R.The atmosphere reminds me of the fish market in Stockholm. Lots of different food stalls. Tried the Indonesian yellow rice with fried chicken on top, it was delicious. But prices in general are a bit in the upper range.
H.Plenty variety of everything ( food, clothing)in a clean up market environment..,Lil expensive as you can buy out of town cheaper, but you wouldn't get the atmosphere of the Avon river & the surrounding area full of lush gardens. Museum's & movie theatre all hop, skip & hire scooter away. Enjoy summer people.
B.It's ok, looks like a nice place but it feels a bit sterile....not sure perhaps it's the lack of people. Also the lay out seemed confused, I felt unsure of where I was the whole time. Probably not a good place to take young children.
E.Nice experience shopping there. Friendly staff on all stores I entered, and they require face covering to enter the stores, which is a good measure to help stop spreading covid. Products have good quality.
R.Good old Christchurch, is undergoing change and repairing it self to a high standard. Good exploring is to be had by all. Love the place. Christchurch citizen's you are being spoilt.
H.I love this city. The atmosphere is calm and the air is cool. It is suitable to remove fatigue. The store is also complete, ranging from clothing, bags, restaurants and many more. The place for pedestrians is also wide. Public transport is also very nice! The city is still recovering, so a lot of construction is ongoing. Someday I will come back here
G.It's a nice and clean example of the post earthquake public spaces. Complete with random street performers.
R.Love it here. The heart of Christchurch and it has everything you could want in clothing, make up, department store and cafes that are excellent. I visit this area allot. Love it!

B.Stonebaked bakery/cafe in the crossing is amazing with great selection of food 👌 I met Zoe who works there who also worked at the palms. She's the friendliest and had the most bubbly personality you could ask for in hospitality. If good conversation and yum food is what your after then 100% recommend this. Also the crossing mall it's self is a great place to get lost in. Lots of shops of all variety and friendly faces all round.
w.Nice area to go shopping lots of shops H&M Ballantynes across the road lots of places to have a coffee etc
P.Clean place. Good car parking in the building. Good selection of shops and eateries.
S.Good shops and lots of cafes in this recently rebuilt area of the christchurch cbd. Wander and check out the new spaces. Some construction still going but what would you expect ?
M.I love going into the crossing as it has some really nice shops and it is great to see town getting so busy again
A.Very busy area i say get in early to fine a park
J.Seen one shopping precinct, seen the mall! Why so many fashion retailers? Nice shortcut between Litchfield and Cashel streets.. covered and all

M.The carpark building is the better valued option in the area. The shops look all nice and tidy, I've only really been to coffee culture and gone through to Ballantynes so can't comment on other shops.
P.A great array of shops here. Food and cafes. Clothing shops. Shoe shops. Supermarket. Florist. There is a lift and access to the carparking building. Upstairs and ground floor shops. H&M and Witchery. Hairdresser. Walkway access through to Ballantynes.co.nz. Central to everything else. Wheelchair accessible. Doggos welcome mostly.

C.Nice place, good to walk around and have a browse
N.1st visit to the Hali Seafood Restaurant and pleased we did. The food was top shelf&excellent presentation&taste.Also parking&bathroom facilities good a lift 1 storey up from the cocktail bar. Our seafood dishes were great we will be back.

R.So many fancy, and not too fancy shops to look around. A lovely new re imagining of the city. Very welcoming and modern. Close parking and everything within walking distance.

A.Superb service. Been there twice with 3 preschoolers, plenty of space for buggy, staff delightful with the children, made it a special experience for them and an oasis in the day for me.

B.This is the main place I go to whenever I go into the CBD, as the atmosphere is exactly what I would expect in a central city hub. Great shops, amazing parking prices at the Crossing Carpark, and the food at the various vendors are delicious. Definitely worth checking out!

D.A network of alleyways lead to a variety of small shops, its great more of the empty spaces are now filling up with shops. Popular place to wander, shop and have parking close by
C.Nice widely set up modern mall with quite a good selection of local shops. Addionally, there are your usual dull global chains. If you are looking for cloths, shoes or other useful product, this is the place to go. Pleasant to walk through.
R.Pretty cool shops, it has coffee culture, H&M, a supermarket, fashion stores, some nice cafe upstairs. Amazing vibe

C.Lots of interesting views and light. Customer service desk needs better attention. I visited twice to buy a gift voucher & no-one was at the desk so I called the number on the sign only to be put through to an answer service on both occasions.

B.Great architecture and nice to finally have somewhere in the city to go. There's a pretty good selection of shops and they're organised well. It's very handy to have the carpark rjght there and it's a good price. I like the layout and look forward to the empty spaces being filled up. The outside area is a bit bland and would benefit from either sitting areas, play area for children or shop overflow. At the moment it's used used as an alley way and that's a bit of a waste.
E.This is my go to place when I just want to relax and hide away from the kids. With Coffee Culture and H&M in the same place what more can a girl want?!

C.Had a look around the went to Hali restaurant for lunch, absolutely beautiful food, no fault at all. Staff were fantastic.

R.Was surprised to find this place. Not enough advertising showing how to get here unless you live nearby but maybe more signs or larger ones shopping shops and restrooms. But nice spacious and clean but more seating would be beneficial especially downstairs

D.fantastic shopping centre close to the centre of town and a awesome cafe modern design architecture plenty of lite through out the centre easy to get around on foot and a bridge to Ballantyne Centre. massive changes to the city of Christchurch easy to get around by foot.

A.Always park here, great lil hangouts. Good hub for a day in town.
P.This is a new shopping arcade ravamped after the earthquake. There are international and local designer shops and brands. Restaurants and eateries upstairs catered for every customer. The carpark building is interlinked along with other shopping arcade along High St and Colombo St. Opposite to Ballentyne's and the new BNZ Centre. It is a a one stop shop for everything you need.
D.Joyful Express- Must try! Best food best quality gorgeous portion ! Only two staff working , one chef one waitress both are efficient with great customer services!

r.The Crossing, Sydenham has become a central part of the community. It's a warm and sunny, spacious modern cavern, full of great food, coffee and shops. See you there!
