Excellent mall, lot of parking especially 2 hours free. Many coffee shops

Love how the place is being maintained, where the atmosphere feels clean and breathable, and where the spaciousness of the whole mall resembles, and feels similar to a childhood experience of mine when I walk throughout the entire building. Would definitely visit the mall once again in the future. And would definitely shop more items when I visit back. 5 stars overall.

Beautiful space, friendly customer service in every shop & the rooftop has an amazing vibe.

It is really big and huge. It has everything. Very modern and nice design. A lot of restaurants and shops. It is awesome. Highly recommend.

Spectacular Design. Very Clean and Organized. Eating from Corner Burger outside, surrounded by green living walls and water features was truly an amazing experience. Wish we had something so beautiful in Christchurch.

Great ambience, shiny and clean aesthetic. Beware - lacks the resemblance to the down to earth westfield '$2 and more' stores so traditionalists would be disappointed. Nonetheless, edgy vibe with soft spoken reception staff and a well dressed support team willing to make your shopping experience more lavish than almost any at other NZ mall equivalents.

The mall is great BUT Parking is 2 hours and then it's crazy expensive for every extra half hour if you go during the day! Even as a member. We spent 3.5 hours there, paid $21 for parking. Why? That's inner city whole day pricing! It's a huge mall and tonnes of parking but it really is discouraging shoppers from spending a longer time and more money.

Park free for two hours that's good start enjoying walking around. One shopping mall got all you want. End up grab a cup of coffee so good!

Car parking entrance is at Clovernook Road. Download Westfield Plus app to enjoy 2hrs of free parking, and so after 6pm. Though only a handful of shops are opened so far, it's still nice to stroll in this pretty mall and have a cuppa. Way to go, Westfield Newmarket! 😉 (Aug 2019) We forgot about time while shopping there today and our free parking time exceeded slightly. The officers were really friendly and waived the fees. If only they knew we've spent nearly a thousand dollars there today, they'll be pleased they didn't let us off for nothing. 😀 (Jul 2020)

Amazing ambience and loved the roof top dining experience and kids play area right outside is a great concept to keep them engaged. Download the parking app to make life much more easier. Making reservations in advance would be a great idea for a hassle free dining experience.

New Market Westfield is the only mall that I find different to others. Walking around feels luxurious, as it is maintained on very high standards, inside feels spacious, and breathable. It is in my opinion the best mall in Auckland.

5 star mall (best in Auckland) with New shops coming..great food court level 3 And the rooftop bar surpasses expectations. If you like food and shopping its a must

Awesome, very fresh and new with a huge selection of high class shops such as Gucci and much more sadly the only let down was the sushi train we stopped in for lunch my first dish was a prawn sushi which did not taste good and made me feel very unwell for the rest of the day , as for the mall it's self it's awesome and well worth the visit

My favorite mall in NZ. Closest we have to the big malls you get internationally. Lots of shops and brands. You've also got a food court and rooftop dining with a range of great options.

Very clean and modern looking mall. Friendly staff and security. Covid signage properly on place. Separate seating area for people with vaccine pass. Well done.

It is lovely place. You can find variety in shops and restaurants. Love to go there with my family to have fun and do shopping. We went last week , spend the time with my family and did Christmas shopping. It is very good place for all of the family members . Highly recommended.

I did not realize how big this mall was. A lovely surprise. Modern and clean. Nice variety of stores. A nice treat for something different. Parking is free for first two hours, but if you stay longer then charges apply. A shout out to Philip, a customer service person who helped us out at the parking terminal. Philip showed us how to pay and found where our car was parked when we forget where we left it, haha... great adventure. Lovely

Pretty cool place and affordable, not as high $$ as i thought being in Newmarket. Could be a one stop shop! Food, clothing shoes stores, jewellery, cinemas, kids playgrounds..Feature the rooftop!! Amazing sooo relaxing!...Gotta pay for carpark though..some free parking further down road free, but will.need to walk to mall, about 10 mins...Shops along the way so is ok...Had fun, didnt really take pics, too busy checking out stores..fyi Bento bowl soooo good!

Confusing Parking cost, said FREE for first 2 hours for registered car, but when exceed, looks like that FREE policy becomes Invalid. The staffs don't really understand about this policy that they couldn't explain this misleading. Looks like this Mall doesn't expect customers to spend money, shopping more than 2 hours

The most advanced Shopping Complex being constructed in New Zealand!. There are over 200+ shopping stores confirmed for the next few openings. Today’s opening store counts to 40 store possibilities. There are two blocks of 3 levels structure in construction. The first block is magnificently incredible based on architectural appeal, products appeal, services appeal, and most of all very ‘user friendly’. The entire construction comes with a Sky-bridge in between. There is a roof top section which will take your breath away.. by the way this complex has an advanced parking system. Download the Westfield+ app and sign up. This will allow you to be a member of the complex. As a member: if you come in before 6pm you get free 2 hour parking without receipt if you leave within 2 hours - it incorporates car license plate electronic control to record your incoming. This means it can allow you to leave when it detects your plate in memory. If you come after 6pm: free till closing hour. If you are not a member you pay by the time you are detected into the parking entry before 6pm and after 6pm till it closes.

Excellent location. Lot of parking. Good choice of restaurants. Good experience overall.

Why does parking need to be so outrageously expensive? Don't go there often and found the layout hard to navigate and spent 4 hours buying very small things and apparently took 7000 steps inside the mall.

As a huge mall this gets the thumbs up. Plenty of everything from food courts, supermarket, clothing stores to restaurants. A very busy place.

High level mall, stylish, luxury and beautiful. Look at those plants in the mall, they are so bushy and stunning

It's OK, it's basically like every other Westfield mall with the exception of the high end brands like YSL, Moncler, Burberry, but I don't think its worth it to go there just for that. Hulucat is really good though, so is Amore Gelato and Mad Mex too. I wouldn't make a special trip to come in here.

Great range of shops and love rooftop eats but 2 hour free parking not long enough if shopping and lunching. Be great to extend that to 3 hours or they clicked your ticket if you provided receipts to show you have shopped and eaten.

They know the assignment for blasting the Aircon during these hot summer days/nights. It’s got everything you would expect from a Westfield and more because it’s in Newmarket, probably a little bit too flash for my shopping tastes in general but it covers it’s self with ‘average shoppers’ for EB Games, Countdown, Farmers and Chemist Warehouse etc. To be honest David Jones can give Farmers a run for their money on some premium equivalent substitutes so you should go to both before deciding in my recent experience.

Great rooftop landscape with real trees, plants and water features. Restaurants also in the rooftop. Wide food court area. And new intersting shops inside. I m living in west Auckland and never went back to visit Newmarket for nearly 7 years. This is a great place to pass by whenever you in Newmarket.

Good place to go shopping but the 2 hour free parking is a bit too short. You get charged $7 per half an hour if you go over that.

Indoor and outdoor playgrounds were great for kids. Love the ice cream shop besides the outdoor playground. The food court always crowded but yummy and fast.

Newly opened Newmarket mall didn’t quite disappoint. A lot of light, huge and clean spaces, catching designs and very beautiful rooftop solution. About 50% of shops aren’t open yet, but most of the restaurants welcome people already and are quite full on weekend. Although you can get almost everywhere with a pram, I wouldn’t take it with me next time, lifts are way too slow and some of them don’t even go where you need but this is the only way you can navigate through the mall on wheels. I also couldn’t find a parent room, where babies could play and mothers could feed, that’s a sad part, but there are changing rooms and toilets on almost each floor though. There is also a whole playground at the rooftop, what a fun! Can’t wait for more shops to be opened, will definitely come back soon.

Great mall and wide range of shops. Just a suggestion, more seatings around the mall would be great for people to sit down to chat or just have a little rest. I always have to go to the food court. Another suggestion is updating your store list as there have been some new stores like Teatalk. I think an updated store hours for each shop would be great, as some don’t follow the mall hours which is kinda strange but ok.

Stopped by a few weeks ago when everything was still not fully opened. We only came for lunch so not having all the shopping options didn't really affect us. It would have been nice if the dining area had been opened though. I quite liked the mall. it looked new and quite open but we did go at lunchtime during a weekday. 2 hours free parking if you have the app and set it once you get out of the car. It looked like there was a decent amount of parking but again it wasn't that busy. It would be interesting to see what it will be like once everything is up and running.

Please donot try Indian food from the food court, butter chicken was full of colour with no taste, rice given were too thick to eat, chef wasn't Keen to make a fresh naan bread because he made 20 of them already sitting to be served from "don't know how many minutes/hours under hot bulb". Coke served with food wasnt very cold as it should be. Chef was arguing for not making a fresh naan as requested by me but ultimately he had to. Rest great selection of stores and wasn't very busy mall in weekday. They should do 3-4 hours free parking, I couldn't see much options for coffee shops in the mall.

The only star reduced because it is too big and always lost there, ended with paying too much parking fee. Only 1.5hours free parking but looking for shops and walking for the most of the time. If you need to shopping and want to buy everything within free parking limit, please RUN.

The New Market Mall looks amazing after the renovation. All the top stores you find in other NZ malls are here! FREE WIFI, FREE PARKING for 2 hours. Just download the app called Westfield Plus. Good clean toilets, supermaket and lots of restaurants. Love the greenery feel. You can catch a train from Auckland City to reach here or travel by bus. Highly recommended. Open 9am-7pm daily. Thursdays and Fridays late night till 9pm.

Great new mall good addition to Newmarket. Download the Westfield app to get 2 hours free parking, I've added pictures of the pricing thereafter. A lot of shops still to open including the roof top dining. Not to busy or overcrowded plenty of space for everyone. Update as of OCT 20th most shops are open incl roof top dining, archie bros arcade and the 2nd section to the mall.is now open as well, first impressions with half the mall.open were Ok, however this subsequent visit has changed my opinion. This place is very chic and modern really enjoyed it this time round!

Newmarket Westfield, you were an eye opener to how great a designer Westfield hired to come up with this great establishment. The rooftop dining is by far my favorite, so many choices to choose from you could pretty much do a restaurant crawl and dine on different cuisine from around the globe. We had a fantastic time. Even though we were only here for the dining experience, we loved the art works that are around and the cool app that you can download eyeflash which brings so of the art works to life which truly blew.my mind because I have never seen art in this way before. Congrats for installing high quality art works. Love this place and look forward to visiting again. Keep up the good work team new market Westfield

Something for everyone. From food to fashion and great bars on roof top. Prices not great in bars yet they never are in these places. All other items priced same as other WF premises.

Ugh, the cleanliness, aestethically pleasing concept, indoor plants, the stores, the services! This deserves a 5 star! So diverse, best westfield ive been. Check out my other reviews on the places i've visited. Didn't manage to take a lot of photos as it was kinda busy for a wednesday. Still worth a visit!

It’s big. There’s a great Ramen shop up the too. I found it intimidating and prefer smaller and more locally and ethically influenced consumer experience… so it’s nice but not for everyone.

Multi storey car park. Join as a member for 2 hours free car park. Paper friendly Entry/exit via photo of car number plate. Many top brands shops awaits. Roast is beautifully done. Anchor tenant is New World. Open air food available @ roof top. Enjoy

Preety cool new mall. Similar layout to the one in Bondi Junction, but not as big as Parammatta. Spacious layout and good ambience. Some unique shops which you won't fold outside this mall. Recommend to plan ahead so avoid peak traffic, especially during Covid 19 distancing and queue control. You can expect spending a full day there if you don't want to rush it. Recommending a visit, it's worthy it.

Amazing mall to come with friends and family, includes plenty of stores so I garuntee there’s always something for everyone, weather it’s tech, fashion or pharmacy. Also, the food selection is more than enough! The best place I recommend everyone visit is the rooftop area

An upscale mall with various, well curated stores for shopping, dining and relaxing. I love the outdoor dining area and the indoor dining options with many choices - asian, mexican, greek, british and fusion cuisine. The restrooms are also commendable with wodnerful marble like walls and clean interiors. Westfield is a great place for families and friends to come together.

Lovely place, though disappointing there is not a better place that offers phone repairs! Had a horrible experience with Phone Zone and their customer service is atrocious. Lovely styling of stores and awesome to see Mister Minit is still in the new one and as good as ever!

My online zoom shopping experience was pretty good, although, at times it was kinda laggy especially when I went to H&M.

Fantastic new shopping mall in the heart of Newmarket. Within walking distance to the motel we were staying at, our family stopped in for a morning of super shopping! The beautiful shops in the mall include anything and everything you would need. From stores such as H&M, Country Road, David Jones, Farmers to Countdown , Michael Hill Jeweller, Noel Leeming and even a Lego Store. The food court was incredible with everything from Mexican, Sushi, Poke bowls, KFC and Ramen on offer. Definitely worth a visit when in Auckland.

Somewhere now to shop in Auckland. The expansion of the mall allows most restaurants to join, and all concentrates at the roof top area. Please take a look at there as you will find the environment is decent and fancy. The mall became very large that many renowned shops has entered Auckland, like David Jones and Chemist warehouse.

Going to be great but not quite finished yet. So really unique building features like the roof pond. You get 2hrs free parking with the Westfield app. Car park has cameras and knows your arrival time 😲

It's new, got really cool shops, music, a water roof, free drinks-(only because it's new), free chocolate Hershey's-(only because it's new), mints in the bathroom!!!, real actual towels in the bathroom to wipe your hands on. It's the best mall I've ever been to!!!!!!

All in one and perfect shopping destination. From buying clothes for you, your children, or Jewellery. The Westfield has almost all the shop. And for your groceries shopping you have countdown which is open till 10 pm. So many shops and so many varieties and options. A must visit shopping destination.

I can't even believe this is in NZ, a mall that actually invested in the shopper experience! Rooftop dining, adult arcade with bowling, and plenty of high end shops that are unique to the location. Obviously made for tourists but is quite an astonishment for locals!

There is Always something new happening at this Westfield! Recommend you visit their great FOOD Court as well as the rooftop restaurant area which has a wide variety of top quality eateries.

this is the flashes upmarket Westfield i have ever seen it covers two whole blocks and has 4/5 levels nearly as tall as the Highway 1 overbridge.. beats Sylvia Park but doesnt beat their free parking spaces, yes you hv to pay for parking at this new mall so catch transport

Fantastic shopping centre. Great variety of stores. Clean, tidy and modern facilities. The roof top Dinning is awesome. This shopping centre has a great ambience. With the option of valet parking and the concierge car wash. All round outstanding facilities. A+++

Alot of shops but paying for parking wasn't the best. we were only there for an hour. Westcott is free parking for 2 hours. I will go there instead

Huge new redeveloped centre, many new stores arriving before Christmas. Looking forward to it. Very modern and classy

First time since the new mall opened. Lots of parking and great food options.

Great to see some different stores and even the usuals had a better variety than normal. Great giveaways, two hour free parking and variety of food outlets. Only downside was the time it took to exit the parking, very poorly designed layout for the vehicle exit.

Nice shops but forget parking as it will cost you alot

Plenty of unique retailers along with you standard ones. Your first 2 hours of parking is free of you're a member but gets super expensive once it trucks over the 2 hours mark

This mall is so good, its so big, with so many stores for everything, it has so many good food choices as well as entertainment facilities as well. Could spend the day here with everything that it has. Only downside would be if you parked in the wrong carpark area as its quite big, so you so have to walk quite far if you parked in the wrong car park area. Orange car park area is close to the Countdown, and food shops area. While the green parking area is close to the rooftop restaurants and Archie Brothers

First visit, great presentation albeit Mall like, free parking a bonus just download their app first and the barrier automatically lifts as you leave. Top floor restaurants and bars are great, just a shame they placed the kids play area amongst it but an improvement on the old 277.

It is one of those new bright malls that has the variety and scope of what you may be looking for. And I enjoyed looking through it as I made my way around the Newmarket central business district. It was quiet when I went in and that coupled with the expanse, made for quite a relaxed setting. Good to remember the directory if you are after something in particular. They are handily placed throughout the mall. An asset to the community!

By Auckland standards, a bit more of an upmarket mall than the others. All the usual suspects of the national and international retailers typically seen in New Zealand - plus a David Jones.

Finally NZ's international class shopping centre located on Broadway Newmarket. Lots of fun and trendy shops inside.

Modern and clean mall to stroll around in CBD. Heaps of shops and food stalls to go to. Love their roof top areas with fancy restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended.

Parking is great, and I love you get 4 hours if you're seeing a movie. Clearly laid out design & shops, bathrooms are always clean.

I was very impressed with my first visit to the mall. I liked how the parking worked. Best to do download the app before like I did and add your Cr. Card, then you can relax and enjoy your time there. Amazing selection of restaurants at the roof top and in the food court. Highly recommend that you visit. I will be go back soon.

Have so much fun here. It’s very nice atmosphere and has amazing lighting. I sometimes get panic attacks in moles and this has not happened at this moment. Movie cinemas a great. Love the shops.

Love this space. LOVE parking...app and I can always find a park when I've been. Could seriously spend entire day here...I think I have. Excellent location if you are trying to pick a great spot to have business meetings where people are coming from different sides of Auckland. Awesome to take the kids on the weekend. So good to see this in Auckland and for Newmarket.

The Quality of the merchandise is First Rate, you can see from the Clientele this is the place to buy that Exclusive garment. The food court is Sensational, start your diet after you visit the food is that good.

Great place to just walk around and have a stroll. Nice range of choices of places to eat from the food court to the restaurants at the the rooftop level. Would recommend getting the parking app or it could be costly depending on how long your stay is, although staying for 2 hours is free (with the app)

I recall when the mall was just a tiny little mall with not a lot going on. Now it’s a very cool spot to hang out. Good variety of shops and great food options, access to a cinema, a gym, and sufficient parking.

Parking system is very convenience plus it is free for the first two hours and then you can even pay buy visa card at the exit. Love it! The mall have everything you need the rooftop is amazing. It took auckland long enough to have mall like this. World class!

Fantastic new mall that is world class. Pity about the absolute rubbish parking facilities. On the two occasions we visited last weekend it took us nearly 45 minutes to exit the carpark. But hey this is Auckland and you have your choice of Westfield Albany, Sylvia Park or St. Luke's so it's not like there is a lack of choice!

The renewed mall is full with international and luxurious brands for shoppers. The mall has enough car parking spaces as well but for a premium which is a deterring point.

You definitely need more maps as to "you are here.". Lost husband today and it took us half an hour of walking to catch up. Might be fun for some but not when you are 82.,!!! We are from out of town.

I like the new look .It's definatley alot cooler than the old style 277, the food court is pretty good with alot to choose from . Alot of new upmarket retail shops to choose from also . Definitely like the upgraded parent room facilities they're probably the best In any mall in Auckland for sure , and the roof top is a good attraction . Thanks 277 Westfield

Amazing place to shop, dine and just have fun in arcade. Most of the high end brands can be discovered in this mall with easy parking option upto 2 hours by signing up to Westfield Plus free membership.

Favorite mall in Nz Just wish they had Zara and the place would be a complete package

277 Mall, large shops , same old shops not as many new funky stores ! food court closes at kiddy bedtime omg food court needs to be opened to at least 9pm on Sunday’s and 10pm weekdays . unfortunately the food court is designed for adults not kids as all stores are mainly Asian food around $19 for a main Thai dish , small roast $13 and all Asian owned, eating areas very nicely designed , no fast food places for kids for after school only KFC! Only place for teens is Archie’s but games pricey .theres no KIWi food like a place to buy or create your own filled rolls of salad. Parking excellent, but always hard to find car! Centre staff exceptional service. Bathrooms lovely. Roof top dining all very basic restaurants need some upmarket places and more large bars, disappointing. After eating at quite a few places there’s no restaurant or food store that has that wow factor .

So this is the second time we came here, we came to Archie Brothers in this mall, we wanted to look around after our two hours were up of free parking. I feel it's such a rip off the parking fee, it feels like they don't want you to spend much time here at the mall or the shops, I don't see what advantages this mall has compared to other malls?? Do they have better stores no!! So why charge for parking. Anyway we left before our two hours was up and the machine wouldn't let us out tried to charge us $17 dollars even though we left before two hours. Presses the help button and the lady said that somehow the cameras that detect your license plate number gave us an entirely different number plate, one of someone that was happy to pay for their parking. Embarrassing to say there was a line of traffic stuck behind us not due to our stuff up. Get it right cameras gees.

Great place to shop. Good Bars. Took 1 star off because the app said 2 hours of free parking. Went to leave and after 1hr 40mins. Still had 20mins left. And we had to $12 pay for the parking. Emailed them about it, Westfield passed it on to Newmarket Westfield and haven't had any Rey back from them.

Quite a good mall. I like the plentiful eating options with the food court and the rooftop restaurants. Parking can be troublesome as the streets are quite busy especially during rush hours. Going to be better(and worse) when more shops open

Very nice mall, have been visiting frequently over the past few months. Lots of nice variety of stores to visit! Love the arcade there. Food there is delicious, wouldn't hurt however to have a couple of more options but overall I think its a great mall!

Nice mall with some unique retail stores. If you are feeling rich and want to buy some high priced ostentatious brands... it is the place for you in Auckland. Construction is still not complete so you may get a little lost. Parking can be a issue and is only free for under 2 hours if you have the Westfield app on your phone.

It's huge. Main issue is the navigation system, you can't see the shop list for the other building, since the mall is split into 2 buildings. You have to visit two buildings and take a picture of the navigation stands to fully know the layout. Otherwise great mall, the eatery is pretty pog (not as good as commercial bays one tho) and some novelty shops are pretty sweet. I recommend the Lego shop, it's worth having a stop just to visit that one.

A must place to go in Auckland. The mall is huge, big.... Ample car park spaces,well organized entry and exit points. Quick payment options / easy at the exit, you can pay through eftpos or credit card. Slightly expensive parking $$$. Entire mall is well maintained, very clean and tidy.. Visiting the mall for the first time after renovation and expansion. You have showrooms, banks, Cafes and Event Cinemas. Multi level building / structures... air conditioning is excellent. You have escalators every where ( many) say at multiple points / locations. KiwiCA You need to reconsider parking charges for shoppers! You tell me why should I come back and pay parking fees and shop, When I can find most of the showrooms at Silvia Park / St Lukes or other westfield malls with no burden of parking cost or time?

Big shopping centre with loads of shops to blow your hard earned cash at. You'll have to pay for parking unless you're a Westfield member. Highs - loads of retail therapy. Lows - traffic especially during rush hour

Went to archie brothers which was really good and all was going well until it came to pay for parking. Our app was telling us that it didnt recognize our cars registration and we had no choice but to pay $25 for parking when the app promised only $6. Absolute rip off, you would be better off parking a few blocks away and walking in instead of wasting your time with their useless parking system.

Parking was a tad on the expensive side. However, the parking technology is awesome as it saves you time in looking for a parking spot. The shopping center itself is lovely with great shops. It's going to be the place to shop once all of the leases are filled. I did find myself getting lost though. Would be interesting for the elderly.

I hate malls but this one is actually quite aesthetically pleasing. Great design

This is a pretty new mall with a range of up market shops. On the top deck rather than a typical food court you have a range of decent restaurants in a nice setting.

Multiple levels. Shops inside and outside of the mall. Plenty of parking available but can be tricky to get in and out of during peak hours. They are allocated on one way streets so plan where you want to enter and exit. Pay parking, free for a couple of hours with receipt.

Quite enjoy coming here, although I do find it hard to get my bearings around the shops. Mainly been here meeting friends for dinner or drinks on the Rooftop level. Just be mindful of the limit for 2 hours free parking during the day. After 6pm is free

Excellent shopping mall caters to almost everyone. Very clean tidy and safe. Lots of cafes. The food court has something for everyone. And affordable

To big to negotiate. You need a full day and I'm not sure the far spread out shops make it worth the trip. Food places are very expensive. Better priced places to eat out on main street. Nice building, lots of car parks (pre register you number plate via app) Not a place I would rush to go back to

Beautiful shopping center, with generous spaces, beautiful premises, excellent variety of restaurants, playground for children and adults. Time flies pleasantly while you enjoy a variety of activities. The whole family can enjoy a great experience. It has movie theaters, beautiful terraces, wonderful lighting. The parking lots are comfortable and you can enjoy two hours of free parking, but I assure you that those two hours pass without your noticing because you are easily entertained; I assure you that you will enjoy it.

Wonderful place to eat, shop or just hang around. Lots of choices for everyone! Best place to shop in Auckland. It's got everything under one roof. Simply awesome!

Went to this new Westfields mall yesterday, it’s very very modern and high end designed, We had a very good shopping and food experience. A lot of shops are still coming, look forward to visit again in the near future!

Very nice mall all shiny and new. Rooftop has a children's playground and lots of public seating areas surrounded by heaps of green plants. Only 4 stars as is ridiculously busy at weekends, the car parking levels are confusing, and it's not a place for older less mobile people to get around easily. 2 hours free parking but beware if you stay over 2 hours the parking charge is very high. On a busy weekend it can take 30 minutes to get back to your car!

So disjointed as a shopping centre. Have seen better Westfields around.

Heaps of food options and a very similar environment to American malls. It is big enough to offer a good range of shopping options and entertainment. The only downside is the carpark price. That's ridiculous. So be careful if you park before 6 PM and intends to stay for a long period.

It’s a big place but it’s beautiful and the guest service staff are very well trained to look after you. Love shopping there but be warned the parking app can sometimes catch you out if you go over 2hours

We have felt the building continuously shaking on a weekend afternoon by the Countdown entrance. There are lots of cracks on the floor. Not sure if it's related to movement of the building. Hope the management team could look in to this issue further. Thanks. Anna

Good shopping centre, has shops that will appeal to everyone

Loved shopping here. Restaurants at top amazing and its all developed really well to overseas standards. We went to the Bavarian, excellent friendly service good food and you can buy the beer glasses which I did!!! Like to go back🍺

If I was more into designer clothing and had a bigger budget, I would be more inclined to shop here. However this is good for a rainy day of window shopping or the cinema. The food court is awesome too!

Fun but parking is only for 2 hours

Love every corner of the building there! It's all well designed and it creates a feeling of a cozy home. There's only one thing to be mention and it is the rate of parking. It's higher than average price. For visitors who registered for the first two hours free parking, you'll need to pay the SAME price as a non-member if you exceeded two hours. Take note on this and you'll be good!

Love coming here, it's so big and plentiful. It feels like even if you've been there a hundred times, if feels like you haven't been to every shop/eatery etc lol 😂 great mall 💯

Loved the space and diversity! Great to encounter well-presented, happy Westfield staff in and around the complex. Covered parking was easily accessed. Many parking sensors not working correctly ... green lights indicating spaces available even though cars are occupying the space. Good, clear sign posting (level, colour, zone) made it easy enough to locate my car. Lack of designated parking zones for two-wheeled (bicycles, scooters, motorbikes). Several large 'car no-parking zones' would be better used as bike spaces. Such a large expanse of eateries and retail space. Glad to find 'location maps' a couple of times - but maybe some more (or more conspicuous) please.

The talk of the town now and my first visit really got me excited with the beautiful and modern interiors. So much to explore with the shops now open and I had a try on one of the new food shop at the beautiful food roof level. Will visit again for the opening of other shops. Oh and the parking system is very high techno and you just need to download their app. It is very convenient and easy. The only problem now is that there's a big crowd of people as everybody wanted to experience this newest hang out in town.

Nice shops good food court. Terrible parking design. Took us 20 minutes just to leave the mall. It was like we are leaving a concert.

Awesome things - - Great quality stores for shopping in the area. Those new international brands are so welcomed in Auckland and long overdue! - Great atmosphere, relaxing with no loud commercial music. Most cafes are great, foodcourt also; - Plenty of parking spaces - App for parking time reminder is so considerate Not so awesome - - 2 hour free parking needs to be extended to 4 hours. Research your customer behaviour. When they're rushed they just don't have enough time to shop & financially contribute to the mall! *Then* the half hour wait before re-entering would make sense. - Still not enough stores are open at the moment so sometimes shoppers have no option but to go elsewhere for inaccessible shops.

The upstairs food court has Roast dinner meals good price good servicing size & comfortable leather seats to sit back & into.

Huge place and nice variety. Top level is really attractive for eating and socialising. Maps needed to find the right stores though. Lego store is awesome! KFC has substandard service and cleanliness.

First - and probably only - cinema experience Great big screen, comfortable seats and flash toilets. Nice cinema staff. Parking is an absolute rip off. Had to pay $21 for 3.5 hours even though I was promised "benefits" when I downloaded Westfield Parking app. Never again. The NZ Herald article 22/11/19 entitled 'Total scam' is correct. Stay away from this soulless monstrosity and support your independent cinema instead. Ok so full credit to the Brand Experience Manager Nat for offering me a full refund in response to my emailed feedback.I am impressed with the speedy gesture of goodwill.

Great shopping, fantastic atmosphere.

The mall is beautiful and has a great range of stores, eateries and beauty places. However the 2 hr free parking via app isn't nearly long enough to encourage you to stay and spend money in the mall - the rates beyond are steep but the technology is pretty good using plate recgonition. I realise it's prime real estate but Aucklanders drive ... and this means Newmarket is a one store dash for me, and real shopping is done at other malls sadly. It's a shame as it's stunning & the stores are fairly quiet.

Facilities here are really nice, being brand new. There is a nice rooftop space for kids to play and adults to relax with food and a coffee. There is a great lego shop there and several decent high street shops. We had an issue with the parking payment through the app, but there was plenty of parking available when we went, which admittedly was early.

My wife and and are from out of Auckland so meet our three children, their partners and children at the mall. Our children are all from different parts of Auckland so came in their own cars. We all arrived in the morning and left late in the afternoon, had coffees lunch etc there, shopped and spent $100’s of dollars doing Christmas shopping etc. All left late afternoon and WOW, were all four vehicles charged $45 dollars for parking. WHAT $180 for the privilege of shopping at the mall!!! That is highway robbery!!!!!!

Parking was easy and free with their app. Found the store we were looking for easily as well.

Huge huge shopping complex, lots of people, multi levels, huge shop fronts, lots of variety, very modern if that's your preference. The parking situation is confusing as it's all done on their own parking app, not sure how they wwork around those that don't own a phone or not carry one on their person. I didn't buy anything and I didn't even get a parking ticket for a souvenir 😄. Big shopping malls aren't my cup of tea but just came to check it out, hence th 3 star rating

Great place to set up in newmarket for the day

Loved the boutique experience. The pizza, the chorizo and the drinks were fabulous. The person at the bar was very friendly, he even made me a cocktail on request, really appreciated it!

Parking is a bit expensive but it's actually pretty nice here. The food court is really really good and there seems to be new additions to the shops already there. A really nice mall. Would recommend the app for the free 2 hours for your car.

This is a great mall with a great mix of stores, food outlets and other attractions, not to mention ample parking. The one downside is the way I was rewarded with a surprise $21 parking bill when I spent just over 3 hours and about $1500 doing some Christmas shopping. No one points out that the 2 hours free parking is voided when you stay for longer than 2 hours. Gonna be a great reward to those coming to the cinema.

good. modern. happy to come often. but the parking pricing is weird, it forces shoppers to spend less, since parking over 2 hours will incur $7-$25. what can you shop in less than 2 hours? what you should have done is to give free parking for shoppers who spend certain amount of $. instead of pushing your shoppers to leave early by punishing them with a high parking cost.

Liked the design of the building.. The shops sure over the top prices.. Also no shops that I'd bye from , names I'd never heard of. For anyone on a limited budget not the place to go... Would not be a shopping centre that I'd visit regularly . Really didn't enjoy it at all.

Size and shops: has everything you need, including most major and boutique shops. Large size mall with roof top dining. Easy navigation around the mall with little touch screen information kiosks with navigation and directions. Great for men, women and the entire family. Sports shops, all beauty and cosmetic treatments, hair dressers, barbers, fashion, David Jones and h&m, farmers. Parking: very simple. Free 2 hours, or if you're longer you can tap your pay wave card at the exit barrier. Food: roof top dining, heaps of cafes, a Tai Ping, restaurants within the mall too.

Love the variety of shop and food options and the brands you can find in here. For grocery there's countdown and an asian grocery right outside. The size of the mall is just right, can leisurely stroll and see everything without getting too tired. Great layout and design. There are still shops yet to open. Looking forward to the additions.

Wonderful new Westfield location with plenty of the brands you're used to and some new stores to explore as well. Rooftop dining area is always a nice place to visit. Make sure to check their website or app to ensure you park somewhere close to where you intend to go. Lot's of good information in the app and besides, they give you some free parking if you have the app.

Nice mall best food court in the country great fitout, just don't get stung with parking. First 2 hours are free. After that say goodbye to your home deposit lol.

Now completed - An interesting place easy to get lost in exploring the many stores. Really great food hall with boutique foods shops from around the world. Great food, good value meals. A great place to meet up with friends. Plenty of free parking using the Westfield App.

David Jones is a must visit destination. Some great food options like the roast place. The chicken wings are amazing. You will regret not getting 4 for $6. Parking is easy.

This is a pretty good shopping experience as they go, as one who generally dislikes shopping. This mall is probably one of the best in NZ in terms of overall quality and variety.

A very stylish mall split over many levels. Parking is pretty good. The food precinct is abundant with just about every taste catered for. There is also many new clothes labels here with a huge selection for the whole family.

It's fine. It's a mall. Overpriced compared to most places but that's what malls are. Pay for the convenience of having everything together in one place. What it does is what you expect and it does it brilliantly. The facilities are always very clean and there's plenty of people around to give you assistance if you need it.

Wecwere visiting from Wellington. I found that the shops had a great variety and were well laid out and the interior design and setup was amazing (the water feature ceiling). Had lunch in one of restraunts on the roof top, was a great experience.

A lot nicer than the old 277 (long time since I've been). Touch screen directory was good, but couldn't search for sushi, had to browse categories to find it.

Was here yesterday after an interview in Kingsland and I have to say (even though I didn’t explore the whole thing) what a massive difference!!! The place looks a heck of a lot more updated. My only problem was I got lost in the mall trying to find my dads car as it was so big lol 😂

Great variety of shops, and restaurants. There is a supermarket, and two department store. The parking is free for two hours... Just make sure you have the app! If not it will be a little expensive. We still waiting for the Event Cinemas and MacDonald’s (not sure if the last one it will happen!)

My first time in the mall was there for two hours. Some new brands and the new American inspired mall design. I love the fact that the parking app allowed you to park for 2 hours and the parking is automatic by number plate. Enjoyed shopping at this place.

Love the new design of the building and the new system on the parking lot where your number plate gets scanned and be able to connect it with Westfield plus app. This enables visitors to keep record of how long you have been in the mall for (free parking for 2hrs). Very high tech! 😍 very impressed. Also this mall has many varieties of shops and it would be an ideal place to shop in one go.

Nice building and shops.

It's another mall. As much as they'd like it to be something more. The half floors on the lifts is a bit odd. When you park they scan your numberplate which it better than having to get a card. The bars / restaurant on the top is a nice change from a typical food court. But. It's also a bit of a rabbit warren of a place to navigate.

Car parking is ok and easy to navigate as long as you are parking 'ap savvy'. Reasonably well set out, just obscenely spread out. Really competitive pricing for beauty treatments. Good selection of places to eat.

Beautiful new mall, for me a non event. Parking seems plentiful although not cheap, download the App to get 2 hours free and discounted after that. Lots of dining options, family friendly with play areas etc. Feels like being in Australia, very modern and slick

The new mall is fantastic. It will definitely take you more than two hours to explore once all the shops opens. I have to say the new parking rate is very tricky. Non member rate is $6/hour. They promote 2 hours free once you register as member. The trick is if you are not member you still pay $6 for the 3rd hour, if you are a member you pay $14 for the 3rd hour. Can’t really do the maths for this so called first 2 hours free deal. Better go to Silvia park.

Amazing, huge, fancy fancy mall. Its honestly a must see spot if you love to shop. Also has the Archie Brothers circus 🤹‍♂️ to have tonnes of fun in while getting tipsy. There's security and staff everywhere, it's well lit, spacious & easily accessible if you're in a wheelchair or have prams. Can't wait to go back.

The venue was extraordinary, variety of shops POI and topping it off with the pool on the top floor. A major flaw with the venue is the labelling of parking 'green parking' all floors for parking are labelled green parking which could confuse customers - a suggestion for this is to alternate the floors with different colors so they are easily remembered. Overall great shopping experiences.

Went there yesterday! The shops are amazing, and it’s beautifully designed. We enjoyed the lightbox and Archie bro’s arcade! Read that it was 2 hours free parking and we were really impressed, otherwise wouldn’t bother heading into central Auckland. Missed the part where it said “member rates”, but thankfully the officer waived the parking fee as a one-off, as it was our first experience. Great staff, food, entertainment for all age groups, and atmosphere ❤️

One of the best shopping center in Auckland. 5-star!! It reminds me of my home country. It is a great place for those who enjoy shopping and for those with kids, no worries. It has a playground in the roof deck where they can play around. Hungry? No worries, it also have a several restaurants to choose in the roof deck as well as food court for those who are on a slight budget. When you are a member, you get to enjoy 2-hour free parking. I must say though that it’s a bit pricey but its worth it.

Bold & beautiful. The interior architecture is insane! And the food court doesn't feel like a total pile of garbage (face it, you hate eating at most malls). Don't even get me started on the rooftop section.... I've seen people complaining about the parking. The prices are ridiculous yes, but the first two hours are free if you sign up to Westfield Plus. And who really needs more than two hours at a mall?

Well kept shopping mall something for everyone

Great transformation from how it was previously. So glad Farmers has upgraded there. Love the variety of stores & eateries. BUT wish they had placed Countdown on the lower level, way too far for us that aren't as mobile or don't have a vehicle. It used to be on Level 1 Morrow St end, so convenient then, if popping in on the way home, to do a shop. Now I just bypass it.

Install the Westfield Plus app for free parking. Shiny new mall. Very neat. The light box room on level 1 is fun. Don’t hesitate to go have a look and take a snap.

The layout split across 2 sides of the road can make it painfull to navigate if you want to go to specific shops. Good selection of shops. The best part is the rooftop dining space which really cool especially on a nice day. Overall it's just another inner city mall, nothing too different from any other.

Beautiful new mall! Loved our shopping day here and look forward to returning to see what other shops have opened next year. Amazing dining options, both on the rooftop and in the food hall. This mall is next level compared to other shopping malls in Auckland - it has a very international, upmarket feel to it.

Busy place but great selection of goods

Lots of shopping options and parking. There is 2 hrs free parking and an extra hr for eating in the cafe. You need to stay on track for shopping cos going over the parking limit means $7 per half hr!!!

The new mall is amazing, and the rooftop perfect, but finding the parking indications are awful. Each area of the mall has a best parking option, referenced by color. Problem is, when you're driving and want to find the specific recommended parking, nothing tells you which entrance is for which parking. I had to try them all before finding the Green Parking. Pitiful, really, considering how easy it'd be to indicate, especially in such a busy area as Newmarket, where looping around takes easily 15mn or more.

Great. Lots of new shops and food court was amazing

I came here a few days before Christmas so it was SUPER busy and hectic but I'd love fo visit again - the interior is BEAUTIFUL, I couldn't get over how stylistic everything was. Lots of plants everywhere and just a very intriguing and pleasant design. Also of course, heaps of cool stores, lots of nice food places, I have to go again sometime!

The mall design is nice and open and looks visually pleasing. I really like the parking technology where it scans your number plate and no need for a ticket. However I wish they included shops that were not so high end. I wanted to shop somewhere for women’s clothes however all the women’s fashion stores are very expensive brands and none are suitable for me. Same with kids clothing, isn’t much variety at all, only very few places available for kids clothing. Should have including more well known brands too.

I really enjoy this place because of the eateries. Theres so many to choose from that gives you a great choice of what you can eat. The shopping is also great but its the eateries that keep me coming back. The Westfield app also gives me 3 hours free parking if I eat there so thats a plus and a saving.

Parking is ok, and 2 hrs free using Westfield app however very easy to get lost. For the size of this mall their arent enough signs to guide you to either your way back to parking or other amenities such as restrooms etc. Can get very confusing at times.

This new Westfield is, probably, my highlight of Newmarket. It has an all inclusive food court and bucket loads of lush shrubbery. The design is very modern and it is nestled amongst many other shops and car dealerships as well as lovely accommodation. To top this all of it has a movie theater within the complex and also at least 30 shops dotted around. This shopping mall is by far one of the best ones in the whole of Auckland

I love the design. It’s one of the best malls ever. Food court has good food choices, very top floor is beautiful with the water and rooftop bars, has a lot of shops and has free wifi. Amazing place to do you’re shopping

Bit too far to go for me as I can get everything in the malls on the Shore. However parking is made easier and unique using their parking app on the mobile phone. But don't go over two hours, or parking is costly.

Easy car parking with 2 hours free once you sign up with the app. Your number plate is the ticket so very easy. Level 3 is floor to visit for lunch on the run with a variety of delicious choices and plenty of Asian fusion my favourite

The ultimate one stop shop! When it first opened, there were a whole heap of helpful attendants to help guide or direct you to where you need to go which is handy considering how massive the mall is. It's a very nice looking mall, three stories high plus an internal over bridge to more available on both sides of the road. It has most boutique and everyday shops including a supermarket you'd like to use and visit.

Personally I love the new mall! We live within walking distance and I’ve really missed the old 277! Last week we visited the newly opened rooftop and it was awesome, just so busy so we didn’t get to eat anything, but the atmosphere was great. I can’t wait for more shops to open!!!

It's very modern and looks superb, but not a good mall for families. There was nowhere near enough seating around the foodcourt so we had to walk a fair way with our food before we could sit and eat. Everything felt very closed in and while you can get a push chair around it felt awkward.

First time I visited the mall and found it very confusing. Very few direction points. I went around in circles trying to find the Eatery but ended up into the shops area. Couldn't find a information center. Need to be a little more user friendly with info. Didn't find the Eatery in the end. Ended in small Cafe which was nice.

No big crowd very sad for the shop keepers

Convenient in a way with free 2 hour parking with the Westfield app. Shops not all opened but there are some unique shops. The layout and flow is a bit odd though, making it difficult to find the shop in a rush.

Modern, clean and sophisticated look for Westfield Newmarket. Store selection is a little thin as of this stage but the projected growth seems reasonable. Free 2 hour parking using camera system is very welcome (no more worries about losing your ticket). Parking spaces were plenty despite rush hour traffic. Lots of perks during second opening day - unclear if these will persist after the weekend (free refreshment beverage with live performed). Lots of staff available to explain the workings of the place. Really impressed.

Great food options and makings of a good mall

I drove in from Southern Motorway about 1045am, no traffic. Easy entry and access to the centre. Did a quick shop with my daughter (we were there under 2 hours) mainly in the lovely new Farmers. The staff are helpful and friendly (more so than their other stores). We nipped to the bathroom and were delighted to see a loo with an adult and a mini toilet. Cute! And convenient. Lovely coffee at Americano and a super easy exit due to the fact I had already downloaded the Westfield Plus app. So the arm came up and we drove straight out. Awesome! Will be back.

Mail parking is only free for 2 hours and you need Westfield app for that but rooftop is amazing to spend for some time

Very briefly visited while carrying my 1 year old. Parking building is well designed & the new app system to park is great. Escalator we used was well placed. The center we were in has a well placed ice cream store at the 4th floor plus a small playground. Detracted a star because the one lift was out of service (leaving a long wait for the only other lift we saw) and because the slide is stainless steel - which means it gets too hot for the kids during the day, and requires staff to intermittently cool it with coverings. I also think the black playground floor was too hot where in the sun, but didn't test it myself. I will definitely go again to get a better look at the stores, as the complex does look pretty great.

Great mall overall, first visit today, a few points from my observation #1. Two hours free parking when download the app (great intention) however we parked for 2.5 hours and find out we need to pay $7 (full price) instead of 0.5 hours I admit I was bit disappointed, the customer can easily mislead that the first two hours are free (well I guess they are except you have to leave before two hours is up). #2. The lift speaks when arriving at each level (cool feature), although the voice is a bit loud could startle the kids and would be nice if the tone can be softer. #3. Lots of empty spaces through all floors, although it looks cool but can be a bit scary if you take a peek from level 3 downwards, without any safety net in between...something to contemplate.

This mall is great has a lot of variety in stores for shopping, eating, entertainment etc. Just its quite big and can be a bit confusing! I haver heard the parking can be a bit expensive here too. Train station isnt too far a walk. It is quite a busy mall especially on weekends so bear that in mind. Love the water feature in the middle of the mall that you can see from inside the mall and also from the rooftop dining precinct.

The biggest shopping mall I visited oftenly, the only crowded ones than the other mall. I just go there when I miss Jakarta so much. Good to see good people around.

The mall is fab but the parking with having to use an APP puts anyone over 65 off taking their cars there....I wonder if Foodtown will notice that...The old system was way easier to use for anyone in the Baby Boomer era....maybe I am wrong but I live in Newmarket and I won't go there for food shopping rather drive to Mt. Eden or Royal Oak.....sad that the parking staff won't be there the were always such a cheerful lots. Love the food Court and the shops though ...

This place is packed with everything you need including a cinema

Good place overall. Toilets dont have soap at most times and smell as well. Need regular service and cleaning.

This place is huge, so allow lots of time. All of our old favorite retail stores and a couple of new additions too. Was happy to see the 'David Jones' department store here now. The service was great, efficient and helpful. There is so much at the new Westfield Newmarket, its difficult to list it all here but I will say it's well worth a visit.

Nice and spacious. Great idea with the bridge incase it rains. Wonderful arrangement of food options. Great spread of seats around the mall. Most favourite part of the mall is the Anime House! Never seen a store dedicated to anime besides Armeggeddon.

So many little niches to discover in this mall. Great feed at Master Bao. Playgrounds are great, selection of shops is good. On par with overseas Westfield malls.

For me this place is more for parents and their kids. This place is massive but maybe a bit too big as it can be a lot of walking and possibly you could get confused as to where you are. The roof top dining place is beautiful and it's a perfect spot for drinks and dates.

Really gorgeous mall, a lot of high end shops and plenty of places to eat, and the Archie Brothers Arcade is so awesome. I didn't end up buying anything as all the stores there weren't really places I typically go but I saw that there's a H&M opening there soon so I'll definitely be back :)

An absolutely beautiful mall with plenty of options with food , shopping and generally to hang out in . We understand that there's still more stores to be fitted out but what is there is fantastic. Lots of the well known Aussie/ Kiwi brands along with international brands like H and M , Schechers etc . The roof top restaurants are varied in pricing and range of products. A beautiful area to have lunch or dinner in . Parking can be an issue so use public transportation if you can .

Cova in Westfield, Newmarket. Nice and clean and friendly staff. The only thing was that some food was not very fresh. But, a nice outlook.

Very large, brand new complex. Beautiful stores and great selection of eateries. Lots of staff walking around who are always happy to help. Parking is on the expensive even with the Westfield App. On the positive, parking is easy to use with number plate recognition.

Huge mall, went there for dinner at Steak restaurant at the top. Very good meals and service

This is one amazing mall on several levels and on two sides of the road. Clean, pleasant and safe ambience, great selection of retail shops and eateries. Highly recommended. I'll be back when I next visit Auckland.

Amazing mall here in Auckland. Almost feels like you're not in Auckland as this mall is very grand and large and not the usual style of the mLls here. Definitely a great place to visit and eat especially the level 4 dining precinct!

The big new mall in New market lots of great shops, lots more to open. Food hall looks amazing nice and green and has a good selection of food outlets. The rooftop restaurant area is really nice with outdoor seating and some great restaurants especially white and Wongs.

Unique building design and shops. But the parking system and design confused me. I had lunch with my friends and we were about to go for shopping but already been nearly 2hours staying. So we had to leave. No one wanna pay more than $20 for the parking. It is understandable if they charge every 20mins or 30mins like $4 or something after the 2hours free parking.

Great food options, lovely venue

This is the most beautiful Westfield mall in NZ, lots of parking space, nice food court area and free 2 hours parking with Westfield parking apps. Maybe some viewer will ask why only 3 stars? the answer is because of the parking system. You have 2 hours free parking but if you stay more than 2 hours than you will be charged the first 2 free hours on top of the remaings minutes or hours you parked I will easily parked more than 4 hours inside such beautiful mall for food and shop. With restricted 2 hours free parking I feel very sorry for the tenant, it seems Westfield try to chase the customer away from their area. If Westfields change their parking policy I will give full stars.

Polite good service, food is preprepared so it's very fast. Serving sizes were fairly small but had good flavour. Got a tikka masala. Was not spicy at all, if you want spice you would need the ask for it added.

Everything is very new and there is a wide selection of shops. Parking is relatively easy and the mall is very accessible by public transport with several different buses stopping near by and the newmarket train station a 2-5 minute walk away. The biggest flaw is the lack of rubbish bins

Its big! And still not completely finished. expect to pay top dollar for everything! Including Countdown! What you might find cheaper in other stores... At Westfield New Market... You won't! But!!! Its close to public transport and heaps of parking.... If you can find the entrance!! 🤣🤣 so very handy...

Although it is an interesting shopping center... Looks like one of the biggest in New Zealand, the parking is a bit of a trouble. I don't really get the idea of downloading an app to access 2 hours of free parking. It's sort of annoying since not everybody owns a smartphone or even a phone for that matter, or some people might not have sufficient storage space to download the app even though they want free parking. It is an innovative idea, but I don't think everyone will have access to it. Being part of a community is supposed to include everyone don't you think?

It's big but so spread out that it's actually a hassle to get around. Cityfitness gym is the best thing about the mall. I love shopping but think smaller malls are far easier to shop at.

It looks so amazing now, love the new upgraded mall. Grew up in South East Asia, so I absolutely know a thing or two about malls and this mall exceeds our expectations. Absolutely love the baby room. Awesome Westfield Newmarket, keep it up!

The Mall is lovely and a wonderful addition to Newmarket! The parking rate however is very misleading !!! Anyone shopping or eating there must make sure they understand how the parking charges actually work - We had the members app, they promote 2 hours free or after 6.00pm it's free. We arrived 4 mins to 6.00pm, ate at the fabulous new Inca restaurant, left just after 9.30pm and had to pay $25! So first 2 hours are free BUT if you stay longer then you get charged the full time e.g. if you stay 4 hours you will still get charged 4 hours as per non members - the first 2 will NOT be deducted! Westfield please make this clearer.

Impressive Mall Good parking well detailed. Easy to get your way around. A few Covid 19 cases.

The place is very interested ,but the parking is a problem , although the parking is 2 hours for free ,but actually it is not enough for shopper .I know they maybe prevention for not coming real shopper . But the parking fee is too higher for me , so I must leave after half and 1hours . So I have not really can feel better in the shopping .

This is what every mall in New Zealand should look like. Multi level, plethora of specialty shops, and a food court that will cause a headache for anyone wanting to eat just because of the sheer amount of choices. I can't wait until more shops open. Still plenty of spaces where the old Two Double Seven building used to be.

Number one mall in Auckland. Great casual, formal and quick dining options. Keystone stores like David Jones here.

Really nice today. The shops in the mall. The rooftop carpark above supermarket then rooftop dining in the next block. And very warm pleasant sunny afternoon
