hadn't been to Te Awa Mall for a long time. Went in to Hannahs and got great service from a young lass there. Thanks very much. Found the shoes I wanted

There was a bit of a wait but the attendant was quick, professional and very informative in helping clients. I also liked their friendly manner and the time they took when dealing with each client.

A busy place indeed. Line out the door. All I wanted was to activate the new card, they had said I could activate online... line actually moved fairly quickly. Although what I thought would be a quick simple job. The guy that served me had to go talk to his boss (hey I know we all gotta learn) but was gone 15 minutes (yes I timed him haha). Then had to go take a color copy of my driver's license (had the same license, got my mortgages through westpac n personal loans before that. I rekon they would have copied my same license 10 odd times now). But yes, mission was successful. Although took 40 minutes longer than my expectation, I was happy to be able to spend my hard earned money again 🙌

Makes managing your money easy

Sometimes, its beautiful to watch the skill in customer service, to achieve customer satisfaction. I guess the benchmark I use, is smiles 😃 😊 😄! Good stuff!!

Being oldies we are not up on technology but the service we got from a chap called fr... .cant remember the name anyway he got 11 out of 10 patient with us and got us on the right path great service

Being a Westpac client I love that Te Awa has a SMART ATM which can take coins notes large sums of $$ that are instantly available to who or wherevers account you sent a deposit it ,its great for sending money to ya kids who've run outta gas in Waihi.
