It's a really good place. It has a wide range of different useful things. The staff are really helpful.Can find many daily use items at a reasonable price tag. Bed spread and fleece area is really a must check area as winter is on.Overall this is an AMAZING store.

Had an oversize item and did'nt know how to scan it because I did not know about the handheld wand. The lovely Annie took me and showed me how to use the wand all with a happy smile and good banter. A great asset.

I enjoy shopping at Kmart especially when I have no child which isnt very often as I raise a grandson when I don’t have him I now no I cannot shop for more than two hrs as you get a ticket $85 I Might add shocking has put me off the store to be fair as it doesn t take long for two hrs to fly by I get Kmart are not In charge of the parking but it does t make shopping enjoyable watching your watch also I hear staff get dropped off and picked up so the car that dropped them to work get tickets to because they think the car that dropped them off has been in the carpark all day .

I was returning some shoes that I brought online. Paige B was the girl that was the checkout assistant.She was very helpful and quick to sort out a refund. I also needed her assistance when 2 things I brought were not scanning at the advertised price. She said they were very short staffed but she was quick to help me and sort the correct price.

I base my review not off the products but the service of this store. Stock is misplaced throughout the store which isn't staff's fault but more could be done as it makes it more difficult to find what you're looking for. The number of staff on the shop floor is appalling and many seem to not even know what their doing. Pleased with the quality of my purchases and most of what I wanted was in stock.

I went looking for a child's leotard and ballet slippers. They had two leotards left, it was great one of them was the right size. There was only one pair of ballet slippers. Was a little disappointed but the lack of stock may have been due to covid. Helpful and pleasant staff.

It was great like any other Kmart except most of their shelves were empty. I even went back a few days later and still nothing. **UPDATE** Their shelves are well stocked now. My first impression of Kmart Invercargill was from not long after they'd opened, but now that they've been running for a while, everything's great the way all Kmart's are.

Bright, clean, warm and inviting. Not any different to a their stores but is located within a building that has many other fast food, café and restaurant on the ground floor as well as a sports store and Barbers upstairs on the escalator landing.

I had to return something l had purchased as it wasn't suitable. I exchanged it for something else. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel like it wasn't a problem having to return something. I was very pleased with the service and there are just soooo many great bargains there!!

Seeing that Dunedin currently has no Kmart, the Invercargill site is a breath of fresh air. Decent range of wares in there and a big, bright, well laid out store. Staff are kind and helpful. Plenty of parking on site.

You can find most anything you need or want well laid out staff are friendly nice to have a better version of the Warehouse in town. Prices are great not Extortionary as in other places the women of Invercargill have waited a longtime for Kmart to arrive.😁

It's Kmart, it has everything, everyone knows it's great! So no need for a flash review.

Love the clothing range, but found the other departments really lacking in selection. Was shopping for toys, photo frames, and giftwares for adults, but left largely empty-handed and quite frustrated. Would only return for clothes tbh.

Nice big Kmart, but you need a bit of zigzagging through the isles to find what you need. The big minus is the amount of parking. Pretty sure 95% of the people will come by car. But not enough parking available.

While Kmart does have a wide variety of items and sometimes for low prices, the stock that is on the shelves is ridiculous. Most days when I go in there is next to nothing on the shelves for the most popular products. Furthermore, I see staff sitting around chatting or doing nothing when there are customers that need help nearby. These issues aside, the place is nice but not as good as the Kmarts in Dunedin and Queenstown.

KMart has a vast stock and can supply virtually most items for the average buyer. Prices are more than reasonable however it is not the easiest floor plan to navigate when in a hurry. Staff help is not easy to identify and when found it can be a trifle "brusk" on occasions.

Need better amounts of stock on had. Between Invercargill and Queenstown was able to collect almost the set. Same with Transformers and the like very low levels for collectors but would rather stock unwanted toy lines.

Kmarts click and collect experience was epic! Wasn't sure where to go so i made an enquiry and within 5 minutes a very helpful young man had whipped away retrieved my purchase and offered to put it in a trolley for me. #clickncollect8.00am

Just like kmarts around the rest of the country. Good to stimulate the retail market in Invercargill. The warehouse has had market dominance for to long and some competition won’t go astray. Kmart really a cross between the warehouse, Briscoe and spotlight. I’m sure they all coughed at Kmarts opening on the 22 Nov 2019. But you would think, that when they built this store, that the one thing that would have opened when the main store opened, is dunnies. Having portaloos in the understore car park is a bit feral.
