J.Alert monitoring is THE BEST monitoring company!
We have been with this company since the early 90’s and feel so safe with our home and businesses all monitored 24/7 for fire and breakin. If an alarm goes off I get an immediate call anytime day or night...so that I can action it myself or they will send one of their mobile crew there within minutes. If I don’t respond to a fire alarm they send the fire brigade.
Calls go straight to their base...with round the clock staff...not through some call centre in Auckland....wasting valuable time.
Great staff too...so they must be great bosses!
Three cheers for ALERT MONITORING giving me peace of mind...whether I’m home or overseas.
