for more variation of store types. Outside each entrance are a row of different businesses like hairdressing, toy stores, fast food and more. There is a countdown inside the mall for easy access to grocery items. Parking surrounds the premise so finding somewhere to park should not be a big problem during the week. Highly recommended shopping centre very clean and easily accessible thanks to the new public transport centres nearby

It is always a great place to shop or dine in,clean and safe environment and plenty of parking.

Me and mum go there to do shopping occasionally and eat. Good vibes nice atmosphere most of the time or just walk around.

Haven't really missed out on anything major since relocating from inner sth.auckland to greater sth. But it still has same old stores and stuff. Nothing diffrent after 4years.

Every shop you can imagine. Fast food court. Parking. Indoors. Place wasn't really cleaned well. Tables sticky from previous people. The state of the toilets weren't great. Other then that place is huge so go get lost lol.

Alot of grotty people that obviously didnt learn from national lock down hygiene. Nose picking without sanitising after the pick. Open Coughing and sneezing in shops and thru out mall with sanitising available. Yet a very busy mall for poor practices to be occurring. During covid and potential exposure based on proximities to airport etc.

It was not crowded when we visited on a Friday before seeing a movie. Most shops have great staff and Santa is there for photos for xmas

A good mall with heaps of shops of different varieties. Food, appliances, clothes, shoes, gifts, banking, and too much more to mention. Parking appears a bit restricted but if you are a local or traveling by public transport, like us, then there is no problem.

Always a busy shopping mall. Plenty of parking spaces. Loves purchasing seafood because it's very fresh.

Hips of parking is the only pros of this shopping mall but it is soo awesome. That's why I usually go here even I can grab less selections than others we have a right to avoid the parking stress.

It's just your average mall, the only downside is that theres quite price rise in sushi. From where I'm from its half the price for what I ordered

Massive selection of modeling goddies!!! A "True modelers heaven!!!" An awesome assortment of plastic model kitsets, cars, trucks, motorbikes, aeroplanes civilian & military. R.C. cars galore & plenty of necessary spares for the same... Lots of hand tools & glues & a very vast paint selection in both colours & types of paint. Very nice knowledgeable friendly staff. Purchase "Loyalty Rewards System" not yet in place for "in - store" purchases yet however - i found this slightly odd....

haven't been there for a long time, new shops open got what we wanted a beautiful mall and a nice place to go meet up with friends and have a shopping around or just have a window shopping 😊 you might find something you were searching for.

Decent mall, has all the usual shops. You can pretty much get most stuff you want here. Always clean and hygenic in my experience. However, some shops lack the variety of their bigger independently housed branches. So not good if you're picky. Event Cinemas is good with decent prices and theatres. Easy to navigate with signs everywhere and a designated enquiry desk for any questions. Other large retailers, offices and the Station is conveniently within walking distance.

Hello guys, I usually go to Westfield Manukau and I quite like the atmosphere and so do my kids. There has been the odd occasion that the parents room toilets aren't clean for kids to use and them smell is quite terrible, however, today I was very disappointed, as I had an appointment at 11.30am, I rushed in, and oh my..! The mall was even colder inside than outside, I spoke to the person on the counter and she said yes it is quite cold. after that I went to feed my daughter in the parents room and it was freezing cold, I took both my girls and left. Well, all I'm trying to say is, its Winter and if you guys can have the mall temperature to warm so that we aren't freezing while doing our shopping. Thank you 🙂

Fair range of shops, caters to mid range compared to Sylvia Park or Newmarket Westfield. It has a Farmers department store which is a big plus, chemist warehouse cinemas, decent food court etc, all the things you'd expect. Close to public transport too. Fairly low brow shopping, but worth a trip.

Great shopping centre, with so many big brand names. My first visit and I was very impressed, ample parking plus a big Food Hall which has a good selection of eateries. Well done Westfield, I'm hooked!

Shame about parking. If your over two hours you will be charged. Even if you've spent several hundred dollars and been busy trying stuff on and having a meal. Dissapointing! Good selection of shops. Food court is average but typical Mall food.

Went to watch movie at eVent Cinema. Busy as..!! People everywhere you look! The mall is looking great btw. A lot of new shops have opened up and it is clean and tidy. Finding parking can be a pain sometimes though.

Nice mall, loads of shops to choose from, something for everyone here. Best to arrive early as the carpark fills up real quick.

Although easy to get to, plenty of parking, and with a reasonable range of shops, our recent visit was not the best it could have been due to unclear signage meaning we had difficulty locating the only entrance that still seemed to be open to access the cinema, and the cinema itself was one of the most dilapidated ones we'd been to in Auckland. As a major facility for any shopping centre, the cinema didn't offer much to encourage us to return.

Was busy, but not too busy, lots of shops, had everything I was looking for. Will be back again.

This place is where I get my favorite bubble tea, my pre-ordered games, gift ideas for family and friends,etc. I even enjoy the cinemas with how comfy and cozy the seating arrangements are!

Best shopping mall in Auckland, New Zealand,

Mainly stop in to feed my baby in the parents room if I'm out of the house. There's only two breastfeeding areas but luckily they've always been available when I've needed them, although they are tiny and can only just fit the pram in.

Great variety of shops catering to many tastes any requirements. Staff in most places were polite and very helpful. Easy parking throughout the whole complex. Variety of eating choices

This place needs a revamp not just new stores but better food court seating and the old 80s terrazzo tiles just aren't cutting it. Would much rather drive from south Auckland to new market.

Ok. They need staff keeping an eye on the cinemas watching kids jumping movie to movie making noise during the movie and disturbing other paying customers. Toilets need follow up cleaning as well. 3 stars because the arcade is great!

Super busy @ fast food outlets like Texas chicken, long john, McD etc. Though Q is long but service is fast and good. May have to wait for a table or grab a seat outside and enjoy the sunny cool breeze. Plenty of open air car park opposite each entrance. Texas Chicken was hot from the oven and spicy chicken was cooked perfectly. Honey bus was. Soft on the inside, fluffy inside and well baked

Its an average shopping mall. Fully indoors it has the usual artificial lighting and poor acoustics.

Great suburban shopping. I went there to catch a movie and have a look around, good place to lose yourself for a few hours. Most of the larger retailers are there, including Farmers, JB, Countdown etc and a lot of speciality shops in between. Event Cinema is Huge within the complex and the food court will cater to all tastes. Even though I ate elsewhere earlier I still found room for sushi whilst there. Shame Santa hasn't arrived yet.

There is a huge variety of shops and a cinema that is very up to date. Theres plenty of businesses around the whole complex and the new train station. Its always bustling with people and yet thanks to the city council workers its kept very clean.

This is a well laid out shopping center and eatery with variety around every corner. From supermarket to opticians, gift shops, clothing, electrical appliances and much more. And when you need a rest from all that shopping you can make your choice from tried and true or maybe something new from the many food and drink vendors that are easily found in the center of the Mall.

It's a lovely and modern mall, though it may benefit from soothing music and upper level/multi-storey shopping. We also used to enjoy live performances.. But there are cool activities for the kids.

Great place. I go there almost everyday to do my shopping. Only complain(warning to others) is the parking; make sure you enter the same side of where you parked else you will get a ticket of $55 as they (the company that does the parking not Westfield) will think you are not a customer and will have to pay even if you have proof that you were a customer. This is in no way Westfield manukau fault.

Location was outstanding Roms very good for what it cost has everything you need for an awesome time You won't be disappointed The views are breath taking and the rugged west cost always beautiful. There's so much beach activity yet we felt quiet and private.

A huge mall with plenty of shops, and food stalls in their food court. Host the first ever Texas Chicken restaurant in Auckland. They have huge parking spaces, covered as well as uncovered; however, it's still very challenging to find an empty space especially on weekends. Have stroller rental for your children at the help desks.

23/10/2020 : It's good to see people getting out to make ready for the Labour Day long weekend , and putting that crazy ex-Rona on the " things to worry about after the long weekend list " . Less people seem to be masking up on this particular day . I on the other was masked up and ready for Halloween .... Great excuse to be zombied out ! None Halloween theme decoration was to be seen in the mall or at any retail stores that I visited .

Good sized mall, not too big, and with easy parking, although the parking bays only suit small cars, unless you don't mind getting your panels bashed!

Have visited this Westfields many times and its always been good. Parking can be an issue but thats to be expected especially in school holidays or the weekends. The food court was amazing and had so much to choose from, with plenty of seating even in the busier days. The shops are what you'll find at any Westfields, and a bonus is that those without transport can arrive by the nearby train station. Also it is very easy to get lost with the amount of shops located both inside and outside.

Super busy but they always seem to have good deals in majority of their shops. Appreciated the school holiday activities provided. My niece had fun in the heihei corner (i think that's what it's called).

The layout of this shopping mall is very easy to use, it's basically one big circle! As for the range of shops, Sylvia Park is undoubtedly better, but for shorter shopping trips with only a couple of items in mind, this is the place. Less crowded than Sylvia Park, it's a little more of a relaxed environment.

High Energy, close to both motorways. Rainbows End across the road. Food hall packed, hard to find seating. Outside bars are great for chat and beer with outside chairs and tables. Airport on good day 20min drive. Event movies staff happy and service quick. Stores like other Westcity stores. Lucky lotto shops. only peeve need restaurants like yum ch or broncos or dennys inside or outside the mall.

Visited here last month from the South Island. Big place but not many visitors around at the time, not affordable. Took family to movies $19.50 pp, wow I thought it was a joke.

We needed to visit a Spark store and as it so happened Spark at Manukau Mall had what we were after. This was my first time visiting Manukau Mall - It looks to have more than ample parking located on all sides of the complex. From the end we were at, the placed looked pretty big and everything well spread out. Not really a mall person myself, but the place looks to be somewhere with plenty of variety

Lots of places and shops to go to. Has a cinema and plenty of parking. It also has stairs, escalators and elevators. Its also right next to the train station. Dont come here during boxing day sales, too many people.

Went here to eat at LJs. Fish was fresh and delicious.

The Westfield mall is really big and has Countdown, Noel Leeming, Farmers, Cotton King, 2 dollar shop, ANZ, ASB bank. It is a nice mall, plenty of free parking for 3 hours. A nice food court and Cinema theatre.

I prefer going to the mall for anything during the week. Weekends always feel crazy buzy with the car park super packed.

Getting better over the years, addition of Novo shoes and Mac makeup has improved it for me. Food court can be crazy full sometimes, but overall, a good mall. Not many specials if you're a bargain hunter

Awesome place but finding a spot to sit and eat during peak hours is pretty difficult. Which means when people leave the cleaners are usually already swamped so getting a clean table sometimes take a while. Worth the wait though 🤙🤙🤙

Reasonable, shops seem all the same and might be in need of a make over. There's always a huge amount of families that come here and seems hectic with children. Average Joe shopping centre, wouldn't go out of your way to go for there.

Typical Westfield mall, nothing really stands out with the choice of shops; but the basics are all there. The parking however! I don't think I've ever had a problem getting a spot, and I've been here at all times and different days.

A familiar haunt since my earliest memories as a child, it's a favourite of mine. The layout is much more convenient and efficient than other malls such as Sylvia Park. The foodcourt is a lot more user-friendly as well and there is almost always an empty seat at a table to sit and eat.

I use to go to Westfield mall, Manukau . It's beautiful and things are cheaper than any other Malls. Very easy to approach. Plenty buses are there almost every routes. No problems. There are variety of shops and one can get everything on their taste.

Like a typical mall but I found to be more confusing as the signage is not obvious and there are multiple floors. Decent if it's your closest shopping centre however other locations are recommended due to the confusing nature and layout of the mall

Awesome, Customer Service more than helpful, and 2degrees staff knowledgeable and patient. Pharmacy staff very friendly, and the Socks&Hats stall in front of Farmers was respectful and kind. Thank you Wesfield Manukau!

Manukau Westfield Mall. Has alot of food places inside, cafes, Mac Donald's, Burger King etc. Countdown, Farmers, Seafood, Shops outside also. Anything you could want to shop for the majority of shops are there. Also inside Cinema, outside bars etc. Worth having a look @.😊👍💯.

Excellent place to shop for all most anything at my kind of price. If you into smoked salmon I highly recommend to check out the fish shop near countdown if you have a spare 20 lying around.

Always a good visit and enough space for parking. Event cinema got a new theatre with big screen and leather seat which is really comfortable.

It's a small mall in a very busy part of town. Reasonable parking. About 200m from Newmarket Train Station. A good range of stores with the usual women's clothing, jewelry, footwear and a Countdown supermarket.

It’s got all major brands and has ample parking. During Christmas they increase the parking spots for customer convenience. I have been a local resident and have shopped & worked in this mall. Major retailers include- Event Cinemas, Kiwi Bank/Westpac/ANZ/ASB, Farmers, McDonalds and Countdown.

Large mall, good parking. Has a good amount of shop although a few retailers are missing.

I like this mall very much for shopping (clothing wise) because all the shops are near and facing each other. Some malls you have to walk two blocks away to get to another clothing store which I hate! Although their clothing stores are close to one another, I think the seating area for eating is crowded and not much options for food there that I would like which is why I have to give 3 stars.

A good spacious mall, lot's to do and see as well as a good foodcourt with all the normal selections. The bus stops outside are clean and well managed and it's easy to get help if you need directions.

Its a great mall with lots of shops and most importantly food stalls. However it can get abit pavked. The security team upon closing is quite rude and forceful so beware. Before its closing time its best to leave early to avoid eude security. Other than that its okay!!

Been visiting this mall since I was a kid, it has varieties of shops for all your needs. I have always loved shopping at manukau.

This mall has pretty much everything and then some. This is a long way to go if you live in central Auckland but a must visit if you are anywhere near south auckland. Has a good number of shops and a cinema with a massive food court. And in the vicinity of the mall you can pretty much find every big outlet or brands available in NZ.

Nice enough mall that has improved on the inside and stayed current. The usual chain stores plus some specialist stores. If you are looking for gifts the florist close to the food hall has greT staff who will use their creative skills to help pick the right plants or flowers. I love the way they do fabulous budget jobs too. At one point I walked in with a small amount of money compared to regular florist prices but they still went out of their way and we're helpful and supportive. I didn't feel embarrassed or shamed they were really great. Custom tees and the other printing shop by T+T are really helpful and work with you to meet your needs. Overall staff in most shops are positive and friendly. They also have a good amount of retail workers who do all they can without having to be asked or prompted. Whitcoulls are greT at no hassling browsers which is important when you are a book lover or looking for more specially books. Also fab sales and a store card that builds points. My one concern is the growth in south Auckland and the parking and infrastructure not coping. The train station is u supportive but nudes are easier and great. Overall whether you are window shopping, meeting for coffee or running in to complete a task it's usually straightforward. I do have a comment to jb-hi-fi that some young male staff are a bit immature but most staff are great at doing their best to meet your needs. Also the best shop I've found that sells unlocked phones that are good quality and price.

It's a westfield mall. Its older than some. Not as flash as many, contains most of the usual chain stores with a few non chain stores that you would perhaps not expect. For all that its kept pretty clean and like any such mall can get busy.. at which time it gets a lil squished inside (just my opinion). Nothing wrong at all with this mall.. but its not a glossy behemoth like Sylvia park. Which might be a plus.

Don't think I need to come back here again as thought I'd come and have a look around and coffee wasn't nice that my friend and I had...we've decided that stop wasting petrol time and money shop in our own backyard Pukekohe as we have everything we need right here.

Great food court and friendly staff. However it feels that the hygiene specialist department is understaffed.

Not a great fan of these big complexes as it takes forever to walk around them. That being said it does have a great Asian store where I was able to get things I needed and it has a good variety of clothing stores.

I used to enjoy Coffee Club when it first opened. Unfortunately with time the service has grown sloppy as has the food. When I order coffee, I don't expect it to take 15 minutes to arrive and then only after I enquired as to its whereabouts. The cakes/slices look enticing but in fact are dry and feel stale. Sorry Coffee Club - you need to pick your service up.

Best time shopping there everyone is so friendly and great to talk to about anime even if you're just starting out. 10/10 keep it up

I like the 9pm latenights on Thursday and Friday. Finding shops can be a little confusing unless you have been there regularly. I enjoy the restaurants outside too like Republic and Kyoto. We go to Event cinemas as its central to South Auckland.

A good mix of retail shops for most of your needs. There's also a cinema to catch a movie. It is clean and spacious, with all the basic facilities like parking and bathrooms.

Amazing "Franuts" shakes (donut shakes!) A total kids fantasy, while the adults enjoy the nice barista coffee. For a little cubicle type seating next to the countdown supermarket at Manukau Westfield, this is child heaven, ... bribing your child with a thick shake has never been so delectable!

Busy but tidy mall! :) The toilets have their good days and have their horrendous days. I know that it is the public creating the mess in the bathrooms but it seems like it takes til the end of the day for someone from the mall to clean it up.

Very similar to the other malls like Sylvia Park or St Luke's but this shopping center is a bit older and maybe needs a facelift. Plenty of shops and lots of parking but not enough different to the other malls to warrant driving out from the city if you don't live in Manukau

Westfield manukau is a great shopping centre. Parking is free but can be limited depending on what day you go in and how busy it is. The shopping centre can get crazy busy on weekends and late nights pre warning. Got all the good shops that are in most new Zealand shopping centre plus some extras

Was just passing through and had an hour to look around. They have some very nice food places at the food court I'd never seen before. Nicely laid out and clean.

There is a wide spectrum of shops and services available which makes it very convenient for the senior members and other people with disability. Other offices such as IRD, WIN and council offices are also conviently located. It is a beautiful place.

It's not horrible, but I feel there are not many options here, parking is good as there are quite a few entrances and bus stop right outside, as far as I know only one public restroom....unfortunate if you are on the other side with a young child

You won't get an honest rating right now because of the season. Hi Manukau Westfield Team What I meant by an honest rating was at Christmas time the Mall is hella crazy. You have your everyday irate customers who have all had the same "lightbulb thought" of "let's shop tomorrow when it will be quieter" What happens? Your overworked team, who are working till midnight, for how many nights in a row get three and four times their normal intake of irritated customers. But, they are told to grin and bear it. I have serious respect for those that work in retail especially around the Christmas and New Year holidays. So back to the original opinion let's wait till the season is done and dusted and tempers are less frayed. Have a Merry Christmas everyone x

Only had a quick visit here but it's still a very popular place. There is plenty to do and great eating establishments. Well worth a visit.

It is a generic shopping centre. It is a much better size than Sylvia Park, which suffers from being very long and narrow. I would give the Manukau shopping centre more stars for having shops that are not present in all shopping centres.

The food court is always very crowded. The shops are average. Definitely not a favorite mall of mine.

All the popular brands and shops are present in this theatre. The food court is jam packed during lunch and dinner time. It has Countdown inside the mall.

It’s outdated the malls out west and over the shore are so much nicer and have better products.

Sale season, may be hard to find staff for assistance. Be prepared to stand in line for a while. Good sale BTW. Helpful staff who explore options to assist u.

Nice mall Rainbows 🌈 end across the road also Manukau District Courthouse. Enjoyed my visit here🙂

Good selection of shops, can be quite busy around the food court and not enough seating and parking most of the time.

A great range of stores also the largest shopping mall in Manukau city. Very handy for visitors and tourist as well as our local people to bring there friends and family shopping for all your needs ranging from shopping for food, clothing with all the latest trends a great range of shoe stores and electronics, tv's, computing& gaming, audio, phones and accessories. Also a great place for grabbing a.quick snack from the food court area. The whole family will enjoy a day at the movies especially during the school holidays and the kids just love going to Time-out for all the latest games and entertainment. An absolute must to come and visit our largest and local Westfield mall whenever you come to Manukau city or just passing through. Definitely have to check out the Japan Mart store with lots of speciality items imported directly from Japan with great and friendly customer service and a great ranf of products. Also the are many different kiosks around the mall with good accesories, items and many more knick knacks for your everyday use and enjoyment. EB Games is another must visit store for al your gaming needs with a great range of games and very friendly and helpful staff ready and willing to help. JB Hi-fi is another great electronics store with a great range of products and specials for all your home entertainment needs, always great for a browse through with lots of friendly staff to help you with your shopping needs.😊

The atmosphere was crowded and the parking state was terrible with people walking across Infront of cars without looking, the employees at the shops hardly greeted me and were not very helpful, the whole mall was clean and well kept once you got in, but the outside parking situation leaves a lot to be desired

It can be very confusing when ur going in the mall, depending which entrance ur entering u might find urself walking around in circles. Trying to find a certain store may take some time. If ur not a local it can be very frustrating trying to figure out where everything is...need to be patient

Very busy shopping centre, everything you could want. Bargins to be had. My daughter lives West & will come back to Manukau to shop, why because there is a great selection & the price is right. Had a family member come from Whangarei to shop in Manukau for a ball gown I hear you say why? there's a bargin to be had so why not check out Manukau you won't be disappointed

All under 1 roof and a movie cinema, however the food Cort could be a bit bigger but other then that, I recommend this mall to all that want a good shop.

Great mall. Visiting from out of town and it was easy and convenient to get to via the public bus. Loved the different foods I could pick and eat from the various restaurants.

One of my most favourite malls on the planet

Coming from a small town this mall is so easy to get lost in. There is so much to do and see. Beware: you may leave with an empty wallet 😂. I know from experience.

I like the special there as well its agd good place to do shopping plus i like too chilllax out at the library now and again

Cool mall. As a visitor to Auckland I found everything I wanted in the mall. A fun experience. No problem getting a car park.

Fantastic mall to visit when needing to buy an arrangement of goods. There are also a variety of places that you can eat.The staff at the help desk are more than happy to help in regards to giving directions to specific shops.

Just another mall really. Parking can be interesting. The movie theatre here is actually pretty good and all the typical shops most Westfield malls have.
