Reviews of Westfield St Lukes
M.
Countdown St Luke's fruit n veg looked great today. Fresh, crisp and tidy. Setting the standard.
M.
Very friendly staff, I forgot to bring my mask and the ladies at front counter were soofriendly and welcoming without mask. Later they equipped me with mask 😃
N.
One of thé finest mall of Auckland for shopping, dining and entertainment.
Somewhat lacking with hygiene and sanitation especially for Gent’s loo. But on snother hand they are following COVID-19 restrictions very well.
B.
This place is in need of a spruce up outside. It's pretty much the same building from the early 2000s but only the interiors has changed like the food court and addition of events cinemas. Parking area is tight.
J.
Westfield St Luke’s is a great place to go for all your needs and more. The food hall has great food selections and I always go to the roast place for my lunch. It is great having the movies there as well.
M.
My go-to shopping mall in Auckland 😍 everything is easily available plus affordable. And there’s Kmart too! I prefer this mall over all Westfield ones to be honest
P.
Perfect location to be separate from the mall yet inside. Great staff and great customer service. DON'T forget that most shops in the mall are not friendly nor accessable with a trolley 🤣 opps
S.
I hadn't been to this Mall for quite some years and was pleased to find free parking available and a decent variety of shops plus girls at the information centre easily answered my queries about where to find various stores
V.
Nice suburban Westfield centre. Looks much bigger from the outside than it really is. It still has the large anchors like Kmart and Countdown and a multitude of specialty stores as well as an Event cinema complex. Decent food court and plenty of free parking.
A.
For a mall-avoider it was an OK experience. I got to park close to the places I wanted to visit. It was clean and well signposted. So a successful mission.
s.
Very good mall. Centrally located and plenty of parking. A good collection of stores. Has most of the brands. Layout of the stores is also really good. Most stores are decent sized. So this mall is quiet child friendly. Has a cute little play area to keep the little ones occupied. Also easy to hire trolleys with cars.
C.
I have so many memories of St Lukes. I went Christmas shopping there as a child in the 70s. I would hang around after school... with my friends in the 80s. There was a restaurant we ate as a family. Worked part time in there after school. Saw so many changes. So many memories. I need to appreciate these places more.
D.
On holiday from Hamilton. Love visiting the Mall, found it Exceptional And Interesting as always. Although B'tween Xmas & New Year..still awesome to see Families and All. Taking advantage of Specials etc.
Had a Foot Massage whilst there & off course a Seafood/Prawn Platter for Arvo Tea😋🤩
S.
Another place you can spend alot of time at and come out with more than intended. Retail stores, a countdown and a food court. Great place to shop. Best time to go is during school hours.
D.
Very good place to shop with some nice stores. However i hope they turn into a New Market Westfield someday because that is so beautiful and fancy and i feel St Lukes is very outdated in terms of its look. In terms of COVID they follow very good protocols. I did also here from a friend that works their that you have to pay for parking as someone who works there which i find CRAZY haha.
M.
Heaps of free covered parking, loads of different shops and cafe and a well stocked Countdown and a really nice cinema. One of my favorite malls to go to in Auckland
U.
Always love this mall... Good spot to do shopping and good option's to grab a bite from...
J.
really busy almost to many people in this mall. a few decent stores , movies .food courts standard stuff
a.
Kmart was good, click and collect service was great, not too busy and fast service, food court was great too spaced out well not too crowded
P.
St Luke's my old time favourite place i enjoy going 2. It's a place where you can meet up with friends and family to catch up and eat... i love window shopping and browsing thru all the shops.
P.
pretty much all you need or want in a big mall. good parking and easy to get a walk in covid booster at Life Pharmacy...In and out in 20 mins with a 15 min post jab wait. Too easy
B.
Another good mall but could definitely use lower and upper carpark signs within the mall so it's easier to know where you need to exit
N.
Great parking plenty of shops to choose from. Nice to see that some of the shops are asking to see vaccine certification and all asking for you to wear a mask.
s.
Amazing experience worth ever dollar spent good value. Thanks to Katie she was very knowledgeable and amazing tour guide. Thanks again
G.
I really like to go in this mall and spend my time shopping and do stuff... they have good options from eating, having a coffee and do your daily shopping... good stores with everything from clothing and service options... it’s always clean and fresh and pretty much everyone of the stuff are kind and helpful... big parking area as well and pretty much everytime you will find a place to park your car... I like this place very much...
S.
No parking problem, very good atmosphere in the mall. Everything is available. Very good food court, the best part of the mall.
P.
I didn't realise how big this mall is both in and out shops, it has three escalators but only 2 working and the other is in repair, there is not to many places to sit down between the shops, there needs to be more info points or maybe a info desk
O.
Nice mall, plenty of parking available
T.
St Luke Westfield is one of the best shopping mall in Auckland. Parking is not a problem with four levels of parking available.
Shops, food courts, supermarket and cinema.
F.
This mall got everything that you need! I didn’t know that there’s so much shops in this mall. I always go to Sylvia Park to get my needs, but after I go to st lukes, i’m not coming back to Sylvia Park
B.
always busy , after Sylvia park mall this is the busiest mall in the Auckland . wonderful designer store , kmart , countdown , event cinema everything there . near to city and edenpark
A.
It’s great place a lot of car park available for the customers everything that you need banks , food court , and a lot of shop
A.
Great shopping mall, i went to spec savers and just jeans. Both stores had brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable staff
B.
Stopped by to do some errands. There was plenty of parking which made it easy. In most of the entrances there are electronic directories that help you get to where you need to go. Lots of shops to choose from and has supermarkets as well as a cinema.
V.
Christmas is coming and mall is all set to welcome everyone with lovely decoration🎄. This mall has been my all time favorite as it has variety of shops and perfect location.
R.
Brand new extension of the Westfield! Good Brands are available here. Parking is free for 2 hours but it is a little confusing for new comers. Level 4 and level 4m orange car parks are not the best name choices in my opinion.
K.
Please ignore previous rating my phone seems to respond for me or gets knocked. The mall is amazing everything you need.
J.
Pretty quiet for a friday evening but that's what made it so good not many people Wwooooooo
A.
Probably one of the biggest mall in West Auckland. It is most famous for Kmart. They do have food court and plenty other entertainment options. Good place to buy cloths and other necessary daily stuff. Location is prime too and plenty of free car park available for the customers.
K.
Can only comment on the Kmart which opens until midnight, which always comes in handy when needing something urgent for the morning. Well stocked, although staff arent very approachable. Had a pain stakingly slow checkout experience once, run by the manager at the time, who triple checked the contents of my trolley vs. receipt. All ended well.
S.
Clean shop, friendly staff but needs more space to move around within the store.
S.
This used to be our go to place every Thursday night and Saturday morning when the kids were small. It hasn't changed one bit. I actually went there to Kiwibank. Greeted by a lovely lady with the biggest smile. This lady is doing a kind of preliminary scan to see what you are there for and directs you in the right direction. Minor things like information she helps with. I liked the idea and she is the perfect person for the job. Clever idea Kiwibank Big ups. Didn't go to far past the first shop food mall smells were a bit overwhelming. But that's me not the food. Was always a great place to meet up and just relax with a coffee or meal. Try it Peeps almost everything under one roof. Bigger stores are across the road. Location St Luke's Road, Mt Albert.
L.
Crazy busy mid week shopping before Christmas. Good to see some shops limiting entry during busy periods.
A.
A good mall with clothing stores, a Countdown supermarket, pharmacies, food court, K- Mart and cafes.
K.
Great stores easy access to parent parks and rooms
M.
A well to do, one of the older Auckland suburbs (inner city)
It's very central to many locations, quite busy traffic wise, with lots of nice parks and green spaces nearby.
l.
Multi story of multiple shops with Countdown, K-Mart & Farmers as its main anchor tenants. Spark, 2degrees & Vodaphone as well as ANZ & ASB bank at your service. Many choices of clothing, shoes and electrical such as Noel leeming and NZ Post shop to serve its customers
G.
Had just briefly been to this mail for KMart and then I had a little walk around these 2 floors. Felt odd that it's slanted for a large part of it. Just new experience for me. Like most malls, it has a movie theatre inside (Events Cinemas). Overall, nothing to really say was negative
R.
Nice shopping center not so crowded during weekdays, can be quite crowded on weekends. Everything can be found here also have a playground for small kids to enjoy.
V.
Westfield St Lukes a great place to relax, shop, dine and grab a coffee among other things, and of course entertainment at Events Cinemas St Luke's. One of my favourite places to visit for retail therapy, lunch to name a few. Great location close to everything, public transport, Parking constantly changing and always busy and always caters to the needs of the shoppers that go there frequently too.
S.
St Lukes Mall was busy as usual however parking was no problems and the atmosphere within the mall was great. Went to a shoe store called Skechers and the customer service was superb. Had a meal while there. This mall is enjoyable to shop and walk around. It has atmosphere.
S.
A beautiful mall. Found my kinda clothing store Taking Shape. Pricey but worth it. My sis brought me a really nice white top from there. And the young lady there was so helpful. 💯 Customer service. Checked to see if there was a store in the HB region. Great to hear Napier has a store. 🙋🙋 Wonderful experience ☺️🤗👍👍🌹
A.
Busy during peak hours and Christmas/Boxing day is crazy. Some good shops but some of the good ones like JB or the warehouse are located outside the mall across the road.
K.
Great place to shop or kick back highly recommend 👍✌️
S.
Great place for shopping for everyone.
Highly recommended
R.
Good range of stores but not familiar with overall layout and under time constraints
P.
My favorite spot. Clothes, food, entertainment and fun overloaded. Easy accessible parking. Gets ur needs fullfilled with loads of options. Mall is opened until 6pm but KMart is opened until 1 pm mostly. What else more do we need??.
D.
I couldn't buy refreshments at cafes as they discriminate if a member of your party has chosen to not poison their body.
A.
Awesome .have heaps of options to buy good quality products
D.
Mall is clean and tidy, well lit with easy accessible carpark entrances. Definitely recommend visiting during the weekdays as weekends are chaotic, over crowded and overwhelming. Childrens large play area is a massive bonus. Late nights during week along with late closing weekend times make the mall very appealing for weird hour shopping.
F.
This review is actually because of my shopping experience with one of the shops but not the entire mall. I was looking for a toy in one of the shops but after calling them many times and not getting any response had to go directly from Albany to Saint Lukes and fortunately found it there. The online information was not clear too.
K.
Has many stores the everyone will like, it's very easy to get too and there's a analf parking spaces as everything is central to the mall.
L.
Nice shopping mall, however it is a bit old. Cant wait for the renovation.
M.
A reasonable shopping center, same like other Westfield Malls
b.
Nice to visit the mall, good experience 👌🏼👍🏼
D.
There are shops like kmart, farmers etc where we can get all household stuff.
R.
This I is a longstanding mall that offers great stores in a clean environment.
M.
A very nice mall with lots of shops
R.
The 2 dollar store out fit food drinks u name it all there parking and so on
S.
Large, clean and varied shopping experience. Great food court as well as food vendor scattered throughout. Bus stop nearby so great access for tourists or out of towners.
D.
Really cool shopping mall. Every kind of store possible and the customer service desk were very helpful. 4hrs of parking for free (almost impossible in Auckland nowadays)
G.
Really good shopping centre, the food court has some amazing shops!!
A.
Standard big mall. Everything you would expect in a busy mall.
K.
Busy, and crowded with no real monitoring of Covid sign-ins at ANY of the retailers we went to.
A.
I always enjoy going here. Everything you need is here under one roof. Plenty of parking.
r.
Very clean well presented and all personal very helpful, well worth a visit.
M.
Plenty of parking but sometimes quite full as it is a very popular shopping centre. Lots of clothing shops, mobile phone shops, chemists, etc. K Mart and Countdown also. The Warehouse is a short walk away. If you are after hardware, then go somewhere else like Bunnings.
R.
One of Auckland's first shopping malls. Always popular. Free parking and an extensive choice of shops. Difficult to access by public transportation. Always welcoming.
K.
Great mall with an awesome selection of shops, very customer friendly with a great support team and wide range of options at the food court
One of my favourite tourist attractions in Auckland, what a great landmark
M.
Good shopping.service slow.so many people.
S.
Favourite mall in Auckland. Awesome, actually the best.
N.
I do like it here, many shops, high ceiling which a good for a place that has a lot of visitors everyday. Parking is easy, few levels. A simple but useful mall, not too faraway from my house and have everything I need, Kmart alone I think open until midnight everyday so that very good. I didnt like the shopping time here, not so good for office worker, all stores close at 6pm, where we work until 5:30pm stucked in traffic then no more shopping winding down after a day
W.
With Sylvia Park bagging the crown of all shopping malls in Auckland, Westfield St Lukes is definitely a third south of the harbour bridge but disappointingly there are no restaurants in it.
Wish that more would be done to enliven the shoppers' experience to "remake" it uniquely with different brands/shops, and not merely a clone of other Westfield malls elsewhere.
R.
Went to St Lukes to replace a baby bassinet sheet in Farmers and drove down to the covered car park. Went by about 4 to 5 speed bumps and I think that's what caused my wifes water to break. Went to the hospital and got my wife admitted and on Tuesday morning my daughter was born. Thank you Westfield St Lukes for being the catalyst.
I drove very slowly down the ramp, but obviously not slow enough.
S.
It has ever shop I'm looking for and everything is on a reasonable price
D.
Upgrade is great, very multicultural, worth browsing, lots of shops, resting places, cafes, food service and large shopping marts.
M.
Not a good experience at Coffee Club. I am a long time member of Coffee Club and this experience was the worst ever. Friend and I ordered scone and Coffee. Coffee arrived and my friends scone. We waited and waited. Coffee half finished. I went back to counter and was advised it was coming. My friend finished her scone and coffee. I went back again. It is coming. Another 5 minutes or so my scone arrived. Apology given someone in kitchen had dropped the scone and had to start again.
Not a happy customer .
G.
Xmas is coming (busy)so pick a good time as parking can be frustrating
D.
Store wise, most malls are all the same, but this Westfield at least has ample parking, only Christmas usually causes the carpark to be full.
Best EB games is here, but a below average food court.
The Countdown is quite good as are the pharmacies.
C.
It was good. Went in after 1900. Lots of parking. Cinema was comfortable, needs an upgrade when being compared to Hoyts.
G.
Everything you need to live is here. Good Quality goods and positive service. Food Court is Outstanding and the Roast meals are worth a try.
J.
Went to muffin break, for cup of english tea, their specialty lemon muffin, and omg quiche, so awesome and the staff are absolutely marvelous. Well worth the trip after visiting other shops in the mall.ea.lovisa!!!! ladies go there!!! Well presented stock and the shop assistant top marks too her!!! So so helpful, and unfortunately the shop was quite busy so never caught her name, on my receipt was (team member #43092) shame really would rather a name. 👍👍
J.
Nice clean mall with cool shops
D.
Very well maintained store where you find many branded stores. Nice and tidy place. Parking is available in plenty.
L.
Standard Westfield mall with all the staples and food court choices. Plenty of parking and has everything I was looking for.
Was particularly impressed with cleaning staff around the food court, they were very thorough and turned tables quickly as people ate and left.
D.
Customer friendly service & lots of variety in shopping!
J.
This place is massive but enjoyed my time there as not to crowded has plenty of parking...
C.
Has most things I need and is accessible.
K.
We visit this mall every week because we love it and its handy. Great shops with friendly staff, clean, not too crowded, the foodcourt we always stop and eat, the only critique here would be that wish the layout was much better. This is the only letdown really. Other westfield malls in particular Northwest and Henderson foodcourts are superior layouts. Yep otherwise and movie theatre right above what a bonus have to visit St lukes
P.
Of course this is the vintage mall with numerous additions, highly induced atmosphere intended to be aspirational and a great arrays of shops. If you want something to do in this place try to deduce the logic of the placement of shops(women's men's fashion etc).
N.
Almost all shops in this mall and easy to shop.
W.
Very crowded alone of collage children take over food court behavior and language is shocking.
Mall staff leave them to do what they want.
Food court staff and cleaners given a hard time by them. Not friendly towards the elderly.
B.
Proper scran would rate it good food good life
T.
Went there to get some chicken frames for my dog Lady
J.
This mall is definitely one of the better malls in Auckland. It has everything you need, including parking. It's also not so massive that you get tired walking around.
e.
Very nice mall, love the shops and carparks is very convenient. The only negative note is, especially in summer, some shops are freezing cold. You can't stay in some shops long enough! That's a shame!
R.
I only usually go to Kmart here but it’s a nice mall with loads of parking and it’s always clean.
G.
Not the tidys of car parks. Very hard to get a car park in the rain and or at xmas time. However I find it a nice place in the mall to shop. Great shoes shopping for all the family.
I.
Always good to visit here. Not good for quick stops as always busy. Variety of shops. Could have a few more food outlets like Chick king and LJs. Clean and tidy. Cinemas and Starbucks are cool as with playground nearby. A great place to visit on rainy days or if in the area.
M.
Nice place to do window shopping. Equipped with variety of shops selling the essentials and spread of Japanese sushis and elegant cafes for a quick catch up or small business meetings
D.
Such wide variety of shops to cater to an individual's needs
S.
Kmart always good. Mall needs another toilet block as lining up is never fun.
I.
Great shop and food court
B.
A great Shopping Mall and always a pleasure walking around and either do a lot of every day shopping or even "window shopping" The food court has a good variety of foodstuffs and really caters for most people. Cinema's are great. Having of the big company's doing business from there and makes for an easier all in one shopping experience. Lots of parking space. Being one of the more iconic Malls, still allows for a overall good relaxed experience.
J.
A very accessible and convenient place in sandringham
C.
Great shopping centre. Plenty of parking, although, I believe there could be more parking made available for people with disabilities.
D.
Very good shopping area for the locals as well as travellers.
Its got everything you need while have a good time with friends, family or if you are shopping alone.
There is a movie theater as well ss many other shops for many diffrent things. Such as a beauty shop (Sisters), places to eat like McDonalds, subway, Nando's and many many more.
This place also has an office for ANZ bank and supermarkets.
Basically you can probably get most of the stuff your looking for.
Highly recommended!!
D.
Why the hell do malls keep having the aircom so high.
The amount of people who you could hear moaning about it being hot
For crying out loud, that just makes you want to go outside not inside
S.
My favourite place for skin treatments
Bindus Brow & Beauty at Westfield St Lukes,
Other recommended shops are Jacquie, Farmers beauty, Lovisa for accessories & specially Kmart
C.
Hadn't been here for a while, I came to go to Kmart. Didnt have a couple of shops I would have liked to go to, but Newmarket isn't too far and it does have them. I give it 3.5 stars
D.
Decent mall although limited range of eating apart from the food court. Free parking.
A.
Great shopping experience always with all the shops organized in a cosy way. Good food court with multiple food choices and a movie complex with lot of Gaming options. Plenty of parking. Very handy central location close to motorway.
been going there for last 23 years... never been bored :)
J.
I like this place better than other mall though availability of shops might be similar in all malls. It got good parking with nice food court though there could be more variety in food court and better quality. In weekend the food quality goes down. Overall good accessibility and walking friendly.
C.
We enjoyed shopping in this place and also most of the shops offers a 50% off, which is good.
D.
The best shopping mall in Auckland that we found, so if you're prepared to leave the CBD this would be a visit worth travelling for.
l.
Very packed, busy centre. But easy to find your way around with all the shopping you need including huge countdown grocery store. Department stores like k mart and farmers, hairdressers, banks, the list goes on, great parking and movie theatres next to Starbucks, a great hang out for everyone.
L.
Mall is fine. But just always has the feeling of being crowded. Smaller passageways and I think lower ceilings in some places give this impression. There are also quite a few stalls in the passageways too which I think adds to the crowded feel.
Good range of shops. Food court is good, tidy tables. Staff are very quick to clear tables and keep spaces free for people to sit. Plenty of parking with covered and non-covered options.
F.
Enjoy going there for dinner with my girls as a treat, and it's my local so it's very convenient when I need to go shopping real quick.
H.
A great place to eat, shop, relax and play.
One of the best shopping malls in AKL.
Food court is good and have various cuisines to try. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
There’s kids play area.
Facilities are maintained well.
Store signage is well placed.
Exits are clearly marked.
One thing that could be improved is the way to exit after the store hours. It’s a bit difficult to look for toilets or to go out if the mall, after many of the places are locked by gates.
J.
Did our shopping and had a coffee. Being a wet day parking under cover was chaotic but plenty of spaces on the top uncovered level.
P.
Westfield has always been in my list as a shopping place. You could find almost everything that you are looking for. From cinema to food.
M.
Nice to walk inside, smaller than other mall but, it's still good to go to different places
H.
I love the fact it is just near my place.
m.
Get mall, with a variety of stores, cafes and food hall! Has plenty of free parking and easy access for all with both escalators and lifts!
Open, light and always clean! Public bathrooms on both levels and plenty of cubicles so no excessive queues.
L.
Great quality mall with a lot of stores and cinema to boot.
The mall feels modern and well maintained and amenities like the bathrooms are well looked after.
There is plenty of parking on multiple floors but do be careful navigating it as people have a tendency to forget how to drive; indicate or give way while driving there.
Large chains like Kmart, Noel Leeming, Farmers and Countdown are also located inside making it a convenient one stop shop.
Overall a great mall and always a good experience visiting there.
M.
One of my favorites of the Westfield malls
R.
Nice large mall. Everything available under one roof. Good shopping experience. Supermarkets opening till late are a bonus.
Edit November 2017 - The Parking can be full and the surrounding roads can be very busy on the weekends and holidays. Good public transport links from the city are a big bonus though.
A.
Nice mall it's the best especially how you got those free gifts earlier in this month and lovely chocolates and the great specials on
d.
big mall with nearly all requirement shops. children can enjoy and play in the gallery with rides. covid precautions are also taken care of
kmart is open upto 12.00 midnight
U.
Lots of different small and large retailers available in the mall. It was clean, well set up and there was plenty of parks available. This is a good option to catch up with friends or do some casual shopping. The mall is 2 levels with but has plenty of options to get from the upper to lower level.
n.
Wonderful place to shop has everything
R.
Outdated. Only come here on occasion because of Kmart. Needs an overhaul, renovation and nicer public facilities.
T.
Good mall, it has everything you need really. Good sized supermarket, a few haircut options, kmart and great clothes options. I went to Rembrandt to get a suit and was pleasantly surprised by the service. Haircut wasn't that good, the dresser did well but not what I was after. There is also a great shaving place that sells all types of razors!
N.
I like it because it's not an overly big mall. This makes it easy to move around when finding things, as opposed to some of the other larger complexes. It lacks a quality sports goods store which I noticed and sometimes parking can be a struggle to find. Besides that, its not a bad place to shop.
M.
Came here with my wife and daughter for the Star Wars Lego event they had, my daughter was SUPER excited to see the Stormtroopers in costume but as soon as they moved, she absolutely lost the plot! Not their fault at all but it was super funny to me and my wife. Overall a good mall, with good food.
S.
Love it. Very nice atmosphere and good selection of shops with ample parking space.
k.
*Compact.. Lively.. Wide walking aisles past retails and around stalls..
*Wheelchair friendly on ground and the 2nd floor..
*Disability 🅿 on all levels by pedestrian entrances..
*2x elevators - 1 in between The Travel Agency and Price/Quality gift shop and 1 in-store of the Farmers retail..
*Tidy toilet facilities on either end of the mall - 1 past Countdown on chemist side / 1 by MacDonalds in food court / 1 on 2nd level opposite Info Desk / 1 inside cinema complex..
*Easy access to public transport of taxis on the ground floor side of Hollywood Cafe and Farmers; a bit further along is the 🚌bus stop on St Lukes Rd.. Another bus stop opposite the mall across the main road.. Not easy to access bus stops on Morningside Drive..💕🙋💞
*WARNING! Be mindful of the length of time using car 🅿 spaces as wardens roam the levels chalking cars and issuing parking fines.. Westfield will not take responsibility for the parking infringement even if you can show that you were legitimately using their facilities as the 🅿 lot is under the Wilson parking blah blahs.. You can still dispute the fine but only AFTER you pay the fine and only with Wilson Parking - Keep.Your.Receipts for proof of 🅿 use.. Expect to get stung for $50 minimum - it can go higher😡
J.
Went there to pay my bill and ask for 2020 ipad 8 which has to ordered, nothing on display, add on Facebook, 789 dollars and then you pay little by little for 12,24,or 36 months, 19 dollars something a week, cheaper at noel Leeming or jb hi fi 569 dollares🤔🤔🤔🤔
E.
Have been coming here for years and I still enjoy the experience. Really nice, simple layout with regular maps and guides, and the pace has a huge variety of shops. Even though it’s not the biggest mall around it sure is one of the friendliest.
J.
Nothing that made me particularly like this place, in fact I feel the same for all malls of similar nature.. although parking is always quite nice here. Our Auckland malls are basically all the same, just a different branch. Nothing fancy or something that differentiates them in my opinion.
S.
If you like shopping this is as good a place as any to go to.
R.
Good place to shop. Parking is busy on the weekends and it may take 5-10 mins to hunt parking. Watch movies, shop, eat in the food court. Play Lotto. Banks, grocery, salon's. Almost everything under one roof. We enjoy being here a lot. Happy shopping!
S.
The malls okay has most of everything you need. Lots of parking .. The food courts a bit small and the seating arrangements have u bumping into everyone as you make your way to your seat. Shops are pretty small too.
L.
Parking can be a nightmare but I do enjoy shopping here. Decor in some places could use an update as its showing its age. Carts for children and an adequate but not overly large food court. I prefer the cafes away from the foodcourt where there is personal service and a better chance of getting seating at busy times.
R.
Ok place. Although there are all the relevant brands but is most crowded plus parking is confusing. Also the way to get in and get out can be a bit difficult. Nothing bad about the place but nothing to wow about as well. So if you are looking for just any mall then you can avoid it. However, it does have a unique combination of Kmart as well as Countdown so if you are up for grocery and home shopping then you might find this place worthwhile.
T.
Clean and secure with heaps of parking if you are prepared to walk a bit in the sun or the rain. Easily accessible strip mall is just across the road with outlets like PBTech, Chemist Wharehouse and a Noel Lemmings larger store with home appliances. Nearby is a very well organised Wash World if the car needs to be cleaned. Easily accessible from Auckland's Viaduct Harbour on the frequent 020 bus. St Lukes has a large Countdown supermarket plus several foodhalls and multiple cafés if needed.
E.
Still one of the nice mall in Auckland area. Organised and well presented. Parking is relatively easy. Good selection of stores, got banks too with nice working hours to match our situation. Well maintained. Been visiting this mall since years ago and still keep coming back.
N.
Ticks all the boxes for me in terms of parking, centrally located and easy to get to from most suburbs, bargain shopping to meet my individual and family needs, movies for the kids and hairdressers for me. Great place to meet up for coffee.
E.
Nicely decorated for Christmas season. It was lovely to see a choir with beautiful voices singing carols.
R.
It is a good place to spend time with family and knowing new products. It is also a good excuse to get to know other people, other cultures. 😀
T.
All the shops you're likely to need all under the same roof - or if not, they're over the road. Parking is perfectly adequate, and there are good food options as well. Some stores have different opening hours to others, so that can make finding entrances that are actually open late at night tricky as parts of the centre get cordoned off, but sticking to entrances near the shops that are open is the best bet.
D.
Movies are good, food court is clean and spacious. Lots of car parks if you're not lazy. Parent room is comfortable. Little playground for the kids need the info booth. Monty the monkey is a G
R.
Great mall, very nice layout, a lot of shopping options. A generous food court. Cinemas on the top floor with its own car park area. Plenty of general parking. Kmart, countdown, farmers stores are quite big. A must see mall in Auckland.
J.
I know this place for quite sometime now. But yesterday i went there to buy some stuff. I was amazed by the place because all the food you are craving for are in one place and i got the chance to try wok wok which you can take as much food as you want in one plate. How cool is that?
T.
There are a few malls in West Auckland and I would rate this the best. Probably because I am a big Starbucks fan which is situated next to the Movie theater on the second floor. This mall has a couple of levels which has everything you need and a great food court area. The only problem would be trying to get into the car-park.
L.
There is a big Car park. average size of a mall. there are only few toilets. But I would say its a good mall
J.
Great range of shops. Best to go early on the weekend to make sure you get a park as it can get very busy. Facilities are kept very clean though, especially the toilets and the food court. Rivals Sylvia Park as the number one shopping mall in Auckland. (until the new Newmarket one is built anyway)
A.
Very nice, clean and friendly staff
Y.
Lovely place - amazing shopping experience, variety of foods. Relatively accessible location and extended working hours during the weekend.
D.
really enjoyed shopping at Westfield nice place to visit well go there again next time I'm back in Auckland :)
S.
One of the most outstanding shopping locations in Auckland. Perfectly constructed with many facilities for families. Good shop's around for home appliances and also other things like games and coffee stops and a large food court with a variety of choices.
G.
Spacious, very smart interior and air conditioning that works. A good range of women's clothing shops at the middle to high end. A Farmers, The Warehouse and a good Foodcourt. Easy to spend three hours there . I went on a Wednesday which wasn't so busy and car parking is easy and not too cramped.
S.
We went to exchange the foreign currency in travel money NZ, got good deal in the store. Well layout parking. Overall very good mall with cinema in this area. Good show.
T.
Very serviceable small but starting to get a bit rough around the edges, toilets could do with an update and the cinema is very worn. But otherwise a good space for families to shop.
T.
Comprehensive shopping mall with a Library next to it.
V.
Great selection of shops and alternative vendors (spa services, tailoring, cinemas, supermarket, eateries etc) with an easy to remember layout. Always kept tidy. Help desk staff usually very friendly and efficient. Only qualms would be trying to find a park on a busy day.... Best to go first thing in the morning to avoid crowds!
J.
Much better mall to go too.. only Event cinema gotta improve their standards and technology.
Even after booking online we have to spend 15 minutes in line to grab the physical ticket.
d.
It's a nice mall great if you're into the latest and greatest not quite me but had a fun time anyway
A.
Toilets located in all corners upstairs and down. Cafes all over. Great Mexican food downstairs. Its got everything even a Kmart. Time it right and you can miss the crowds generally week days not during xmas week lead up. Catch a movie and Starbucks coffee my faves.
J.
Westfield St Lukes is huge! there's loads of shops here, you can find almost everything you need! Lots of food options too, the food court has pretty decent food. The staff at the food court were extremely pleasant as well, with the cleaners being very quick to grab our dishes and clean the tables. Very pleasant experience shopping here!
C.
Good mall with a little of different shops. I would say those are more middle aged woman store but you can find stuff for adolescents if you search a bit.
There is a countdown for groceries and a KMart for utilities. A lot of parking spaces are available.
Easily accessible. The mall can get really busy.
Y.
It is difficult for fins a park in black friday.
F.
A decent mall with all the required shops. You can easily find most things that you require. Parking is normally ample, with backup parking across the road.
Normally clean and tidy. The foodcourt provides a number of good options.
There is a bus stop just outside, so access to public transport is easy (although I am not sure about the routes that are available).
L.
St Lukes is my local mall, and to be honest I prefer it to any other mall in NZ i can think of. It isn't too big and crazy (unlike Sylvia Park), so you can be quick if you need to be, and it has plenty of parking. It has all the facilities I like: cinema, supermarket, bookstore, banks, post office, Farmers, places to buy trainers, and a food court. It even has a library on-site. And although not actually part of the Westfield, across the way you can access pet stores, the warehouse and larger electronics stores. It isn't a glitzy mall but it is very functional and that is all I need it to be.
B.
Nice parking, varieties of stores to shop from and eat at. So convenient. You can basically do everything from washing your car, creche for mothers, skin therapy all sorts of things
R.
Very nice place. Plenty of parking. Good place to spend especially on a rainy day.
S.
Like the food court here.. the shopping is great too.. there is a movie theatre here too. Huge amount of parking is available but still can be quite hard to find one on a busy day. There's a KMart here which is open till midnight. Also has a supermarket inside. Can easily spend a day here with shopping, movie and a bar/restaurant to top it all.
S.
Good mall needs more variety though as some shops are shut.
s.
This was a stop on the hop on hop off bus. It's just like a typical American mall with very similar shops. I noticed a grocery store attached, which we don't see in LA. The food court has a nice mix, i guess KFC/McD are popular everywhere you go. The restroom was clean too.
S.
A place where you can go with your family and shop, enjoy variety of food and movies too. Have good places to find Kmart, Countdown, Event Cinemas, Auckland Library and much more. A lot of car park and Central Located to City. Must to go Place with your mates and family too.
L.
Simply put. This is a thriving part of the auckland. Not only can you find whatever you need, but it is a very popular for people of all walks of life
N.
Better than Silvia, worse than Newmarket in feel. The Kmart is worth it if you need those cheaper but generally decent items, one up on Newmarket for that. Probably better general shopping than both others but worse general feel, food experiences than newmarket.
S.
Best Place to spend your whole day in shopping. Everything is here from Kmart, Countdown, $2 store, food store etc. Its kind of a one stop mall. For all your household needs to food stores. You can easily spend your whole day here without getting bored.
M.
Large good shopping centre. You can find an Event multi-cinema, a Countdown supermarket, a Kart shop and a lot of other minor brands. Very good food court and good as well to find around different coffee shops. It's a multi level shopping centre even good for parkspaces available there!
R.
Got my bike stolen. I don't think they have CCTV covering the bike stand. :-(
It feels like the shops are 90% clothes stores, so if that's what you after all good.
v.
St lukes mall very much nearer for the people who resides in Sandringham area. Variety of shops can be found in mall. Big supermarket such as countdown is available in ground floor of mall. Event cinema for the cinemas. Starbucks coffee available which is next to event cinema. Sushi lover can have great attraction towards this mall which is also next to countdown. Farmers also available.
J.
This place offers amazing seasonal discounts. The last time I got shoes worth $80 & I could select any of the second item just for $20 Irrespective of its original price. Not just me, a lot of friends I know of loved shopping here too.
A.
Many of staffs are very friendly. Shops all look clean and neat. Only complain I have is, the entrances for the ones who doesn't have car are bit oddly placed
S.
My family was successfully shopping in this mall today. They got all they wanted considering it's the Black Friday today. A great choice of everything you need, it was hard to find a free car park though.
R.
Westfield has lots of nice malls around many places in the world this one have biggest problem I believe is Car park
This is quite popular place becoz of movies, Kmart and count down and other brand shops as well but when ever I visit St Luke mall I struggle to find a car parking
However I like to visit this place so much as it’s had everything you need from Banks to groceries shopping
But yeah this might be when they develop this place didn’t forecasted about this place going to be so popular and Auckland population is going to grow.
Rest I might be only one who struggle with car park but rest all good
L.
Westfield St Lukes is my local, so I'm usually there at least once a month, sometimes more often. It's a great mall that has opened some cool shops recently. I love that there's now a T2! Plenty of cinema parking is really handy. Some of the stores seem a bit pointless, I'd love to see a Witchery there!
T.
It was easy to get into, using the google maps to get us to where we wanted to be was great.
Getting what we wanted was lovely all in one experience.
D.
Good all around shopping centre
E.
Great variety but easy to get lost in the underground parking if you don't know the place.
G.
A good range of stores that cover the majority of your needs - including K mart. K mart is life. Kmart is love. I could spend hours in there buying endless amounts of candles. Pro tip though, it's often quite full in the car park and I would avoid this place like the plague during the summer holidays. Unless you have kids in which case they have a bunch of options for your kids during summer holidays.
P.
I came to this place the first time. I really like it because it has everything in there from shopping, bank, Telecom, entertainment etc. It is a real one-stop-destination for all these above. The shopping center is clean, good ambience. Toilets are clean. Plenty of car park spaces with 240 mins parking free.
J.
Great assortment of stores.
For Pokemon Go players there's a pokegym right in the foodcourt. Something to spin/takeover while you're having a coffee/bite to eat
G.
Nice selection of shops, including K-Mart. Cinemas are an added bonus. However, parking is almost always a problem :( Now prefer going to Sylvia Park for shopping just because of that.
D.
Wide range of delicious food available in the food court and through out the mall. I always enjoy coming here as it has most of your go to shops and kmart all located in the one place. I'm able to treat myself to some shopping and then grab some groceries from countdown when I'm ready to head home. One of my favourite malls in Auckland.
A.
Great mall, parking is always easy and lots of variety in the stores.
D.
We went on boxing day and we went early. Parking was easy under cover. But when we left around midday the parking was full and spilled over to the nearby streets. The place got busier too. Some of the biggest deals like 70% off at platypus were the same deals at dress mart from the week before Christmas. Lots of shops, food court and a theater.
D.
Mostly good and has just about everything you want but usually too many people there for my liking. However as far as Shopping Malls go, it's okay although I prefer other Countdown stores to the St Lukes one!
J.
Has most of the chain stores but mostly mid range not top end fashion. The Kmart, countdown & cinema is excellent as is the food court. The mall itself is tired & well overdue for renewal but you can get most of your shopping needs here.
K.
Great place to shop if youre living in the area and also a great place to watch movies in. However some of the shops are fairly outdated and could use a few new stores to keep the shopping experience fresh as nothing has changed over the last few years. As a result, I chose to travel the extra distance to go to Sylvia Park for their constantly updating line of stores.
S.
Kmart is where I went for my clothes shopping. Went to Farmers for my dads 88th bday gift which they had. Ate from Muffin Break yum. Good and easy.
R.
Very Good shopping Mall, clean and tidy and easy yo maneuvor
A.
Most organized shopping mall ever. Well recognized. Convinient mall for shopping. Most likely i love this place because this one no need to walk a lot. Very short but you can find all popular brands in nz
D.
It is a good place to shop and look around and buy at any store and have nice food and drinks and watch a movie
A.
Pretty good, just not a lot of open space inside the mall.
E.
Good range of shops, although lacking a good all purpose gift shop, and the food court sucks. But Kmart is open until midnight, every night! High end stores slowly being phased out, being replaced with cheap brand stores. Very unfortunate.
E.
Not too busy on Thurs lunch time.
Staff at Kmart was wonderfully helpful.
Needs more seating at some of the smaller non food court food places. No idea what's in the hoot box in the middle of the mall.
D.
Traffic is always manic so it's difficult to find parks at busy times. Other than that the mall has plenty of stores and everything you need pljs more. A nice expensive movie theatre for an easy night out watching a Marvel flick too if you're into that.
M.
The shopping is quite good! If you don't have a car, you can take a bus and they will drop you in the front of the mall. Inside, you have good options of stores, but if you want to eat there, you won't find a lot of menu options or restaurants.
P.
I've been coming here for years and still enjoy my experience. Its had a few upgrades over the years, very modern and clean.
S.
Good parking space and wide range of shops which are spread out. My only gripe is it closes down at 6pm during week days and week ends as well. Food section has an interesting variety of options ranging from fast food to coffee shops.
D.
Its close to where I live and has a lot of public transportation options. Good variety of stores, a cinema, and decent food hall makes it very convenient. There is a public library/citizens advice next door, with a mega centre across the road, which makes it the perfect hub for St Lukes.
V.
It has many food stores in the main entrance hall on the right for your enjoyment, including McDonald's. It has two storeys and Farmers. Event cinemas is included upstairs and multiple clothes stores on both levels. This is a food mall, shopping mall and an entertainment mall.
W.
A good Westfield Mall, really wide layout though. Feels a big cramped. Toilets very far apart. Food court is the other side of the mall from Countdown, which feels a bit strange. The megacentre across the road is also great, but feels like a long walk once you're inside the mall.
H.
During Covid 19 , the mall's staff is taking care of people by instructing safe distance between each other, only few shops are open to avoid the spread of pandemic.
Sanitizers are at entry and exits which is really appreciated.
P.
The mall has changed since I was last there in the 90s lol. The north side exit is the busiest with traffic piling up blocking shoppers from exiting. It is better to go through the car park to the south side exit for an easier road access from the mall.
The mall itself has many specialty shops, the food court is good. We bought KFC, my only concern was staff not checking the docket to see if the order and client match. In Australia at the Riverside Mall the KFC outlet got themselves into a pickle with several of its customers whose orders were taken. They failed to match orders with client receipts. Otherwise as per usual the food is tasty as a combo.
The male toilet facilities were clean and spacious.
The map located by the entry into the food court is easy to read and in a good spot.
X.
Good standard shopping mall. Food court a bit on the small side compared to Westfield shopping centres in Brisbane Australia though. Has some good shops for souvenir hunting, the cheapest and best is the 2cheap store located on level 1 but slightly outside in the car park. Also unlike shopping in Auckland Central or Broadway shops, parking is free for the first 4 hours if you have a car.
J.
Popular with locals . A lot of the department stores have their flagship stores here so they tend to have better/ more variety. The food court could do with a refresh however and doesn't have as much choice as some of the new malls around Auckland. Also has a movie theatre.
D.
I bought some blueberries and a powerade
J.
One of the best malls. Ample space for car-park. Good shops inside. Nice atmosphere. Variety of options in the food court.
-.
Amazing, big food court with lots of options if you're picky. Many student different shops with a whole variety of items. I think this would be the go-to place if you need something.
S.
Not great, to be honest. Not horrifically bad either. Average coffee, standard food options, standard shops. Some shop staff (in Farmers) are homophobic. But its clean enough, and outside of December there's normally parking. Probably wouldn't go here unless I had to.
V.
The mall is filled with banks, supermarkets, clothing shops and eat-ins. It's a nice place to hangout with your friends and chill with someone over a cup of coffee.
P.
Short stop for a late lunch.
Parking spaces 3/4 full.
Easy to enter and exit
V.
Like to go to see movies there along with spending some time shopping and eating sushi at St Pierre's.
Quite nice medium-size mall with an ample parking..
Brands are the same as everywhere else though, would be nice to have some original or exclusive names.
B.
I don’t have anything particular negative about this place but I would like to add that only big outlets are here. You won’t find that variety that you will love to see when you are doing shopping.
Worst thing is post shop is removed from this mall. Check the correct location for post shop.
D.
My favourite hang out spot. Lots of reasons to visit this place. It’s like a one stops shop for all your shopping needs. Has ample of parking, so don’t worry about it. Has lots of choice for food, apparel and jewellery. It houses an ASB and ANZ branch as well, so no worries about having to find an ATM. There is a Countdown in the mall as well, so all the groceries are off the list too. The place is bustling with people all through the week.
T.
All of what you would expect from a mall, shoes and clothing stores for all members of the family. Two of the major banks, BNZ, and ASB. Countdown and Event Cinema.
Parking is near impossible on the weekends, go with patience. The mall could benefit from some organised activities for families.
I.
Good service. Nice staff
A.
Showing its age. Busy but remains spacious. Has the usual Westfield stores. Easy free parking.
h.
Possibly one of the best malls in Auckland. Event Cinema is inside above the food court, plenty of parking, heaps of shops, easy to get around, clean, tidy, what more do you need?
J.
Good place to shop but please don't pump up your expectation if you came from a country in asia. Other than that they got cinema however they dont have gold class which is not bad either. They've got plenty of parking however peak hours is usually packed. Across the road you will see the warehouse, north beach, number one shoes, storage king, toy co, bed bath neyond, chemist warehouse, light plus, bed post and noel leeming. I thnk this place is less crowded than sylvia park though this place doesnt have good dining resto options inside the malls. Farmers inside the mall is bigger than most of its branch like its bigger than albany and westfield branch.
M.
This mall is massive, especially compared to those I’ve been to before, as a result there is a lot of different choice with something for everyone. It was almost uncomfortably busy and it would’ve been better with less people. It was a remarkably clean mall.
r.
What can say, i grew up around that place and would always hang out there from my teen to my mid twentys! Not too big or not so tiny, it just the perfect size. They just keep making it better. Despite all these new huge malls popping up in Auckland, this is and probably will be my favorite mall ever!
A.
Pretty much everything under 1 roof, however one has to cross a busy main road to shop at several other major stores but it's still a great place to shop. But the best upside is that there is always something going on, like eive the yellow mercury energy car.
K.
This place is a wonderland of hidden treasures for the garden lover. Chaotic and rambling, full of bargains, it's always my 'go to' place every time I'm looking for plants of any size or sort. Roger is a fountain of knowledge and knows the stock like the back of his hand.
It's a great outing.
Highly recommend
A.
Average place just like most others
L.
wonderful shopping mall, it is easily accesible and there are heaps of parking. I have ever bought a dehumidifier from noel leeming, it is a perfect experience, especially the manager is very nice lady and always introduce products with great patient.
C.
Could use an upgrade like the one in new market.
M.
It is a really good mall the only downside is the carpark isn't monitored that much the parent parks are always take by little 2 door cars I'm pretty sure they can't fit a car seat in there car other then that is a really good mall
T.
❤highly Recommend Luke's Cafe👍😁
I.
Great mall with a good variety of stores. There are quite a few beauty places now so you are spoiled for choice when it comes to treatment options. Parking can be an issue on weekends especially around lunch time hours.
M.
ORA is located on ground floor between the food court and both Vodafone and Spark outlets, in the centre of the length of the mall premises.
Though our regular stops at the stall are for Auckland Transport (AT) top ups, more often than not the place has a good number of youngsters taking calls or making up their minds about what lollies to go for! 😊 The variety offered here looks very 'salivating'!!
The lady behind the counter ensures a fast transaction of tasks with a smile. Always a joy to visit.
R.
Not a bad mall. Gets a bit annoying if you are parked on the roof near the movies and the security guards close of half the early when you're leaving near closing time and they make you walk around the long way which is like 4 time's as long.
A.
A two-level mall built and manage by Westfield in a busy area of St Lukes. Plenty of car parks though during weekend and public holiday it's very challenging to find an empty space. Have plenty of shops, cafes, and food vendors. You can find K-mart at one end of the mall, Event cinema at the opposite end, and Farmers in the middle of the mall.
Z.
I take my daughter to the crèche once a week and she absolutely loves it! All the teachers are so lovely and settled my daughter with ease. I decided to take her there to introduce her to the whole ‘daycare’ concept of being without me for a certain amount of time and I’m so glad I did. She’s well and truely ready for when she starts daycare.
E.
Manukau mall is pretty cool. Heaps of shops and food options from the food court and the perimeter shops.
E.
One of the largest malls in the area. Not super clean and usually packed with people, but it has pretty much everything you'd expect. The cinemas here have VMAX screens, which is a nice option when IMAX is not.
M.
This was just a browsing day at St Luke's, so not a big spend up day which is easy to do there. Always busy and bustling, and the food court is great for coffee and snacks
J.
Good place to stop over on weekends, even with ample parking, on a wet day/weekend, you can expect queues of traffic to get to the mall then drive around to find a park. This mall has most of shops to please everyone, then again all Wetsfields malls in Auckland are 99% identical where you will find identical shops in St Lukes, Manukau, Albany. One thing good about St Lukes is that majority of parking is undercover comparing to Albany.
T.
Good mall, parking sucks. I'm not a fan of the weird shape but it's quite easy to spot a NZ celebrity here every now and then, so I guess it's alright. 😅
A.
Huge range of shops, outlets and supermarkets. Everything is okay but I find the dining area very small for such a big and busy mall. Parking space is ok, however, it is hard to find parking space during the weekends.
S.
Prime location for shopping. Visited couple of times for Kmart and other couple of stores. Main advantage is, they have closed parking. Well maintained.
K.
A great variety of shops including my fav MAC. Event Cinemas are also there & if you're going to a movie in the evening there is no problem finding a park. There is the usual such as a supermarket, Farmers, Kmart a food court & cafés.
A.
Amazing
b.
Went here for an evening shop and look at Kmart around 830pm. Kmart is open until midnight. Greeting staff were pleasant and the store was quite tidy. Undercover carpark was well lit.
p.
Good place for shopping. Huge parking available. Busy on Thursday and Friday. Lots of restaurants. Vmax screen at Event Cinemas is good place to watch movies
A.
Once , as my three-year-old daughter walked through St Lukes, she was prompted to say "This place is my favorite". I'd privately been coming to the same conclusion also. Its kinda special. The combination of shops and cinemas in a lovely gently incline that makes it look different to other flat shopping malls. I suppose one day, its parking will fill up (it get's close to that now at christmas), but until then enjoy this beautiful shopping centre.
L.
Love this place and the unusual selection of high end shops. It has a lovely buzz to the place. Food court looks dull and dated. Badly in need of a revamp. Decided this is my favorite Auckland mall
K.
Spacious location. Heaps of parking slots available throughout the day. After business hours only K-MART remains open. Problem if you need to use the Public Washroom. Thanks to the K-MART staff for allowing to use the Staff washroom...!! But feels a bit awkward. At least Security should allow to use the Public Restrooms, especially to the Ladies visitors for their personal hygiene.
Excellent shops and stocks gets updated quite a few times. After Sylvia Park and Lynn Mall, St. Lukes is the place to visit - especially as a Window-Shopper.
L.
Went here last June 2018. Was able to get two affordable coats from Farmers and Kmart. One for the wife and one for my dad.
Plenty of stores and a decent food court
M.
A very small mall tucked away mall in the middle of Auckland, there is a variety of shops and it is especially good for short trips or clothes shopping. The cinemas here are also very nice and large with plentiful parking available
M.
One of the disgusting and unhygiene toilet in St Lukes mall this thing like that for many months now still no one fixing it.
Or
Westfield new way for collecting urine samples.
J.
Its a good, big mall. Can't really say much more. Good stores good range. One of the biggest in NZ.
Parking can be a bit of a mission sometimes.
L.
Too often we hear all the bad feedback on customer experiences. And sadly exceptional customer service is a becoming very rare these days. But recently the Security Team at St Luke's have reassured me that indeed amazing customer experiences still exist! Thanks to the prompt actions of your Security Manager and team who dealt with a hit and run on my parked car last week. Dealing with all these unpleasant issues and turning that into exceptional customer service is rare - so thanks to your team for reassuring me that amazing customers service still exists. Sais a lot about your values towards customer satisfaction - Well done & keep up the good work team !
J.
Great place for families, kids and anyone wanting to relax, shop and eat! Its in a good location with other shops like 'Number 1 Shoes', Warehouse and Warehouse Stationary and Washworld. I particularly like the pizza at the Kebab restaurant outlet in the foodcourt!
J.
Love going to St. Luke's Mall. You can just sit,and watch life going by. Or you can shop till you drop! Very convenient with all the different banks + jewelry shops. There's even a Countdown to do your grocery shopping. Muffin break, Coffee club, Star bucks, and other Cafe's. Clothes, shoes, oh gosh, what ever you want,it's there. And a big plus is...you can park under cover. If the rain is pelting down, who cares? Most cars are under shelter. Don't forget, you can even go to the movies at St. Luke's!!
My shopping mall.
G.
It's nice and warm during winter. Good variety of shops. Great place to go to the movies. Lack of good restaurants and bars.
A.
Really good mall, well organized, good stores and accessible location. Was my first time there and I'll came back for sure.
m.
Reasonably big mall.
Has picture theaters and pretty mich all else. Phone shops photo shop lots food shops . Pop up stores all over it and has tons of parking.
The kfc there is a bit hit and miss with its food quality and the saint pierre there is most probably one of the best ive tried but has little to know seating and is pricey with its portion sizes compared to other saint pierre
S.
Good food court, clean but a little loud. Has a Kmart, Countdown and a good variety of clothes shops. It's a typical Westfield mall.
F.
Good, Kmart gross
D.
Loads of great shops and variety. Having to walk up the slope to the cinema seems a bit silly. Who designed this part? Doesn't stop me though and I can spend a good 2 to 3 hours in here.
S.
Shopping at this mall is good but only thing not enough car parks.
J.
Great NZ store with various stores to visit. Has a large eating area which provides various options or choices of food to eat. It has a large amount of carpark spaces to use. Great vibe.

I have been to many shopping mall in Australia while on trip back and forth for work as well as here in NZ so I have a fair bit of experience how busy shopping Centres can be like sometimes. What has stood out for me as of this week was the story that my parents had told me when i visit my mum in hospital.when she slipped and fell in a car park area of the mall.
On a behalf of both my parents and myself, I really want to commend and say a huge thank you to Jae the security manager of the St Luke’s mall & his security team for taking very good care of my mum.and everything that they’ve done on a day to make sure my mum was ok, the pillows, blanket & first aid. It was even better than what the paramedics could have done.🙂
It says so much about your company values with their duty of care & going the extra mile It’s legendary action & I’m absolutely astounded by the effort & that was shown on the day. By Jae & his security staff.he even gave my dad his business card, to keep in contact with in regards mums hospital results. true LEGEND.
I will now have to make Westfield St Luke’s as my new shopping mall even though Sylvia Park is closer to me but this experience with my parents will never ever be forgotten as long as live. That’s my reason why St Luke’s will be new shopping mall.
Jae & your team a huge THANK YOU 🙏 on behalf of both my parents & family, my mum is back home and she’s recovering really well.
Cheers 🥂

Parking can be difficult even with staff scattered around the car park assisting. Pedestrian walkways inside are narrow compared with modern malls. Directory boards were hard to find - I didn't find them. On a positive note Whitcoull's had the book I was after. 🌻
A.
Huge lifestyle shopping centre where everyone can find the casual and the exclusive items that can surprise any expectations and any budget... K mart Farmers and Countdown mixed with the range of boutiques restaurants cinema and the body services + it has a little flower shop on the ground floor ☺
S.
I have mixed feelings about Westfield St Lukes... It's a mall, so it's awful, super busy, takes ages to get in and out of, and is often hard to find a park - particularly on the weekends.
BUT, it's got a good range of shops.
M.
I would like to thank Jay (Risk Management) at St Lukes Mall for all the time and help he gave me resolving a problem I had regarding a parking incident on Thursday 10 May.
I was very impressed by his caring attitude and the lengths he went to which led to a good outcome for me.
Thanks again Jay.

A.
Nice mall close to the city but with limited options. Lots of places are outside the mall in the vicinity. Small food court and gets very crowded on weekends and holidays. Very hard to find parking.
G.
Just a quick look around looking at massage chairs breo staff was very helpful and not pushy but overall the mall could do with a b good clean
t.
Convenient and plenty of carpark
i.
Like all westfield malls you will find what you are looking for. Has most major shopping complexes like kmart and farmers. Food court situated at one end of the mall which is sort of an inconvenience if your new there and you park at the opposite end. But besides that, you will have your good variety to pick from, from you mcdonalds, kfc to your sushi and roast. Food court is situated at the floor level and your event cinemas located at the top level. Plenty of parking all around the mall. iGuides Review.
A.
This place is amazing with convenient layout. Easy access for after hour to Kmart, cinema with huge car park.
Plenty shops for shopping and decent food court.
Keep up

Westfield St Lukes is the sixth-largest shopping centre in New Zealand by total retail space (43,000 m²), 1 of the big 3 shopping centres in the western suburbs of Auckland, New Zealand, locates on St Lukes Road in the suburb of Mount Albert. Various good options on food, beverage and groceries. Lots of clothing and service stores. The staff is kind and helpful. The mall is always clean and fresh with a big parking area
D.
Mall is old and facility isn’t good at all. The baby changing room is not lockable 3 times others come in had to leave because we are using it. Stupid design, how hard is it to lock in inside. Had washing dispenser is broken.
B.
One of the oldest existing malls in Auckland, was originally just called St. Lukes mall, until the Westfield chain was introduced to connect all the malls of NZ as one big group. The Mall has been expanded to accommodate the fairly large food court, Events cinemas and extended parking on 3 levels. Yet still, this mall being one of the busiest and popular one to visit since it is in central Auckland feels a bit too small during peak season. You'll always see someone you know when your there, sometimes difficult also to find a table when your at the food court during the busy period. But a great mini mega mall if you are a local who wants to go shopping or take the family out for movies etc.
D.
St Lukes has the convienece for locals and those visiting overseas. A shoppers galore of shopping and cafes though it may need a upgrade it still has a nice appeal to its surroundings. It's a shame that our NZ dollar is money wisely and hard to be spent when you have come back from overseas. You certainly see the dollar difference in your spend and comparison to purchases you make. (It becomes a Window shopping or taking time out experience rather than spend spree) Covienent parking you need to come early to get a spot to where your shopping or go round and park at the top. Pricing is it due to the NZ dollar that is low some St Lukes stores are high in pricing or go to quality places like Kmart; warehouse where you get your money's value.
S.
Nothing wrong with Westfield itself but there were no people scanning in anywhere. Personally, I feel this should be encouraged.
G.
This mall is always clean! Every shop has good service and the food at the food court is pretty good. I had one of the Indians and its cheap but decent.
M.
Probably the most easily accessible mall in Auckland. Has many of the stores you would look for. Decent food court and cinemas onsite. Not too far from the CBD. Easy access via public transport. Getting there by car can be tricky especially during the weekends. Parking at the mall can be stressful at these times. Best time to go would be weekdays in the morning.
K.
This is the best place for shopping and eating. Hips of parking available here. I like this place very much. This place is really kids friendly. Lots of ride and sports for kids. Everything are connected here like food court to cinemas.
K.
Good Mall. Has a bit of everything for a small mall. Can get a little crowded on Saturdays. Convenient locale and almost always parking. (only exception was xmas)
What could make this better, in my view, is a decent, affordable, sit down restaurant. Moa's Nest's food is mediocre and has the bar which can get loud. Coffee Club is too small, often crowded, and a bit expensive for the fare.
Thumbs up for Lukes, though more of a brunch/lunch/snack place than sit down meal before or after a movie etc. Happily keep returning.
M.
covid period closing at 8:00pm everyday.
g.
It's good. You can get exclusive items to cheap price products . Nice place to hang around.post office ,banks, food court, clothing, event cenimas, coffee shops, massage centres, etc....
S.
Well maintained mall
F.
Like any mall this has all the shops you require to cover off all your needs and with plenty of car parks you cant go wrong. The atmosphere is vibrant and the mall has easy access.
R.
A good shopping complex that contains big names such as Farmers, Countdown , Kmart and others. It's close to the orange OuterLink bus line but a little walk to the nearest train station. There is a good big car park. There is a good food court area and if you want some free WiFi go to the BNZ bank and stand outside.
A.
Nice mall for shopping

Amazing security guard Ellen, so helpful to my friend and I when we were stranded upstairs (me in severe pain by then), without a lift. The lift was broken. Unable to walk any further. I also could not step onto the fast-moving escalator nearby, my new knee and the other one sore would not let me move that fast.
Ellen was called by the other security guard who was minding the broken lift. Ellen, so fast-thinking, clever, careful, kind, amazingly patient and so welcome to assist us. I feel so grateful to her for turning what could've been quite a disaster into a victory. My friend agrees with me.
It took lots of creative thinking, (100% top marks), calm behaviour and care, also A+, plus strength and focus, again A+, and Ellen also kept me calm, even joking at one point. Morale stayed high in what was a terrifying situation for me at first, (no one wants to collapse in pain, in public).
No real places to rest now (unless you want to buy a coffee), for those who find it hard to walk at St Lukes. The public's seats are all too low to get up from again easily. I had to lean against a wall and pray basically, seeing the lift was broken, but Ellen got me a wheelchair so fast, amazing.
My friend also worn out by then, and worried. Ellen put us both at ease, gave good clear instructions, wheeled me out, and all the way to the disabled carpark I was in, with care and team work.
Thanks so much to Ellen, Security Guard at St Lukes for negotiating what was for me a dangerous, scary, and hurtful place.
Thanks for Ellen's awareness, intelligence, care, kind humour, and grace. Give that woman a big bonus $ and an award.
Best wishes for the Festive Season, Raewyn Alexander - author and International Communication expert (Grey Lynn).
B.
4stars because of kmart and countdown in it and the foodcourt food is not bad. Seems to be loads of parkingspots available. On most days it stays open til late and there are lots of overpriced articles in shops other than kmart you can feast your eyes upon only to go back home and order it online for half the price. Cheers

My daughter and I were at Westfield StLukes earlier this week when my daughter wanted to have a photo taken with the Auckland Blues rugby players but we didn’t have time as we only have an hour to spare.
The security manager must to have seen the disappointment look on my daughter’s face as we continue on our way to Countdown because my daughter keeps looking back, the Security Manager then came after us and offered he’ll look after my daughter just to have her photo taken while I’ll go & quickly do our shopping.
My daughter was brought back to me safe & well while i was in a supermarket by the security manager Jae.
Trust leaving your daughter with a stranger is like 1 in a million as it didnt really hit me until later.
We are regular customers of Westfield StLukes & it’s our local mall, we shop here weekly and always loves the mall, the security staff are always look friendly and happy to say hello to our family. It’s really a great family mall.
Thank you so much to the security manager for helping my daughter with her wish as she really loves rugby as the Blues is her favourite team.
Great appreciations from all the Fonua Family
Cheers & keep up the awesome job your whole team is doing. It makes us as customers feel really safe.
Thank you 🙏
K.
A good selection of shops. Prices quite high. Not enough parking. I hope the refurbishments update the mall a bit.
J.
Great place for shopping with plenty of parking
H.
Great mall to shop in. Huge range of different shops. Big food court.
S.
My mum & i were absolutely moved By the care shown by a Westfield employee with a very elderly lady while we were sitting at the coco land cafe having a coffee.this happens on Tuesday this week.
He was a Polynesian male with a clean shave haircut, his care shown to an elderly lady speaks volume about his character and as human being.
I sat there there with my mum thinking that i would love for someone to care for my mum that way, it was a very emotional experience for me.
Westfield they must train their staff with a lot of values as it says the picture tells a thousand words.
What an experience to remember been at Westfield shopping mall, it’s not our usual mall as we live near Lynmall, but this gentleman’s actions will leave every other mall staff & management to shame..
Thank you Westfield for the wonderful experience to remember, we will visit your mall now more often.
I gave your team a 5 star as your team absolutely deserved it.
God bless you & your team.
D.
Awesome as always used the parents room for the 1st time and wow so clean and relaxing for parents and babies ❤
M.
Great shopping experience. Plenty of free (4 hour) parking spaces. Look forward to visiting again and enjoying another Beard Papa treat.
L.
A great range of stores also the largest shopping mall in West Auckland city. Very handy for visitors and tourist as well as our local people to bring there friends and family shopping for all your needs ranging from shopping for food, clothing with all the latest trends a great range of shoe stores and electronics, tv's, computing& gaming, audio, phones and accessories. Also a great place for grabbing a.quick snack from the food court area. The whole family will enjoy a day at the movies especially during the school holidays and the kids just love going to the Event cinemas for all the latest games and movie entertainment for a fun night out with friends and family. An absolute must to come and visit our largest and local Westfield mall St Lukes whenever you come to West Auckland city or just passing through. Definitely have to check out the Warehouse with lots of items and imports directly from the depot with great and friendly customer service and a great ranf of products. Also there are many different kiosks around the mall with good accesories, items and many more knick knacks for your everyday use and enjoyment. EB Games is always a good visit for al your gaming needs with a great range of games and very friendly and helpful staff ready and willing to help.
B.
It's a mall, what can you say. Easy to access on quiet days/times. Wouldn't bother when it's busy.
B.
Parking is always a nightmare, atores are always same as every other westfield mall. Lots of fashion stores, big department stores like kmart and farmers. Foodhall offers typical westfield eating placing McD's etc nothing fancy.
M.
Westfield is AWESOME!!! Especially at Christmas, it decorates so well. There are soooo many cool shops and activities. Plus places to eat and a cinema! I love Westfield and totally recommend it!
A.
I have recently temporarily transferred from Sylvia Park to St Lukes for 6 months and in my first 6 - 8 weeks working in St Lukes has been truly amazing. It’s a lovely & lively community with great customers. But my most amazing experience so far I must mention is Jae & the security team. I was use to Sylvia Park mall on the opposite direction where we hardly see any security patrolling around the mall & not to mention when we call when we need some assistance, they’ll never turn up, or turn up but an hour later. The St lukes security team are very friendly group of guys, & every half an hour there’s a guard patrolling around, also every now & then maybe once or twice a week Jae himself stops by to say hello, he also told my girls to contact him or his security team for any security concerns anytime.
It’s wonderful to know that retailers & customer service & customer care are taken very seriously by Jae & his security team, I did miss my old Sylvia Park mall but after this experience, I have ask my regional for a permanent transfer to St Lukes. I feel absolutely like home here at St Lukes & more importantly I feel very safe.
To Jae & his security team, I want to say thank you immensely, you guys are truly awesome & your duty of care is absolutely more than any normal security guards would normally gives. It’s quite remarkable & truly amazing 😉🙂
Thank you very much from.
Annah & Team. 😃😃
n.
Good place for the whole family to spend a day shopping and lots of places to eat . Bonus point is that it has Kmart in the mall as well. And ample amount of parking is available too.
E.
Lively and vibrant mall with plenty of parking spaces but no electric car charger outlets.
T.
One of my hang outs before heading to the gym nearby. This mall has all that you need from amazing food courts to shopping. 🛍🛒 Now, who doesn't like a good mall? 🤷🏼♀️
D.
One of my favourite St Lukes Westfield shopping centre shopped around for bargains brought clothes and earnings checked prices at
Up stairs at
MAC make up shop
Cost $120 to get professional make up done for special occasion.
M.
Oct, 29. Went to a cellphone place in the mall. Omni Tech. The guy helped me were other phone repair people could not. A deceptive problem, seems simple solution in the end. Look them up they ha e several branches. I don't generally review large malls .
A.
Thank you for providing mobility scooters, wheelchairs and kid ride on carts, just perfect for making life easier for myself, elderly, disabled and parents. Thank you Westfield staff for being inclusive of our community.
c.
It is a large bowl with an excellent selection and good parking 🅿️
l.
Like this mall has all the shops I like in it. Was great walking distance from our old flat. Wasn't too busy when I went. Love kmart there.
F.
Visited Kmart to buy a tent. Had lunch at St Pierre sushi. Enjoyed ourselves. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
B.
Great Mall has most shops good access for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Parking can be a problem durning busy hours but just park further away and walk.
N.
Quite a small Westfield, which has its advantages and obvious disadvantages. It's worth checking out if you're searching for that elusive gift for someone special. If you're smart you'll find what you need and still have the rest of the day to do what you'd rather be doing. There's a small kids playground near the cinema. There's also a Farmers, Kmart, Noel Leeming, Whitcouls, a pretty average food court and a heap of clothing boutiques.
N.
Always more variety and the kmart is always packing the goods! Also a way better mall than lynmall or henderson westfield
R.
My favourite Auckland mall by far! Great shops, lots of parking. Only downside is that it's always so busy!
S.
Good old stuff Luke's love this mall... Has great shops and isn't full of crappy $2 shops.. good clean facillities, movies and food court. The parking is ALWAYS a hassle.
T.
All shops super stocked. Yummy cafe's as well. Everyone has Happy Faces.
A.
Great mall!!
Cinema theater is available
Some well known restaurants are established in Food court
K.
Variety of shops and heaps of parking. The fast food is good but maybe consider more vegetarian options please. Thank you
M.
We really enjoyed our visit to st lukes mall it has amazing shopping with a great food court heaps of parking good wheelchair access and lovely clean amenities, it wasn't crowded when we were there which made for great shopping experience, also has great bus service to the door.
J.
It's is a great mall. Me and my friend went for a movie in a theater named Event and it is a great experience. The mall need's a little bit of renovation but its a fantastic mall.
T.
Nice mall, usual shops. Foodcourt had a good variety of food vendors. Restrooms clean. Good parking under shelter.
F.
Good mall with it's outstanding location, has been my favorite mall since I lived in St Luke's and it got everything you need
P.
Reasonable amounts of parking and a large interior mall space. Available shops are run-of-the-mill clothing, homeware and service retailers with little to distinguish St Lukes from other malls.
N.
Lovely experience with this well flowing, clean and beautiful mall. Sufficient variety of shops, spacious and plenty of parking space.
R.
Very local to where I live+ includes a variety of different stores, fast food and a cinema. Smaller mall as well, not to hard to get around and also most of the staff in the shops that I go to (e.g Amazon) are extremely nice.
N.
Terrible car park design, the shops themselves are big with a good selection of stores.
P.
One of the best places to shop. Centrally located so easy to access.
K.
Probably my favourite mall in Auckland. It has a good selection of store, including a big Kmart. The food court has a good range of places to eat too.
V.
Shopping here was great. Lots of varieties .. many big brands and parking was a no problem.
M.
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you very much to one of Westfield St Lukes management staff Jae for his honesty with the return of my handbag which I had left in a shopping trolley in a car park area. I arrived on my driveway before i hop out of the car & went to crab my bag & in my horror realised that my bag is not there.
I knew my handbag was left in a shopping trolley in car park area, I immediately thinking oh well it’s definitely gone as when I left the mall the car park was very busy, but to my biggest surprise of all. My phone rang & it was my partner to tell me that Jae from Westfield Stlukes had called to say that he’s found a handbag in a car park & gave my partner my details.
I can’t thank Jae enough because my passport was in my bag & we’re leaving for a holiday tomorrow, money and some of my ID’s were more important to me than money as they it would have definitely cost me more money & time to replace them. I did receive everything back & nothing was missing by the way. It could have been my worst nightmare ever if had not lost passport with no time to get a replacement one in time.
My partner collected my bag from Jae & try giving him a reward but Jae won’t take a gift, but he was just happy with a simple thank you.
It’s near impossible to find honest people like Jae & we definitely need more people like Jae.
Thank you so much Jae, you’re absolute rock star & great asset to your business.
Cheers
Monique & Michael Smith.
M.
One of those more boutique styled malls. Multi level. Car parking can be an issue. Good range of shops
W.
Always a reliably easy to move through mall with a wide range of options for just about everything you could reasonably want. Parking can be a bit of an issue during peak times though.
D.
A mall that can get busy but nice stores for shopping .. nice food court also movie theatre with wheel chair access entry.New stores give a very good variety of shopping products and services for the customers.
k.
A great Mall with a lot of variety!! its a good change form other malls (Westfield Westcity) - I like that St Luke's have shops that others don't! Like the Nike Retail Store!
S.
Alguds, but please don't abruptly change eftpos machines.
I was mortified after trying to use my gift card,
'cos the subway merchant's machine won't accept gift cards.
Apparently the merchant had changed the system the previous day.
R.
Standard shops - nothing different to any other mall but parking is always good and the location easy to get to from Auckland's CBD.
Z.
St Luke's has been my favourite shopping centre since I've been in NZ
Lots and lots of customer parking, from food court to entertainment, clothing to personal banking with other varieties of shops within
A mini swing for kids, you'll bump into different ethnicity, colours, religion of people all coming together to shop into st likes
#peaceful#
U.
It’s an iconic mall in the St Lukes built in the early 70s, it has major outlets such as Kmart, Countdown, Farmers and EventCinemas
B.
There’s a Chinese’s fast food place that has the best Ramen in the world!!! Ate it twice and been craving more ever since!! Get there every 4-6 years and can’t wait to get back!!!
A.
I love this mall. it is my first choice.i can enjoy here all the day
A.
My parents & my daughter were at Westfield St Lukes shopping mall on the first day of the school holidays when my dad & my daughter took a tumble down on the escalator.
Just to be clear that the mall or the escalator was not at fault at all but just a human error & pure incidental in my dad’s part.
They were both well with just minor scratches on my dad’s legs and on One of my daughter’s arm, otherwise they were in great spirit.
It was the fast response by the Westfield manager Jae & his security staff who look after my family on the day was amazing.
My mum had a similar incident at Lynnmall earlier this year, Lynnmall is our local mall and the first aid response my mum received was non existent as the Ambulance arrived before any security or staff from the Lynnmall management team member. It was disgraceful as a shopping centre and not even a reply from any of the management team in regards to my Facebook/google customer review to this day. Fast forward that to the Monday just gone, what a difference between the two shopping malls, shame on you Lynnall & thank you very much Westfield St Lukes for showing me & my family that your team really cares about your customers, your duty of care on that truly means a lot to me & my family.
Also thank you very much to Jae for the follow up phone call to make sure my daughter & my dad were both well, I totally didn’t expect that.
My family & I haven’t been to Lynmall are no longer shopping there - Westfield St Lukes is now our new local mall & we’ve been coming to St Lukes since that day.
Westfield St Lukes is now our new home & our favourite shopping mall with a lovely touch of class, very nice shops, the amenities are nice & clean & now they have Nandos there wow 😮 it’s awesome.
Thank you Westfield St Lukes for such a wonderful & unforgettable customer experience by your team of awesome security personnel & lead by Jae.
Many thanks from the
Fernandez family.
G.
Westfield st lukes is one of the closest mall near my house. We usually go their every week or twice a week for shopping.
S.
While on holidays from Australia we found this shopping center in Auckland. Fantastic place with everything you need. Has all the major retail places to shop at.
T.
Good range of shops
S.
Fairly busy with no problems ar a. Plenty of parking available..
D.
We love going to this mall. However, if you can enhance some of the facilities like Newmarket Westfield, that would be brilliant. Merry Christmas! Thank you
