Few too many people in the one place but the trade off in having so many shops under the same roof.

DIY store, friendly service. If you don't like to waste too much time on finding stuff, there will be friendly staff greet you just after the entry, tell them what you are looking for and they will guide you in the right direction. Great drive thru service as well.

I have commented on this store before with a six star rating. Since then - nothing compels me to change this rating. First class attention from the well trained and experienced sails staff with slick process through to payment. Store well laid out and tidy. Particular praise for the sales team in the IT and computer section. It is good to talk to people who understand what they are selling. Well done.

The place has excellent parking but poor traffic management. The corner off main south Rd where Harvey Norman is, seems to be designed to encourage speed. It's only a matter of time.

Terrible experience at Ferrymead mitre 10 so went to Hornby for paint and paint supplies. Brilliant customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist and advise. Got some great deals and a good price too. Great work guys!!

Hornby Mitre10 is the best Mitre10 I've been to. Its big with a wide range. Staff are the best - helpful, knowledgeable, genuine. If they say they will call you back, they do. Its got a very good staff culture. Best surprise, the cafe is really good. Good coffee and good food, best muffin ever.

My happy place! Has a children's playground, so helps with being able to drag the kids around and then gives you time at the end to make sure you have everything you went there for while the kids play! Great range of everything, such well thought out store.

This is the collective name for the Hornby retail outlet of many very well-known companies such is Countdown, Mitre 10,Harvey Norman, MacPac etc. All are independent and offering an excellent range of products and services in extensive showrooms. Helpful service is as required.

Great parking here. There is a Westpac ATM at the countdown and a great cafe at mitre 10 mega. It gets busy in there so be patient. Some key outlets in this area without having to go to the Hub
